Hi,

I gave my car (Alto, Lxi) for accidental damage repair at Maruti Service Center, Spectra Motor Limited Borivili (E), Mumbai on 7-Sep-09. Vehicle number MH-02-AP-546

Since then, I have been promised dates after date for delivery of my vehicle and till date, I do not know what are the parts which are damaged to be replaced and how much would be my liability and when my car is going to serviced and delivered. I keep talking to different people giving me difrerent status. Promised delivery date has already been missed on multiple occasions and still no one is able to tell me for sure when my car will be delivered.

On one occasion I was told that a part is not available anywhere and has to be ordered from Noida which will take 3-4 days for which I waited. I fail tounderstand if Maruti which claims to to have the largest market cap in small car segment with the most number of services centers in India can be not having a small part any where in the city of Mumbai which is the financial capital of India.

I would greatly appreciate any help in making sure I get a speedy and delivery of my vehicle with the best level of service and to ensure no one in future has to go thorugh the same experience again.

    I took my Car for servicing to Rohan Motor,Mathura Road,New Delhi. on 02/09/09.

    Where my Bill amounted to Rs.10,085.00.When i was to pay the Bill through my Maruti Suzuki Auto card,To my Surprise i was told that Auto card is no more acceptable and the service has been discontinued.
    I had accumulated 1100 Auto Points in my card.In this way, i had faced a loss of Rs.1100/-.
    No body from Maruti or Rohan is able to clarify me on this issue,who will be accountable for this loss.

    This is customer service?They stop the service even without informing their customers.

    Whole Idea o[censored]sing this card is defeated now!!!!

    Iam very dis satisfied regarding maruti service in this way.


    I would request anbody from maruti or Rohan to look into this and advise how i will be able to redeem these Rs.1100.

      I bought by Maruti Swift VXI in Feb 2009 registered in Kolkata. So far the car has run close to 7000 kms. For the past couple of months I am finding the overall driving experience and the noise in the car too high compared to earlier time. The gear shift and steering wheel are tight and make noise. Pick up has gone down and revving up from neutral takes a long time even with a single occupancy in the car.

      Engine and other noises audible in the car are comparable to an old diesel ambassador taxi and is embarrassingly loud for a decent petrol car. Service and tuning by Bhandari Motors has not resulted in any improvement to the above issues.

      Hoping for support and service in resolving the above issues at the earliest.

      i have a may 2008 maruti swift lxi . it has done about 16000 km . i drove down from kochi to sagar in MP, a distance of about 2500 kms . Since then it has been horrible, the vehicle drive quality has gone down considerably, there is noise from each and every part of the car . Service by Adinath motors sagar didint help . i just want to know where should i go to rectify these issues .

        I am a proud owner of Maruti Suzuki Wagon R, which is bought from your Thrissur dealer – Indus Motors on 07/12/2007. (Vehicle No. is KL 08 AN 2830). I am almost happy with the performance of my car. I have taken my car’s insurance (ICICI Lombard) as per recommended by dealer (SITARAM MOTORS) authorities. Recently I met an accident on[protected], and report to your workshop at Thrissur (SITARAM MOTORS). As per their advice I bring my car to workshop for accident claim. (dt.[protected]. But till date there is no suitable action from their side. I enquired several times and they had informed me that they cannot give insurance claim as insurance company rejected the claim. But still I have not received any information from insurance company regarding this. So that I invite your kind attentions in this gaze at and solve my problem as soon as possible.

        wagon r headlight output is not sufficient
        because the design gives out only reflected light

        I TAKEN A ALTO K10 CAR ON 31/07/12 FROM LMJ MARUTI SUZUKI PALI RAJASTHAN SHOWROOM, IT MEETED AN ROAD ACCIDENT ON 29/08/12 THE CAR IS FULLY DAMAGED AS 100PERCENT AS CLAIMED AS TOTAL LOSS, BUT TILL TODAY THEY ARE NO RESPONDING TO ME EVEN INSAURENCE COMPANY OR MARUTI SHOW ROOM I WANT TO TAKE A ACTION FOR IT BECAUSE LAST TWO MONTH I SUFFERING OF LOAN INSTALLMENTS. SOMETIME THEY SAYING THIS CAR IS FULLY LOST SO YOU WILL GET NEW ONE, NOW THEY SAYING ITS 75PERCENT DAMAGE SHOW REPARED, CAR IS FULLLY DAMAGED THEN HOW ITS REPARED?           I Got my var serviced from MSM-Jahangirpuri. My Car Maruti Zen bearing registeration no. HR 51H 6700 got serviced on 06 september,2009 with job card no. JC09011715 vide Cash memo 8C09005254. I got general sevice of my car along with Engine decarbonising. Service advisor asked me about chnage of Water pump belt which i got done. there was some problem with tyres of my car,which i ws asked 2 get chnged. that was a genuine thing because they showed me the same and i ws pretty satisfied with what they told me. Now after 4-5 days,i m facing some more of problems with my car(although there were ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNS of such problems to arise as the condition of my car is quite good)..like.

          *noise from fan belt or water pump belt on starting the car.
          *noise from right axle while turning the car which was absolutely perfect.
          *mileage dripping down which must have increased due 2 change of air filter,oil filter,engine decarbonising.
          *front right door handle not striking wel and on pulling it twice thrice after locking the car,even the lock opens
          *when the noise from belt rises,battery seems like getting low and sound of horn also lowers along with light of headlamps.

          If this is the case with THE MASTERS,who are IN JOINT VENTURE WITH MARUTI,bearing tagline,CARING FOR CUSTOMERS..then what should we expect from other authorised service stations.

          Maruti Zen — unsatisfactory service

          I had given my car no. GJ15K5165 to Sai Service Station, Borivali (E) a week back for service.The major compalint was wobbling of car at a speed of more than 80 KM/hr.The service station to correct the same did wheel alighnment and wheel balancing of the car.After service I found that my car puul s towards left side for which i complaint to the service station.However after two visits also the said complaint remains unresolved.In last three years the said service station has always put bills of mlore than ten thousand for every service inspite of well maintaind car.Their endeavour is to enhance the bill to the maximum but service of the sai service station is ordinary.

          Maruti Zen — Unsatisfacory Service

          i had got my car mentioned above, serviced at authorised service station ,in Rourkela, Orrissa, "Orbit Motors" in the month of Oct' 2009.
          Apart from the jobs which were charged BUT ACTUALLY NOT DONE, recently i found, while getting air filled in the tyres, that one tyre has been CHANGED and an old defective one has been installed
          i could ascertain about this fraud, because:
          1) i never leave my car unattended, excepting at the above mentioned service station- i don't keep adriver
          2) normally the front 2 tyres and back pair will have similiar wear.
          3) in my case the back left side tyre was completely damaged at one point.
          4) the service included allignment (which was not done-i had to go myself later on and spend 4 hrs to get the job redone)
          plz let me know the action taken

          Maruti Suzuki Zen — NOT DELIVERED IN TIME, NOT GIVEN CASH RECEIPT FOR THE PAYMENT AND NOT ATTENDED COMPLAINTS PROPERLY

          MY NAME : MV.NAKKEERAN, 5-151-j2, first floor, subbarayan nagar, mettur dam- 636401, car no.TN-49-G-7197 . I entrusted abt maruti, salem to do a minor accidental repair and service after completion of 80,000kms. I have paid Rs.4765/- for accidental repairs and Rs.9988/- for service charges through credit card swiping they had given Invoice only but they have not given CASH RECEIPT. Whereas they had sent cash receipt by post for 9 point service I did with them six months back. They had not attended my complaints properly, serivce is poor and not delivered in time the reason they said is man power shortage. In future I have to think deeply to entrust any job with them.

            I purchased a Maruti SX4 in May 2009 through the Sai Service Dealer located at Andheri in Mumbai . During the time of purchase the sales representative was pathetic, but since one of my relatives had bought a car from the same dealer earlier in March 2009 I too went for it.

            My nightmare started with a mistake in the car registration. The car variant details mentioned in the registration was VXI instead of ZXI. The representative refused to accept the card for correction and said the mistake was from the RTO end, finally i went to the Branch Manager with the complaint who took the card back for correction. After multiple followups I somehow got the corrected registration card only today 11th Sept.

            Again today 11th Sept, I had car break down. Called up the service station and help arrived only to inform that the car had to be taken to the workshop as the clutch plate assembly had got burnt. They gave me the towing van contact details and left stating that the Van would reach the site in half an hour. Somehow after 2 hrs the Van arrived and the care was taken to the workshop. In the workshop consumers who cam after me were being attended and I was again sitting close to one hour asking them to attend to my car. Finally after 3 reminders, I met with the workshop manager who helped me to get a tehnician. The technician did some basic checks and said the clutch assemblt has burnt and would need to be replaced.During this entire period I was calling up the sales representative who committed that would be there to help me at the workshop but never showed his face.

            To add to this while on my way back home, I get a call to provide feedback on the service provided. The lady calling is not even aware that the car is still in the workshop.

            Need your help to reverse the amount as the car is only 4 months old and a clutch assembly getting burnt is simply unacceptable. Also requesting you take this issue up with the relevant management of Maruti so that some kind of warning is being issued to this dealer especially the sales representative

            even i agree its the most pathetic service at Sai Service Station. Coustomer service call and confirm Booking for servicing and later when you reach there on time to your surprize you come to know that there is no booking for you. Also Mr. Subhash who supposedely the incharge of the floor was not even ready to talk and pathetic in coustomer service and not even ready to listed my concern or even bothered.

            People reading should be very carefull while approcahing Sai Service as they might be frauds and might be replacing parts since they are not reliabe. Integrity is a big concern over there.

              hello iam from vellore iam trying to buy a a vehicle swift dezire from maruthi suzuki the most worst part of it from the company is that the vehicle can be booked but it can be delivered only after 9 months i dont know why company like this making a problem everywhere and that too some pimps from bankers like hdfc icici and other vehicle financing persons have got these vehicles already booked and selling at a premium from 50000 to 1,50,000 this is the worst thing happening every where whats the use of telling companies standing in more productuion and selling vehicle at premium cost is the worst better go fro some other good vehicles this sort of probelms happening in ganesh cars in vellore, kapico in chennai, bhimas from chennai and some finaciers from vellore and chennai this sort of problems should be solved otherwise the company will be in a loss that people will go to some other brands

                Subject: Replacement of SWIFT VDI (M) car (Diesel) purchased from “One Up Motors India Pvt. Ltd., 52-C, Sringar Nagar, Kanpur Road, Alambagh, Lucknow (Selling Dealer Code - 1306)”.

                Sir,
                I am thankful to Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. for selling me SWIFT VDI (M) Diesel car on[protected] through aforesaid Dealer Number - 1306. However I am not feeling good to complaints you against the manufacturing defect in the car sold to me. For which I bag to submit as under:-
                1. I purchased a SWIFT VDI (M) Diesel car on[protected] from One Up Motors India Pvt. Ltd., 52-C, Sringar Nagar, Kanpur Road, Alambagh, Lucknow (Selling Dealer Code - 1306). The Engine Number of car sold to me is D13A1139932 and Chassis Number is MA3FKEB1S00369410 and colour is ZY4-AZURA GREY.
                2. That I purchased the aforesaid car with the Selling Price of Rs.4,62,173.56 and I was required to pay [protected]@ 12.5% car amounting to Rs.57,771.70 and Entry [protected]@ 1% amounting to Rs.4,621.74, thus Rs.5,24,567.00 was realised by the Dealer as EX SHOWROOM PRICE. Further I was required to deposit Rs.15409.00 for Insurance Charges and Rs.28,209.00 as Registration Charges, total amounting to Rs.43,618.00 which I paid to the dealer on the same date[protected]. And as such I paid total Rs.5,68,185.00 to the Dealer. Subsequently, I was issued certificate cum policy of National Insurance Company Ltd. to the premium approximately Rs.15,409.00 and receipt of registration charges of transport department, Uttar Pradesh amounting Rs.26,252.00 and I was issued form of Certificate of Registration having the Registration of the Car Number UP32CP9160.
                3. That the representatives of the Dealer persuaded me for obtaining Extended Warranty Registration form for the Two Years on depositing Rs.2,100.00, which I pay in cash on[protected] to the Dealer. Accordingly warranty period for the two year i.e. up to[protected] was extended.
                4. That I was provided Free Inspection Service by the Authorised Dealer of service on following dates:-
                (I) 1st – on[protected].
                (II) 2nd – on[protected].
                (III) 3rd - on[protected].
                5. That on[protected] First time I felt much difficulty in the car which was suddenly stopped on road from running and could not be started, however some how I managed to carry the same with the help of local residents by toeing.
                6. That I tried to contact to the Dealer and his Service Manager as well as his staff through mobile/phone but they did not pay heed to my request and as such the car was lying parked without use at my residence due to aforesaid problem till[protected] when the car was carried by the staff of Service Station of the Dealer situated at Kanpur Road, Lucknow.
                7. That after 1st Free Service which I was given on[protected], again I felt the aforesaid problem since the car was stopped on the road when it was being driven at a Link Road. Therefore I made oral complaint to the service manager of the Authorised Service Centre (Bright 4 Wheel Sales Pvt. Ltd., Vikas Nagar, Lucknow) which is nearest Authorised Service Station of the Company and the aforesaid manufacturing fault was pointed out to the Service Manager. The staff of the Service Station carried the vehicle by toeing to Service Station which provided me 2nd Free Service on[protected]. The manufacturing fault reported by me was recorded by Manager of the Service Station in the receipt of demand in the vehicle history.
                8. That after 2nd Free Service which was given to me on[protected], again I felt the aforesaid problem when the car was stopped on road when it was being driven in the Gomti Nagar. Therefore I again made oral complaint to the Service Manager of the Authorised Service Centre (One Up Motors India Pvt. Ltd., C-16A, Transport Nagar, Kanpur Road, Lucknow - 226012) and the aforesaid manufacturing fault was pointed out to the Service Manager. The Service Station carried the vehicle by toeing to the Service Station on[protected], and I was delivered the vehicle after 11days i.e. on[protected]. The manufacturing fault reported by me was recorded by Manager of the Service Station in the receipt of demand in the vehicle history.
                9. That 3rd Free Service was provided to me on[protected] at the Service Station of the Dealer. However again I felt the aforesaid problem on[protected] when the car was again stopped on road when it was being driven at a link road in Lucknow. Therefore I made oral complaint to the Service Manager of the Authorised Service Centre (One Up Motors India Pvt. Ltd., C-16A, Transport Nagar, Kanpur Road, Lucknow - 226012) and the aforesaid manufacturing defect was pointed out to the Service Manager, which was recorded in the receipt of demand in the vehicle history. The staff of the Service Station carried the vehicle by toeing to the Service Station on[protected].
                10. That I am continuously facing the problem of manufacturing defect immediately after its delivery which could not be removed till date and my car is lying parked at my residence due as I am unable to drive to fear of accident and as such not only myself but my family is facing great problem.
                11. That I am an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and have to perform sudden surgery when a patient is admitted in the hospital. Thus my profession is as such that I have to rush all of a sudden to the hospital; and if the vehicle stops all of a sudden, them I am prone an accident and unrepairable loss may happen to me. It is also to noteworthy that the vehicle stops all of a sudden and some times occasionally it starts and some times it does not starts. Hence it is clear that the vehicle has some manufacturing defects which can not be removed and only alternative is to replace the vehicle.

                Therefore it is most humbly requested that my SWIFT VDI (M) Diesel car Engine Number - D13A1139932, Chassis Number - MA3FKEB1S00369410 may kindly be replaced as earliest as possible i.e. within 15 days from today. Otherwise I will be free to take the legal action against the Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Proprietors, Sales Manager and the Dealer.

                8. That after 2nd Free Service which was given to me on[protected], again I felt the aforesaid problem when the car was stopped on road when it was being driven in the Gomti Nagar. Therefore I again made oral complaint to the Service Manager of the Authorised Service Centre (One Up Motors India Pvt. Ltd., C-16A, Transport Nagar, Kanpur Road, Lucknow - 226012) and the aforesaid manufacturing fault was pointed out to the Service Manager. The Service Station carried the vehicle by toeing to the Service Station on[protected], and I was delivered the vehicle after 11days i.e. on[protected]. The manufacturing fault reported by me was recorded by Manager of the Service Station in the receipt of demand in the vehicle history.
                9. That 3rd Free Service was provided to me on[protected] at the Service Station of the Dealer. However again I felt the aforesaid problem on[protected] when the car was again stopped on road when it was being driven at a link road in Lucknow. Therefore I made oral complaint to the Service Manager of the Authorised Service Centre (One Up Motors India Pvt. Ltd., C-16A, Transport Nagar, Kanpur Road, Lucknow - 226012) and the aforesaid manufacturing defect was pointed out to the Service Manager, which was recorded in the receipt of demand in the vehicle history. The staff of the Service Station carried the vehicle by toeing to the Service Station on[protected].
                10. That I am continuously facing the problem of manufacturing defect immediately after its delivery which could not be removed till date and my car is lying parked at my residence due as I am unable to drive to fear of accident and as such not only myself but my family is facing great problem.
                11. That I am an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and have to perform sudden surgery when a patient is admitted in the hospital. Thus my profession is as such that I have to rush all of a sudden to the hospital; and if the vehicle stops all of a sudden, them I am prone an accident and unrepairable loss may happen to me. It is also to noteworthy that the vehicle stops all of a sudden and some times occasionally it starts and some times it does not starts. Hence it is clear that the vehicle has some manufacturing defects which can not be removed and only alternative is to replace the vehicle.

                Therefore it is most humbly requested that my SWIFT VDI (M) Diesel car Engine Number - D13A1139932, Chassis Number - MA3FKEB1S00369410 may kindly be replaced as earliest as possible i.e. within 15 days from today. Otherwise I will be free to take the legal action against the Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Proprietors, Sales Manager and the Dealer.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a Swift Dzire Lxi, (Chassis number MA3EKE42S00150852, Engine number G13BBN-475309, reg. number WB777570) on 05.03.2009 from Beekay Auto Pvt. Ltd. Siliguri, West Bengal. A rattling sound was detected in the steering of the vehicle on the second day itself. Sir, I live in Darjeeling which is about 80 kilometers from Siliguri. Therefore, it was not a possibility for me to take the vehicle to the dealer immediately. So, I verbally informed the dealer regarding the problem who looked into the matter when I took the car after a couple of days. But the problem was not resolved (The vehicle had done 400kms only). Thereafter, I took the vehicle for the 1st free service and told the dealer about the problem again. The mechanics tightened some nuts and bolts but the rattling was not resolved (The vehicle had done 1141kms). Lastly I took the vehicle for the 2nd free service and again told them that my problem was not resolved. This time they checked it thoroughly and reported to me that some parts in the steering has to be changed.
                  Sir, my question to you is “why should I repair my brand new vehicle if I knew that the vehicle would start giving trouble from the second day itself? If I have to repair the car immediately upon purchase, then I would have never bought a new car and made do with a second-hand one. This car had a manufacturing defect so I don’t blame the dealer. I owned a Maruti Suzuki WagonR before I bought this vehicle and it gave me very good service for five years.

                  Sir, I am a businessman, and have to do a lot of commuting and therefore, it is a very great inconvenience to me. I would kindly request you to replace my vehicle with a new non defective vehicle as early as possible so that I can be at ease.

                    I booked a wagon r vxi white colour from T.R.SAHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD EAST GOKUL PUR WAZIRABAD ROAD on dated 26/8/09 on commintment of delivery dated 31/8/09.on the date of delivery that is 31/8/09 they refuse to deliver the car and asking to take the wagon r lxi.Then i take the car from another showroom that is fair deal pvt. ltd on the same date. now T.R.SAHNEY MOTORS are not refund the booking amountof rs.10,000 and the receipt no. is 21202.jaspal singh team leader in this showroom is very irresponsible and dont have manners to talk to the customers.they are misbehaving with me and told me "jo complaint karni hai kar lo". please solve my problem.i m very much faith in maruti suzuki company. thank you

                      I have bought a new car A Star in Nov 2008 and it is hardly driven in Gurgaon and the clutch plate of the new car gave in. I think the spurious product was used by Maruti India, otherwise there is no reason that in a new car at such a early stage the clutch plate can give in in the areas driven where not much crowd is there on roads and driven by an experienced hand of twenty years.The mileage is just 9722. Reg No: HR 26 AU 9722 Chasis 103673 Engine 1003711.

                      Can Maruti see into it and help the customer.

                        My swift pulled towards left since day one. It's been three years now the mechanic at dealer point could never feel the problem, as a result my left front tire is worn out & needs to be replaced as alignment can not be done to completely worn-out tire as they say. Then few days earlier my engine misfires when the speed crosses 60 kmph, somebody told me it could be jammed air filter of diesel filter.Yesterday i got the shock of my life when a mechanic at the dealer point tells me there is no air filter in Diesel engine neither there is any turbo charger in this VDI model. As far as i know the turbo starts when we crosses 60 kmph so there could be a problem with the turbo but AS THERE IS NO TURBO IN MY SWIFT VDI ( AS THE COMPANY MECHANIC TOLD ME) THER SHOULD NOT BE ANY PROBLEM WITH THE TURBO.
                        Somebody please tell me if there is a Turbo Charger in Maruti Swift DVI ????

                        Maruti Udyog Swift diesel Ldi — poor service

                        The dealer is not picking up the car for third free servicing.The dealer is Mithra agencies, Madhapur, Hyderabad.I have been reuqesting them since august 29th.

                        Maruti Swift VDI — delay service &miss comitment

                        I had suffered with poor service by sparsh auto , raipur - chattisgarh
                        1- the job are not completed by given shedules
                        2- The bill amount also been taken before completing job
                        3-asked me for droping the vehicle for again for pending jobs
                        4- the costumers daily shedules are also was also disturbed by delaying jobs

                        I BOUGHT USED CAR FROM NINE MONTHS BACK FROM CAR DEALER AND TEST DRIVE OK AND I WAS GIVE MARUTHI AUTHORISED DEALER AFTER PURCHASE AND THEY CHARGED 50000 AROUND RETURN DELIVERY AFTER 2 MONTHS.THEY RECTIFIED ENGINE PROBLEM AND OIL LEAKAGE PROBLEMS. AFTER THAT I FACE BAD EXPERIANCE WITHIN A MONTH AND AGAIN THEY CHECK AND CHANGE ENGINE HEAD AND SERVICE AMOUNT NEARLY 30000. SO I WANT TO SUIT CASE FOR SECON HAND CAR DEALER AND MARUTHI DEALER.SO GIVE PROPER IDEA AND PROPER WAY TO DEAL THE MATTER.DO FAVOUR FOR ME.I EXPECT YOUR FEED BACK QUICKLY

                          Dear sir

                          I am having a wagon R LXI (Model 2005, Car No DL 2C P 3869) ) & this car was given to M/S Rahul Motors( Adrress: A-59 SECTOR 80, NOIDA JOB CARD NO 0009971 dtd 23.07.09 ) for running repair since car was having poor pick up.

                          After waiting for the whole day, this car was delivered to me & I was told that injector cleaning could not be done since the chemical being used for injector cleaning is not available.I asked them to set the injectors in the vehicle as it is.

                          I was told that this cleaning will be done next day.I was told to take delivery of the car & it was assured to me that the next day person from the service center will come to collect the vehicle so that pending job of injector cleaning is completed.

                          During test drive of the car, I told service advisor that smell of petrol is there in the car & sensed that something is wrong.But i was assured that everytghing is fine.

                          I drove my car home but I was suspecting some fuel leakage since sitting in the car was like a hell because of the smell.

                          Next day morning, servicve advisor came to collect the vehicle for pending job of injector cleaning.I pointed out the same problem agian & asked him to check. After checking, he told me that there is fuel leakage near injector & he wlll fix this problem.

                          As soon as, car was started, it caught fire because of this leakage.Fortunately, we found a fire extinguisher nearby & this fire was controlled in some minutes but till the time, its wiring, air filter & many other parts were damaged.

                          It was really a great shock for me & I asked M/S Rahul Motors to replace all the parts free of cost.Vehicle was towed away to the service center & he just repaired the car by putting tapes on the burnt wiring so that car may get start.I asked him to replace all other parts also but he was making excuses & refused to change other parts by saying that these parts are not available with him

                          Still I feel a great risk while driving the car since there are so many joints in the wiring & nobody knows when this wiring will get a short circuit which may cause another fire in the vehicle.

                          All other parts are still in the same condition till date.

                          A complaint was lodged with Maruti customer care (complaint no [protected] dtd 24.07.09 ) but till date I have not recd any feedback from Maruti even.

                          I will request you through this e-mail to help me out so that i may get the proper compensation for this & get my car repaired for all the damages due to this.

                          i booked my car on 3rd dec and informed dealer that i will pick my car from you 12th dec . Govertment reduces the taxes from 7th dec midnight and price car is reduced to approx Rs 12500/
                          But dealer charged mr old taxes . i want to know if i took delivery of my car on 12th dec how can i pay taxes appicable on dated 3rd dec,

                            Your dealer M/s Varun Automobles of Hyderabad.
                            They are compelling to have insurance from them (since the tie-up for insurance for which they earn effete commission, and registration with RTA, for which they get commission)
                            Kindly inform me is that your company issued order to your dealers in Hyderbad for issue of insurance and registration with RTA compulsory?.

                            As a customer one should have their choice to chose, because of this i find it difficulty in getting finance from public sector banks.

                            Your dealers have tie up for loan also, they charge exuberant rate of interest and other charges.

                            Kindly inform me about your company's stand regarding the complaint .

                              Shocker replacement in warranty period

                              I Have purchase Wagor R (VXI) UP32 CA 2770 from anand motors lucknow, and till date my vehicle is covered under warranty.

                              There is a some problem in the front left shocker of my vehicle but the service advisors are not ready to give the warranty claim to me.

                              Firstly they told that if I pay Rs.2400=00 then my shockers are covered under warranty but when i refused to pay then they said that the particular fault...

                              Sir/Madam,

                              I purchased a vehicle Maruti – 800 (Uniq – Pearl Silver Colour on 14th February 2009 from ‘Sai Service Station Ltd.’ Phugewadi, Pune 411 012. As per the service manual said vehicle was handed over for servicing to Sai Service Station Ltd. Phugewadi, Pune 411 012 on 17th March 2009.

                              During the course of service the servicing agency neglected in rendering proper service and due to which a ‘Scratch’ was appeared on the ‘Right Side Rear Door’ near the handle. This fact was brought to the notice of concerned authorities of the Service Station but unfortunately the Service Station failed to take any cognizance of said neglected act.
                              To rectify the mistakes and negligent service I was compelled to make a number of correspondence and persistent follow up for last 6 months, but the service station did not paid any attention to the complaint.

                              Till now I have send three times letters to :

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have a Wagonar VXi which i had bought from KP Automotive showroom at
                              Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur. I am using this car from the last 1.5 years and I
                              have not faced any problem. I also got my Insurance from KP automotive,
                              through National Insurance seeing their services.

                              At the time of completion of 1st year I got may calls from KP office to
                              get my insurance renewed. I agreed upon it seeing my past experience. I gave my cheque to the person sent by KP office. It has been more than 6 months that I have not recieved my Policy Bond. Today I was standing at a workshop to get claim for my car. I called at the KP office for my bond. They located and told that they will courier the same. I asked them to deliver it through hand as it was really urgent because the workshop people do not accept either fax or photocopy of documents, they asked for the original. But I got a reply that KP people that they dont have any manpower and they will courie the same which I will recieve in a day or two.

                              I am working with a reputed bank of India as Branch Manager Profile an I know my responsibility when there is an error on my ( my bank's) part. I really want a justification on the following points from KP Automotive.

                              1. Why my Policy Bond was not delivered timely, and not even after 6 months.
                              2. Offensive behaviour on the part of KP People when asked for delivery of Policy Bond.
                              3. Time lapse as I can only give my car for claim and service on Holidays and today being a holday.

                              I fell that it is only when you want renewals or car for service, you provide service, else in other cases, customer has to face all the hassles. I want a real justification from KP people on the above mentioned points, else I will have to approach other means for getting justification.

                              WE HAD SENT OUR CAR NO. PB48A 2424 TO M/S. STAN WHEELS, MANDI GOBINDGARH ON 25/06/2010 FOR INSPECTION OF THE CAR, BUT WITHOUT OUR COSENT THEIR PEOPLE OPENED ALL THE ENGINE , BUMPER, BONET OF THE CAR. WHEN WE ASKED THEM FOR THE SAME, THEY DIDN'T GAVE ANY RELIABLE ANSWER.

                              NOW THEY PEOPLE ARE GIVING US THREAT CALLS TO TAKE AWAY YOUR CAR.

                              WE HAD ALSO GOT THE PICS. OF THE DAMAGED CAR IN THE WORKSHOP.

                              WE ARE AFRAID OF GETTING THE PARTS OR ENGINE CHANGED BY THE COMPANY.

                                We have been discussing with local dealer and company also there is vibration in engine and design
                                problem in indicator release switch these problems have been discussed in detail with them but not getting any solution even now they are not replying our mails.

                                We have all the mails/requests made to Maruti even at Factory (Gurgaon) but not getting any solution
                                even after 8 months of purchase of car.

                                These problems are right from the begning we bought the car in Dec.2008.

                                Please look into the matter and arrange to provide the solution it will be a great help to us.

                                    We have purchased one A-star lxi model from Ganpati Motors in the month of March 2009. The vehicle was booked in Jan 2009; the vehicle was not delivered to us at given promised time as well as dealer misbehaved with us. Then only we decided to service our car in Nagpur as our relatives stay there, we had done our 1st free servicing as per the service manual schedule. The 2nd free service was to be done in the month of August and we reached Nagpur for the same, on 3rd August, 2009 morning 9.30am. The Nagpur Dealer said us that your second and third service has been already done in Ganpati Motors and all the detail was explain to us by Nagpur Dealer. As we had not done any servicing in Bhilai i.e. Ganpati Motors, than how did it happened we didn’t understand, our servicing started in Nagpur Dealership by 3 pm after complaining to your helpline number[protected]. Since we were blind that what is actually happening, but we got our car 2nd free serviced done by Arya Cars with no complaints.

                                    But we are not at all satisfied with Ganpati Motors service as they have harassed us very very much. So we request you to kindly look into the service of the ganpati motors as we have suffered a lot, may be some other customer too get this type of treatment, which will bring a very wrong impression about Maruti and Maruti Products?

                                    Maruti Suzuki A - Star — bad prodact.

                                    My car was having small caolor mark on left hand side though it was visibale but i had tkan delivary in night time so i dind found it out and ather thing like toay to remove thos color mark the Service canter pepole had used polishe paper to cline the mark but insted they had spoile the color . all thouh they hd solve as problem. and really poor services given to me about servicing and all.

                                    i purchased a-star car from a maruti car dealer gulzar motors in ludhiana. we went to them and show them our documents. they after watching the documents handed over the car to us and we pay rs.60000 cash+ a cheque of Rs. 45000 as margin money. but after two days they said return us the car we said why they said ur banking is not gud and ur name is in cibil due to credit card settlement so we cant give u car. and then they took away the car from me without any notice. we give the possession of car to them and claim our refund of margin money. but they past abt a month in making excuses. now after three months they are not listining to us they behave rudely. they said we wont return ur car nor ur money do whatever u want to we dont care we wont refund any rupee. plz guide me what can i do. is it our responsibilty to get fianance? why they give us car without making sure whether we are able to get fianance but sales manager(Gurmeet singh) only for his targets did all this. plz help me

                                    i have a comlain on insuranced part of my vehicle no:jh10w4979, which i have bought from reliable industries dhanbad.
                                    i have not got any response with frequent comlain about my vehicle please look in this matter.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I am a maruti 800 car qwner.I visited the RAMA MOTORS, SHAHAPUR DISTT. THANE MHR. 421604 for usaual checking, I asked him to check my wheel position for wheel alignment, but he has no arrangement to check the same. After discussion he changed the ARM ASSLY. then he says, I will change all rubber bushes also because this is the company rule, then he changed the bushes & see the charge of bushes same as the cost of bushes, see the charge of consumable, rust off & Fr. suspension check up without touching the system.

                                      This shows a very casual attitude of the owner & staff of rama motors& I think we should stop dealing with rama motors.

                                      The amount they have charged against the work is not fair as the labour charges are double then the spare cost.when inquired about this charge they were not able to give the satisfactory answer.

                                      You are requested to instruct your dealership rama motors to refund of my expanses taken for unproper work.

                                      This is bring ur notice that, I have perchase Wagon R LXI DUO car on 06/02/2009 from Auto motive, Nagpur & day one I am facing problem with car but nobody is bothered about the same.sevral time I called Automotive & Maruti people but they are not responding.I too much fadeup with ur service & product.I faith on Marutisuzuki but due to problem which I am facing from last one year & nobody rectify the same.that’s why I decided to take legal action against Maruti Suzuki & Automotive.5-6 time they took the car in service center for repair but unable to solve the problem .After six month they tried to rectify the problem & said HOW CAN YOU DRIVE A CAR WITH HORRIBALE CONDITION & PROBLEM, SAME IS ADDMITTED THAT THERE IS BIG CRITICAL PROBLEM & NOW SOLVED, but till date after somany experiment problem is not solved. I think take one chance to contact ur HO to rectify the problem.or give me the email add o[censored]r consern to write them my experience about Maruti.I am the proprietor of one service orgnisation firm & handling 12 companies service.Everytime i call, they say they'll get back in sometime but no one calls back. This is giving a very poor image of Maruti service. Please look into the matter at the earliest. I am facing a lot of problems from last one year because of this.I have 10 mobile numbers o[censored]r Nagpur team & tried to every body but all are useless & don't bothered about my life, Automotive & ur Nagpur Maruti people are very well known about my problem from last one year.During servicing they replace ingine oil in5000KM & cheated me.After contact to concern He replied Automotive will refund money & it is done by mistake.this is one bad experience with Automotive & there are somany bad incidance which I face from last one year.If you have time & care for customer to listen then I will write.Now I am driving a car in horribale condition. I want final solution from you at earliest or suggestion, How can I drive my car with risk in such condition?
