My vechlie Suzuki access had a engine problem and they said the approximate charge for the service would be around 10660 and I paid 10500 to SRI ROONWAL MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED 587/658, T.H ROAD, OLD WASHERMENPET CHENNAI-600 021 ph [protected]/18 and I took the delivery on 25/10/2012 by paying[protected].71 + 1302.78) and when I took the delivery they said me my vechlie could not take self start because it was not use for 2 or 3 days. They said i[censored]se it my vechlie battery will charge and you will retain your self start as usual. But nextday when I started my vechlie some unexpected SMOKE PERVAILED FROM THE ENGINE AND EVEN MY HORN DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND AGAIN I APPROACHED THEM ON 26/10/2012 THEY SAID IT WAS SOME TUNING PROBLEM AND THERE APPROACH WAS NOT GOOD.

    Hi Iam santhosh son of m.venkatesan .we had bought maruti Suzuki eco from khivraj motors Adayar. we done our 1st. service in guindy showroom. we got a bad&disgraced service from them. The interiors has been not cleaned properly. The brake. has been not tighten properly.my father was struggling when he was driving... The 2nd service has been recommended by guindy to do in perungudi. The same problem has been followed there so we r not satisfied with thier service.again we cleaned our car in our home itself....Finally the 3rd service has been taken by perungudi showroom on 13.10.2012 returned on that same day evening.but it is an worst service done by irresponsible persons.. the a.c.blower has been not cleaned well vaccum also has not been used to clean the interiors.       I bought my Suzuki Access 125 in Jan, 2012 from Suzuki dealer at Industrial Area, Panchkula. The day when i bought it there was problem in lock. After 4 months its engine start giving problem. I took it to service centre 10 times but every time after 2-3 days it starts giving problem in engine. After they said they changed some parts in warranty and they charged me for for outside labour which i don't understand. After one week it again start giving problem. This time they said they will repeair it under warranty and will not charge anything. But when i went to collect it they first refuse to give me bill for what part they changed and when i asked for bill they threatened me to pay charges for what parts they changed in warrenty. I think they are doing something wrong related to parts. But realy worst vehicle I ever drive and worst service ever at Suzuki dealer at Industrial Area, Panchkula. this harassment i never face in my life before and it still going on.

          I furnished hereunder the details of my complaint lodged against Maruti Suzuki & his dealer. Bhandari Automobiles, Salap, Howrah, West Bengal, wherefrom I purchased the captioned Car. Neither the Company nor the dealer is interested to make good of my loss and replace the existing 3 old tyres. Now I request you to take up the matter with the respective authority and do the justice.

          In the month of May'12 while I was going from Uttarpara to Delhi Road connector, iIn between,one of the tyre got damage & it was not in usuable condition. I went to Dunlop to purchase the tyre on 22nd.sept I found the JK tyre used in my car manufactured in the year 2007.For using old tyre by company I had to suffer a loss of Rs.2700 (the cost of new tyre tube) purchased from Commercial Sales ,155,Ashok Garh. Kolkata-700108.Now, I urge upon you to make good my loss immediately and arrange to replace other 3 existing old tyres"

              This is to State that D&NH is located near to Vapi and we do not have any Authorised Agency of Suzuki Motors. Yesterday when we went to Trivedi Motors, Vapi Suzuki Agency for keeping our Vehicle for Servicing. We were surprise to hear from the Maintenance Manager that he cannot service our Vehicle as we were late. There are no timings given by Trivedi Motors when we should keep our Vehicle. Further Without informing any of the Customer they told us that SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS THEY ARE KEEPING THEIR AGENCY CLOSED AND HAVING HOLIDAYS. Then We asked him to Keep the Vehicle and Service it and give it on Monday. On that he replied us that TRIVEDI MOTORS, VAPI is have Security Problem and he could not accept our Vehicle. Now it is to my Surprise that how come a so big AGENCY having problem of Security. TRIVEDI MOTORS VAPI IS THE WORST AGENCY I HAVE EVER SEEN. Even its Manager is not have sense to speak. When we told him we will complain higher authority he told us DO WHATEVER WE WANT "JO KARNA HAI KAR LO". I ASK PEOPLE NOT TO BUY SUZUKI MOTORS PRODUCTS AS THEIR SALES PERSON AND EXECUTIVES DO NOT HAVE MANNERS TO SPEAK TO THIS CUSTOMERS.... SPECIALLY TRIVEDI MOTORS, VAPI... WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN...

              I bought the bike 10months back. All of sudden the battery got discharged and kick start is not working. The very first day itself it gave me a trouble. But thought it could be due to bad petrol. But now I realized that the company is not checking the bike before delivering. The main problem what I see is...they don't have enough service centers. So every one should go to Kukatpally, Hyderabad alone. Because of huge load they are not servicing properly and we are facing trouble. I would suggest one to buy a bike where there are enough service centers that too near to your house.

                I lost my cars key and we paid for new keys to dealer Vipul Motors[Ajmer Road Raj.] because we buy car from Jaipur but car is standing on Fatehpur[u.p] . car was not starting with new keys. When we call in Maruti Service Center in Fatehpur [UP]

                he told me. We paid Rs.2200 for codeing .We again call KTL in Kanpur. They says Rs.700 for codeing .Next we call Vipul Motors[Ajmer Road Raj.]
                He told me nothing to pay for codeing I can;t understand who tell The Truth where I go we feel very anger why we buy car of Maruti Suzuki and we don,t
                like car of this company because we lost my business about 1 month i am suffering very pain for poor service.

                  This is Mrs. Rajasekar.

                  I left my Swift VDI TN18X 2259 on 24.09.2012 (Monday) at ABT Maruti, Ambattur Station. The vehicle was taken by Mr. Jayakumar from our house due to stering Problem. They said it was not a major one. Once the vehicle has been taken no updated was given from the executives regarding the vehicle. Next day, I myself went to the Service station and they informed the senior person attending the vehicle was on leave and they shall call or intimate the next day. But till now no update was not given on the vehicle through phone. We have already given for service few days before the problem raised. They are supposed to check the oil, maintenance and stering during the service. I thought ABT are very good service, but I am really sorry to say that the service they do is really bad. They don’t deliver the vehicle properly on time. My husband is facing lot of problems without the vehicle. Since he is a surgical patient we are much worried about his travelling. Pls see to that the vehicle is delivered on time so you have customer satisfaction. Kindly do take steps to deliver the Vehicle on time in the future days to come and give update regarding the status of vehicle and don’t wait for the customer to ask. Please give me a detailed explanation why a new care (6 months old) has been delivered without proper verifications during the service.

                    Sir with all due respct, i wud lik to draw ur kind attention towards d service of maruti suzuki in delivering the car( maruti swift vdi) which i have booked on 16 may 2012. Despite my frequent contacts with the authority, i hav not been given the satisfactory answer. Its been more than 4 months now. Yet they are not sure if i would get it in time or not. I request you to please look into the matter. Else i wud have to cancel the booking and may go for some other car. Which will definitly b shamefull on maruti suzuki's part. HELP!

                      1. I purchase a Marut Alto with their Maruti Finace.
                      2. I applied ICICI & deposit token money.
                      3. when I go for delivery I was offered that citibank is giving cheaper loan.4. I was said that loan amount may paid EMI in 60n instalment.
                      4.I am an accounts official calculate that it may cheaper.
                      5. Iwas said loan pappers photocopy will sent later, but not given.
                      6.When after thre year later I want to sell car then they demand Rs 12000 more calculating much intrest..
                      7. I have to purchased new car& purchaser old car was giving me right money I have to pay the same.
                      8. I challange any accounting person can see my calculations loan repay in
                      60 EMI+pre payment amout charged from me more than Rs 12000
                      9.I send my claim to Maruti,Citibanks,local maruti office by registered AD post with allpapers & calculations. but nethier they replied nor denied.

                          Respected sir/madam i booked a car in maruti suzuki showroom bahadurgarh about 20-25 days ago. they are exceeding the dates everyday. when i went for the first time , i gave their my second hand car in exchange i booked ritz vdi and also an amount of rs 10000 in advance. they promised that their car will launch on 7th of september and they will deliver the car by 10th of september. now they have make a joke of me. as of being a good customer i listened them, but now its too much everyday they exceed the dates of delivery. as i am a service man i need a vehicle but they are not doing anything and this is effecting my job career. now they are saying of 20th.
                          Now i request u to make them deliver the new car (ritz vdi) as soon as possible.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have booked a Maruti Wagon R (CNG variant) priced at Rs 4,45,000 (on road including company & corporate discounts) through M/s Chowgule Motors (Pune Satara Rd) on 25 Aug 2012. I was told that the vehicle was available in the available stock and that it would take max 7-8 days considering admin formalities & RTO registration.
                            The payment has been effected through cheque on 30 Aug 2012 in full and I was given the option of choosing 1 insurer between 3 options (namely New India Assurance, Royal Sundaram & one other).
                            When I enquired about the difference in premium, I was told that all 3 were at par since they had a tie up with Maruti Suzuki Ltd. Accordingly I started receiving calls from New India (my preference amongst the three) about verification & confirmation. The premium amount was notified to be 14,000 per anum which I found a bit high especially considering it was not based on zero depreciation policy (i.e. glass, windshields etc are not insured).
                            I am using another car (Skoda Fabia) priced at approx 6,00,000/- and the existing premium charged by the insurer (TATA AIG) is Rs 12,000/- with zero depreciation which is justified. Hence, I enquired with TATA AIG & was informed that the new Wagon R I am purchasing would attract a premium of Rs 11,700/- that too with zero depreciation & approx 7500/- without zero dep. Surprised by this fact, I have asked Maruti / New India about my reluctance in availing their policy and subscribing with TATA AIG but was informed that 'permission' for such an arrangement would not be granted the matter would have to be taken with the GM / VP etc. Taken aback by their attitude since Auto insurance is not a monopoly, I have stuck to my decision.
                            However, since RTO registration requires insurance policy confirmation, and the external insurer (TATA AIG) would require invoice / chassis number for mentioning on insurance policy, Chowgule motors / Maruti have kept the information on hold inspite of making the payment in full thereby delaying the delivery as their interests have been sidelined.
                            To this date: 5 Sep 2012 which is 11 days after booking, I have still not received the vehicle due delaying tactics by the showroom / manufacturer. Please advise.

                              Mallappally Branch to order ALTO KI0 order no:16340 exchanging my own Maruti 800 A/C 2004 on[protected] for exchanging value of 1,07,000.They are taken my car on[protected] with the original registration certificate and I get the delivery report.They are offering that they give me the new car on[protected].After that I contact through telephone many times but Mr Ajo didn't respond.

                              I am a business woman,it badly affect my business during this rainy Onam Season without my own car.Please compensating for my difficulties and take action against the salesman for misunderstanding people against the reputation

                                I bought a Maruti Wagon R , considering the extremely propagated "low service cost" notion of Maruti suzkuki limited.But at my first fully paid service i felt like a cheated customer.

                                I own a Maruti Suzuki Wagon R VXI.It completed 2 years and 17607 kms on 30/08/2012.Hence , accordance to maintenance schedule got the car serviced on 01/09/2012 from authorized maruti service dealer : TRICITY AUTOS.I was shocked when I was charged Rs 4875 for service , considering that car has run only 17607 kms.I also noticed that the dealer changed nearly everything - which in other cars is done at very later stage.Please advise , if I have been cheated by the dealer or this is what maruti charges.I have mentioned details below

                                Fuel injector cleaning:1300 (why is this required)
                                Engine oil : 820.93
                                Air Filter :153.85
                                Oil Filter :78.24
                                Coolant:206.59 (is coolant required to be changed so frequently - would top up not do?)
                                Mineral Water:35.16
                                Brake Fluid:136.26 (What is normal frequency for changing it)
                                Gear Oil:539.59 (Gear oil change so early is not expected)

                                Note : Wheel balancing and wheel alignment is not included

                                One lesson I learnt is that of Maruti is not cheap at is to be done very frequently.It is better to buy other brand cars (such as ford,volkswagen,honda,toyota).

                                    I'm suffering with brake issue in my new dzire ( VXI). Complaint to maruti also three times ( comp no : [protected] ). The problem is not only in low speed in traffic, but also while u turn and reversing ( this is very dangerous specially in society where kids are there ) . No resolution yet. Their service engg head from hyderabad called me, went to gem motors service center in kondapur. Their branch head mr. Dhasarath himself found this issue not even in my car, but all the New Swift and Dzire car of petrol version came for service, but no resolution so far. Their Service head said that they have forwarded this complaint to higher authority but no information from their side. They just close their ear to ignore this problem and not accept it.

                                    Yesterday due to that , I'd all new scratch in front bumper due to light impact to bike in red light due to non performing of break for 2 secs. Meanwhile I'm educating all new swift and dzire owners whom ever I find in traffic , parking, malls & office about this issue & they are shocked to know . The silly answer from maruti is what I'm seeing on net " drive correctly ". Then why not this problem in their new diesel swift and dzire, why only in petrol car have this problem & also this means to say that this car is only for the person who buy it & learn to drive with this poor design of brake buster & any other person from family or friend if drive, then prone to accident. After investing 7 lakhs Ridiculous!!! Shame to Maruti to even not acknowledging this problem with their Gem car even their service center head, service engineer head of Hyderabad are ackowledging the issue.

                                    I'm in verge to make group of 25 to 50 people to file a legal complain against them.

                                      1. Providing /Fitting a Non Specific Oil Filter Bearing no. Suzuki 16510M68K00 during the routine free service of Maruti Zen Estilo RJ -20 CB 9833 at Bhatia and company workshop Kota.
                                      2. Harassment at Chaksu on the part of Maruti Customer Care Center[protected] for complaint registered vide no. 618123 dt[protected].
                                      3. Reimbursement of claim on account of damage caused on 25-8-12 due to unmatched oil filter at Lalsot during the journey from Kota to Jaipur via Sawai-Madhopur- Lalsot- Kotun- Chaksu- Jaipur.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      In view of the subject cited above it is to bring to your notice that the Dealer Bhatia & Company. at Kota and KP automotives at Chaksu have failed to maintain the sprit of Maruti Suzuki slogans reproduced as under:
                                      (A) “ Genuine Peace of Mind with Maruti Genuine Parts”
                                      (B) “ Caring for Customers”
                                      (C) “Call 24 Hours Maruti On Road Service at 18004200”
                                      As I had to come across an embarrassing situation because o[censored]nmatched filter as at item (i) and harassed at Chaksu as at item no. (ii) above as per subject.

                                      It is stated:-
                                      1. That, during the journey under taken from Kota to Jaipur on 25.8.12 via Sawai Madhopur – Lalsot – Kothun – Chaksu, unmatched oil filter damaged around 8 pm at Kared Bujurg near Kothun resulting draining of Engine Oil. On advise of customer care centre, the said Car by toeing up was shifted, some how with the help of the local people of village Kared Bujurg.
                                      2. That, on Reaching Chaksu around 10.30 pm as advised by customer care centre the authorized person of Maruti dealer KP Automotives, Chaksu was contacted on mobile no. [protected], who suggested to hand over Car to the guard but no one turned up till 11.30 pm.
                                      3. That, on repeated telephonic request/ pursuance with Sh. Amit , Sh. Nikhil, Sh. Gaurav, etc of customer care center during at 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm the complaint was some how registered vide no. 618123 at 10.47 pm. And lastly at 11.30 pm to stay on road at Chaksu as no assistant can be provided before 9 clock of 26.08.12. Even after requesting about my self being Heart patient accompanied with 80 years old mother and wife by is not possible to stay hold night Aloof, no action was taken which is against Maruti Slogan “ Call 24 hours Maruti on road service”.
                                      4. That, there was no way out left, I had to arranged some skilled mechanic from Jaipur, who attended the break down and restore the vehicle by providing required matched oil filler and filling up with specific engine oil at about 2.30 pm on 26.08.12.

                                      From above, it is inferred:
                                      1. That, authorized dealer at Kota has no provided the specific oil filter which is against the slogan “Genuine Peace of Mind with Maruti Genuine Parts”.
                                      2. That, authorized dealer at Chaksu did not extend cooperation in restoring the vehicle, which is against the slogan “ Caring for Customer”.
                                      3. That the person of Customer Care center are reluctant to register customer grievances which is not in accordance with Maruti Slogan “Call 24 Hours Maruti On Road Service at 18004200” .

                                      As the Vehicle restore at my on level reimburse the charges paid and a apology letter.
