I bought a new Maruti Suzuki Zen Estillo LXI on 1st of March 2009 through GS Motors (P) Ltd., Begusarai, Bihar. Showroom Tie-up with ICICI Lombard Insurance. On 22nd May 2009 an accident occurred resulting complete damage of my car near 10 km from Begusarai at 11:00 AM . Then immediately i informed to the showroom about this GS Motors by phone. They (showroom) denied for any assistance and they said you yourself have to manage somehow a Break-van and pick it up from spot to showroom. Then i somehow managed this and picked up my car to the show room on the same day.

On 23rd May 2009 through J.C. no. 09000299 by claim no. [protected] from GS Motors and ICICI surveyor decided that my car was fully damaged and was in total loss refund.
GS Motors estimated repair cost of RS 2, 83, 000.00

On 19th June 2009 ICICI Lombard surveyor- Mr Nagesh called me on phone and said that your claim has sanctioned total loss- RS 3, 16, 827.00

Next day on 21st June 2009 he called me to take up your new car, at a mean time he refused of full payment of RS 3, 16, 827.00 and said for 10% cut from this sanctioned amount.
Then i argued with him that if there is a rule from I.R.D.A. then please give me the reason of this 10% reduction. He denied to say anything about this.

Then ICICI surveyor Mr. Nagesh said that now he wouldn't give the sanctioned amount for total loss refund and said for repairing the car. He also said by arguing to make a complain wherever you want and my decision is final.

Please survey my car through your agency and take a immediate proper action.
I m very dissapointed from about one month of day of accident due to ICICI Lombard and GS Motors behaviour.

Presently my car is still in the same accidental position in GS motors workshop.

    Hi,

    I have purchased a car from your safdarjung enclave truevalue showroom as per below details :-
    a]maruti Wagon R lxi
    b]DL9CN 6262

    I purchased a fully loaded wagon R with cng Fitment on 9th september 2008.and made full payment wid cheque, trusting the false promise of then showroom incharge ms Sunita, of getting me the relevant papers on time.

    Since then i have made umpteen phonecalls to the manager(could not visit more than 5 times as i was 7 months pregnant) but in vain .None of the promised commitments have been met and i'm still awiting the relevant papers (today[protected].

    My only fault looks like i trusted the wrong people and made the full payment believing their word.

    Is someone listening ????? Please Help

    Maruthi True value — RC Book

    I had purchased a maruthi wagon R at maruthi true value almost 13 months back. Even lapse of 1year they have not given the RC book for the car. Regarding this I had sent many mail to maruthi customer care The complaint reference number is HT20080408_[protected]. Maruthi not even heeded my complaint. I have not received any reply from maruthi even after so many complaints. This is the worst service I am getting from Maruthi.

    i have purchased maruti alto from true value shopee muzaffarpur (RAJEEV AUTOMOBILE_MUZAFFARPUR BIHAR) on 6/12/2010 but still till date i am not able to get my owner book what can i do pls help me even the dlr person mr suneel is not picking my phone who is looking true value .

      Noise in the front

      Dear sirs,

      I'm the owner of Swift Vdi, purchased during May 2009 (KA 02 MD 5891). I have driven it only 2200 kms so far. From the time I started driving this car I have found strange noise coming from the suspensions or the struts. Apart from that, there is a also a squeaky noise that's coming from the bonnet or from the windscreen, not sure from where this noise is generating.

      I've bought a Swift VXI (ABS) from kataria automobiles (ahamadabad) in Nov 2008. The Car was running smoothly till I visit DD motors (Dehradun) for the first service of the car. Afterwards the windscreen of the car start producing a noise for which when I complained to DD motors, I was told to visit again to get it fixed. then after 1 month the same thing happened again and I have to visit DD motors for the third time and the service staff (the service advisor) told me that this problem is inherent in swift (I'm afraid that maruti is designing the cars in this way). After second service (which I got done from DD motors, dehradun only) the car ran properly for some time but again the same problem started appearing. Then on oe day the AC of the car went faulty and it stopped cooling on the same time I noticed a light displey on the instrument panel that meant some problem was there with the car. I again rushed to DD motors to get it fixed where I was told that as the car is within warrenty period so it'll be repaired for free but on delivery they said that I have to bear the cost of the gas charging of the AC which occured due to failure that was indiicated by the light on the instrument penal. so if it was the fault of the car itself why should I pay for that and the problem of wind screen noise is still prominent with the car and one of the power window of my car has stopped functioning on its own. I don't know whether it is a product fault or lack of servicing.
      So, Maruti is advised to look into the matter otherwise if it is a design flaw, it should do the appropriate.

      Hi Everyone,

      I had the same issue with my Swift VDI 6 months old. Done 10, 000Kms. So I took the car to the workshop to have a look at 3rd service at Mohali(Punjab). It was a squezing noise. when the car is washed the noise is gone. I checked the dashboard where the clock is on the VDI but to no avail. Service advisor told me that it is coming from the front windscreen as the windscreen locks are not taking the weight of the windscreen and it makes noise when the car crosses from the un even road. They told me this is a known issue and it comes on every 2nd or 3rd swift running on the road. He told me that they have to put the sealent on the locks of the windscreen under the wiper blades and I have to pay for it. I told him that it is under warranty as it is a manufacturing defect. They dont agree and when I told them that I am a CSI A Star customer they said they will do the job for free. They have done the Job very nicely. I have to park the car for atleast 12hrs for the sealent to get dry. I dont have any more issues. If you guys above are facing the same issue then get to the Maruti dealership/workshop and tell them to rectify the problem.

        Subject: Delivery of Maruti 800 AC registration number WB 24K 4180 from DEWAR's GARAGE


        Dear Sir,

        This was sixth time I was buying mariti car but unfortunately this was our very first time with DEWAR'S Garage.

        We made an appointment to take the delivery of Maruti 800 AC on June 22nd, 2009 at 10:30 AM from Topsia outlet of Dewar's garage. We were there on time.

        At the time of making the booking of this car, in the first week of June, we made 100% down payment and there is no financer involved in the deal. We have been told that teh car was readily available with the dealer.

        On Saturday, June 20th. we were confirmed on the delivery. Upon arrival on June 22nd. we were surprised to find the car was absolutely covered with huge amount of dust and muds all over the body (although in last weeks there was no rain in the city). We could observe many many strange spots on all the body.

        We were told that the car need to be cleaned and this is normal. In fact, within minutes we found that someone took a bucket of water and a duster and started rubbing the wet piece of cloth on the body. We thought this was possibly "normal" for Dewar's Garage.

        We were asked to complete the paper work and we had to wait more than two hours to finish the paper work (basically we have been waiting most of the time).

        It was past noon, they finished cleaning the car and we were asked to check the presence of all equipments according to the delivery check list and take the delivery.

        We wanted to check the body condition of the car and within munutes, a simple visual inspection revealed that,

        A. One of the body panel (the right side of the bonnet) was damaged. The paint was not there and there was rust all over the part that could meet the eye.

        B. There were several spots on the body, which were there in spite of cleaning and polishing!!! It appeared that the paint was spoiled due to some fluid/bird waste and the same was never cleaned.

        C. The mile meter was showing more than 128 kms... which appeared to us rather strange that in Kolkata, it is rather unusual that the car need to run so many kilometers before delivery.


        The above condition made me very disappointed and we strongly suspect that the car was possibly lying for many months with teh garage without any care, possibly under open sky. We tend to believe that the car has gotten rust all over the body.

        I wanted to see the "pre-registration" inspection report of the car. Nobody seemed to be aware of such a document. Although it was told to us that one can not do anything about it, because the car has been already registered.

        I took a decision on the spot not to take the delivery of the car, irrespective of its consequences.

        I had a brief discussion with Mr. Rajiv Rungta of Dewar's Garage and did not get any suitable solution.

        I tried to contact Ms. Priyanka Ghosh of Maruti at 16, Camac Street who was not available for any response.

        I contacted Maruti CRM division at Delhi and I was advised to contact the regional office at Kolkata.

        I would like you to take appropriate action against these dishonest dealers who is taking your reputation at stake and make sure that we receive the true value of the money.

        Dear Sir,
        As the Gear Sifting problem still there, as per discussion with the service head in my last visit you want to keep my Omni for a day to observe the problem. I agree with you all. Allot me a date show that gear box replacement is made . This problem arise when the car is on rest for a day or two or week after some KM running it gets some how in the position to sift.
        All of the Engineer who are looking to it just want to over ride the problem & this would be my 5th fifth visit and the problem is not solved .Where as they are trying to prove me that I & my driver are wrong. Technician :Prasanta Dhar just driving me in wrong way.

        If this time the problem is not solved then it would be the worst workshop of Maruti. I have got confirmation Maruti Car Hospital of BANDEL & CHINSHURA that there is problem in gear sifting, socket of front hydrallic, releash bearing as it is in warranty period things are to be replaced as this was present from the first day of receiving the vechical, purposely the gear box is not replaced.

        Please do the needful or I have to move in other ways

          The clutch makes knocking sounds whenever compressed and decompressed.
          The vehicle starts with a jerk specially in the morning or first start of the day even if the clutch pedal is released smoothly.It happens in all the positions of gear shifting the pedal is hard to operate and gear shifting is not smooth .
          The dealership SAYA AUTOMOBILES, GTK ROAD DELHI has failed to understand the problem as they don't have any specialised mechnic to deal with dzire vdi .

          The vehicle paint is not good as it gets scratch marks even if a person standing next to the vehicle just slightly moves his finger nails over the vehicle.

          There is a sound from the engine compartment of leaking air pressure .

          I need immediate relief from these problems, such problems are not the least desired in a DZIRE.

            Respected Sir/Mam
            I am working as an officer in Punjab National Bank, Circle Office, Chopasni Road, Jodhpur. I had purchased Alto LXI car from M/S Krishna Auto sales(P) Ltd Shastri Nagar Ind. area, Jodhpur on 25.09.08 vide their invoice No.458 dated 25.09.08. There is a corporate discount agreement of MZIL with Punjab National Bank wherein any employee who purchase a car from MZIL would be allowed corporate discount of Rs.5000/- from the company. I have submitted all necessary documents for getting discount to the sales executive of dealer who has also informed me of the above discount. But even after 9 months the dealer has not paid me any discount. I have written three letters to the dealer and MZIL but it has not proved fruitful.
            On enquiry they informed me that my documents were misplaced by the office employee and now it is too late to claim the discount from MZIL.
            I protested to the above communication from dealer but they did not pay any attention. Till date they have not paid any discount to me nor any communication has been recieved from Maruti Suzuki India Ltd in this regard. I am mentally harassed because of dealer;s behaviour. I beg your highness to look into to the matter and penalise the dealer M/S Krishna Auto sales (P) Ltd and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd and provide me justice.

              Sir,

              I have no words to express my anguish and horrified predicament while getting the first service of my new Swift Dzire (VDI Regd. No. DL 7CH 6637) performed by the Bagga link Motors ( Patarganj Delhi ) on 27/05/2009. I handed over the car to the supervisor Mr. Shubham Kumar at 09.30 am, and the delivery time was promised as 12.30 pm. I telephonically contacted Mr. Shubham at 12.30 pm regarding the status of the car and I was asked to visit the workshop to take the delivery. On reaching the workshop I was stunned to observe that the car was not ready and Mr. Shubham was not present there. In fact he did not come even after Mr. Radhey Shyam of Bagga Link asked him to hand over the car to me. I found that the car was
              1. Full of dirt and stains and certainly was not washed.
              2. The malfunction the car was exhibiting (vibrations in the cultch pedal) was not rectified, however Mr. Vijay (Works Manager )had directed Mr. Shubham to perform the rectification
              I lodged a complaint with the customer care official and met Mr. Munjal the GM services. He asked me to approach the Maruti Suzuki as I had already lodged a complaint with the customer care with a copy forwarded to Maruti Suzuki.
              I am anxious to mention here that it is seventh time I have faced horrible experience at Bagga Link Motors, earlier all sorts of problems were created by them in case of ALTO I purchased in October 2008 and the problems were resolved at MSSD Narayana after three months of incessant persuation and innumerable telephone calls and letters.
              In fact Maruti Suzuki is befooling the people in the name of service. I sent four mails to the company ( Mr. Raghavan, Mr. Nakanishi, Ms. Harpreet and the customer care department) and all have been thrown into oblivion . Moreover, my several telephonic calls to the head office ( Phone[protected] have been ignored. The complaint Nos.[protected] and [protected]) are given to me just for the sake of formality and are still pending.
              This company falsely boasts of possessing the largest service network but actually the situation is absolutely pathetic and absymal.
              I ask Maruti top officials " If yous is really a customer caring company then wake up before too late "

              Respected administration, I am HanwantVeer Singh from Shri Ganganagar. I have purchased a Maruti Swift Dzire in March 2010 from Audi motors, Sri Ganganagar. Now I have some problems like gear problem, speedometer problem and many others regarding this problem. I went many times to Maruti service station, but there is no proper solution and if this company can't give us better services. What is the benefit of taking Maruti cars and one thing is more that I want to say you that if after 9 months, my car condition is very poor, what would be the condition of my car after 3 or 4 years. Yours company name is very attractive but reality is different. You are requested to take my problem seriously and provide me better services. My car number is RJ13 CA 4115

                Mr Jaspreet Singh T.S.M Maruti, Mr Rakesh Sahdev ASM Maruti, Mr Suneel Sharma GM service Gulzar Motor’s & Mr.Surinder (sukhi), Mr Hardeep Singh Supervisor. I tried the vehicle in their presence 1:30pm to 4:30pm. All team of members tried the vehicle again and again. I spend almost 4 hrs continue along with your Senior Maruti team but they could not satisfy me and moreover they were also not Satisfied, Mr Suneel Sharma GM services & Mr Jaspreet Singh TSM Maruti both agreed and told to Mr.Rakesh Sahdev problems are Still and Continue in my Absence. Front DUG DUG Noise, Steering lower part DUG DUG noise, the vehicle has no Pick up at all.DIGGY noice, these problems are still and continue. After the replacement of Clutch Plates, Engine pickup is very low and down.
                KINDLY ATTN sir.

                Today 29th may 2009 I personally visited your authorized dealer of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd M/S Gulzar Motor’s Pvt Ltd Dholewal chowk GT Road Ludhiana, I was there in the showroom with Senior Technical Engineers, Mr Jaspreet Singh T.S.M Maruti, Mr Rakesh Sahdev ASM Maruti, Mr Suneel Sharma GM service Gulzar Motor’s & Mr.Surinder (sukhi), Mr Hardeep Singh Supervisor. I tried the vehicle in their presence 1:30pm to 4:30pm. All team of members tried the vehicle again and again. I spend almost 4 hrs continue along with your Senior Maruti team but they could not satisfy me and moreover they were also not Satisfied, Mr Suneel Sharma GM services & Mr Jaspreet Singh TSM Maruti both agreed and told to Mr.Rakesh Sahdev problems are Still and Continue in my Absence.                 NOTE:-Rakesh Sahdev ASM MARUTI in Ludhiana, not Satisfy me & nill Coperation to me And Behaviour is very Poor & BAD.

                29th may 2009 I personally visited your authorized dealer of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd M/S Gulzar Motor’s Pvt Ltd Dholewal chowk GT Road Ludhiana, I was there in the showroom with Senior Technical Engineers,
                Mr Jaspreet Singh T.S.M Maruti, Mr Rakesh Sahdev ASM Maruti, Mr Suneel Sharma GM service Gulzar Motor’s & Mr.Surinder (sukhi), Mr Hardeep Singh Supervisor. I tried the vehicle in their presence 1:30pm to 4:30pm. All team of members tried the vehicle again and again. I spend almost 4 hrs continue along with your Senior Maruti team but they could not satisfy me and moreover they were also not Satisfied, Mr Suneel Sharma GM services & Mr Jaspreet Singh TSM Maruti both agreed and told to Mr.Rakesh Sahdev problems are Still and Continue in my Absence. Front DUG DUG Noise, Steering lower part DUG DUG noise, the vehicle has no Pick up at all.DIGGY noice, these problems are still and continue. After the replacement of Clutch Plates, Engine pickup is very low and down.

                Maruti invented the new way of fraudulent . Offeres offered for 40k and given only 31k . And after complaint no NX[protected] no conversation with customer .

                  I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER, ABOUT THEIR MISSUSING OF THE VEHICLE AND PARTS. ON 10TH JUNE I HAVE CAME TO ACCIDENT AT REAR SUSPENSION. THEN I CLAIMED THE INSURANCE AT SPECTRA MOTORS THANE. WHEN I CAME TO RECIEVE THE VEHICLE I SAW OPENED THE FRONT BONET AND NOTICED THAT MY ENGINE AIR FILTER WAS CHANGED AND REPLACED WITH OLD ONE. INSPITE OF NO WORK WAS THERE IN FRONT OF THE VEHICLE.
                  ANOTHER CASE IS WHEN WE RECIEVED THE VEHICLE THEY TOLD US THAT WHEEL ALINGNMENT IS DONE BUT DUE TO PRINTER PROBLEM WE CANOT GIVE YOU THE REPORT.
                  THEN IN TWO THREE DAYS WE NOTICED THAT AT HIGHER SPEED CAR IS VIBRATING SO WE WENT BACK TO SPECTRA MOTORS THANE. AND ASK THEM TO GIVE THE PRINTOUT OF THE REPORT. THEN THEY TOLD THAT THERE IS PROBLEM IN MACHINE
                  SO WE HAVE NOT DONE THE WHEEL ALIGNMENT.

                    Earlier, the engine use to miss when on LPG. Now, it's missing on even Petrol.

                    I am really shocked and agitated with this irresponsible behavior of your employees.

                    Twice, I intimated you guys about the same but after seeing no response from your side. Once again, I called up (Regional Office) to check on the same.

                    I spoke to Tabassum and was put on hold for good 10 mins, and then I was transferred to Rajni, with whom I shared my issue. I was again put on hold for 10-15 mins (listened to voice mail) and call got disconnected.

                    I called back again, and was told that the line got disconnected due to some tech. problem and then again I was transferred to a gentleman by Rajni for further assistance.

                    I was told that, the person in charge for Noida region was on leave and is the only one who's following up my case. So, I was told to wait until he comes back.

                    This is how you torture your customers??????? Believe me guys, this is not a very good example you are setting up for Maruti Suzuki.

                    Just to let you know that, I have been driving your cars since past 20 yrs.
                    and; I've never faced any such problem in any of your vehicles.

                    In November'06, I bought Maruti Suzuki Wagon R, Reg. # - UP16N 4564 from
                    Vipul Motors Sector-18 Noida. I was counseled by one of the executives about
                    the new Duo model of Wagon R LXi. I was told about the benefits on mileage
                    and of course, about the new LPG technology or so called company fitted
                    Korean LPG kit.

                    Initially, it was running fine however after few months I realized that the
                    pickup was reduced and sometimes it use to miss the ignition at the
                    beginning.

                    At the time of third service, I told the same to the Motorcraft Sector-63
                    workshop guys and they fixed the issue. They have been fixing my car's LPG
                    issue since past 10 months but every time they fix this, after few days,
                    either the LPG pipe bursts with an explosion or the engine gets so hot that
                    it stops working.

                    But then, later it started happening more often. It became so weird that,
                    while driving the car on LPG it uses to get stopped all of a sudden (braked)
                    from 80kmph to 20kmph due to which I met with accidents (thrice). Twice it
                    happened, when I was with my family.

                    I can't risk myself or my family's life anymore. I have been escalating this
                    Issue but nothing has been done so far. You can't experiment your new
                    Technology on someone's life. Here are few records of complaints made by me

                    My sympathies with u . am shocked to see the attitude of a leading car manufaturer of interntional repute, being so calous and unbothered . Your problem is so cosistent that am surprised why they are not replacing the whole and sort out the issue . I think it's high time u should have gone to a consumer court for ur redressal . Immeadiatly ask ur lawyer and take the co / dealer to the court asking for full refund of money and compensation for ur mental agony and pain gone through inspite of several reminders/requests to solve the issue . Pl do it immeadiately . Infact i was just about to buy a wagon r duo . now let me reconsider after ur episode . we dont have money to throw away !!. May i pray ton GOD to bless u with success and relief from ur long ordeal with the co .

                      my name is Nitin Sharma, , we had bought maruti wagonr from stan auto's against exchange of our old zen car. we had bought car on aug 08 with temp no pb10 cb 6979. and till date we had not got the registeration copy. prior 7 months they were saying that the rc is coming in a day or two..next week and after that in april they said that the amount had not been deopisted. we had paid 10, 000/- for that and against that they had given 7880/- receipt ..and balance money had been deducted in penal...yesterday only we had a word with
                      mr. gupta some senior official at stan auto's.. he was so rude that i cant explain, we are with maruti since last 20 years.. now they had given us the no. pb 10 cn 1460. and they are asking for extra money as the no. is of our choice..but the no.is not so of choice... they said that the rc is there but you have to pay some money to get that.. they had also taken 2000/- rs from my father without any receipt. and as now 9 months had passed..we are facing alot of problem while travelling...Kindly i request you pls ask them that why they are harassing us and asking for money.. we are in contact with Mr Sandeep.. he had taken the cheque of 10, 000/- dated 2-04-09 state bank of patiala. plz help us...

                      I also Faced Similar Problem from STAN AUTO PVT LTD, Ludhiana. They are really very careless and now misusing/Spoiling the Brand name of Maruti. They also delay my RC and provide me after 2 months. Almost 80% staff have Very Bad behavior.
                      Mr Sandeep seems good but not much co-operative.
                      Beware of "STAN AUTOS PVT LTD" - NEAR SHERPUR CHOWK, LUDHIANA. They Charged your over for MARUTI BRAND which is famous for low Maintenance.
                      If you really want to go with Maruti Brand there are also many other dealers almost 6. Please visit them NOT to STAN AUTOS.
                      I still have complaint number got from MARUTI but did`t get sort from STAN. So in future i will not go STAN AUTO, Ludhiana.

                        Dear Sir,
                        It is with extreme disappointment and distress that I write to you, but I have been left with no choice. I booked a Maruti Swift VDi on May 3rd 2009. The booking was made through Vipul Motors Pvt. Ltd. (NIT Faridabad, Mathura Road). At the time of booking, I was told that the approximate wait time will be 12 weeks.

                        I tried to call them & asked for the status of the booking. Everytime, either they had no clue of this or made the meaning less excuses like Maruti is closed for some time etc etc.

                        This is just to inform you that i have been working with one of your A-Class vendor i.e Sanden Vikas India Ltd & very well know that Maruti hasn't been closed except on weekend since inception of FY'09.

                        I strongly feel that there is lack of transperancy in their system. Either they are intentionally not giving us the booking to use the same some where else or for the means of harrasment. We should atleast know the status of our booking or pendency of booking over there enabling us to track the same.

                        What makes the delay all the more disappointing is the level of service (or the lack thereof), during this period. At no point, not even once, has anyone from the dealer to Maruti called me to inform me of the delay or explain plausible reasons for the delay. Every single time, I have had to call and find out about the delivery update (if any).

                        Someone known to me booked the SAME car (Swift), SAME model (VDi), from a dealer in Punjab on the date later than my date of booking . He has received delivery of the car with in couple of weeks or maximum three to four.

                        Even at this point, neither the dealer nor the Maruti is able to tell me a date by which I can expect the car. Not receiving the car is bad enough, but it is completely ridiculous if I can't be told when I will receive the car, after so much of waiting. When I contacted the dealer, I was told that they have no information from Maruti about this. The dealer has forced me to speak directly to Maruti, and hence this email.

                        After so much time of waiting, with no sign of the car or even a firm date by which I will receive it - is this the treatment one expects from 'India's leading car manufacturer'? This can hardly be described as 'just-in-time' supply chain management, which other Japanese car manufacturers are known for.

                        Your website claims that your vision is 'creating customer delight' - I can assure you that this customer is far from delighted.

                        I realize that my situation may not be unique, but I find this level of service completely unacceptable. The least I expect is to be regularly informed and compensated adequately for the delay.

                        Please let me know if Maruti Udyog Limited finds this request unreasonable.

                            My new maruti swift car got rusted within 6 months of purchase and no action has been taken by the company. I am submitting all the letters given to them and recieved by them along with my last letter sent to them...

                            This is to bring to your notice that I have never been so insulted, harassed and cheated in my life as YOUR MARUTI COMPANY has done.
                            They had called me yesterday(12/6/2009) to have a look at the car after my complaint to you regarding rusting. After reaching there at 12.30 am nobody was there to attend. Then I called up your works manager after waitiong for an hour. Then even he did not think it necessary to attend or have somebody to attend. I was standing there in the heat fort 2 hrs. I lost my temper and shouted at them . Then somebody found the time to attend to me.
                            They clicked the snap of my car and gave me an estimate of Rs 52, 000 and 25% discount.

                            SO NOW YOU WILL GIVE ME A DISCOUNT ON THE DEFECTIVE CAR THAT YOU HAVE SUPPLIED TO ME.

                            I will do the Lab testing of the rusting from outside and give you the report whether it is a manufacturing defect or not.

                            I am going to the consumer court also.

                            THE MOST FUNNY PART IS THAT FROM 1 ½ YEARS YOUR PEOPLE HAD GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF Rs.32, 000 AND THAT WAS THE ESTIMATE 10 DAYS BEFOR ALSO. AND NOW THAT YOU ARE GIVING A DISCOUNT (THAT TOO 25%) THE ESTIMATE HAS COME UP TO 52, 000

                            Also there is nobody to calculate estimate. The calculation is also done manually and that also after sitting for one hour.
                            And then also they say that the cost can increase further.
                            Now I have given up hope for justice from your company. I do not want any claim from you. We will meet in the court only.

                              I have purchased the vehicle in the month july 2008. I find few problems which are very important for safety and security owner or drver of the vehicle.The poor vision of head lamps, poor breaking system at high speed (ie more than 80 kmph), noise of the doors and power steerin is hard.If you rectify these problems this is oneoff the best vehicle in its category.

                              i have booked swift dzire lxi before 2 months, but still there is no sign of the delivery of the car..
                              this long long booking time is so frustating..
                              try to overcome this problem.
                              I too own a dzire VDI which I purchased in Oct 2008. Me and my family narrowly survived as the the car veered of the road and hit a devider on breaking. The breaking is absolutely bad.
                              I own a dzire VDI which was picked up in July'09 and before this I owned a swift LXI for 2 years and before that an Alto standard model for 3 years and the only reason I picked up dzire as I was Satisfied with the other models of Maruthi.

                              But the breakings of this dzire is pathetic as I almost would have lost my family as the car did not come to a halt at all when I was at 100 speed and the lorry in fromt came to the right suddenly and I was not even trying to overtake the only reaosn I applied brakes is b'coz as I was in the middle of the road, there was tyre mark for more than 150meters but no joy I went and banged a lorry which had a huge container and only GOD's grace I'm alive today.

                              After this incident I'm vountarily going to tell people not go for dzire as its a matter of life and death and it is not about mileage or being maruthi which is known for low maintainance.

                                I was proud to be a Maruti Customer when I brought a new Swift Lxi. The vehicle was purchased on 23rd February 2009 from your Dealer - Popular(kerala). Vehicle was booked from Alleppey and the delivery happened from Kottayam. From April first week, the panel (Speedometer, Petrol Indicator, Temperature Indicator) stopped working.A/C also was not working during this time.

                                April 20th - We shown the vehicle at Kottayam showroom and after checking they told might be some loose contact as it was working at that time. It started giving problem again when we were driving back from showroom to my home.

                                May 7th - Vehicle was given at your Popular, Kottayam showroom to find out the problem and they kept the vehicle with them for 1 day.Next day they told the panel had gone and need to be replaced. Part was not available with them and need 2 weeks time to get it from Delhi.

                                May 27th 2009- As they told they have got the new part, we gave the vehicle at popular, kottayam to get it replaced. After fixing the new panel also, the same problem continued. Technician working on it told, suspecting ECM problem and told they don’t have mobiliser to check it. They will call once they get Mobiliser.

                                June 2nd 2009 - As showrrom guys informed they got the Mobiliser, vehicle was given again at kottayam showroom to identify the problem. It is exactly 8 days now and they have not even identified what is the problem. On 5th June as I did not get any positive result from Kottayam-Popular showroom, the problem was escalated to your Cochin office. The person involved was mr.Balaji. Today morning also I spoke to the showroom guys and your Manager - Balaji ( Maruti, Ernakulam), but of no result.

                                I really doubt the technical capabilities of the Technician working on it. It is more than 2 months the problem was first identified and from last 10 days the vehicle is totally at your Kottayam showroom. They are doing all possible R&D's and I even doubt what situation my vehicle will be in now. I have heard always good about Maruti service and what happened to me now is really against that. All I can say you is, get the vehicle replaced. It was a new vehicle and just after 1 month, the vehicle was giving trouble to me.

                                  I own a Maruti Suzuki alto LXI, purchased from Bimal auto Agency Chandmari branch on 12th Jan09.After around 6months after a slight scrape with a city bus a little paint peeled of.So I went to the Maruti Service Centre at Nursery, Guwahati belonging to M/s Bimal Auto Agency, Chandmari, However i was made to wait for 1 hour just to await arrival of the supervisor . After an hour the supervisor arrived, when I requested him for an estimate, he said in an abrasive and very rude manner that it was not his job and he had no time for this. This kind of a rude, inconsiderate customer service coming from Maruti is absolutely pathetic and can by no means be tolerated. Before buying the vehicle you people promise the moon, and after sales service is simply a joke.

                                    i've purchased Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire VDI on 28th Feb'2009, i've given my car for service to maruti's authorized service staion at Vipul Motors, Jhotwara. they done service but when i went to take my car they said that the key of my car has been lost by thier mistake, so they are unable to deleiver my car. they took three days time to rplace my lock set, after three days i went thier service station and againg they told me that theyae unable to change lock set due to some technical problem.


                                    i ask them to give me a alternate car instead of my car but they ae gibing me maruti suzuki swift (petrol version) but i denied to take beacause my car is deisel version and average of petrol version is very low.
                                    so they given me three keys one for start my car, one to opne doors & one to open my car's dicky etc.

                                    they asked me to come back after seven days they wil change my lockset, i went there after seven days and they took my car for one day i went there next day & they said same thing that they are unable to change the lock set.

                                    it is happening since last two months i am suffering from very big problem, even i need to carry three keys every time to access my car & its too diffucult to carry three keys.

                                    pls help me to resolve my problem as soon as possible.
