      I have booked for xl6 alpha at at indus nexa kalamassery which is due in a week. Your technicians had come to evaluate the cost of my ertiga vdi 2013 model run for 72000km. They said they will give me rs 450000 in exchange. But now they have backtracked on their word and now say they had never offered the price. Mr dhaneesh working in indus kalamassery had specifically said the amount. I feel cheated and have asked to put on hold the delivery of my vehicle.

        I booked a red swift vxi amt from am motors, thrissur in the name of jeemol kuriakose, manjaly house, ayyanthole thrissur, and i transferred loan amount from federal bank on 05/09/2109 and i received insurance agent call from maruti and fast tag details in following days. For home delivery i sent a home delivery request to sanil. [protected]@ammotors.in on 11.14am, 10/09/2019. Till this period i didn't receive the car.

          I purchased a maruti 800 car on 28-aug-2019. Within 10 days of driving (Not even crossing 230 km) the engine started making lot of noise. I reported the same to the goa dealer (Vasco da gama, goa) and spoke to mr akhil mahajan (Territory manager). At first they agreed that the engine needs major repairs and the engine is faulty. I told them its a new vehicle i dont agree for repair work and to replace the vehicle. (The vehicle was inspected by the works manager, the service advisor and the marketing person who sold me the vehicle)

          Later he said that he cannot replace the vehicle but will do all the repair work and the cost has to be paid by me. I asked him if he sold a scrap / second hand vehicle to me? He was not in a mood to listern nor repair the vehicle and kept of saying to get the vehicle to service station for major repairs and they are going to give the same vehicle to me.

          I am a senior citizen, this is my first car which i got after working for 30 yrs and have spend my pension money on it.
          I have been cheated by maruti as they feel selling any scrap to a senior citizen is ok and a senior citizen cannot do any thing.

          Maruit does fraud with senior citizens by selling them defective cars. Do we deserve this?

            I had given my car to tr sawheny for the mild/minor body works where on left side rear door and left/right quarter panels was to be painted. The paint job done was very bad and paint did not matched, besides it was major spill over. Further the car was transferred to maruti suzuki naraina, where they had to do the entire car resulting major depreciation due to unwanted re-paint.

            It tool more then 22 days (1 august to 22 august), where as the loner car had no papers, due to which i could not travel to chandigarh for business meeting resulting financial loss.

            Maruti suzuki has refused to compensate for the depreciated value. It is therefore i request you to kindly take necessary action towards tr sawhney automobile and maruti suzuki india.

              I have bought a new swift dzire tour model car a month back its a own board car not an yellow board. The problem is that our car is not going beyond 80km speed and after that its slows down gradually. The dealer where we bought the car has not provided proper information about the speed limit issue to us in detail. Later coming to know about this problem i was shocked we are unhappy because i liked maruti car very much then any other cars. One more thing we have found and confirmed that speed limit for yellow board cars only but we have bought it for our own purpose (Registered our car in white board) where we have put into trouble like yellow boards. Kindly provide alternative solution and procedure to sort it out. Reply me plz...

                I have bought new access 125 on 05.08.2019. A week before the battery start stopped working and after a day vehicle stopped working even with kick start. I gave the vehicle for service on 09.09.2019. After receiving my vehicle today from the service station, the vehicle again stopped in the middle of the road. Again the battery start and kick start not working. This is highly unacceptable that after spending huge amount on established brand like suzuki, we have to face such hassle. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it to the earliest. Spending every day on cabs for job is unconvincing. I want replacement of the vehicle.

                  I bought swift vdi from maruti dealer m/s jaybee, dibrugarh-assam in dec 2012. All my car services are regular and without any complaint for first 6-7 months. Once on my way to nearby town, sibsagar, with family my car got suddenly stopped in the middle of road with sudden jerk. The engine emission indicator light was 'on'. It was not starting again. After calling few known person i somehow got no. Of staff of maruti dealer m/s anamika, sibsagar-assam. They send their mechanic and got started my car by manual means by blocking some pipe using petrol (I don’t know the exact process). At night time, my car was taken by them under their custody. Next day their mechanic have checked with computer based system and conveyed to me that fuel pump need be changed.in their opinion, it was giving problem due to use of adulterated diesel. At this point i want to know whether diesel is adulterated or not is our look-out or govt? If actually this is due to bad diesel, maruti should provide means to keep safe the engine and its functioning for atleast 5 years. Engine warrantee condition must be made compulsory in buying the car.

                  Luckily, as the problem was within the 1st year, i got warrantee claim for change in fuel pump/engine parts. M/s anamika, sibsagar had changed the fuel pump and delivered my car by next day.

                  On 27.08.2019, i got my car services, i. E. Pms at milage 101000 km. They have changed engine oil and carried out other regular services. By next day, the same problem of engine emission light indicator being ‘on’ was experienced. Car does not stopped but it gives sudden jerk before the flashing of indicator light. Light goes off it car was kept idle for whole night and recur next in 2-3 days while driving. Prior to this servicing, i got my car checked and on their advice 4 nos ‘ignition plugs’ had been changed.
                  Now, today i. E. 11.09.2019, again i got my car admitted to m/s jaybee, dibrugarh for check in the engine emission indicator light being 'on'. I had been informed telephonically that high pressure pump may have been the cause. I wander how efficient are the authorized dealers and service engineers. Maruti suzuki should be directly responsible for the defects and problems in the engine. I request maruti to take full responsibility in replacing or repair my car engine. If possible, recall of all sold cars of the model mentioned. This will be the best confidence building measures on part of maruti for swift vdi.

                  Hope the service history of my car can be accessed and analysed by expert. I am mentioning a few of the many problems that i faced with my cars here for your needful. Please assist and forward my issues to concerned team of maruti suzuki. Expecting early response from their end.

                    I gave my suzuki access 125 scooty to my nearest susuki service centre which is present at lewis road, garaz chhak, bhubaneswar. The service center head gave me a bill of rs.12250 which is includes all parts of engine. One spark plug costs rs.200 whose original market price is almost ₹70-80.in all items he he charged much more amount than the original price.

                      I have done my insurance on 8 feb 2019 but can't get the hard copy/policy of that. We contacted the firm in ludhiana. They said us to go to max autos malerkotla for the hard copy/insurance policy from them. I reached the counter at the 10 am of today, 10 sept. 2019, and waited for the man to come on tge counter for 30 minutes and when he reached. He didn't even talk to me and said that he can't help and go where you paid we (Max auto maler kotla) are not helping you out. Please acknowledge

                        I brought a hyundai eon dlite

                        From maruti true value neelankari, chennai outlet, being maruti is one of the reputed companies one can depend on. I bought the car in mar 2015, during the sale everything went good without any issues. I used the car for few years and now when i wanted to sell the car, hence i visited cars 24 and got a good deal and about to sigh the contract and i get to know that there are 2 pending cases (Ipc 337 & ipc 279) against the car registered in july 2014 before the car was sold to me. When i visit the outlet now. I do not get a proper response. I want you to take immediate action against this else i have to go leagle. I will wait till 22 august 2019 6 pm for a resolution from maruti true value. I have waited a lot. I am writing this mail that i will be able to resolve issue by talking to maruti true value, being one of the big brands in auto industry.

                          As per i am doing paid service in feb 2019 at katariya showroom daman and i have paid 6500 something for service but tilled date i am not satisfying for this. So i m also visited showroom for my issue but they cant reply me propper so, pleased try to solve my issue as soon as possible.
                          As per delar of maruti suzuki he says your warranty is finished in feb 2019 but as per my document i have extra 2 year warrenty for my waganor so my warrenty is finished in 2021 as per your record.

                          So, please solve my issue as soon as possible

Till now i am waiting because of manager uday he was gave proper response, now he was not working there.
                            Even i did not get any proper response from gm also.

I have a swift car with you guys and twice i have complained to you guys and taken my car to the service centre for the issue of condensation formation in my car's headlight and fog lamp. Kindly solve the issue by replacing it since twice my car was taken to the service centre and they asked me to wait and observe but yet the issue is there i have sent the manager of shivam autozone service centre charkope the images kindly replace both the head lamps and fog lamps to avoid this in future. Also i have a ciaz and brezza but since there are projector headlamps the problem doesnt arise i would request as a goodwill gesture and in good fate kindly chage my headlights with projector lamp head light...

                                Dear team,

                                My name is manish gupta s/o mr. Ram niwas gupta, i have purchase the maruti suzuki make ciaz (Model-alpha – fuel type-diesel, rj45-cg9403) from kp nexa (One of the authorised distributor of maruti suzuki india) on 31st may 2019 via corporate discount (Tata group). Which is the second car from maruti india. My first car was maruti suzuki - rj14 cy47039 which was purchased in 9th march 2015 which was run 98000 km and i was replaced the tyre on 79000 runs first time. So i think i know the driving. I am regular and premium customer of maruti india who purchase the two personal car from maruti india last

                                Early morning of 9th august 2019, when i was going to office, i saw some bubbles on my tyre. When i checked deeply, found that almost 4-5 bubbles on the tyre and air pressure was ok. No puncture was there. When i go to local puncture shop to check the puncture. He told me that your tyres are new, so please go to car manufacturing company because these tyre are seems damage. Same time i was go to madhusudan agra - nexa service centre, and met with mr. Akash bhatt-quality manager. He inspect the car, (Car was run only 3100 km) he told me that please raise the concern and raise the complaint to goodyear tyre. He provide time to goodyear complaint no and senior manager’s contact no if in case required. On same day i have raise the complaints in good year tyre for occurring issue in tyre. Same day complaint was logged but complaint no was not provided to us. When we raise the complaint for the same. Goodyear provide the tyre in evening. Complaint no - q[protected].

                                9th august rear tyre condition

                                On next two days, on 12th august, goodyear engineer came, he inspect the tyre (As per nexa team) and reject the claim and said that tyre was run on low air pressure.
                                When i asked to him how to say that tyre was run on low pressure. He said that he checked and inspect the tyre and as per his experience, tyre was run on low pressure.

                                I request to him to check but he denied and reject the claim. And told him that car was never run on low pressure how you decide the car runs on low pressure. It’s totally manufacturing defect.

                                Then i told to mr. Akash to do the something because i have purchase the car two month before, how it’s done when air pressure was ok. This is manufacturing issue which need to be replaced. He denied for replace the tyre free of cost and told me, on behalf of maruti good will we provide the new tyre but we will charges the 25% tyre cost. Then i told to him, why you will charges, and where this policy. He told me that he has rights and got instructions from senior to provide the same.
                                I was no option that time, because some festival are coming in next coming days (15th august –raksha bandhan,) so i have to go to jaipur (My home). So i have paid
                                25% cost of tyre. As per him tyre cost is inr 7200 which is too high.in good year tyre shoppe its cost around inr[protected].
                                That time i was no option because i have to go to jaipur so i have paid for the same. But i was informed to kp nexa jaipur team about the same.

                                Again on 26th august, again same issue was occur in one of the front tyre (Right side). Madhusudan nexa –agra (Job card no - jc19003023, km-6926) for the issue. Again. Again he told me that you have to raise the complaint for the same. This is happen within 15 days.

                                26th august 2019- tyre issue

                                When i ask to him why i am raise the complaint to good year again when in was purchase the complete product from maruti suzuki india. It’s time to moral responsibility to raise the complaint by maruti india and take it seriously

                                He told me that it is the process that customer has to raise the complaints. This time i told to him to take action because it’s not happen that i will run the car on again and again low air pressure. It’s totally manufacturing and quality issue. But not getting proper response from his side.

                                Again i have raise the complaint for this issue (Complaint no - is q[protected]). On next days i have received the call from good year tyre engineer, he told me that please come to nearest good year tyre dealer which is at pratappura, mg road agra. When i visited the shop, he told me that please open the tyre, when i told to him why i open the tyre, he told me that his distributor his denied to open the tyre, now you will open the tyre from somewhere else. When i told to him it’s not my part to open the tyre. You will open it and inspect it. He will told me that then wait. Almost 1 hour gone, then again i told to him that what is the update, he told me that if you open the tyre then i will inspect the tyre.

                                After the inspection again he rejected the claim. And again he told me that tyre was run on low pressure. How you ca say that i was run the tyre on low pressure. He told me that he is telling about his experience. He not provided the service report till now.

                                Same time i have called to kp nexa jaipur - mr. Praveen (Asst. General manager –kp nexa vaishali nagar) where i purchase the car and tell me about the entire issue which was already discussed with mr. Sachin (His team member – who was the purchase advisor of car when i purchase the car). And requested to change the all tyre and replace the car and do the needful for the same. And he assured to me that he will do the same (Replace the tyres).

                                He suggested to me that you will go to service centre and talk to mr. Akash bhatt and take it on conference call with mr. Anuj, he will talk to mr. Akash once i will there.

                                On 30th august i was gone to again madhusudan nexa-agra, for the same. And they talk internally (Mr. Anuj (Service head - nexa jaipur) and mr. Akash bhatt (Quality manager - agra). After the discussion they told me that they will do complete inspection of all tyres. And then they call to again same goodyear service engineer to inspect the tyre.

                                Still i have not getting the service report from good year tyre which inspection was don on 27th august. (Its policy that they will provide the service report on same time)

                                Now i am very mentally disturb how i get the resolutions.

                                I have spent approx. 14 lakh rupees 2 month before to purchase one the best product of maruti suzuki india and one of the best sedan car of maruti suzuki india. And now i am facing this kind of issue

                                Because now i have no guarantee on tyres, if tyre was damage during the running condition and i will dead or got any disability who is the responsible because from my view and experience of last two month, tyres have quality issue and manufacturing issue,.
                                If you do the again inspection from your good year engineer, he will again tell him that car owner runs the car on low air pressure.

                                If we talk about that his experience in tyre industry – mr. Amit (Good year engineer) - who has joined the good year tyre 7-8 month ago, then where his experience which was told me every time during the inspection. He is mechanical engineer and his total experience in tyre industry is 6-7 months only (If we count the training period also)

                                If something happen with me during the car running (If tyre damage) who is the responsible of me and my family.

                                If sometime later fuel pump got defective then who raise the complaint - by customer or by suzuki engineer team,

                                And where raise the complaint – in maruti suzuki india or fuel manufacturing company

                                As per the him, always customer raise the complaint of each and every parts if fuel pump damage then raise to complaint to fuel manufacturing company instead of maruti india, if ac failure then raise to complaint to ac manufacturing complaint instead of maruti by customer.

                                Then why maruti india sales the car to customer in one product and charge the too much money. I think they will sales the products in parts and told to customer that you can assemble the same and whenever you have complaint then you have to raise the complaint to concern or manufacturing company where you got the parts.

                                Now i don’t want to ciaz car which is the best premium card of maruti and one of the worst / defective car of maruti from my view.

                                So please return the card and refund the total amount of money to me. Because i am mentally disturb due to the this car. Because i have never trust on this car if something misshapen with this car next coming days.

                                We never expect the type of quality and service issue from maruti suzuki india.

                                  My name is manish gupta s/o mr. Ram niwas gupta, i have purchase the maruti suzuki make ciaz (Model-alpha – fuel type-diesel, rj45-cg9403) from kp nexa (One of the authorised distributor of maruti suzuki india) on 31st may 2019 via corporate discount (Tata group). Which is the second car from maruti india. My first car was maruti suzuki - rj14 cy47039 which was purchased in 9th march 2015 which was run 98000 km and i was replaced the tyre on 79000 runs first time. So i think i know the driving. I am regular and premium customer of maruti india who purchase the two personal car from maruti india last

                                  Early morning of 9th august 2019, when i was going to office, i saw some bubbles on my tyre. When i checked deeply, found that almost 4-5 bubbles on the tyre and air pressure was ok. No puncture was there. When i go to local puncture shop to check the puncture. He told me that your tyres are new, so please go to car manufacturing company because these tyre are seems damage. Same time i was go to madhusudan agra - nexa service centre, and met with mr. Akash bhatt-quality manager. He inspect the car, (Car was run only 3100 km) he told me that please raise the concern and raise the complaint to goodyear tyre. He provide time to goodyear complaint no and senior manager’s contact no if in case required. On same day i have raise the complaints in good year tyre for occurring issue in tyre. Same day complaint was logged but complaint no was not provided to us. When we raise the complaint for the same. Goodyear provide the tyre in evening. Complaint no - q[protected].

                                  On next two days, on 12th august, goodyear engineer came, he inspect the tyre (As per nexa team) and reject the claim and said that tyre was run on low air pressure.
                                  When i asked to him how to say that tyre was run on low pressure. He said that he checked and inspect the tyre and as per his experience, tyre was run on low pressure.

                                  I request to him to check but he denied and reject the claim. And told him that car was never run on low pressure how you decide the car runs on low pressure. It’s totally manufacturing defect.

                                  Then i told to mr. Akash to do the something because i have purchase the car two month before, how it’s done when air pressure was ok. This is manufacturing issue which need to be replaced. He denied for replace the tyre free of cost and told me, on behalf of maruti good will we provide the new tyre but we will charges the 25% tyre cost. Then i told to him, why you will charges, and where this policy. He told me that he has rights and got instructions from senior to provide the same.
                                  I was no option that time, because some festival are coming in next coming days (15th august –raksha bandhan,) so i have to go to jaipur (My home). So i have paid
                                  25% cost of tyre. As per him tyre cost is inr 7200 which is too high.in good year tyre shoppe its cost around inr[protected].
                                  That time i was no option because i have to go to jaipur so i have paid for the same. But i was informed to kp nexa jaipur team about the same.

                                  Again on 26th august, again same issue was occur in one of the front tyre (Right side). Madhusudan nexa –agra (Job card no - jc19003023, km-6926) for the issue. Again. Again he told me that you have to raise the complaint for the same. This is happen within 15 days.

                                  When i ask to him why i am raise the complaint to good year again when in was purchase the complete product from maruti suzuki india. It’s time to moral responsibility to raise the complaint by maruti india and take it seriously

                                  He told me that it is the process that customer has to raise the complaints. This time i told to him to take action because it’s not happen that i will run the car on again and again low air pressure. It’s totally manufacturing and quality issue. But not getting proper response from his side.

                                  Again i have raise the complaint for this issue (Complaint no - is q[protected]). On next days i have received the call from good year tyre engineer, he told me that please come to nearest good year tyre dealer which is at pratappura, mg road agra. When i visited the shop, he told me that please open the tyre, when i told to him why i open the tyre, he told me that his distributor his denied to open the tyre, now you will open the tyre from somewhere else. When i told to him it’s not my part to open the tyre. You will open it and inspect it. He will told me that then wait. Almost 1 hour gone, then again i told to him that what is the update, he told me that if you open the tyre then i will inspect the tyre.

                                    I bought a new gixxer sf 150cc (Black) on june 2019. Because i heard you deliver the bikes with best performance and amazing features. But unfortunately, after my first service through (Gem suzuki, survey no 64, miyapur road, kondapur, hyderabad - 500084), i met with an accident.

                                    I contacted to my bike dealer (Manya suzuki, pitambarlok, himayatnagar main road, himayat nagar, hyderabad - 500029) as i had an accident how should i process it for an insuance and repairment. Then the problem was discussed with the respective service manager of manaya suzuki and he didn't gave me proper info how to raise a claim request to start the process.

                                    After a day in bad condition of accident, i gave my bike to the service center (Gem suzuki, survey no 64, miyapur road, kondapur, hyderabad - 500084) for repair on 28th july 2019 and still up-to today (2nd sep 2019) not received my bike back as they are not doing their work as expected.
                                    Its a new model and i am not getting that, for new bike they took one month and still telling me that they didn't received the parts from gurgaon factory.

                                    Gem suzuki service center, kondapur service manager (Vijender reddy) deal with me very rudely on the first day when i asked him how much time it will take to repair, after that at last he told me it will take 28 days. I was shocked for repairing a new bike from the authorized service center they need almost a month.

                                    I agreed on it and when i asked after 28 days if my bike is ready, then they gave me an excuse we didn't receive all the required parts, he is telling me this info on the day when i was asking him, didn't he had this info prior? I inquired why you didn't updated me prior that which parts are not yet dispatched from the factory, he started arguing with me like i am begging to him.

                                    Leave, after that he told me he will arrange parts and bike will be ready within 2 days. But when i visited to service center after 2 days, they even didn't started the work, and even not confirmed by themselves what other parts may be required after opening a vehicle. On asking him why you didn't started? He starts shouting on me that i don't know the process and all and still by today parts aren't arranged by him.

                                    I am struggling for the thing which i bought from my saved money with a great hope and service center people dealing with the customer in this manner. Person met with an accident, and they are not having a sense how to deal with the customer. I'm managing my daily transportation by walk.
                                    I contacted to the gem suzuki dealer (Mr. Kumar yadav), he also behaved rudely like i am an enemy for him, what kind of words these people are using. Even they are not doing this repairment for free, i have to pay them and they are disrespecting me.

                                    I want my bike to be serviced properly, as i purchased it to run smoothly, if any fault will come after service and repairment then service center and dealer are solely responsible for it.

                                    I would like to discuss this issue with the suzuki two wheeler manufacturer, this is how you like to sell your bike in market, if customer needs some service then you behave with them in this manner. Just you would love to sell your bike and after that no responsibility? I would suggest to people to not to buy suzuki vehicles as they will treat you like beggar after you paid them for their vehicle.

                                    As per service center bike was ready but when I visited there I found out the original older parts which were fine earlier not having dents and scratches on it and the newer part which are installed are also having dents and loose to the body of vehicle. When I asked my older part was fine when I gave for service, service manager was answering me no it was like this earlier. I used bike for only 1 month and instead keeping my safe from scratches, myself will put that many scratches on it, what a fool I'm right?

                                    These people won't trust the customer, are we asking them anything for free? They are not doing their service properly and at last blaming the customer, if its an old bike person can understand but for new bike how the customer is responsible for it.

                                    Still all the parts are not modified in my bike which are necessary to change, how much more time will the customer need to suffer and listen these people arguments? who are not having a sense to deal with customer.

                                    I have pics of the bike when it met with an accident, so that I can show to them that's it was service fault but don't know they will believe it or not.

                                      I am kumar vikram. My vehicle number is JH152574. My complaint is for poor servicing in reliable industry workshop in dumka. Maruti suzuki brezza promised a mileage of 26 km per hour. My car is giving a mileage of 16 km per hour. Dumka showroom is worst in service, they can't resolve any of my problem.

                                        Dear sir. My omni regd no od 02ah 3607 met an accident and received by jyote motor bbsr on 16th jan 19 valid by icici insurance has not been repaired till date. They delivered me on 13th aug in rough work i could find and left the vehicle on 16th to them. After a lot of visit and request i could not able to get mu vehicle repaired even after direct interaction with workshop manager, ccm, g m, icici manager and a lot. Thus i beg you to get my vehicle repaired in right way with right technicians satisfaction and obliged.
