Hi,

It is really unfortunate and saddening that the best cars in the maruti suzuki lineup, s cross and brezza, do not come with ESP. It comes as a surprise that lower priced cars such as dezire, ciaz and ertiga get ESP in their automatic trims but s cross and brezza are not getting it. I was ready to compromise on 6 airbags, but lack of ESP is really hard to overlook.

ESP is a life saving feature and these days customers like us are aware of its importance. I was looking forward to purchasing s cross or brezza hoping that these would come equipped with ESP in at least the automatic versions. Extremely disappointed to see that these features are not even there in the top of the line trims. Moreover, these are the SUV's with a taller stance and would benefit the most by having ESP.

Sadly, now I have to look for other brands that come with these essential safety features. It is not just me, there are thousands of others who are also let down by seeing the lack of essential safety features in these cars. Hope Maruti Suzuki will listen to customer needs and equip their products with essential safety features in the future.

Agree with Dheeraj, the only reason for me to avoid cross is lack of esp and tcs.
I agree with Mr. Dheeraj, the only reason for me to avoid buying S Cross is lack of ESP and TCS.

I was ready to compromise on 6 airbags, no rear AC vents and no rear Charging Ports, but not on lack of ESP and TCS.

Such a premium offering from Nexa without ESP and TCS.

No wonder S Cross is not selling much in spite of being such a good looking Cross Over.

    Rohan motors promise me to give me my car today but now he said that he give me car tomorrow but I already paid full amount before 10 days but he can't fullfill his promise I am very dissatisfied with the manner they behave. And finally I called sales manager MR. Ritesh kapoor but he can't pickup my phone . I want you to take action against Rohan motors.he can't fullfill his promise.

      The maruti suzuki dealer padmaja
      suzuki located at old gajuwaka is very reckless and denying services which are mandatory for customers. Today i.e. 02/12/2020 at morning 9 am I went with my two Wheeler Maruti suzuki access with registration number AP05DS2533 for general servicing but the dealer denied service and informed to come only at 7:am in the morning. Which is not informed by notice or in website. We came along long distance but the store people are reckless and denied our request so I want to file a complaint against the store. Please do needful.

        Dear Sir
        I have purchased Maruti Ritz DL9CL7737 under true value from DD Motors Peera Garhi in 2017 which originally was registered in the year 2011.

        Now since we have shifted to Pune and in order to apply for transfer of RC to Pune invoice copy of the first owner is required which is not being able to provide by the True Value dealer nor am able to trace the first owner.

        As such request you to provide the Duplicate Invoice for the purpose of submission to RTO Pune authorities for calculation of road tax.

          Madam/Sir,

          This is not a complaint but i want bring your kind knowlege toward use of cheapest material in back seat in maruti suzuki car- Celerio VXI.

          Actually, i bought a Celerio VXI car on[protected] and It was much surprised for me when i saw that thermacol is being used to prepare back seat in this car.
          I am surprised, how can so famous car company can use so cheapest material and compromise with its so mega image.
          Using only 4-5 hundred rupees more, can prepare safe and life long seat cover but only to save this a little amount, maruti suzuki is using thermacol in this, such a how ridicules is this.

          Now i think, why should i not famous maruti suzuki using such a cheap quality material.

            3 months back I booked Maruthi Suzuki Wagoner Car at Bharath Maruthi Suzuki showroom at Ujire DK. But still they not delivered car advance already filled but they are not responsible properly they don't know witch date the Car will delivery to me.. No Call response no test ride No care about order and customer.. And the worst thing is they demand me change the Car to other model..My first Very worst experience of Maruthi Suzuki Showroom service...

              I purchased Swift Desire with exchange of my old Wagnor 4 years back from Kothari wheels Viman Nagar Pune.
              I understood they have sold this old car but it is not transferred in Buyers name and showing in my name till today.

              While taking the old car Kothari has given the Sourcing delivery Receipt of old car stating they will be responsible for any claim thereafter.

              Now how should I close this issue of ownership of old car .

              Please can you Guide me.

                I booked vitara Breeza on 23rd Oct and ur dealer Barbate Automotive(Reference No: PBK[protected]from Umred Maharashtra gave us commitment to deliver car on 10th of NOV 2020 and accordingly they told me to issue Demand Draft which was issued on dated 27th Oct through Loan..and now my loan installment are also started..they still not confirming the date and said they even dnt know the delivery time..kindly look into the matter..
                We and Canara Bank where I am working as a manager are partner to finance the car..but no response from ur dealer.

                  I had booked Vitara Brezza White color ZXI model from Rajrup Motors Junction Bhopal on October 15, 2020, paying INR 5000 as booking advance. The dealer initially promised that the car will be delivered to me by the end of October. However, I did not receive any update from my dealer, and when I called him on November 2, I was told about delay in some process, citing that the car will be delivered to me by Dhanteras festival (November 12, 2020). However, after few days I was told that they won't be able to deliver the car by 12th, but will get it to me by Devutthana Ekadashi (Nov. 25, 2020). Now I received a call from the dealer's boss, saying that they won't be able to get the car to me by next month, and if I am in a hurry, I can purchase a higher version (ZXI+) by paying INR 80, 000 over what was originally discussed for ZXI model.
                  I have already sold my previous car on Oct. 25 after listening to the commitments from my dealer, thinking that I would be getting my car by 30th Oct. And now it's becoming extremely problematic for my family to manage without a car. My father works in Railways which comes under essential services, and has to travel late night to his office in chilling winter, only because of fake promises made by my dealer.
                  I do not have any written commitment from the dealer, but have recordings of my telephonic discussions with him, where he assured me through his fake promises. I am stuck with nothing in my hand, and think that this will continue to happen until I purchase that higher variant car from the dealer.

                  Happening the same to me. Me and my friend booked a Swift Dzire Tour S on 30 October 2020 and the sales advisor promised me that they will deliver the vehicle within a week time. Believing his words my friend, who is going to drive the taxi to run his family resigned from his current working company.
                  We didn't received any updates from the service advisor or Maruti itself. I have paid the full amount to make the delivery sooner.
                  I was given another date November 13 2020. But they put on the blames over their own staffs and asking excuses. I have waited for that date too. But the same thing happened.
                  I told them that I will give another two weeks and will take delivery on 27 November 2020.

                  It failed again claiming that RTO process delay and etc and etc.

                  Now i have given another date 18 December 2020.

                  Waiting for the story to hear...

                    Hi,

                    I bought Honda jazz (TN09CA9526) car from paruthipattu True value, Chennai. When I bought the car I don't know the car is affected by flood. Even I asked with True Value representative, he told TrueValue wouldn't sell accidental or flood affected vehicles.

                    Three month after TrueValue was done name transfer for me. Then I visit Honda service center for service.They told the car which I bought is total loss car. I contacted TrueValue immediately they told they will give full refund.

                    They ask me to handover the car, we will give you the refund in 10days. But, they given four part payments in 3 month duration. Finally they stopped 32500 INR.

                    I asked them, they told we would give the full refund because you used this car for 3 months and name transfer also done. What I asked means, even I don't know the car affected by flood before going to Honda service center.

                    I have raised many complaints in maruti suzuki also. I get a chance to meet Mr.Ravi(GM). He told, we don't know the car was affected by flood like you. So, we wouldn't give you full refund, if you want raise a complaint in court I will take care.

                    But, Maruti customer support told me the cars, which should pass 360° test before sell to the customer. But I don't know why they sold the car to me intensively.

                    Please, I am requesting Maruti Suzuki get into this issue for the further solution.

                      I purchased Maruti Celerio in 2018 and so far has only clocked 9140kms.
                      Yesterday while running it got 'OFF' with abnormal noise. Today I took the car for service center. VISHNU CARS AVADI CHENNAI. There the advisor said radiator malfunctioned and so water emptied which resulted in engine choke . Now they are asking me to pay 35, 000 for service saying it is my issue .

                      I have frequently carried out all services timely with this particular authorised center. The workshop manager and advisor are too harsh on me trying to blame on me for their quality issue. How can I hold responsibility for a warranty car, which hasn't even driven 10, 000 kms .
                      I want Maruti Suzuki India to get involved and address on my issue.

                          Wish you both a very Happy Diwali!

                          And we too had wished a happy Diwali for us but unfortunately we can't all thanks to your Thane G.B.Road team for all the false commitments.

                          I don't know how the escalation matrix works, still writing on the hopes to get our car delivered ASAP.

                          We have been paying rent for parking lot from October 2020 @Rs. 1200/- pm because of your committment of car delivery on Dusshera day. (Almost 60 days we booked) - This point is taken care by Mr. Kunal Naik (GM - Fortpoint) by assuring reimbursement of the said amount per month from October 2020 till the date of delivery of car.

                          Would request your revert on the below concerns:
                          1. Rest showrooms and dealers are delivering the car (CNG) within 15 days. What's the issue with your showroom and if the issue was ongoing than why you people had to fool us?
                          2. Till today your team is saying that the car is yet not dispatched. Than how will you deliver the same by this month end (revised timeline stated in the email below)
                          3. If the car booked cannot be delivered by 30th Nov 2020 with all the formalities than kindly refund our token amount of Rs.11000/- plus compensation of Rs.2400/- (loss of parking payment) immediately to the below bank account.

                            I was lodged a Complaint Number [protected] dated 22.10.2020 against the issue of non-receipt of Maruti Swift VXI AMT (Silky Silver). The payment of Rs.1 Lakh made and booked the Car on 19.09.2020 through M/s Beekay Auto Pvt. Ltd., Asansol (W.B) under terms & condition of that within one month they must be delivered my booked Car. But M/s Beekay Auto Pvt. Ltd., Asansol (W.B) failed to deliver me the Car till date.

                              I am complaining against j and k vehiclades udhampur. firstly they misguided me and told that yr free service is expiring. they called me and told that we are sending our man to pick up yr vehicle. after sometime they rang and telling that this is paid servicing and u have to pay some 4500/-. after confirming that it is paid servicing i told them not to do anything just return my car as it is. but they started convincing me that we will do our best.you need not to worry. i told them i will come again and service in fornt of me. but they insist me that we will do our best. i conviced and they started servicing. after servicing same guy handed over my car at air force main gate took the money and went back. after seeing my car i was shocked.it was full of dust and even scratches on the body. i asked the delivery guy then he told that it got dusty on road. it was nowhere looking like washed and cleaned even. again i found a parking bill of muncipilty in city of same day. such a irresponsible they are.
                              when i called the manager then he is telling that we will wash it again dont worry. what about scratches?
                              what about one dent on front bumper.
                              i have no faith on them at all. i will never service or enen wash my car at j and k vehicledes udhampur.
                              i am complaining you and also complaining in consumer forum.
                              Plz do the needful.

                                I bought a Vitara Brezza ZDI variant (Invoice copy atached) in Agra (U.P) in April 2018 Regn No. UP 80EN 5804. From the very IInd service I brought to the notice of authorised service centre that all the four doors have some issue and they are not getting closed properly but they they never brought this fact on record (Job card ) rather saying it is a common problem with all the variants of Brezza.

                                Dear Sir,

                                My name is sathish. We booked a swift LXI in Oct'20 first week. They said car will be delivered by 29Oct'20. But they did not deliver it. We went on 2Nov'20. The car was not completely finished as we told extra fittings which was not completed. Than we had asked us to wait 2 hours. Still the door lock was not completed and they told me come this Saturday we will finish it with power window. And they asked me to pay the amount and we paid all the dues and they did not give invoice till date. Today 09.11.2020 they took the car for power window and told we will delivery it today. However, still it is not delivered and they are telling tomorrow will delivery. Also, they are talking such a rude. Now am regretting why did i go for Maruti. Also, we had upgrade extra fittings around 80, 000.00 they gave a word we will give the best discount. However, they did not give. also they told us we will put spoiler, Fogg light and front grill. When we asked now they are telling us to pay.

                                Could you please check this as literally they are lieing to the customers.

                                  I would like to draw your kind attention towards the pathetic service I am experiencing during the delivery of my booked vehicle from one of the MARUTI SUZUKI dealer namely FAIR DEAL CARS (P) LIMITED, Budh Vihar, Main Kanjhawala Road-110086.

                                  Below are the details:-

                                  I have booked a Maruti Suzuki Brezza LXI on 07.10.2020 with a booking amount of 11000/- (Cheque Number -100840 dated 07.10.2020) at FAIR DEAL CARS (P) LIMITED, MARUTI SUZUKI, Budh Vihar, Kanjhawla Road. The Sales Executive assured me the delivery of the said vehicle on 17.10.2020 (first Navratri).

                                  However, on 15.10.2020, I was informed that due to the shortage of the Brezza production from MARUTI SUZUKI, the delivery date would be 21.10.2020. With utmost displeasure, It is to inform that despite repeated follow-ups with the Executives/Managers of the dealer on different dates, the delivery date kept on extending from 21.10.2020 to 23.10.2020, then 28.10.2020.

                                  Thereafter, on 31.10.2020 (late evening), I was intimated that my vehicle arrived at the Showroom and Chasis number has been allotted to me. But, on 01.11.2020, I was informed that since the new schemes for November month have not yet arrived from MARUTI, so billing will be done post 03.11.2020. I was left with waiting for few days more . Thereafter, with so much delay, it was decided to do the payment on 09.11.2020 and take the delivery of the vehicle on 12.11.2020 (Dhanteras, being a lucky day according to Hindu mythology).

                                  But, I was again left with disappointment and frustration, when I called them today (08.11.2020) for confirmation about the vehicle. I was informed that the Brezza LXI which arrived on 31.10.2020 is no longer available in the showroom and I have to wait for few more days for the arrival of new Brezza LXI in the showroom.

                                  This has left me completely frustrated and helpless as I was expecting the delivery before Dhanteras by any means. I have completely lost credibility on FAIR DEAL CARS (P) LIMITED. This mental harassment for not providing the delivery of the vehicle timely has made me face a lot of inconveniences. Moreover, there is no prior intimation from any of the executive/Manager of the dealer for any delay. Every time, I only have to call them to check the status/confirmation etc. In addition, the reasons provided by them for the delay are completely vague and not even worth mentioning.

                                  I have financed the above said vehicle from Bank of India and all the procedural requirements including the sanction of loan amount was completed last month itself. Also, I am facing a lot of embarrassment while replying the Branch Manager, Bank of India, for the repeated delay.

                                  With only few days left, I request the concerned officials of MARUTI SUZUKI to take the necessary steps for the delivery of my aforesaid vehicle BREZZA LXI, White color on Dhanteras i.e. 12.11.2020.
