    मैंने 27/02/2020 को मारुति सुजुकी विटारा बरेजा पेट्रोल गाडी ली 700km चली मैं 14/03/2020 को दिल्ली से चंडीगढ़ जा रहा था अचानक गाड़ी ने गियर छोड़ दिया और गाड़ी शाहाबाद मारकंडा कुरुक्षेत्र खड़ी हो गई मैंने गाड़ी शाहाबाद मारकंडा कुरुक्षेत्र मारुति सुजुकी सर्विस सेन्टर में 14/02/2020 को ही खड़ा कर दिया गाड़ी की 2 साल की गारंटी है मैं बहुत परेशान हु मेरी जल्दी से जल्दी सहायता कीजिए

      This is vj... I am a doctor... I bought a breezza car in rajalakshmi car showroom in chennai moolakadai...

      Stil now they don’t give me proper invoice and accessories properly... And they are treating very rude and not responsible properly...

      His name is praveen... And if i am asking anything he is not attending my call... I am very very upset and very stress...

      If i am asking anything will now like they he is telling but not doing and not responding

        I gave my car on 8th to repair and the agent shaukin promised to deliver it by 8th. When i was calling them after they were just saying they give us one day and today finally when i came here i saw that the color of both the door are completely different. When i asked them what they have done the staff says it's by mistake and asked one more day then. I am at the service center and i called territory manager of nexa aveg but don't think anyone is working. This is a pathetic service and it's not acceptable at all. I will go the court

          My car got an accident dated[protected], and collapsed during accident from front side despite of this major accident air bags were not operated/ deploy and my full family was traveling at that time in this car i am very disappointed when i think about that situation
          I demand replacement of car or refund the full amount which i was paid to your dealer as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money
          Now company give me this reply -
          Dear sir, this is in reference to your concern regarding air bag non deployment in your wagon-r lxi cng (O) bearing regn no. Gj01kw2195. kindly be apprised that based on your feedback/concern on social media, the vehicle was inspected in its present condition at vipul motors, jhotwara workshop by technical experts on 24th feb 2020. also, upon your approval, the diagnostic module (Sdm) was inspected wherein it has been observed that during the accident the impact on the vehicle was majorly on the side of the vehicle. the front air bags are not designed to inflate in side impacts, as duly mentioned in the owner’s manual & service booklet. since, the said side impact did not cause sensor to detect any signal for deployment of air bags, the same did not inflate. This cannot be attributed to any kind of abnormality or manufacturing defect in the vehicle. accordingly, we wish to confirm that the air bags functioned as intended and no abnormality was found in the air bag system. we hope this addresses your concerns.             Respected sir,

            I would like to inform you that our maruti supercarry, reg. No. Mh-04ju-0188 is getting breakdown repeatedly. This vehicle is under warranty and runs only 21261 km.
            Ever since this vehicle has been purchased, more than 3 months have been at the service center for repair. Half engine parts changed by the maruti dealer under warranty, even after this vehicle is not working properly.
            ‘engine start problem’ and ‘abnormal sound’ is identical to the issue in every breakdown.
            After the regular maintenance done by our side, the vehicle is getting breakdown. We still do not understand why the problem is not properly diagnosed by maruti in-house team. It seems like manufacturing defects.
            Yesterday on 4th march again vehicle is sent to the service centre for the same problem.

            So, this is my request you to involve in this matter and we should demand replacement of vehicle from maruti or fixing of the problem with assurance.

              I want to drive your attention towards services loss i had with you as your team denied to make me availed benefits in tenure of my car i am having.

              Concern is that - my car maruti suzuki wagon r vxi +purchased from bhopal on date 23 nov 2018
              It's 1 tyre arrested in a air bubble inside it and the other are also in worst conditions as many of times i caught with tyre punchered which can be burst anytime anywhere and chances to mishappening. I requested your team in pune to make change and replace as i am eligible to render my services, but they refused to provide same. They provide response that is not manufacturer fault.                 I really had a pathetic experience with this nexa showroom at various stages of booking and delivery.. Firstly, the bank ppl they are associated with for the loan, called me saying my cibil score was low and hence i would be granted loan at higher rate of interest.. That turned out utter false when i cross checked with one of my friends working in the same bank.. Infact my cibil score was more than 770.. When i confronted about this, he agreed that it was his fault and had done so owing to dealings with showroom.. Secondly, during the booking i had asked the sales executive (Aishwarya shah) if he provides any driver on the delivery date as i am a doctor working in aiims rishikesh to which he had assured us.. I would have got a driver along with me during delivery if he had refused then and there.. Finally on the delivery day they (Yogesh and aishwarya shah) have provided me a driver and before we move out of dehradun, that driver has hit the car to a big rock on the road despite me warning about it and then he immediately reversed car without looking back and then my car had hit an other car at the back.. It resulted in dent and scratches on my front door and scratches on the back on the very first day of my purchase that too within 2hrs of delivery.. And the major thing here is the driver who was provided to us has been drunk.. It's huge irresponsibility from the side of manager who had provided us a drunk driver... I immediately took back the car to the showroom and the manager said he will get it repaired and then deliver in 3 or 4 days.. When i have paid 13.5 lakhs for a car and on the very first day within a few hours if it happens so due to irresponsible behaviour of showroom executives, what do i deserve.. A new car or a repaired one??? I seriously urge the higher authority to respond to my issue and revert back to me... If not, i have to go legally to deal this issue...

                  I was booked ertiga vxi on 07 may 19 and pay in adv of rs 11, 000/-. Now some more reason i can't bought the car, that's why i return money back. I applied to return for booking money in 21 dec 19. But customer executive and showroom manager are not returning money. I also mail several time with attach supporting documents but still they are not refunding my money.

                  As per maruti policy, clearly mentioned that "there will be no cancellation charges if the customer cancel the bookings". But agency is charging rs 295/- and they not returning full money.

                    I've exchanged my swift vdi having no. Up80cd1368 & purchased wagon r zxi from ktl kamla nagar agra on 10th may 2019.

                    All rto related documentation was done on very same day but still swift up80cd1368 is reflecting on my name.

                    Ktl sold out that car to someone else who done any mis handling by swift & i'm getting calls from police. Mentally harrased & financial lose

                      There was noise coming from the engine when we give acceleration suddenly... I gave my ride to sr suzuki, noida sec-2 for this complaint and they suggested to change the cylinder kit and gaskets.
                      I gave the approval and they changed the kit. But still there is noise after the first service.
                      After this i had engine misfiring issue. For that i changed the spark plug and even cleaned the petrol tank as per the service technicians demand.
                      After 2 weeks i. E; yesterday again my bike stopped after misfiring and was not getting started.
                      I don't know what the hell is wrong with service people. If they don't know to resolve the problem then they should say to visit other dealer.
                      But no, they say it will be ok by the next service.
                      Now am damn frustrated with the service given to me. The worst company i have seen which doesn't know to fulfill the customer demands. I would never suggest anyone to buy this bike.

                        Complaint# n[protected]i recently purchased a baleno alpha model from the nexa kataria koramangala showroom. The sales person was excellent, i think i got the car at a good price. However my experience turned extremely horrible after the back seat had an issue. It was loose and part of the thermocol/foam material underneath the seat broke. After taking the car to nexa showroom, the dealer quality person outrightly denied that the seat had any issue. Her claim was that while doing the floor lamination, the foam material broke. She outright ignored the fact that the seat issue (Back seat wont lock with the chassis) was informed to the sales person the next day after delivery while the lamination was done a day later, btw i had enough material to prove but who cares to listen. I tried to raise this point with kataria management and maruti. Several attempts made by me was useless. After 6-7 attempts to fix the seat issue by showroom and then their service centre, the seat is now tightly fixed. I have my finger crossed that this is not a temp fix.

                        There is no acceptance on changing the seat. Kataria service centre manager wrote an email confirming that the seat has no defect, however maruti never acknowledged that the seat did not have any manufacturing defect or that the seat cover was installed appropriately. I am not convinced that there was/is no problem with the seat, because multiple attempts had to be made to fix the seat to the chassis by showroom people and then by kataria service centre, while apparently it is just a simple lock mechanism.

                        Long story short, after-sales service and most importantly customer complaint resolution by nexa kataria and maruti is expected to be an unimaginable nightmare.

                        I wrote emails to kataria management and maruti for almost 5 days, called maruti, twitted maruti to get the first decent response to my issue. The maruti regional manager told me two days back that he will check and get back. That never happened, they dont even respond to emails, highly ignorant.

                        After this horrible experience, i started feeling sick to an extent that i have left this to my fate. If i had the slightest hint about this whole maruti brand customer service standard, swear i would not have set my foot towards maruti. There are multiple negative feedback and opinion about maruti's build quality but here is a new aspect to look at - how is maruti's after sales service?

                        Review well before investing, i somehow failed i think.

                          Hi my vehicle got break down while im travelling from duddeda to hyderabad, i asked the local mechanic there to inspect the vehicle and they said its a engine problem and take to nearest authorised service centre i towed it to siddipet branch they inspected the vehicle and said there is a problem with engine take to the place where you purchased it.                             I have purchased a bike gixxer (Gsx150f) motorcycle registration no. Jh01-du-6063 and bike got problem only in 20 days and 625 km.
                            Visited sitaram suzuki showroom and workshop also and submitted bike to sitaram suzuki workshop, ranchi.
                            They says needed to repair engine.
                            If this bike needed to repair engine only in 625 km. I don't want to receive this bike, please help to change and get new bike.

                            I will be thankful in this regard.

                              Dated 12/2/2020.
                              Concern is this my vehicle is given me without insurance without temporary no and without invoice.
                              All payments received dealer from my side also received accessories payment but he said l have not accessories i will give you refund of 13k and said i have done your insurance and temp i will give you one or two days there are system problem. But today my car was met accident and police check my document. I said i have insurance and temp docs after that police call peaks auto he said there is no any insurance in above chassis no.
                              Dear team i know maruti sales and service is verry good. Thats y i have taken this car but some maruti dealer destroy your name pls take necessary action of this dealer peaks auto.in future they will do again same.

                                I have purchased the vitara brezza (Reg. No is pb 10 gl 9596) in 4 sep 2017. From stan autos ludhiana. I had an accident on 19 december 2019 on this car. I was very hurt due to that accident and and my car was also damaged. Then on the same day i sent it to your gulzar motors. After that, after 25-30 days, my car was repaired and delivered to me. After that i am going to work some where with my family and on the way my car stopped automatically. Then i called gulzar motor and said that the car has stopped on such a road, then he came and took it away. Then he kept the car for three-four days and gave it to me after starting a little bit.in the same way, that car would spoil me two or three times and then it would spoil again after two to four days. I sent the car three or four times to the same service center. But i think your service center employees are not repairing my car properly and giving it to me. Last time, when i got my car repaired there, they gave me such a dirty response that i started thinking that after that i will not buy anything from maruti. Thay said that we are not able to get it. You get it done from some other service center, we are not able to repair it properly.
                                One of my car's doors are bad enough not to close properly.
                                Secondly, my car's steering is so tight that it does not seem to be power steering.
                                Thirdly, the music system of my car is not working properly. And
                                I'm going to tell you last thing, so you will also think what did that gulzar motors make your status in front of me. I had paid tow van charges, which he told me that you will get it back in the last. And in the last, he told me that tow van. Money keeps the service center. Think for yourself, the status of maruti in my eyes was very good but now how much fell down.

                                I have visited service station many times...
                                When i meet the manger and i asked all about the promblem... Then he dont gave me any responce...
                                I am very disappointed by the laid back attitude of manager. Maruti image severely, and even though i like the car and the brand, but due to such pathetic service, i don't think i'll be recommending maruti to anybody if it continues in the same way.
                                I request you to take appropriate action against gulzar motors. At the earliest. I hope to get justice. Awaiting your reply. I[censored] are not take any action agints it then i will go for consumer court thanking you in anticipation.

                                  महोदय आज दिनांक 22/02/2020 को हम अपनी एर्टिगा कार UP74Y0876 कानपुर केटीएल बॉडीशेप वर्कशॉप चुन्नीगंज में ले गए थे हमने कार को रिसीव करने के लिए बोला तो वहाँ के मैनेजर दुबे जी और जीएम मिश्रा जी ने बोला कि आपका बीमा आईसीआईसीआई लोम्बार्ड से है और आपने कार हरदोई कॉन्सेप्ट कार से खरीदी है वही क्लेम करवाओ यहाँ नही होगा और हम आईसीआईसीआई का क्लेम नही करते क्लेम होगा तो पूरा पैसा लगेगा हमने बोला हम देंगे फिर भी हमारी कार को रिसीव नही किया जबकि हम 1/02/2020 से बराबर सम्पर्क में थे आज फिर 160 किमी चलकर बॉडीशेप में गए तो फिर मना कर दिया गया और कहा जो चाहे करो जिससे भी करो शिकायत हम केटीएल की ही कार बना पाएंगे हमको वापस कर दिया गया और क्लेम के लिए साफ मना कर दिया

                                    Maruti is charging service labour charges on each and every check / replace activity apart from paid charges of labour rs 1500... This is not justified for us as end customer as it is agaist maruti tag line of low cost, seems maruti is started taking it's customers granted and sitting overconfident on high mkt share this will change in no time... Spares charges are approx 2000 rs and labour charges are approx 5000 for basic servicing with std replacement s

                                    Hello

                                    I have purchased a Wagon R in December 2018.

                                    Suddenly all the interiors of the car has started making noises. I am very disappointed with the build quality of the interior. You can not expect this from Maruti atleast. I have never driven it in a rash manner.

                                    Kindly help me to get this problem resolved.

                                      I have bought suzuki access 125 bs4 model on 16.01.2020. Still now, my vehicle has not been registered. They told it took 7 to 10 days for registration, when those formalities completed, we'll call you. But still now they didn't show any response or calls.
                                      When i enquired about that, the paper has not been moved to rto office for registration.
                                      Even though they have called for 1st service for the vehicle without moving for registration. Time came for 1st service before registration. This shows your poor customer service for many people. Very very poor response

                                        I had bought a maruti celerio on 2015 and i was out of india that's why i could not do the timely servicing except 5000 km service. Maruti did not even bothered to contact us (As my spouse is available in india) in order to do 10000 km service and following services. As i came back to india and given the car for servicing, it is nasty and unprofessional service from maruti poular servie centre. Initially given the car for servicing for mechanical troubles like seriving, oil change/washing and fixing the faults. But its found that neither work has been done in a professionally done nor reported works like central lock like jobs not done. Forget about that, but these un professional people don't know even how to fix the wheel cup, which can even fix by a kid. All the four wheel cups bang with hammer and and uneven surface from tyre rim and they secured with cable tie which ilooks very ugly. Reported central lock is not working but not attended. There was no problem in fuel indicator and found that its not working after repairs and again taken the car but still 2nd time also not workind. Painting done but door belowbending side not painted. Even though minor repairs lot of works had been unattended and none is ready to check these defects even though bu name popular becomes unprofessional and unpopular. All these not apt for a professional car dealer and if nome is ready to hear or rectify i am goung to post these comeents on social medias and press

                                        Totally unsatisfied and work is not in professional manner and none to update the work progress and delivery of vehicles. No customer relation third class services. It is better to a give local workshop then we can save lot of money. VERY UNDERRATED SERVICE IN OVERALL. Only professionalism making INVOICE NOT IN OWRKING
                                        Nexa @ premium c/o Maruti suzuki is just for showing advertisements! They manufacture car and if some has defect, they go hands in hands with dealer and sell it to innocent customers who have no experience! And on the price of new only ! This is fraud simply cheating, but every time manufacturer is also not wrong, sometimes it's the dealer who gives a defective car or demo car to the innocent customers as they have no knowledge and this is a fraud cheating
