Claim of Tyre burst

I have purchased Dzire LXI 203283 on 1 November 2017 from Attapur, Hyderabad Showroom. I use the car only for city rides. As on date the car travelled only 12600 km only, you can notice from jobslip. But the front left side tyre suddenly got burst on heavy traffic road at Begumpet flyover, Hyderabad on 13 December 2020 at 4pm. The insurance company has been rejected to replace the tyre, the insurance company is saying it is manufacturing...

Sub: Delivery request for the vehicle TN 23 AL 8700 A star Blue color.
Dear sir,
Myself (R.Baburajan) I am your customer . I am using 3 car forself and own purpose one of my car is maruthi automatic versions. One of the above mentioned number Vehicle of car I had to handover my car for service purpose to your Ganesh car pvt Ltd located near Arumbaruthi service centure . VIT Road, Katpadi, Vellore Dt.
At that time of the car handover my car compliant is AC not working and handover my car with good condition . Then I complied to the branch. The Branch service Engineer has told to me the total repair cost is less than Rs. 25000. Including the parking lamp indicator problem.
I had paid an advance amount of Rs.20000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only). Afterwards your service branch persons to took a time two month later somebody called me. Additional amount needed for other spare compliant to replacing some material spare parts in my car . They were to said total cost Rs. 65000 including the advance amount. I was shocking at the time. Directly I had went to meet the service Engineer . They were told some spares replacement details. I realized and I was accepted there conditions.
Till to date they were not rectify problems, the car complaints I had went more than 6 times to the service Centre for car compliant, and I had to sent a letter to the branch but there is no response from that side. Later I directly went to check my car position, It should be the Vehicle performance is not good.I am not satisfied with your service. The Following faults I have noted while I went to a test drive on Nov 4th 2020.
1. Parking indicating
2. Sensor problem
3. Front Doors both side.
4. Jerking
5. On the driving mode the engine had suddenly stoped. And above 60 km not going condition
6. Another fault is when I had to handover car to your service center . all four tires were original . Now all the tires all were replaced inbuilt . what I will do .
In my request is I need my vehicle to be in good and running conditions without any fault. and again without my permission your service Centre spent Rs. 65, 000.00 cost of service I more expensive Maruthi A star model varient. Otherwise I will be going to consumer suit. Because more than 10month your are dragging me. I have mentally disturbed.
I will expecting good result from your side.

      I’ve visited Ganesh Car Vellore to get Designer Mat for my Vitara Brezza on 08/12/2020, there the adviser (Prabakaran) insisted me to put pvc matting which cost around 3000rs which is not the genuine product, I’ve told him I’ll do it in the decor, you just provide me the Mat and clip, for that he told me if you put the pvc mat right here only we’ll issue the clip for the mat.
      In this case they’re forcing the customer to do it.

      Update of my Complaint
      As soon as I complain in your website I received the call from Ganesh Cars Vellore, and the executive talked me and refunded me 1400rs which I’ve payed in excess and apologised to me.
      Thanks for your Support and finally the case is closed.

      I had terrific experience with Ganesh Cars Vellore every year (even this year too - Sep 2021). For each service, they will make a big blunder. It's been 1 month i have done a periodic service and they have not cleaned the interior and AC vent was not working. Driver has noted all the details about the existing complaints but none of that was resolved. Ganesh Cars company doesn't have proper Point of contact, if you ask person 1, he will point to person 2, again he will point to person 3. One of the executive who approached me for the service and for all my complaints is very rude and he don't have any ethics to speak customer (Hemanth - [protected]). He will tell all lame reasons for their mistake and never admit their issues. It's been more than 30 days, still am approaching them for service correction. All i can say about Ganesh Cars is WORST WORST WORST.

        It is not a complaint but suggestion I have wagon r vxi for 5 years . Its fuel rubber pipe feed to tank cut by fuel thieves last week 10 wagon r fuel feed pipe cut by thieves to steal petrol . Its cutting and stealing fuel by inserting thin tube and Syphon out . I suggest to reinforced it's by steel wire so thieves cannot cut it

          My car has been got accident . And there were 2 persons in the car .. but we were just escaped from death .. we both have putten seat belts but there was a huge mistake from safety measures .. the airbags did not come after hitting such an big accident ... we spend almost 7.75 lakh rupees for my new swift car ... we checked all safety measures and bought a car .. we were not affordable with that car then also we bought it by the style of the car ... but being in that accident .. we risked our lives .. and we got to know that this car is useless .. because in being that big accident .. we dint get any airbags out of it ... its a great mistake from your part ... we just escaped from death ... why are you providing this types of stupid cats to coustomes .. it is useless .. if we dead what would you do for our family ? Just an insurance coverage .. its just a kind of stupid reason .. from you company AM motos malappuram .. they are giving such bad kind of services to the coustomers .. i have called many times to the company head office but i dint get any good services from your side .. i think i must give a police complaint on your fake airbags ...

            My car registered number is WB26S7843. I had my yearly servicing done on 12th Nov 2020 at Sanei motors kolkata. On 15th Novemebr 2020 I was travelling from Kolkata towards Odisha and after 200 Kms on the NH I stopped my car to pay the toll fee and after that it did not start. I called nearby maruti service center and after their investigation they told engine was seized for which the car was towed to Jyote motors Balasore in Odisha. They have given an estimated cost of Rs 91256 . Even after several follow ups I did not get any convincing response why the issue happened and why the fault was not identified during the yearly serving which was done just 2 days before the incident. If servicing can not identify any faults what is the purpose of having regular maintenance servicing with high cost at authorized maruti servicing center. As a trusted maruti customer I always used to have my regular yearly servicing at maruti servicing center assuming I will have tension free ride of my car. Since within 2 days of servicing the engine was seized I am not going to bear such amount of damage cost.

                      Hi,

                      It is really unfortunate and saddening that the best cars in the maruti suzuki lineup, s cross and brezza, do not come with ESP. It comes as a surprise that lower priced cars such as dezire, ciaz and ertiga get ESP in their automatic trims but s cross and brezza are not getting it. I was ready to compromise on 6 airbags, but lack of ESP is really hard to overlook.

                      ESP is a life saving feature and these days customers like us are aware of its importance. I was looking forward to purchasing s cross or brezza hoping that these would come equipped with ESP in at least the automatic versions. Extremely disappointed to see that these features are not even there in the top of the line trims. Moreover, these are the SUV's with a taller stance and would benefit the most by having ESP.

                      Sadly, now I have to look for other brands that come with these essential safety features. It is not just me, there are thousands of others who are also let down by seeing the lack of essential safety features in these cars. Hope Maruti Suzuki will listen to customer needs and equip their products with essential safety features in the future.

                      Agree with Dheeraj, the only reason for me to avoid cross is lack of esp and tcs.
                      I agree with Mr. Dheeraj, the only reason for me to avoid buying S Cross is lack of ESP and TCS.

                      I was ready to compromise on 6 airbags, no rear AC vents and no rear Charging Ports, but not on lack of ESP and TCS.

                      Such a premium offering from Nexa without ESP and TCS.

                      No wonder S Cross is not selling much in spite of being such a good looking Cross Over.

                        Rohan motors promise me to give me my car today but now he said that he give me car tomorrow but I already paid full amount before 10 days but he can't fullfill his promise I am very dissatisfied with the manner they behave. And finally I called sales manager MR. Ritesh kapoor but he can't pickup my phone . I want you to take action against Rohan motors.he can't fullfill his promise.

                          The maruti suzuki dealer padmaja
                          suzuki located at old gajuwaka is very reckless and denying services which are mandatory for customers. Today i.e. 02/12/2020 at morning 9 am I went with my two Wheeler Maruti suzuki access with registration number AP05DS2533 for general servicing but the dealer denied service and informed to come only at 7:am in the morning. Which is not informed by notice or in website. We came along long distance but the store people are reckless and denied our request so I want to file a complaint against the store. Please do needful.

                            Dear Sir
                            I have purchased Maruti Ritz DL9CL7737 under true value from DD Motors Peera Garhi in 2017 which originally was registered in the year 2011.

                            Now since we have shifted to Pune and in order to apply for transfer of RC to Pune invoice copy of the first owner is required which is not being able to provide by the True Value dealer nor am able to trace the first owner.

                            As such request you to provide the Duplicate Invoice for the purpose of submission to RTO Pune authorities for calculation of road tax.

                              This is not a complaint but i want bring your kind knowlege toward use of cheapest material in back seat in maruti suzuki car- Celerio VXI.

                              Actually, i bought a Celerio VXI car on[protected] and It was much surprised for me when i saw that thermacol is being used to prepare back seat in this car.
                              I am surprised, how can so famous car company can use so cheapest material and compromise with its so mega image.
                              Using only 4-5 hundred rupees more, can prepare safe and life long seat cover but only to save this a little amount, maruti suzuki is using thermacol in this, such a how ridicules is this.

                              Now i think, why should i not famous maruti suzuki using such a cheap quality material.

                                3 months back I booked Maruthi Suzuki Wagoner Car at Bharath Maruthi Suzuki showroom at Ujire DK. But still they not delivered car advance already filled but they are not responsible properly they don't know witch date the Car will delivery to me.. No Call response no test ride No care about order and customer.. And the worst thing is they demand me change the Car to other model..My first Very worst experience of Maruthi Suzuki Showroom service...

                                  I purchased Swift Desire with exchange of my old Wagnor 4 years back from Kothari wheels Viman Nagar Pune.
                                  I understood they have sold this old car but it is not transferred in Buyers name and showing in my name till today.

                                  While taking the old car Kothari has given the Sourcing delivery Receipt of old car stating they will be responsible for any claim thereafter.

                                  Now how should I close this issue of ownership of old car .

                                  Please can you Guide me.

                                    I booked vitara Breeza on 23rd Oct and ur dealer Barbate Automotive(Reference No: PBK[protected]from Umred Maharashtra gave us commitment to deliver car on 10th of NOV 2020 and accordingly they told me to issue Demand Draft which was issued on dated 27th Oct through Loan..and now my loan installment are also started..they still not confirming the date and said they even dnt know the delivery time..kindly look into the matter..
                                    We and Canara Bank where I am working as a manager are partner to finance the car..but no response from ur dealer.

                                      I had booked Vitara Brezza White color ZXI model from Rajrup Motors Junction Bhopal on October 15, 2020, paying INR 5000 as booking advance. The dealer initially promised that the car will be delivered to me by the end of October. However, I did not receive any update from my dealer, and when I called him on November 2, I was told about delay in some process, citing that the car will be delivered to me by Dhanteras festival (November 12, 2020). However, after few days I was told that they won't be able to deliver the car by 12th, but will get it to me by Devutthana Ekadashi (Nov. 25, 2020). Now I received a call from the dealer's boss, saying that they won't be able to get the car to me by next month, and if I am in a hurry, I can purchase a higher version (ZXI+) by paying INR 80, 000 over what was originally discussed for ZXI model.
                                      I have already sold my previous car on Oct. 25 after listening to the commitments from my dealer, thinking that I would be getting my car by 30th Oct. And now it's becoming extremely problematic for my family to manage without a car. My father works in Railways which comes under essential services, and has to travel late night to his office in chilling winter, only because of fake promises made by my dealer.
                                      I do not have any written commitment from the dealer, but have recordings of my telephonic discussions with him, where he assured me through his fake promises. I am stuck with nothing in my hand, and think that this will continue to happen until I purchase that higher variant car from the dealer.

                                      Happening the same to me. Me and my friend booked a Swift Dzire Tour S on 30 October 2020 and the sales advisor promised me that they will deliver the vehicle within a week time. Believing his words my friend, who is going to drive the taxi to run his family resigned from his current working company.
                                      We didn't received any updates from the service advisor or Maruti itself. I have paid the full amount to make the delivery sooner.
                                      I was given another date November 13 2020. But they put on the blames over their own staffs and asking excuses. I have waited for that date too. But the same thing happened.
                                      I told them that I will give another two weeks and will take delivery on 27 November 2020.

                                      It failed again claiming that RTO process delay and etc and etc.

                                      Now i have given another date 18 December 2020.

                                      Waiting for the story to hear...
