It is to bring to your notice that. My access 125 reg no. Ka 01 eh 3194 seat locking hook holder got damaged. Please see the attached photos. I went aryan suzuki service center, domlur, bengaluru today. They assessed and told me full seat need to be replaced and cost would be rs. 1700/-.

I had pay 1800 plus including gst. My concern is for small hook attachment repair, why whole seat need to be replaced?...

1st on 12000 kms
2nd on 29000 kms

My suzuki access 125 scooter gives loud sound while starting. I gave it for repair to imperial auto llp mira road, thane 401107. Job card no is 12672. But they have not yet repaired the vehicle telling that vehicle part (Crank) ordered but not yet come. I am slmost daily reminding them to repair.
If you don't have parts why do you sell the vehicle. Please look into the matter and get the vehicle repaired immediately.
