I was asked to put my suzuki access 125 mh12 rj 9574 for service by the customer care team, so i came & gave my scooter for servicing.
When i entered the service center there were no executives to attend and no one asked me about what is my need?

I have bought baleno car 2 years back.
And recently i had some problems running in my car, like abs sign showing on.
So i went to the workshop and asked them about what is the fault, they said that they will look into it and will then tell me.
And later i get a call that there is some wiring problem so they are going to fix it, repair it.

Mobil oil is leaking from drain cock car swift glam (Lxi) 2009 model petrol engine and same was attended by your authorized service dealer maruti link, salt lake, kolkata 700091. However the same could not be resolved as mobil oil tank is not available in kolkata. Please arrange the same so that i could repair my car and use it at the earliest. I am arvind sharm and my car number is dl 3ccr 2798. I purchased this car 6-7 months ago and from last 2 months i am facing problems which is missing of accelerator. Service & maintenance by indus motors is not done properly for the last eight years. The dealers are cheating the customers. We have deposited rs. 30000 in three installments for the indus service package is not benefitted for us in any manner. When we met with an accident, the service centre has claimed the insurance for car and also took the additional charges from us. We kindly request you to provide a better service center....

Hi sir, this is sathvick from coimbatore. Recently i serviced my car on jai krishna maruti service periyanayakanpalayam, tamilnadu. I did service on 14 jan 2020.
My clutch release bearing has some noise. So i planned to change the whole set of clutch. As the service advisors recommendation i accept to change clutch full set with new gear oil. Everything done. After the test drive my car clutch is like new cars one and very smooth....

Dear sir, i have been using maruti vehicles for past 2 decades, at first i used zen then 800 i was satisfied then i brought a new ertiga petrol. Just 50k km ac stopped working. Service center engineer told me to replace ac compressor. I m not happy with the quality of ertiga. I was expecting a smooth ride till at least 1lakh km. How can maruthi resolve my issue oor should i go for consumer protection.

I bought a wagonr vxi 2018 model in april 12th. Before completing one year battery got down and now this year is also before completing 2nd yr again battery got down.
Till that time we bought this car with in two year battery got down twice.. Why this happen after replacing a battery. How do we know battery what they are installing that is new or old if battery is new why we are facing problem.. Please solve my problem....

I have taken Baleno Sigma (Petrol) model on 30th Oct-2019.
In that, there is only front power windows and manual windows at rear. I want them to change to Power-Windows. But, NEXA bluntly denied this.

As far as I know, All other Car models of Maruti Suzuki like Wagon-R, Swift allow having power windows at rear with the additional cost of Accessory-kit.

So, why not for Baleno.Also, these people threatened...
