Since then, I have been promised dates after date for delivery of my vehicle and till date, I do not know what are the parts which are damaged to be replaced and how much would be my liability and when my car is going to serviced and delivered....

I took my Car for servicing to Rohan Motor,Mathura Road,New Delhi. on 02/09/09.

Where my Bill amounted to Rs.10,085.00.When i was to pay the Bill through my Maruti Suzuki Auto card,To my Surprise i was told that Auto card is no more acceptable and the service has been discontinued.
I had accumulated 1100 Auto Points in my card.In this way, i had faced a loss of Rs.1100/-.

I bought by Maruti Swift VXI in Feb 2009 registered in Kolkata. So far the car has run close to 7000 kms. For the past couple of months I am finding the overall driving experience and the noise in the car too high compared to earlier time. The gear shift and steering wheel are tight and make noise. Pick up has gone down and revving up from neutral takes a long time even with a single occupancy in the car.
