My DZire is one year old and covered 8500 kms so far. From the beginning the car steering sticks to one direction. For example when I turn steering to 10 degree right hand side, it stays in the same position and dont come back to the same position by itself and the car keeps going in the right until I manually change steering wheel position.

I checked with service centre and they denied to accept this issue and suggested me to give for service to adjust plunge.

But Im not satisfied with the resolution. Please investigate the issue and give replacement of the steering channel.

    I had renewed my car insurance in jun 19th with kataria automobiles in ahmedabad with executive bhavesh. Till date i haven't received service coupon as promised while collecting cheque. On my enquiring it has been now denied by him as well as his manager. Even your manager is not willing to listen and instead raising his volume. I believe both are irregular staff and maruti is getting bad name and loosing reputation. My concern is to repeat the promise offered by them. Honesty i am quite upset and may escalate the issue further up even to japan if necessary. I may post it on your international web too if need be.

    Kakankariya Automobile showroom at Ahmednagar is one of the authorised dealer of maruti suzuki automobile. CELERIO CAR offer discount company given 35000/- but in Ahmednagar kankariya showroom given only 25000/-
    Other places like Shirur Pune have a discount 35000/-.. online also show 35000/- but in Ahmednagar kankariya showroom not given.

          I'm not satisfied with the service given by tanu motors and i have being given defective brake pads on 30000 kms and the have been wore out at 54000 kms again. The service center is backing out and honestly not satisfied with the service and staff either compared to kataria.
          The regional service manager was not supportive either. It's not about 2500/- bucks. It's the quality of the product which i'm not getting.

            Yesterday i purchased car from our tiruvalla avg showroom. As per new scheme nre blood relation offer is rs.5000. My elder son is working in us and he is a green card holder (Permanent residency). But as per suzuki they want oci card. Oci card is for us citizen holding us passport. Please see the us visa site. But suzuki refused this offer. Please clarify while not given nre offer of rs.5000. He is working in us since last 7 years. (Same address of purchaser of car). If not paying nre offer then what is the category.
            My younger son is working in dubai with same address with visa and emirates id. But that also rejected
            Then what is this nre scheme. Please clarify

              I mr. K. Parmeswaran, residing at no.24, 10th street, kamaraj nagar, avadi, chennai 600071, would like to register a complaint on how i was sold a damaged refurbished car in disguise of a new car.

              I have purchased maruti dzire vxi amt prime galland red, bearing registration no tn 12 ac 3921 and tax invoice no 13 vsl 18001385 dated 22.2.2019 at ms cars india, no 16 and 17 industrial estate, chennai 600058. I paid a sum of rs 8, 38, 881 rupees eight lakhs thirty eight thousand eight hundred and eight one only. By cheque on 6th march 2019 in favour car india pvt ltd, chennai.

              I later found that there is a clear mark of different colour near the petrol tank area of the car the change of colour suggests that car could have been damaged in that portion, later fixed and repainted. I have been going through mental agony since then. When i get into the details, later understood that the cars india place at ambattur, where i purchased the car, is not even the authorized showroom and it is just a service center.

              I have first represented this case to the dealer on 18th march, and also to maruti customer service through a phone call to[protected]. On the same day and after inspection, cars india, orally accepted the mistake and further stated that they shall speak to assistant general manager mr. Gopu. I have been representing to the dealer since then and no acceptable solution yet. My email to maruti at email address contact maruti.co.in on 18th march was responded asking for address of the dealer which i did.

              I finally reached maruti through their online service maruti portal in the complaint url on 24th april. A representative called and he facilitated a conference call with the dealer but that did not yield any solution. The last call was with mrs srija on 25th april around 3.45 pm asking if my problem was solved. My problem has not been resolved yet.

              I have been following up since march 18th 2019 on my complaint to both maruti and their dealer. I then sent legal notice to both maruti and dealer no reply from maruti and the dealer denied my complaints. I have escalated to maruti and after multiple escalations maruti facilitated a conference call with dealer around april 2019 madhu dealer representative, saravanan maruti sales manager chennai were in the discussion. It was concluded that maruti would inspect the vehicle to determine the facts of the complaint.

              Again followed up multiple times for inspection and resolution across various channels and finally got a call from dealer mrthiruselvan, asst. Manager, and asked me to bring vehicle for inspection in the workshop in presence of mrkoteeswararao maruti technical representative from bangalore. The inspection did happen on june 3 and the inspection finding of mrkoteeswararao the inspection was done in the presence of both myself and the dealer on 3rd june 2019. I have a copy of the note from that inspection and have summarized the finding.

              The findings clearly show that car has undergone tinkering after possible damage, dent. A paint density check by paint meter was carried out on the overall body of the car it clearly showed the colour change in fuel lid area and rear otr panel. Further it was found out that there was uneven gap in circumference in tailgate trunk lids. I am providing the details of findings as per the test done by mrkoteeswara rao. It was orally confirmed to me that my complaints were proved. Mr. Koteeswararao assured me that the report will be sent to maruti factory team and the team will respond before june 5. I was told that ms. Maruti would direct on how to resolve this issue amicably. Nothing happened so far.

              This is very grueling and painful this is my first own car and am really disappointed and pained by the experience, i am feeling like holding a second hand car though i had paid for a new car i request maruti to compensate for the damage caused, horrible experience and mental agony by replacement for car. I believe no other solution will give me peace and repose faith on maruti. I had chosen maruti as i believed that maruti is more an indian brand with good quality and great integrity and customer service in response, i have been put through lot of pain over last six months. Request you to help me out.

                My car pb 08 ee 7717 was met with accident on dt.30.09.19 & i gave it for repair to lovely auto pathankot chownk jalandhar india 144004 on dt. 2.10.19 in the morning they commit me to take delivery within 5 days. Yesterday i called to advisor to concern dept. Who told me ur case is underprocesing, but today i visited the ur centre to washing my another car. & very surpise after seeing my car was untouch by your engg. Which was at basement instead of your workshop area.

                Case was also aprroved by ins co. On 3.10.19 by noon as per ur advisor mr. Gourav.

                    My car was at orai sb cars for repairement due to sudden accident. They misused my car i gave them with run unit meter of 38200 km noted by their workshop manager and on the day of delivery they are giving it with run unit of 39100 km which is 900 km exceeded. My car was damaged only by drivers side but today i found it was damaged on the other side too. There was no mobile oil in the engine. I doubt they have mischieved with my cars engine. After having 0% debt insurance they are asking for 12000 amount. I don't know why.. Even the gm is not giving me positive response.
                    I request to kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible, it will be gud for the maruti to response with positive effects.

                      Please take necessary actions against Non-supplying of spare parts, one rear wiper blade with arm, two lower fender moulding (left side) for Ignis Zeta Model.
                      My car registration number WB 32 L 8537.
                      I ordered the above mentioned parts at Jhargram service centre, West Bengal. But I have not received it.
                      So I request you to solve the problem as soon as possible with out bothering me.

                        I purchased a car on 28-aug-2019. The car started making loud noise when it ran in 170 km. 3 rd, 4th, 5th gear noise was too high.
                        Complaint this to maruti suzuki but no action.. They want to do a major repair on the vehicle. Regional manager mahesh, terriotory manager akhil are playing games by postponing the issue daily.
                        They cheat senior citizens by selling scrap car as new car.

                          Respected sir i have already complain to your Suzuki bike dealer about my bike average. my 4 service of bike is already complete on date on Suzuki showroom s.v. road bhardavadi road Andheri (west), Mumbai 400 058.
                          from the first service i have complain about my bike is not giving average, company said me average of my bike is up to 45 - 50 per km. my bike suzuki assess 125 2018 model is giveing average uo to 28-30 per km. sir i am middle class man i dont have so much of money to feel the petrol all the time in bike. and i have only run my bike uo to 3300 km in 1 year.

                            I am a regular customer of shiv am auto zone kandivili charkop but to my shock i gave my car for servicing and in spite of the promise of giving it the same day i got the car the next day where in i had to spend to travel to the garage two times daily and return again the after the servicing i was given a bill of rs 11400 the bill does not sow the amount clearly this is cheating and the adviser mil ind the manager ajay lad and the territory manager is also not bothered the fm radio system does not work properly since the day i got the vehicle i am fed up with this service i want some one to help me and take serious actions on this people now as they take customers for a ride always

                              Dear sir / madam
                              With reference to above mentioned subject i pradeep s jadhav is a customer of maruti suzuki.
                              Sir i have purchased a swift desire tour 2015 model in second hand from a person amol bobade from goregaon (Mumbai). And he purchased that model from vitesse private ltd. Showroom.
                              Sir i need a tax invoice of that model to convert this car into private from commercial.
                              But the case is the person whom i bought the car is not having a tax invoice and also all the branches of vites showroom have been closed permanently in mumbai.
                              So sir i am unable to get the invoice.
                              Please help me and give me the invoice of the car.

                                1. My car swift dzire up32cv6444 caught fire in driver side of bonut at around 1930h on 27 sep19 when i was returning from office and waiting at the red light in sect c8 in vasant kunj delhi. Photos att for ref.
                                2. I am a serving army officer and a bonafide customer of maruti. This kind of sudden eruption of fire really shocked me and raise concern over technical quality of the vehicle.
                                3. On top of that when i sent the vehicle to maruti agency in mahilpur in delhi, the vehicle was not allowed to enter on pretext of copy of fir not found, which i clarified from police authorities earlier that this document is no longer required. This not only is delaying the much needed technical support but also led to unnecessarily fatigue and and harassment running around from pillar to post.
                                4. I wish to inform that i have been doing timely servicing my car. This
                                Kind of technical snag which could cause life and on top of the poor response from a company like maruti has really disturb me alot. I would like top management to take necessary remedial action and repair the car immediately

                                  My car maruti suzuki wagon r was purchased in the year 2012 bearing reg. No. Kl51c7986. Within two years i experienced stiffness in steering as it was not returning freely. The same when when communicated to the service center, their reply was that you are not using your car frequently and will be ready when frequently used. Every time when the car is subjected to on road test before service i had addressed this issue. They will do some greasing whose performance will last for a week and the same problem prevails. During the last service in sept 2019 they told me that entire steering column need be replaced which costs around rs.20000. When i asked them that why they had not diagnosed this earlier and replaced when my car was very well under warranty, they had got no answer. Their regional manager shri baiju made me convinced problems are arising in steering column and maruti is replacing under goodwill warranty, but unfortunately turned downed the claim stating the vehicle is beyond warranty. My car had only run 13000kms against the general warranted kms of 80000kms for a steering column. I felt cheated as the dealer had suppressed the fact of a defective manufactured part and the same is being conveyed on expiry of my warranty. Im deeply disappointed by the managers of maruti suzuki india who had simply rejected my claim summarily without inquiring.

                                  I have buy brezza 2018 model and drive only 20000 km, but my car ac leakage two times. Please solve my issue and guide for the same problem if comming again.

                                    Sir my name is shubham kumar my car number is up 14 cj 8902 / #[protected] which was accident on 24th september 2019 i gave the fast track to my car to be recovered in sahibabad u. P
                                    The time of recovery of my car was told for five days and when he got fixed, he called me and told me that you can take your car but when i went to get the car, it made me wait from morning to evening and then in the evening the car bill said to do😞😞
                                    When i went to see the car before making the bill, the car's stepney and toolbox were missing from it. When i went to the cash counter to talk about the bill, then the cashier in the cash counter started talking to the person and abused him. He started talking and also threatened that i am a local citizen and got out of the counter and grabbed my collar and hit me.😡😡
                                    Sir, it is my fault that i bought maruti's car, it is my fault that i asked him where my luggage is, sir, this happened to me quite often and he also killed the dent in my car.🤬🤬
                                    And together i insulted me in front of everyone when i asked where my luggage was, they did not say what to do.
                                    Sir, after service he used to call from here and used to say that sir, if you ever get a call from maruti, please give a 5 star rating, if you did not give a 5 star rating, then they will remove us from their jobs by doing so. Spoke so i never had any complaints😥😥
                                    Sir, i want to ask you something that it is my fault that i took maruti's car or you do the same with all the customers, 😢😢sometimes they will remove the speakers from the car, sometimes they will remove the tool box, sometimes their workers will ask for bribe separately. Give money we will do your work well👎👎

                                      I am sherly from chennai. On january 2018 i purchased a maruti suzuki new dzire diesel from your dealer abt maruti ambattur with registration number
                                      Tn 20 cm 7708
                                      Engine : 3165362.

                                      I would like to bring it to your notice that i received inadequate and unsatisfactory service from your service center.

                                      With great regret i would like to inform you that from the day i purchased car, i've been facing issues with gear and breaks in car and i've been serving car in abt maruti service center in ambattur estate ambattur.

                                      I've repeatedly informed your service manager regarding the issues with gear, break and clutch but every time i face same issues again and again.

                                      In last service alone i've spent around 21, 000 rs for serving and changing bumper and before handing me the car, service people took my car for test drive and they met with an accident and don't know what really happened, my car bumper is not fixed properly.

                                      I'm so dissapointed with the quality of the car and the quality of the service done by these people.
                                      Also i see rust in doors and chases my 18 months old car. This shows the quality of your product and service.

                                      *i really feel unsafe driving your company's car*

                                      I'm looking for a responsible person such as nodal officer or regional manager who can resolve these issues, who can understand the seriousness of this problems and act responsibilily.

                                      Being a member of *tamilnadu state commission for women* i won't hesitate escalating this issue to national consumer disputes redressal commission if this issue is not resolved soon.

                                      Thus i request you to kindly look into the matter and i hope you will entertain my problem on priority basis and to insist not to occur for any of maruti service center.
