Purchased a new baleno delta (Ga 08 r 0370) recently on 2nd jan 2019. The very next day i took the car to chowgule bcos i was getting some sound. Got to know its some clutch issue.. The service advisor told me the sound is normal for all the cars.. I hv driven so many baleno cars. I never heard the sound in other cars so how can he say its normal for all the cars.. Deficiencies in services of car at maruti suzuki service centre, bhatia and co dakania kota place. There are not sufficient service points for cars to carry out services received during a day and rough services are being done in hurrying way.
