Dear Sir,



I had purchased a Wagan R car from D.D Motors, Mayapuri, New Delhi-110064 on 19/08/2010 after self survey of market about maruti Suzuki services and quality reputations. But it is very disappointing me after only two years, my car only driven about 10800 KM and being serviced only in maruti authorized services centre D.D Motors, Peeraghari, New Delhi from the date of purchased and it’s maintains was all done on time and there was no problem their in my car till 10/06/2012, on that date my car A.C facing some problems and I gated repaired at D.D Motors, PeeraGhari and taken my car to home after getting the A.C worked done, next morning when I started my car suddenly some smoke came out from car bonnet and I switched off the ignition and called D.D Motors Service centre and they told me to tow the car to their workshop at peeraghari, Delhi. I had done the needful immediately, after checking my car they start making excuses that your car will not be repaired under warranty and you have to pay the charges for the repair because there was some problems in the car 6 month back in the rainy season there was some water gone in oil and that time also they had serviced the car and charged me about 10000.00(Ten Thousand Rupee) for servicing and not told me any thing about problem at that time, were they sleeping at that time or they want this problem to came. Why did not they do the needful at that time, so there is no fault of mine in this case. They had standing my car out side of there workshop and told me that if you are not willing to pay the charges we will not take your car inside in warranty, if this is the quality and services of maruti Suzuki authorized network and there well established car which is only driven about 10800 KM need engine work. It’s a shame for the company.



I request you to take immediate action and repairing the car under warranty otherwise I will take legal action against the company and file a case in consumer court.

Suzuki India — Service Complaint

Sir,

Based on the no of compalints made by me regarding no avilibity of spares , Suzuki India the most unethic & unprofessional in the custmer care support , please be literate to do ethic business , we can only compalint about the dealer to the company , but your dumb and deaf .

Please do not buy any suzuki two wheeler product , they are cheater ,........etc

hi this is nagesh from kakinada i am very unsatisfied with suzuki access125 2wheeler service in kakinada because here the dealer is very bad to give the best service actually the suzuki is 100% right brand but the service is too bad if they r improve the service techniques we happy with suzuki. and finally what i want to say they must improve the qualified technicians not half knowledge persons it means here all mechanics in the suzuki service center r all half knowledge persons its 100% sure.

    On 6th of May, 2012, when my father (82 years old) was travelling (not driving) in my car Maruti Suzuki Dzire, all on a sudden the car veered off to one side and hit the boundary wall on the side of the bylane he was travelling in. In this accident, my father hit his head strongly on the roof of the car and nasal bleeding was observed. He had to be rushed to the hospital where he was admitted to ICU. He was found to have bleeding in his brain. He was under observation for 48 hours. Presently he is out of danger but not completely free from problems. The diagnosis was that the car seemed to have a broken tie rod end. The broken tie rod end caused the disconnection between steering wheel and tyre and control was lost. This caused the veering off of the car to one side. The car was bought on 5th August 2010 and had done only around 11000 kms at the time of the accident. It is unbelievable that a new car developed a problem like this which is clearly a manufacturing defect and this definitely points to poor quality control. The accident happened in a bylane and when the speed of the car was very less. Had it been in the main road which was hardly 5 meters away, the result would have been disastrous and could have ended up in fatality.

    A complaint was raised with the manufacturer Maruti Suzuki Ltd. via email and the complaint reference with them is Y501-1/W[protected]. To this complaint which was emailed on 15th of May, 2012, Maruti had responded on 16th of May, 2012 itself by acknowledging the receipt of the complaint and assigning the above reference number and saying that their Regional Service Manager at Kochi was being asked to investigate into the matter and to extend necessary assistance. After this, I tried contacting RSM at their Kochi office but for long I was not allowed to get to him. I was told that he was either in a meeting or not available. I want to state here that RSM or anybody he authorized, never bothered to send a reply mail or contact me in this regard even when they were fully aware of the happenings which speaks very low of the so-called very popular Maruti. After finally getting through to the RSM, Kochi, he offered to do an investigation. The investigation concluded that the tie rod got severe damage due to external impact which resulted into said accident. It also said that the cause of said accident is not attributed to any manufacturing defect in the vehicle but due to external hit/source only. It is to be noted that other than this finding, they did not supply any any technical reasons which lead them to such a conclusion and also did not supply any supporting documents/pictures and any other evidence which lead them to arrive at such conclusion. And they closed the complaint. I would request you take appropriate action in this regard and ask the manufacturer to provide proper compensation for the difficulties we were put to.

      Have Purchase vhicle of Maruti Suzuki Alto k 10 from Nainitaal Moters Haldwani and loan from HDFC bank Nainitaal Branch but at the time of loan they assured me that u have lots of benefits in purchasing Marutis Vehicle we tie with the same in lowest rates of Interest 9.99 ,schemes r there and all they offered me that amt of rs 6000 is paid by dealer its dealer submersion and came from Maruti Suzuki but 4 months gone no any Submension received from the same r now bank told its Mautis Submension Dealer of Maruti told its bank scheme , so its a FRAUD with Customer i want Clarification on this matter other wise have all details of schemes with me and on Behalf of this going to file against Consumer Forum that these type of FRAUDS doind Maruti Dealers ..............

        friends i want you to check maruti suzuki official website before doing anything. Just check and co-relate the email id of HR i[censored] get email from any multinational company.Be safe.

        Many complaints are registered but these people are doing nothing.
        Just now I have received the same letter and was annoyed with the freedom these con are operating.
        Couldn't Maruti investigate the matter and have these conman arrested.
        India needs to have tougher internet fraud laws.

          Hi,

          I have purchased Maruti Wagor R dual fuel vehicle (Petrol/CNG) in 2011 June 18.

          The capacity of CNG tank they were mentioned that it is 12 Kg and you can fill minimum of 10kgs CNG gas. But till now it never filled with more than 7.7 kgs. I have put a complaint on this when ever I took my vehile for servicing but all they are saying it has been already informed to company and they will take action.

          Now it's almost 1 year completed but there is no update on this problem. Who is responsible to resolve this issue. I need update on this.

            Hi All,

            This is in reference to the Eritiga ZXI which I booked with Mahalaxmi Automobiles, Pune. When the vehicle was booked, I was told that being a petrol vehicle delivery will be met within 30-45 days (Verbal commitment), but to be on safer side they mentioned 60 days time(Written commitment). Now, after multiple follow up (you can refer my mobile bill) starting with the sales person to the manager, I am being told after 45 days that your vehicle can’t be delivered because o[censored]navoidable reasons and you need to wait for next 3 months. What reasons no one knows. On 31st May-12, I was informed that the vehicle has been dispatched and will be available within next 10 days, I went ahead and sold my previous car. Now, I am in a tight situation, as I don’t have a car. I need to rely on my two wheeler. I am in a fix, because of your wrong commitments and bad follow up.
            Maruti doesn't admit this especially for Petrol version, I haven't seen any information or news being published in a print or electronic media. This is absurd. I don't understand, Why does a company give a written commitments when they can’t be met. It’s amazing a company of international repute not able to meet it's commitment. Or does the company policy stands on “Promises are made to be broken”. I am still in a state of shock and in a fix.
            I feel Maruti needs to come out in open and give an explanation why they are not able to meet their commitments, why are they playing with common people on the road, are we so dumb that anyone can comer and fool us. I am not going to take it lying low and would like to take it further. I am getting a sense that couple of people who got the vehicles were either friends or relatives of the dealer. This issue needs to be probed and if required needs to be taken up in consumer court. But before that I would like to share with the general public the way things and fact are being distorted.

            Kindly help me to have this issue escalated through electronic media. For details please refer the below email from the dealer:

              We purchased our Maruti Suzuki Wagon R around January 2007. Normally the shock absorbers of such vehicles are tested to last atleast 10 years. Guess what to our surprize the welding failure or probably low grade welding or low grade materials or used a refurbished shock absorber from a roadside vendor have been used to make these Shock absorbers. There is a clear fracture of the shock absorber on the left and the right side front wheels just within 2 months span of each failure. Both wheels came out of the car and it is really amazing that a car manufacturer sells cars without proper inspection and norms.

              The wheel broke off from the assembly pulling out the shaft and tie-rod etc bring the vehicle on its knees. This could have been a major disaster close to death if we had been driving the car over a overhead bridge or at 60 - 80km/hr speeds.

              The experienced mechanic who deals cars mentioned that he has not seen something like this and it was his first experience to see such a failure due to low grade products used by Maruti Suzuki.

              Therefore all Maruti Wagon R users beware of this failure and check your shock absorbers as this could lead to serious catastrophe for the driver and co-passengers.

              We would like to raise this complaint with the consumer fourms for Maruti to recall all Wagon R's cars they have manufactured since 2005.

                  This is in regards with 3 years extended warranty of my new Wagon R that I had purchased on 29th of April 2012.

                  I had purchased a new Wagon R from Rukmani Moters PVT LTD A.B Road Indore MP
                  Initially they had given me a quotation that included the extend warranty, but when I received the final bill that doesn’t contains the extended warranty. After repeated contacts with the concerned person from Rukmani and crossing many deadlines, I could not yet get a positive response from them.

                  All together I am really having a harrowing time with the attitude show by the Maruti Employees at Rukmani in reciprocating to my problems.

                  Please make some necessary actions to finalize the issue.

                    I have made a Ertiga ZDi booking (Ref No :- 281965) on 19/04/2012 with Varun Motors Hyderabad and I was told of delivery within 6 weeks but now they talk in terms of months, 6+ months.

                    They have taken an advance of 50,000 rupees but till date there has been no confirmation on the car delivery. What is going wrong with Maruti Suzuki. They keep advertising the vehicle on all media when the production is lagging and not delivering the vehicle to customers who have booked the car. This is harassing customers, they should deliver the car as per the original commitment, imagine people waiting for delivery for 6+ months when they were told it was 6 weeks.

                    They should plan marketing and sales of the vehicle accordingly and not put people in such inconvenience. At least they should intimate the customers who have booked with correct and right information on the delivery that is the basic courtesy of a manufacturer like Maruti Suzuki.
                    When they collect advance in my case 50K it is minimum courtesy to send the customers an information the cause of the delay and expected delivery date, instead of putting the customer under inconvenience.

                      We had booked Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire with a Tanya Automobiles in Meerut on 31st Dec'2010, by giving Rs 25000. Then we paid Rs 1,15,000 on 23rd May'2011 reciept no- 758, Customer ID- [protected] as we decieded to take the car in the month of June which could not happen due to Family issue. Then we decieded to take the car on diwali so we called their sales person Devender who we were in regularly touch and informed him that we want to take our car. All the formalities were in process but two days before diwali Devender's ph no was switched off, We contacted Tanya Automobiles n we got to know that Devender has stolen money and ran away from their office. The GM S.S. Yadav, asked us to get our formalities done and we will issue us the car, this all happened in the month of November. Now all the formalities are done and the GM S S Yadav and the CEO Harsh Gupta of the Company has Backed out saying that we don not have your money, the reciept you have is duplicate and we cannot issue you the car. We Have even filed a complaint with Maruti Suzuki Complaint No: 91871569 on 23rd May'2012 but no action has been taken.

                      Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire — Cheating by Dealer

                      I had booked Maruti Suzuki Dzire VDi model within few days on its launch in March 2008. I had given Rs. 50, 000/- to Rana Motors, Delhi on 26th March 2008 for its booking and got the receipt. I was committed the delivery within 60 days and this was also written in the receipt.

                      After the expiry of 60 days in May last week, i started enquiring about the delivery of car. The deaer said the car is ready, but since i had taken loan against car, few papers were missing for disbursement. They promise that once i give those papers, car shall be delivered.

                      On June 12th, I gave all the papers and the loan was disbursed. Since i took loan of only Rs. 4.00 lacs, I also paid the remaining payment of around Rs. 2.00 lacs to them. They confirm that car shall be delivered on 17th June 2008.

                      On the evening of 17th June when i enquired about the delivery, the dealer said that car is under production so we have to wait 7 days more. I was really very very astonished by this remarks, as only 3 days before they took full payment from me and promised to delivery whithin 3 days.

                      Today is 13th July, 1 month has elapsed, since they took full payment from me, and still not delivered the car. I feel cheated. The dealer cheated me on following account.

                      a) Why did the take full downpayment from me, when they did not had car to deliver me.

                      b) Why did they give false promise again and again and failed to keep that.

                      c) They still are not committing any date of delivery. Is this the way the deal with a customer.

                      d) Why did the book the car, when the delivery is nor confirmed. They should stop the booking of car.

                      Its a pure case of cheating. The dealer must have sold the card intented for me to some other person on getting premium.

                      When we tried to contact the dealer, they are saying that they can refund the booking amount and cancel the order. It this the way after 4 months of wait and false promise is this reply.

                      I request Maruti to keep note for it. They should enquire about the matter, as to why the took full downpaymen of Rs. 2.50 lacs, on june 12th, when they did not have car to deliver. Why did they do this to us.

                      Maruti Dzire — dealers cheating on customers

                      the attitude of work force was very careless...secondly the worst part they tried forcing me to get rubber coating and informed me how maruti has used substand product..the metal on which chassis is fixed.Futher they forced me to intstal some ed kit or ld kit which stops carbon deposit in the engine...when i made fus they said u will pay letter for the subdandard engine which collects carbon ..my reason was if maruti desire had these problems Maruti should have taken care in the first place...only when i insisted that let me talk to maruti customer care did they aggre to take service... it was a bad experience how your dealers take customer for a ride ..fleecing money and also creating a bad impression regarding the product...jc no jc09003163

                            I am Arun Kumar.K, i left my Access Vehicle for service on 29/05/2012 in Saptagiri Auto Private Limited - Raj Kumar road, Bangalore- 10.
                            They dint repair my vehicle properly. I informed to solve all issues in the vehicle, but they refuse to do my vehicle work.
                            1. I inform them that my backside wheel is shaking please correct it, but they dint do.
                            2. Before in my vehicle the horn was good, but after i left the service center i am unable to horn properly.
                            3. Mainly after service the person need to wash the vehicle properly, but for my vehicle they dint even wash the body of vehicle, the dust in vehicle remains same when i left my vehicle to the service.
                            4. The back wheel is not so free to move in vehicle off mode.

                            Note: If the Suzuki Company not solve my issue with in 2days, i ll claim an complaint regarding this in Consumer court.

                            Really i am not satisfied in this service, i paid 3000rs for this.
                            I need a immediate response from the Suzuki Company and they need to solve my issue as soon as possible.

                              Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire — Delivery of booked vehicle

                              My friend has booked Swift Dzire in April with Indus Motors, Trivandrum. They have made him to believe that he will get the vehicle within 2 weeks and got Rs 3.5 lakhs as advance from him. Now they tell different excuses and is not even answers his calls. He works in Colombo and is suffering from this agents behaviour. His mother was in hospital, and the vehicle was for his parents use. Now neither the agent nor Maruti responds to his mails or queries. Now Maruti has increased the price by Rs 18, 000/-. Is he supposed to pay that. Second can he claim interest for the deposit he has given ( now more than 1.5 months).
                              Now there is a rumour that Maruti has closed their plant and Swift production will start only next month. Infact that is the reason Maruti is not replying to aggreived customers. Even there are rumours that the swift Dzires design has some problems and that is why they stopped production. Which is true and how to know the truth when company is taking customers for a ride
                              Hi this is suresh i booked swift dizire white to popular vechicle and services at pallikaranai chennai-100, through hdfc bank ltd the dealer commited 30 to 40 days i booked on 25th april already gone more than 3 months but they told now you cancell the booking maruthi dizire will stoped producation so you cancel with out my approval he put cheque for my initial amount i send to mail maruthi but he also not given proper response i paid 3 emi also for hdfc bank ltd and i took special number also that number also lapsed and local government increase 2% vat ineed vechicle this month or please refund money with intrest and please refund my special number amount this not good for maruthi

                                  My wife was gifted an alto car by my son , bearing Registration number KA 02 MA 61. She was taking the car to her work place and back, which is hardly 4 km . It has done hardly 35000 kms.over the last 4 years and promptly she gets her car serviced by authorised service centre. After one such servicing, when she was driving, the dial indicator showed very high temperature. Immediately the car was taken to the service centre (in her case Anekar motors on Magadi Road) where they declared that the cylinder head gasket has been punctured and the engine oil and radiator water was getting mixed. Again on further probing, she was told that it is a common complaint with ALTO and Wagon R. I took up the matter with the company who asked for all details and then kept mum.
                                  In the mean while, Anekar motors approached me and told me that I would receive a letter from Maruti Head office regarding the repairs and to show them the letter and collect a gift. I did receive a letter from Mr Duggal and replied the same (as it was confidential) and told the service centre that I have dispatched the feedback. The receptionist was very angry as to why I didnot show her the reply and said ' no gift'. I said thank you.
                                  I have no confidence in taking the car on long drive. I plan to sell the car and I will not buy any maruti car in future. Not only that, I shall persuade others also not to buy Maruti cars citing my experience and cold shouldering by the company

                                  Maruti Suzuki, Alto LXi — Non refeund of execess advanace deposited with your authoried Dealer M/s Navneet Motors Udaipur

                                  I Had booked an Alto LXi with M/s Navneet Motors Udaipur, Sub Dealer ( same entity) Bansawara, Rajasthan 327001 and deposited a banker's cheque of Rs 314, 273/ on 18-07-09. The vehicle was deleivered to me on 26th July 09 with Payment invoice of Rs 273, 352/ and Insurance premium receipt of Rs 9181/ leaving a balance of Rs 31, 740/ which is required to be refunded back to me. In spite of repeated reminders and personal follow up, the Dealer is refusing to entertain me and has not refundded the excess advance collected by him so far . The un responsive behaviour of the such dealers brings a bad name to an highly esteemed enity like yours. You are requested to kindly intervene in the matter and arrange refund without any further delay . I may plesae be informed telephonically at [protected]

                                    I purchase a MARUTI RITZ VXI BS IV on 06/09/2010 through Premsons Motor Udyog Pvt. Ltd, Ranchi vide their Invoice no.VSL10001142, Dated 30/08/2010. I took regular free service throug them and one of the paid service from Poddar Motor, Kokar, Ranchi. After Servicing I got noise from cylensor then I contacted to Poddar Motors regagarding noise. They after dignosis told to change the cylensor. My car runned only 7900 KM so far. I would like to request to justify my problem and arrange to rectify.

                                        I purchased a Car Maruti suzuki ERTIGA from PASCO AUTOMOBILES Damdama Road Sohna vide their Inv no-2987 dated 30th April-2012.

                                        This is an complain against the Car Dealer that at the time of Deal I was told that the car will give an average of 20km per litre.

                                        but now even after 1 service the CAR is giving an average of 07km per litre only which is already checked twice.

                                        For this several times we asked the car dealer to find out the cause of this issue but no satisfacory reply receivef from them.

                                        The car dealer is not able to diagnose the issue as we were unde the impression that because of good mileage of this vehicle we go proceed to purchase it but now It is a cheating with us bcoz the Car is not performing well in terms of mileage and fuel average.



                                        Hence whosoever is concerned is hereby informed that either lookinto the matter to diagonose the problem or if they can not diagnose our Money can be refunded back to us as we are ready to surrender back this CAR to Pasco Automobiles.



                                        Therefore you are requested to look into this matter as early as possible otherwise we can lodge an FIR against the Car Dealer.
