I hariom sharma from rohtak (Haryana). I am a owner of maruti eco which bears registration no hr-95-2457. That on 08th may 2019 the above said eco met with an accident and the matter was reported to the jagmohan motors pvt. Ltd, authorised dealer maruti cars, rohtak and tha damaged vehicle was taken to the workshop of the jagmohan motors. Mr. Ishwar (Superviser) said that i assured that complainant that his car will handed over back to him duly repaired in all respect under zero debt policy claim with 40 days from 09/5/2019 upto 17/6/2019. To this effect copy of job card is attached here with.

That now even after 172 days the car in tha workshop of the jagmohan motors and most of original parts have been removed from the car and fitted in the vehicles of the others by the mechanics of the jagmohan motors.

That the workshop manager of jagmohan motors namely ishwar, mamta, and pardeep used to talk in roughly and therir behavior is also rude towards the complainant.

      Suzuki motorcycle is waste of money... No serviceing centres and showrooms all are closed in trivandrum... All are trapped...in my bike the key socket is complient so some times the bike getting off. No servicing centres and showrooms we don't know what to do. Our next step is registering a complient to consumer court... About suzuki motorcycle.
      Kazhakoottam geepee suzuki they call every day about the booking of bike. After delivery they don't call me back... The suzuki arguing that they have 5 years warranty. Where will get our warranty where is the showrooms where is the serviceing centre..
      So consumer court kindly take an immidiate action.

        This is to inform you that today early in the morning at 8 a. M., when i called the service centre at nexa gulabagh purnea, bihar for the servicing of the car ; then they simply questioned on my religion as to which religion do i belong.
        I am totally disappointed after this question of the service centre. So i just wanted to know whether there is any need for this. I mean to say that whether a new discriminating policy is launched in which there is different facilities for different religion. Is this a service centre or something else like temple, mosque, church, etc.
        I kindly request you to see to this problem of your customer. I shall be highly obliged you for this.

          Sir, i purchased an ertiga zxi on 6 aug 2019, it has done only 1100kms by this time i had 2 cracked tires at different times. For the first tire it cracked at 650kms at an highway on oct 12 the people from indus motors palakad branch kerala showroom came and took photographs but no reply until now. Here again the 2nd tire. You must know when we buy a maruthi suzuki vehicle that's only because of the trust to the product. We need to replace the tires on companies warranty as the vehicle is new and damages to the tire within 1000kms is unacceptable. So please look into the issue.

            There is two complaints one is manufacturing: there was a small dent on the roof of the car but after fourth service this small dent turned into pond, looking very ugly. The whole roof gets lowered down. Another one is for the fourth service complaint: the motor gets very noisy and the car shakes a lot. The lights of the car were also damaged, lights not working, whereas i have paid for the repair of one car. Earlier to this service there was no complaint at least in lights, they were working nicely. There were some paint marks on the car but after having service the marks are still left on the car. While sending the car for service both the fuel in the car were full, but after receiving the car the petrol was almost finished. Overall the service was not satisfactory. Earlier also i have complaint for the manufacturing repairs, that experience was also not very satisfactory, the car was repaired after three visits. During is repair once i have to waste my full and have to return without the repair and once again they have picked up the car and returned the car after three days.

              Dear sir,
              Good day to you!!
              I am writing to notify you regarding an incident of defection done by the service workshop m/s. Indus motors, thevara. My maruti swift was given at the mentioned workshop for the following body works:
              • painting on the right side for a minor scratch on the right side rear door (Job card no: jc19010230 dated 23/07/2019).
              • changing both the front headlamps (Job card no: jc19011736 dated 09/08/2019)

              When i received the vehicle back after the works, i could observe a few issues:
              • scratches on the front bumper and the front grill.
              • vibrations from the bonnet while releasing clutch.
              • fog formation and scratch marks inside the newly fixed headlamps.
              • unfinished surface on the newly painted right side.

              I could observe that my new looking, glossy bonnet was replaced with an old bonnet repainted on its top surface with lot of dirt and rust on it. The inside of the bonnet was so dirty that its colour entirely mismatched from rest of the body. The paint finish was too bad with highly visible orange peel effect. The holding leg/lever of the bonnet remained loosen and it hung inside the engine cabin making louder vibrations like a decade year old vehicle. The cotton like silencer/cushion beneath the hood was an ugly one with all its fasteners loosen. An area in the right side corner of the bumper was having visible marks of dent correction. Being a vehicle lover, i uses to take care of every part of my vehicle and the difference in the bonnet was easily identifiable for me.
              The newly fixed headlamps were having identifiable marks of refurbishment. A driving in cold climate/rain caused the headlamps to create fog inside and the repair works inside exposed during this.
              I returned back to the work shop and queried the service person regarding the issue.
              • he agreed to the new scratches on the bumper and the bumper was repainted after a week by the service person at zero cost. Some weeks later, a scratch have been formed on the left side corner. It is clear that the repaint was done without primer coat with a thin layer of paint. The entire newly painted area has a mismatch in the colour from the rest of the body and is highly visible in dim lights.
              • the scratches on the headlamp were identified by the person & the headlamps were later replaced from his side but the fog formation still persists.
              • the service person agreed that he has painted the bonnet but he denied change of the bonnet though i firmly raised my concern. (However, the painting on the bonnet was done upon their own decision, without informing me and the work was never requested from my side. This strengthens my concern)
              • regarding the unfinish, rough looking, orange peel effect of the repainted surface, the service supervisor responded that maruti is having automated painting and as the dealers are not having such equipment, their paint surface will look so.
              The customers like me usually approaches only on maruti service with a belief that the works done would be with maruti standards. But such treatments has caused my faith to deteriorate and even a deep concern is being raised that i was being exploited in the name of warranty. The dealers loots most of the original parts provided by the parent company. (I hope the cctv visuals of the work shop would prove this).
              The vehicle was so maintained that it looked almost like a new car but this single service has transformed its looks into a repaired one. The issue has caused mental agony in me and i feel like carrying a second hand vehicle. Its not maruti but its dealers with the so called service supervisors who worsens customer’s faith and belief in maruti. (I don’t hesitate to say that the previous service done from the same workshop was quite satisfactory for me: service advisor: mr varghese.)
              I request you to take up this issue and to take possible measures to trace the incident so as to get justice to my concerns. I expect an action to get my original bonnet fixed and for a standard finish on the newly painted surfaces.

                I want to know what is the meaning of free service.in free service how can u ask the labour charges for checkup and wheel alignment checkup etc at kakinda sb motors the service was worst they charges for everything in free service but the quality of service is worst the manger behavior also worst they are taking 1 full day for general checkup and they didn't delivery in giving time also i went to workshop at fourthirty for picked up my car but they delivered my car at sixthirty too much time waste and never face such type of service experience at anywhere on my car bumper they put an scratch also this is ridiculous i want explanation for this

                  Greeting to you
                  I am Shyam Shaji, writing this mail on behalf of my mother Geetha Shaji, RC owner of vehicle KL05 AU 2335 Maruti Swift Diesel automatic VDI, purchased from AVG Motors Kottayam Kerala on 6th April 2019.
                  It is quite unfortunate and disappointing that the service I have received till date never served the purpose or met the standards. At the outset all the functions were proper and smooth till it showed first complaint on reaching 4600 KM. Since the service delivered by AVG Motors was not up to the mark, we were forced to move out service to Popular Vehicles and Services Limited, Kottayam. After investigating the complaint, they said that the AMD unit must be replaced to rectify the complaint. We handed over the car on 3rd September. We were cheated by the Popular Service centre by making us pay RS.17051 as Extended warranty, where the extended warranty for newly registered vehicles was given freely.
                  We received the car back on 12th September believing that the complaints were rectified. But it was proven wrong in another few hours. We were heading to Coimbatore on the same day trusting the condition of the car. After driving the car for 50 KM, at Ernakulam the car showed complaint again. I could not change the gear while overtaking another vehicle. Somehow, we were saved from a fatal accident by the grace of God. Let me ask you, who would be responsible if something went wrong that day. Would the company be held responsible?
                  Realizing the threat in travelling the same car, we contacted the Popular services and they asked us to get in touch with the nearest Popular Showroom at Angamaly. We handed over the car to Angamaly Service centre on 12th September at 10.30 Pm. I would like to bring into your notice, the time loss and financial loss occurred due to the same. The car was repaired and given back to us on 16th September. The third time in the row, car showed complaint on 18th September and we had no option than to give back to the showroom for repairment.
                  It took another 10 days to get it repaired. And on 27th September the service centre returned car. Next issue we came across was on the way to airport where had to drop my relative. It showed complaint while running and we had to hire a cab and resumed our journey. Please try to understand the insult I had to face just because of the car, along with the financial and time loss. Whom should I ask for the time I wasted on road, solely because the product you delivered did not had the quality?
                  Going to your service centres became a routine by then, since we lost the trust in the assurance you gave while returning the car each time. On 3rd October the car was given again and on 5th the car was returned. This time even the Manager assured that it can be used as manual. Since they couldn’t find complaint, they said that the company representative must come and find the complaint. On 16th October company representative came and he also failed to figure out the reason why car shows the complaint. Their finding was that car should be driven for another 100 KM and the engine should get heated up to figure the complaint out. Popular Service Manager Mr. Nikhil was also with us in the car when we drove back. We didn’t even need to cover up 10 KM to face the complaint again. This time we could get it recorded with the software connected to the car, though it was not detected by the system. Along with the captured video of the incident we send the software recorded data and other evidence to the company representative. The company representative further contacted us to inform that the clutches and the related unit must be replaced, and they have already given order for the same. Furthermore, to this, after 17th October there was no communication from neither Popular Services nor Maruti Representatives. They didn’t even answer the calls or never returned any call. It is quite disgusting that even the responsible contact persons like Manager shows this much irresponsibility towards this.
                  At this juncture, we are forced to take the case to next level by involving the judiciary and media in it. I have filed a case against Maruti and Popular Services for the complications caused by the purchased vehicle. I will be meeting the press at the earliest to bring in their notice to the deceitful act of Maruti and Popular to a common man like me.
                  I would like to conclude this mail with this. I am doubtful in using the same car with this much of history, in future. I don’t want to take any chance risking my life in it. I am looking for an assurance from your end about the future performance of the car and if you can not do so, either please replace the car or be ready to settle all my bank liabilities against the car loan along with the compensation for the total loss it caused.

                    Dear sir,

                    I draw your kind attention for my query that my suzuki intruder bikes. These bikes have some problem face from starting paurchase time. These bikes problem in engine seaz with in 15 days from the time of purchase. I have already going to service centre and resolve my problem. But now i am facing that problem again engine seaz.                       The deisel pump which being replaced with new is getting bad with in a span of 3 month.

                      No guarantee from their end regarding this and only solution is to replace again.

                      When discussed with indus motors angamaly were we used to service. Their guidelines from maruti is to replace the spare parts instead of service.

                      Why such a guidelines... Part of business.? Don't buy any maruti products.

                      Better go for some other car

                        Hi team, i brought a hyundai eon dlite from maruti true value neelankari, chennai outlet, being maruti is one of the reputed companies one can depend on. I bought the car in mar 2015, during the sale everything went good without any issues. I used the car for few years and now i wanted to sell the car, hence i visited cars 24 and got a good deal and when about to sigh the contract and i get to know that there are 2 pending cases against the car registered in july 2014 before the car was sold to me. When i visit the outlet now. I do not get a proper response. I want you to take immediate action against this else i have to go leagle. I will wait till 22 august 2019 6 pm for a resolution from maruti true value. I have waited a lot. I am writing this mail that i will be able to resolve issue by talking to maruti true value, being one of the big brands in auto industry.                           I have purchased a maruti swift vxi from brd car world on august 2016. The car was delivered from brd car world, parempadam, kunnamkulam, thrissur, kerala.
                          Registration number: kl-46 n 9386

                          Colour: pearl arctic white
                          Within a few kilometers of drive, i started experiencing problems with the car. We made multiple visits to the workshop, but the problems never ended.
                          Following are the issues with the vehicle
                          Juddering of the body:
                          • while driving through roads having uneven surface, potholes, bumps, continuous humps etc, vehicle starts juddering, shaking and bouncing especially at low speeds. The vehicle keeps on jerking towards its left and right all the way.
                          • on the smooth roads like highways also a feel of instability and bad body balance could be felt while cornering, overtaking, sudden braking, bumps etc.
                          • while climbing on slightly inclined terrains, the car starts to sway with two of its wheels not touching the ground.
                          I tested with many other cars of the same make and model and i could feel that the car delivered to me was having faulty suspension, low body balance, and instable movements than the normal swift cars. Many remedies were tried such as tyre rotation, wheel balancing, suspension bush replacement etc. Recently, as per the directions from another dealer sai service, chavakkad, thrissur, all the suspension struts were changed but the problem is still prevalent (No warranty was given for the suspension change and the entire amount had to be paid).
                          We contacted the dealers many times but till date but they were unable to identify the exact issue. The reason for this may be they are test riding the vehicle on a short stretch of road with a relatively better surface and they are never ready for a test drive on the stretch away from their office, that we mention.
                          Engine vibration:
                          While releasing the clutch on first gear, the vehicle shows abnormal vibration than other swifts.in the first start, the engine starts to shiver and it could be felt inside the cabin also. While speeding up on second and third gears, the engine produces abnormal sounds. Releasing the clutch in a highly traffic area/ open signal in slow speed makes the engine vibrate. Upon my complaints, the dealer brd car world made a clutch overhaul replacement under warranty but the issue restarted after some kilometers
                          Every drive in this car has made pain on the back and legs of the driver and the co-passengers have always complained about stability of the vehicle. With the car keeping jerking and oscillating all the way, we hated every miles of drive. The measures done by the dealers have already imposed a considerable amount on me along with the loss of time.
                          The issue was first noticed in its second service at around 5000kms. The odometer has covered 48000 kms as on date and the issue still persists. The dealers have succeeded in lapsing the warranty period of the vehicle and the extended warranty still remains. The issue has made me feel of being cheated by the dealers. It is aware that there is no point of asking for warranty at this stage but as i intent to use this vehicle for a long period, the above mentioned issues are of high concern for me. I have lost the faith in those dealers and i request you to call back the vehicle for a detailed inspection and replace the vehicle if found faulty.
                          The reason to buy maruti was your quality & customer service but i feel like you have let me down. I believe my faith in maruti will be valued from your side and i expect a suitable and immediate response in this regard.

                          I got a mail from Maruti Customer care to send them the full details of the dealer & the job card of last consultation.

                          M/s. Sai Service Pvt Ltd has been assigned by Maruti to diagnose the issue and have a review to them. In the primary inspection itself, they have identified abnormalities in the vehicle quite uncommon with normal swifts. A days time frame was asked for detailed check ups and i hope my concerns would be justified.
                          Respected sir,

                          I informed the last 3month back for celerio dynamo bearing &testner because my vehicle is not going smoothly due to this cause. Kindly take necessary action&send the vehicle spare parts as early as possible.

                            I booked a access 125 with athvith suzuki sholinganallur, i asked for delivery on 19 oct 19 (Saturday). When i went to take my delivery my vehicles was not ready. Agreed accessories not fitted and polish not done. The sales people told tat within 15 mins the work will be done. I was surprised how the accessories and polish will be done within 15 mins. Later i waited for more than an hour still i dint get my bike., then i went in and surprised to see sales person are doing fitting accessories to my bike urgently. How a sales people know these works and not at all satisfied with the work. I waited for more than an hour and left the place since i had other work. I came afternoon again to take my delivery, my vehicle was ready but agreed offers (Helmet and crackers (Diwali offer) not available. Im really update how many times i need to visit place since i stay 7 km away from the showroom. They told after cracker and helmet received they will call me, only 3 days left for diwali still i dint received the call from them. Very horrible experience with athvith suzuki sholinganallur. Im taking this to maruti suzuki knowledge just to take appropriate action on the particular showroom.

                              I have purchase new car dzire tour's cng dealer says before in one month all papers complete but now one month later no all papers complete. I purchase car from ktl chunniganj branch in kanpur city the staff here is unguadiance and very chepest quality person very bad service this dealer.
                              In future never i use this dealer services and not suggest to any person to take this dealer services.

                                I have bad experience purchasing a maruti ertiga from thriveni car company regarding customer service they do not register the vehicle and they do not proper guide to register the vehicle very very worst service regarding customer service the company spoil the maruti name regarding goodwill
                                At the time of booking they don't inform to me about the registration process they give quotation with my address and registration fees the motive of the dealer is only selling the car not service to the customer ref nos ([protected] [protected]) the extra fittings quality is very very worst but the cost is very high when compare to the private aotomobilea i send this complaint to the maruti company but they dont response to me

                                  I purchased a maruti suzuki celerio zxi amt just a couple of weeks back. We noticed a few defects when we went to take the delivery of the car. The major ones were significant lagging during the gearshift, huge gaps in dashboard joints and the floor mat was unevenly sitting on the floor. The car showroom people said that they would rectify them during the first service. Now they are saying that they are manufacturing defects and the dealer has no role in it. They are asking me to directly handle with maruti suzuki. My brand new car is lying in the showroom for the last couple of weeks. Can someone from the company take notice of my problems and rectify them.

                                    I lost my invoice of maruti wagon r vxi. I purchased it from reliable dhanbad on29/11/2012. But any how i lost my car invoice. I request company to give me duplicate invoice of my car. Car engine numberk10bn4459793 and chesis no-ma3ewde1soo499687. Model of my car is wagon r vxi. This is essential to correct my insurance. By mistake there are printed as maruti wagon r vx.

                                      It almost 3 days and suddenly i felt the need of writing this mail. The quality of cars and the products provided by maruti in india are far far below standard. These people even don, t care about life and death of the people buying their car. Selling best quality things in developed nations and the remaining ones that is the sub quality products to indian customers. I met nearly fatal accident the car was completely damaged. My car (Swift vxi optional model 2017) collided with tata mobile 207. The best thing was it is 2 year old car and the so called airbags didn't open up. Even a single out of 2 (Driver and pilon seat one blew up).
                                      Same time i call to the call centre regarding my issue but none of them pay any heed to my problem and there response is just a formality.
                                      When i was planing to buy a car everyone suggesting me to buy car maruti but my experience worst with maruti.
                                      In future if anyone ask me to suggest to buy a new car i will never recommend to buy a car from maruti.
                                      Moreover the workshop has given 2 to 3 months time to repaired the vehicle. I buy this car from my hard earn money & loan from the bank.
                                      Kindly look into this matter otherwise i will file a case and highlight the service, safety & fake promises of maruti on social media & all other platforms.
