    Hi sir, this is sathvick from coimbatore. Recently i serviced my car on jai krishna maruti service periyanayakanpalayam, tamilnadu. I did service on 14 jan 2020.
    My clutch release bearing has some noise. So i planned to change the whole set of clutch. As the service advisors recommendation i accept to change clutch full set with new gear oil. Everything done. After the test drive my car clutch is like new cars one and very smooth. I was happy on 14 jan 2020. But fact is the next day i mean 15 jan 2020, when i planned to a trip suddenly i saw down of the car. There is a oil leakage. So i put my cars mat and looked down of the engine compartment. Oil was still flows drop by drop very slowly. I was shocked and i felt very bad. Also i try to look from where its leaking.? While looking there is a bolt was missing on gear box assembly. Actually in tamilnadu 15 jan 2020 was pongal festival. So what i feel is on jan 14 2020 the mechanic was not operated my cars service properly. He may dreaming for his leave on the next day, and may forget to put the gear assembly bolt.

    To sell a car the car manufaturing company gives some ads and they saying everything good about service.

    My question is here now.

    1. Due to some service faults if the car meets with an accident who is responsible for that?

    2. Its not a motor or anyother fixed property fitted in one place. Its a car. Its a moving property mean moving machine. People nearly 5 members traveling car. If something happens due to the careless service faults just think about the lives.

    3. I dono how maruti appoints such a lazy and irresponsible service mechanics?

    4. After the service did the service manager had a test view?

    My final opinion is here for people

    1. Not all the service mechanics are trained in company.
    2. Also not all the outside mechanics are bad.

    Maruti company must look for the best service engineers after such incidents.

        Dear sir, i have been using maruti vehicles for past 2 decades, at first i used zen then 800 i was satisfied then i brought a new ertiga petrol. Just 50k km ac stopped working. Service center engineer told me to replace ac compressor. I m not happy with the quality of ertiga. I was expecting a smooth ride till at least 1lakh km. How can maruthi resolve my issue oor should i go for consumer protection.

        Alto 800 service at Kumar Automobile Behrampur. Pathetic work done. Car delivery in dirty condition. Old dried leaves in engine compartment, full of dust and filth. Footmat not touched. Tyre rotation suspect. Dicky dirty. Don’t know what I paid for.

          I bought a wagonr vxi 2018 model in april 12th. Before completing one year battery got down and now this year is also before completing 2nd yr again battery got down.
          Till that time we bought this car with in two year battery got down twice.. Why this happen after replacing a battery. How do we know battery what they are installing that is new or old if battery is new why we are facing problem.. Please solve my problem.

          I have servicing my car Swift dezre amt at highway motors show room but service isn't done by this showroom and service center.Some pblm in veh engine, but they are not solved the pblm.the main pblm is after service veh not be start properly and one head lights not to be on.

          Sir, I baught a New K12 WagnoR Vxi AGS/WAGNOR VXI AGS 1.2L Car on Dated-03/01/2020 from RKH Automobiles Private Limited Jattipur, Panipat -132103 .After purchase this car Invoice copy does not provided to me by RKH Automobiles Private Limited.Please Invoice Copy /Bill Provided to me.
          In Continution to my complaint Dt-03.01.2020 regarding Wagonr ZXI-1.2L Petrol car Registration No- OD 02 BH 4433 till date the problem stands as it is. May I once again request for appropiate and necessary action in the said matter at the earliest.

            Ear sir i have been purchased a 5 seater eeco ac car on dated 16 march 2018 from kiran motors show room located at sarkhej and within 1 service
            I have been found a problem with my steering so i complained to kiran motors and they replied to change just a road that time hence i allowed them insteadof change steering but now again i found same problem and some noise also during driving now insurance company is also kiran motors but they denied

            Helping us upon this issue which is company fault so take kindly action and replace my steering as soon as possible with my humble request i have been registered complained for same reason and again kiran motor has been changed just stabilizer end which is temporary solution hence i found same problem within a month. Pls help me as soon as possible.

              Problem imean odd sound from engine few days after purchase not even more then 15 days of purchase i thought that after servicing it will work but same thing happened.in 2nd servicing i told them that this things i am facing please look on this. Most of the time i busy on my work so it's not possible to get in touch with service centre. So in my 3rd servicing i told them that i am facing engine noise while crossing the even small speedbreakers. So one of the staff replied that other gixxer bike had that problem many are facing while in huddles/speedbreakers..
              My question is that #suzuki staff and even other experience people of your company knew that problem "why are u not rectifying that problem we are facing?" we spent 1.2lakhs for the bike and got this dabba having noise sound. What kind of this product is it. If it (Product) not good or perfect then why you #suzuki team is producing that product to suck the people's money. Plz it's my humble request plz don't supply noise product.
              Suzuki gixxer SF fi abs my bike making sound tik tik in engine Suzuki service technician says fi bikes makes sound .and other person saying engine piston sound .my bike is 11mnts old . What should I do where I can solve my prblm

                I have taken Baleno Sigma (Petrol) model on 30th Oct-2019.
                In that, there is only front power windows and manual windows at rear. I want them to change to Power-Windows. But, NEXA bluntly denied this.

                As far as I know, All other Car models of Maruti Suzuki like Wagon-R, Swift allow having power windows at rear with the additional cost of Accessory-kit.

                So, why not for Baleno.Also, these people threatened us not to install power windows at the rear from outside as warranty of our new car will be hampered.

                I want that NEXA should give us kit which provides power windows at rear and I am ready to pay the additional cost.

                    Hi,

                    Myself Srinath, I have booked the Ertiga VXI CNG vechile in Kalayani motors Nacharam Hyderabad branch on 18th Aug' 2019. While booking they have informed me that they vechile will be delivered within 2months. When I have contacted back the showroom they are saying it will take more 3moths and informed that 24weeks is the waiting period.

                    Then I have reached to Maruti suzuki Hyderabad office and escalated the same, the dealer has apologized for the wrong commitment and confirmed vechile will be delivered as per the waiting period.

                    So, my booking period will end on 1st Feb'2020, now when I have contacted the dealer and Maruti team there is no response.

                    Could you please help me on this.

Service person promised me that complaint will be attended arouong 9.00 am after visiting office of maruthi service but at 09.56 am again contacted the same person he replied that i am going to attend the online complaint and after that your complaint will be attended. Now i want to inform that with unhappy take the vehicle back due to not attending proper emergency situation complaint and mainly stearing locked problem. Thanking you,

                        I have purchased a wogonr amt 1.2 zxi in july 2019.

                        I am facing 2 major issues and no satisfactory resolution has been provided by the dealer as well as the service department.

                        1st issue:

                        There was a issue in setting of the right side back door beading.
                        If the back side door is open then the beading used to overlap the driver's door and the driver door wouldn't open.

                        I logged a complaint @ service center and the dealer regarding this they said its not an big issue we will resolve this.

                        Then they cut my cars beading in such an untidy manner leaving scratches on the remaining beading as well as the car's body.

                        Now it is spoiling side look of the car. Very disgusting unprofessional approach towards work.

                        2nd issue:

                        The next issue is with my cars back bumper.

                        Only after 2 months of purchase the color of the bumper has started to peel.

                        And when i contacted the service center they are saying don't worry it is not a big issue.

                        And when i asked for the resolution they said we do not have resolution for this you have to visit some big city for the resolution.

                        What is this???

                        What kind of professional behavior is this??

                        For what have you have opened dealership & service center?? If the customer have to carry his car from one city to another just to find the right service center which can fix the blunders which company has done in manufacturing the car.

                        Is this the approach of a company like maruti suzuki towards its customer and that too to fix the manufacturing defects.

                            Dear sir.

                            It is to bring to your notice that. My access 125 reg no. Ka 01 eh 3194 seat locking hook holder got damaged. Please see the attached photos. I went aryan suzuki service center, domlur, bengaluru today. They assessed and told me full seat need to be replaced and cost would be rs. 1700/-.

                            I had pay 1800 plus including gst. My concern is for small hook attachment repair, why whole seat need to be replaced? Please talk to your designers for alternate method to save the seat and help customers. I am using this vehicle since 2008 and i love it.

                            A small attachment may save whole seat. It is paining to learn suzuki design.

                            Please acknowledge.

                            I bought Suzuki access from raz suzuki .I drove around 450 km and one morning it didn't start .They took it for service and said battery was drained which shouldn't have happened. And instead of replacing it they charged and returned.it again got drained this time I was stuck at the signal .I almost got hit by a car just because their carelessness

                              Dear sir/madam

                              I, chetan kumar, purchased a new baleno zetta diesel from reliable industries, dhanbad. Since i am now residing at bhagalpur i am getting all type of service at seemanchal motors, bhagalpur.
                              I have given my vehicle for 3rd service on 22.11.2019 and also indicated that both front tyres are not in good condition.
                              I got response that the matter is being escalated with the vendor as well as their higher authority. After continuous follow up i got assurance that i will get 100 % for one tyre and for another tyre maruti will give 60% as goodwill and rest i have to pay.
                              Since they told me that another tyre from vendor will arrive late i have paid 40% of the one tyre on 16.12.2019 and purchased the same as per assurance given to me that another tyre will be provided in a week time.

                              Now i wish to bring to your kind notice that so far i have not got any response even after visiting the service centre many time. They are not giving anything in writing and even i have not got any acknowledgement for the tyres and rim kept at service centre.
                              Apart from that the one tyre which i purchased by paying 40% the bill amount was charged at higher price. The same tyre i am getting at mrf outlet at lesser price and the difference is approx rs.700/-.

                              I request your intervention in the matter as i am fed up with the persons available here at service centre. I also wish to inform you that i am working as branch manager in central bank of india and our organization is having corporate tie up with maruti.

                                Sir,
                                I purchased maruti-wagonr-zxi 1.2l petrol car from sky automobiles bhubaneswar on 28.12.2019. The said car is financed by sbi rajpath branch bhubaneswar. Yesterday i. E-02.01.2020 my car suddenly started blinking & beeping on its own. Accordingly i was told by sky automobiles to bring the car to their service workshop at patia bhubaneswar for rectification of the same. I was made to understand that some minor problem is their and the same will be rectified in our workshop as all facilites are available at workshop. But to my surprise the problem could not be rectified and i was told that 1 part has to be replaced which is not available with them and the same has to be procured from maruti suzuki company which will take 8-10 days. Moreover i could understand they were unable to detect the problem, hence they took photo and sent to factory to know the exact problem and accordingly they told me to keep the vehicle in their workshop for 8-10 days. To the best of my knowledge i understand that some manufacturing problem is their. It seems before delivery proper pdi has not been undertaken at factory level. Today customercare manger of sky automobiles is telling something and the workshop is telling other than what customer care manger is telling. Sir who will be responsible for the inconvience which due to not having a car in today's weather condition at bhubaneswar caused to me. Further who will pay my bank interest as well as expenses incured by using transport vehicle. When i suspect manufacturing defect is it not possible for replacement of my vehicle which is hardly 4-5 days old. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                                  Myself Blesson Jose, owner of a Maruti Suzuki Baleno which was purchased on 01/05/2018 from Nexa Vapi holding registration number as DD03K3174 and chassis number as MBHEWB22SKB253645. Some cracks developed on the stereo player of my car. Following up on this matter from September. Now they are saying it is because of some cleaning agents used while cleaning the dashboard. I have just completed my third free servicing if any such cleaning agents were used it is used by the authorized service centre only where i have done my free servicing and no other extra paid services has been done yet as on 02/01/2020. I want the glass on the entertainment system to be replaced and if replacing the glass is not possible i want the entire player to be replaced or else i want compensation for the damage to my car and time wasted so far.

                                  I am Jitendra singh have Maruti Baleno zeta RJ 14 ZC 3558 have changed fog lamp from Prem motors vkia Jaipur But in new fog lamp filling water and dust. I personally met to service advisor mr Ajay and AGM mr Vijay Sharma They said to me we are not responsible for any accessories than I have Complent to customer care (NX[protected]) then received a call from prem motors workshop Than I had visited t again today to workshop he taken some photos of fog lamp and refused to me for any taken responsibility
                                  So tell me what should I do have to expense for fog lamp which is responsibility of work shop or Move for consumer court

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I bought the car EECO, 2012 white color V.No.- HR27-D-6506 on 25 Sep 2019, since then I haven't got my NOC till now. I purchased it from Vipul Motors Pvt. LTD. Gurgaon. I have complained about it on toll-free no. [protected] - complaint no.- [protected], but since that, no action is taking place
                                  Purchased baleno on October 2nd

                                  Till now I haven't received number plate.

                                    Hi sir, happy New year. I bought a Suzuki access 125, from padmaja at August 2019, my ist servicing done after one month. At that time my mileage was 264km.I changed engine oil at that time. My second servicing done on December 6 2019.and my mileage was 826.today my mileage is 1154.two days before when my scooty cross 1000 km the it got oil change indication. My complaint is why ???? It indicates oil change. It means they didn't change engine oil??? At the time of servicing. Plz take immediate action. I sand the scan copy of servicing bill, please take care and consider my case, please

                                      Dear sir/ madam,

                                      We have purchased maruti suzuki new swift lxi petrol from krish motors pitampura, new delhi chasis no: mbhczc63skg443586, engine number : k12mp1057116, vehicle regd number: dl8cay5996. Total running k. M 4000

                                      We are facing a peculiar problem when ever we apply brakes. When ever we apply brakes we are getting lot of front brake noise. This brake sound is being heard from the day we purchase the vehicle. We have done 1st service at, krish automotors service centre a-3, wazirpur industrial area rd, block a, wazirpur industrial area, wazirpur, new delhi, 110052 and given the complaint. But the problem has not been solved. We showed the vehicle again in krish automotors service center ; but the problem has not been solved. We are not happy from your all services, i get the very poor experience from maruti company.

                                      We request you to kindly help us out to solve the brake noise problem. We are surprise that we have spend so much of money on your vehicle and we are getting this brake noise problem. We have driven other new swift lxi 2019 model vehicles and we have not heard any noise when we apply brakes.

                                      Kindly do the needful immediately and solve our vehicle problem.
