During the accident, airbag of baleno car did not open... It is ridiculuous, that nexa car features works like that... If something happen with us then who is responsible...
We are three members in car and on the highway, there is an accident of our car with truck in front of our car but airbag did not work during this accident...

    I had given my brand new car maruti dzire (Reg. No. Uk07dc6890) for some minor body shop repairs (Small dent on rh rear door and one or two scratches on running board below) on 7th september 2019 at m/s. Rohan motors ltd, gms road, dehradun, an authorized service center of maruti suzuki ltd. I was assured of delivery of my car on 22nd september 2019.

    However, i was aghast when it was noticed that the body shop section, instead of repairing the small dent, has made multiple dents and various scratches on each side of car, apparently while maneuvering the car. This, kindly note, was never brought to my notice and it was, by chance that i had noticed the dent and scratches while making a surprise visit to the service center. It was even more surprising, when i got to know that they were trying to hide the facts and make repairs without seeking my permission, which is totally unfair and unauthorized.

    Then, i tried to get in touch with concerned adviser and body shop manager, who just gave empty assurances that all the dents and scratches would be fixed and the car would be delivered in a perfect manner, better than a brand new car. But the factual position was that the difference in colour on each panted door, panel, fender etc. Was glaringly visible when the car was being delivered to me. On complain to higher authorities regarding mismatch in pain colour on the painted panels, they have moved one step ahead and also painted the adjacent panels so that the mismatch in painted colour can be observed easily. Now condition is so worse that they have painted my car 3 to 4 times and almost coloured 60% of the outer surface of my car, be it doors, side panel, front panels, bumper, fenders…, have been painted by them to fix all the dents and match the colour. Anyways, i continued with my efforts and tried to get in touch with higher authorities (Be it the gm of rohan motors, maruti suzuki customer care and regional manager), but all of these yielded no results and in turn, i was being coerced to accept the car in as it position.

    Then, i left with no option but had to raise a complaint to the md of maruti suzuki ltd (Mr. K. Ayukawa) by sending a mail on 18th october 2019. On my complaint, car has been inspected by rohan motors and mr. Gopal (Tsm of maruti suzuki ltd), but it was surprised to note that rohan motors, out rightly, rejected having done unauthorized repairs / paint of my car. It was only when i showed the pics of my car at the time of leaving the car for repairs and confronting them, they agreed to have done unauthorized repairs but still they had not accepted having done paint on some panels.

    Subsequently, on my repetitive request, car has been inspected by axalta coating system (Paint vendor of rohan motors ltd) in the presence of mr gopal (Tsm of maruti suzuki ltd), representatives of rohan motors ltd. And myself on 4th november 2019, through dft (Dry film thickness) meter to identify the painted panels and mismatch in paint colour. It is important to mention that on inspection, dft meter readings ranged from 70 microns to as high as 700 microns was observed which is possible only when some major repair work is carried out. Further, it is important to note that mr. Gopal and axalta team had also confirmed the color-mismatch on painted panels during the inspection. Further, mr. Gopal had assured that final inspection report shall be provided and they would come with appropriate resolution to resolve the issue.

    However, situation got overturned against me, when i got the mail from mr. Gopal on 11th november 2019, wherein he accepted the fact that panels (Left fender, left front door, front bumper, right front door, right rear door, right quarter panel and rear bumper), covering almost of my car was painted by the workshop. But to cover up and protect his dealer, he has also mentioned that no mismatch in paint color has been observed on the painted panels and car was delivered to me in good condition and upto satisfaction of customer. Further, it is pertinent to mention that final inspection report had not been provided through mail. Then again, i had to send a mail to md requesting to intervene in to the matter and resolve the issue. Thereafter, mr. Gopal has provided the final inspection paint report on 25th november 2019. But i stunned reading the report wherein it was mentioned that color matching is ok (I. E. Report is not categorically confirming about no mismatch in paint color), which clearly shows that they tried to manipulate / hide the exact fact and playing with words. Further, reason of dft meter reading of high as high to 700 has not been mentioned in the report. It clearly demonstrates that inspection report is one sided and favoring the maruti suzuki ltd and rohan motors ltd, which is obvious because m/s axalta coating system is paint vendor of rohan motors and maruti suzuki ltd. And they earn revenue from them only.

    The matter has not ended here, when i asked to provide a letter from rohan motors limited, accepting the unauthorized repair / paint on my car, which was duly accepted by representative of rohan motors ltd in front of mr gopal (Tsm of maruti) and myself, so that i can file a complaint before consumer court, mr. Manoj from rohan motors ltd, send a mail mentioning that all the repair work is done with the approval of customer (Verbal), which is totally opposite of fact mentioned herein above. Instead of accepting their mistake, they are now blaming the customer due to fear of consumer court.

    To summarize, response from maruti suzuki ltd and inspection report of m/s axalta coating system, clearly favoring the dealer completely and falsifying my claim. Instead of taking action against its dealer for such kind of service to maruti’s customer, maruti suzuki ltd is protecting its dealer, which is unfair and injustice to customer like me.

    It is requested to kindly take up the matter with maruti suzuki limited at your level to get aforesaid issue resolved.

        Sir,

        I wish to bring a few facts for your kind consideration and necessary action regarding the unpleasant experience i had at krish automotors pvt ltd. Which disturbed me and feel like sharing with you.

        Sir, i am using maruti vehicle for the last more than 17 years and one of your happy customer. I had purchased this ertiga vxi no. Dl 2fr 3333 from m/s krish automotors pvt. Ltd. Due to negligence of one of my colleague the carpet of my above car got damaged and i approached m/s krish automotors for replacement of the same on november 24, 2019. I was informed that the carpet was not available with them and was advised to book by paying on advance payment of rs. 1500/- i was asked to bring the car after 3-4 days for fitment of same and i was quoted a sum of rs.[protected] towards labour charges by sh. Harjeet singh advisor at krish automotors.

        Accordingly i again took my car to them for fitment of carpet as advised by them. On november 28, 2019 i met sh narsingh for the needful. The job was entrusted to one sh. Nadeem denter and after completion of the job i was informed by sh. Narsingh that he had to employ outside labour for execution of the job which i feel is not the fact tand was charged rs. 4200 plux taxes for fitment of the carpet which i personally feel is not reasonable and i tried to discuss this matter with sh. Narsingh, the advisor i didnt not tget any satisfactory reply from him or any of his superiors. I feel th amount of rs. 4200 towards the labour charges arbitrarily fixed which in my option is not reasonable and feeling cheated in the matter.

        Sir, i will feel great if you could kindly look into the matter and take action you deem fit in the matter.

        I will feel obliged if i could get a line in reply.

          Respected sir,
          I am proud customer of my maruti suzuki swift dzire zdi car, but unfortunately i met with an accident on 9/11/19 & i went to radhagovind showroom for repair and submitted all my proper documents and car. I requested service manager for early delivery for which he promised me to give delivery by the end of november month as i have no other vehicle to go for my job but in documents they said for formality sake we are writing one month for delivery.
          Sir, but i didn’t not receive a single msg from showroom about information of my supervisor or some other senior person for proper updates anyways i used to go personally from time to time to showroom for updates and always requested them for earliest delivery and i used to meet painter and denter directly as i had no idea for whom to contact as most of the time bodyshop manager/ service manager used to be on leave and i contacted mr usman/ mr abbas but of no use as they had no idea, they always said we will convey your message to our seniors.
          Now since 3 days painting was done and only fitting was left so i requested denter for fittings and he promised me to start yesterday so i went today again for updates but denter was on leave and other person told me that sir dashboard is not available that’s why we can’t do fittings before so he took me to mr vikas, who takes orders for parts and he told him that i received order for dashboard just 4-5 days before so it will be coming in next 4-5 days,
          So i was very annoyed with such response so i asked in showroom to contact me with some responsible person who can help me as service manager left the job and bodyshop manager is on leave so mr mukesh was next incharge and he contacted mr amir, so he said i am sending our private contractor and he will talk to customer, so i refused to talk to him that why should i talk to some private person, so i tried to call terittory manager but his phone was not reachable so i contacted mr vaghmare rsm, maruti and explained about my problems so he assured me that someone will contact you soon and mr abhimanyu, territory manager called me and i explained him again with full details and he promised me for best help and he called me few minutes later and said you will get your vehicle on given time, that’s it... I was really annoyed with the way he said that... (This wasn’t the question of getting my vehicle on time but i could’ve got it well before if managed properly).. Actually as i waisted my time explaining him everything in details was i feel was useless as when i insisted upon why they placed the order 4-5 days back for dashboard so he said sir vikas has given wrong information to you and they placed the order on 17th of november only, then my next question was then why so much delay for shipment so he said some e way issues and that too with only with this product!? If order were placed for side pillar and dashboard together then why issue came only for dashboard as denter told me that except side pillar everything is available so as soon it comes we will get your vehicle done as soon as possible and same thing sales manager assured me when i asked him to send request for early shipment of side pillar so he explained me sir we can’t request before only but if goods doesn’t come with next shipment then only we can request or talk to higher authorities otherwise they will scold us.
          Now i have some queries if you can ease me with
          - what was the date of informing insurance company about inspection
          - when was inspection done and date of approval
          - date of placement of order required for my vehicle
          - why i was not informed about my supervisor/ contact person for my queries
          - why every time i visited workshop/ bodyshop always manager (Both)
          Is on leave?
          -who is responsible person in workshop incase concerned person is on leave!
          - why they take satisfactory work done form signed at the time of submission of vehicle for repair/ servicing as a routine (Can check always).
          Sir, i have stopped going at radhagovind for servicing of my vehicle with the conditions of washing/ cleaning and servicing and not me only but most of the people whose free servicing is over doesn’t like to get the service done by them (Can check the records) actually people doesn’t have choices otherwise results may be more worst with radhagovind (Par kya kare majboori mein jana padta hai radhagovind showroom) these people are not bothered at all as they are taking customers for granted as innocent and some illiterate customers doesn’t know how and where to complain,
          Sir, i humbly request maruti higher authorities to send some team for inspection as a common man and should experience the facilities/ sers available at showroom otherwise he knows how to manage some higher authority people to save his skin, if you are really interested to make things better for customers you people should visit as some kings used to do it by changing the getup and go between the public to know the real facts, same type of thing you have to do. He is getting upgraded may be due to some people who wants to save his skin for some benefits of them, so kindly go through my matter with kind consideration and if you find my concern is genuine then please take strictest action against radhagovind showroom and culprits. If my vehicle not given on time with my full satisfaction kindly allow me to go to consumer court.

            I have serviced my car bearing regn no. Tn 02 bm 6279 for my damage in the bannet and front bumber at vishnu cars pvt limited, pallavaram on 31.10.19, while at the time of deliver itself i have noticed that the roughness in the newly repaired parts (Bannet and bumber), in the next day while cleaning the car i was shocked that all the body parts are having paint sprays including my front windshield, i have complained the vishnu cars, they have removed excess spry only at front bannet and burfed few more areas, but still my car smoothness vanished and in the windshled during rainy days i could not able to drive the car while cleaning with wiper my vision is totally disturbed. So i request you to intsruct vishnu cars to replace my windshled and wiper immediately, since it is a rainy day do this immediately, they are not listing and responding to our complaint

              Respected sir/madam,
              I have received an incorrect challan from maharashtra traffic police
              Echallan no. Muccm[protected] fine: 700
              Charged for my two wheeler 1. For without helmet 2. For police manual signal violation
              The above fine of ₹700 was wrongly charged to me and would like to bring to your notice the following points:
              1. The time and date mentioned in the e-challan was 30-nov-2019 01:09 am. However at the same time my vehicle was parked at my residence in mazgaon. The time mentioned in the challan is 01:09 am i was at my home sleeping so it is not possible that my vehicle was at sewree as mentioned where the challan was charged.
              2. Additionally there is no picture attached with this challan which to my belief the police inspector might have misinterpreted the vehicle number as the driver has also violated police manual signal.
              I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and levy the charges to right defaulter.
              I also request you to cancel my e-challan muccm[protected] from my name and vehicle and provide the necessary help.
              Please revert as soon as possible.

                I have purchased breeza zdi plus on 30th sep 2019 from deep auto mobile ballia up.
                From day one it was giving mileage issue which not solved by dealer and now after raditor issue your dealer has checked enginee was also with less oil.

                Up 60 an8751. Its really very shocking that maruti has supplied failure engine and your rsm amit choudhary and tsm sumit is not giving response.

                Also deep automobile azamgarh not giving repsonce.

                    I had given my swift dzire vxi for clutch related complaints and engine oil leak at indus motor co pvt ltd, mavelikara. As the sa told that this work consumes time vehicle was in the workshop from 14th nov'19 and vehicle was delivered back on 19thnov'19. The complaints were rectified but when the ac is on sound is coming from the compressor and when sitting inside the car intermittently the sound is coming as if we are going in a racing car. This complaint was not there earlier and when checked with sa he told that maybe when they dismantled the parts and refitted it should have occurred. This is not acceptable. I gave my vehicle for a complaint but when delivered to me there is a new complaint. As a customer it is the responsibility of indus motor company to rectify this for me without any additional costs. I believe that my complaint would be considered serious and necessary steps would be taken to resolve the matter at the earliest.

                    Hi as above mentioned i got maruti super carry MH12PQ9420 last year purchased now a days vehicle issue with engine I have submitted to service center on 06/10/19 JC no 19009447 yet not complication work worst service from Mahalxmi service center mundhwa this kind of service not acceptable warranty cases how much took time

                      Suzuki burgman 125 cc i bought just two weeks earlier and done with 762 kms. I found the bike bends to right side while riding and whole weight or pressure falls on right hand. And also it is observable the handle head it not fitted symmetrically to scooter body, it is fitted towards right. And it's from showroom itself, found on other bikes too present thier. During first servicing the suzuki could not fix it. It's painful....

                      I have a car Swift zdi model 2018 reg no (RJ 45 CE 0587).The service centre of maruti suzuki prem motors vki area 14 no jaipur i have taken my car to the service centre many time for a same mistake and left my car for 10- 10 days each time but the mistake is not fixed till now and iam very upset from this type of service Maruti suzuki gives I have taken leave from my office sevral times for this but i cant get rid of it and iam shoked that this is what maruti Suzuki gives to there costumers i want solution of it as soon as possible my contact no [protected].

                        My vehicle mh05dk5467 in the name of renu tours and travels, purchased vehicle from fortpoint automotive, dombivili in the month of january 2019. Vehicle is not yet completed one year and this is third time battery stopped working. Every time we called road side assistance and we faced lot of issue. Today we missed our business due to this. As i am single parent i am using vehicle for economical support. But if vehicle is giving issue might be battery overcharging issue?? Battery distill water gets evaporated. Vehicle is becoming offroad due to battery become discharged. This issue is already discussed with service team of fortpoint service center. They are not resolving my issue permanently. Customer is not in fault at all, who will bear the day to day loss?? My vehicle lost today’s business, tomorrow i am not sure whether i can get back my vehicle so tomorrows business i will again lose. Neither fortpoint nor msil is going to reimburse the same. I want permanent solution on this asap. Road side assistance checked vehicle and said there is no water in battery cell, my vehicle servicing done 1.5 months back, i am in question that if they have done battery servicing or not?                           this is regarding my vehicle mh14hg8736 swift dzire purchased in july from your showroom my car wakad. While purchasing i have paid 2500 rs. (Excess amount) as tax. Your sales team leader mr. Nanasaseb raut told me that i will refund this amount to you as soon as possible.                             I own a "suzuki gixxer sf abs" regn. Date 10/01/2019 i. E. Just 9 months ago, with in 9 months its top it started making noise, to fix the issue i have left my vehicle with authorized suzuki service centre at "manpada, thane" on 21st oct'19 however till date job has not been done.

                            The technical team at service centre is unable to discover the issue.

                            Bike is on emi from hdfc bank which is been deducting from my bank through ecs, though i have not received bike till date to me from suzuki motorcycle and so now i want this ecs payment to stop as bike seems have major issue.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am writing this complaint regarding the delay in delivery of maruti swift dezire cng car that i booked in oct-2019

                              I had booked the car on 08-oct-2019. The promised delivery period was 30 daýs; i got confirmation from dealer on this. The period of next 3-4 days ended on 12 nov and the vehicle is still not delivered. I have been constantly following-up with my dealer and they keep giving me new dates which keeps slipping.

                                My vechile register number kl 61 d 5815 alto 800 lxi has a stearing complaint i have informed to service center popular agency vechiles kayankulam in 3rd service of vechile but they are not willing to repair it within warranty period. Vechile is still in warranty period of purchase but maruthi service not customer friendly they are not giving any garranty on warranty. Stearing complaint within one year of purchase so i have a bad review on purchase and service

So plz now issue me the loan clearance certificate of my car r gao1 r 7296

                                    Sir with due respect i want to share my horrible experience which i have came across few days back. Actually in september 2019 i have gone to maruti showroom kunihar for my car routine servicing. I jave left the car and sit in waiting room. They have service the car and sent it for washing to outside private washer and left the car there with key inside the car. After half an hour car brought back and handed over to me. With faith on maruti and lack of time i didn't check anything and come back to home. Last week my car tyre got puncture then i found that my tool and jack is not there it was shocking to me because moving with punture tyre was too risky. On recollecting the events of last two months i conclude that it has happened during my car service mainly during washing.                                       Dear concern,

                                      With reference to the subject cited above i am to inform you that i have purchased 1 (One) maruti wagon r vehicle on 23/10/2019 from your dealership located at chandmari, kamrup metropolitan district, guwahati. But, on 3/11/2019 the said vehicle was start off on the road at r. G. Barua road, guwahati and immediately i have contacted with the persons in the workshop located at bamunimaidam and the technician of the workshop rushed there and they solved the problem. However, on the very next day i. E. 04/11/2019 the same problem occurred at about 8-30 pm when the vehicle was on the road at beltola basistha road (Near survey), kamrup metropolitan district, guwahati and immediately it was informed to sri kishor kalita, sales executive of your dealership and the technician of your workshop, bamunimaidam, guwahati-3. After one hour, the 2 (Two) technicians came to the spot and checked the vehicle but could not solve the problem and advised us to leave the vehicle at that place and to go to home by some other means.

                                      On the next day, the sales executive came to dispur last gate and took the car to the workshop and in the evening, they returned the car to my residence at ulubari and stated that the main problem was with the battery and so they have changed the battery and assured us that the vehicle will not create any problem in future henceforth. But, on the next day, i went to six mile and while returning, again the same problem occurred at ulubari chariali at 7.30 pm. I was in a miserable state and the car had to be pulled back home with the help of some labourers.

                                      The very next day on being informed, the sales executive came to my house and took the car to the workshop and since then the car is in his custody.

                                      Under the above circumstances, it is requested that the defective car that was sold to me should be immediately replaced as the same problem is occurring again and again despite a number of attempts to repair it by your technicians. The problem created by the newly purchased vehicle has led to severe physical and mental agony to me and my family. To resolve the entire matter, i am requesting for replacement of the said vehicle as there is high risk involved in operating the defective vehicle even if it is returned after repairing. Despite of solving our problems they threaten us, harras us, make fun o[censored]s misguide us and make fool o[censored]s. Without any rectification and status of the car they return the car to us. I am a senior citizen and being mentally harassed by bimal auto agency team since 3rd nov'19. It is my hard earned money that i have used in for purchasing the car that has completed only 10 days.

                                      This is for your information and necessary action.
