We purchased brezza number mh02ez8229 through sai services at lower parel, mumbai (Dealer code 0504). It is in the name of shyamala bodhane. As per the specifications given to us it should give an average of 24km/hr. The delivery was taken on 19th jan 2019. It is a model alk with variant ldi (O).
The car was giving an average of 12-13km/hr when purchased. First service was done after mileage of 941km on 18feb 2019, at sai service lower parel, and then we were told that average will go above 20. It continued giving the same average as 12-13km/hr.
Second servicing was done after a mileage of 4681km at sai service andheri (On 02may 2019) when average was still 13-14km/hr.
Now the mileage has crossed 10000km. The car is still giving average of only 13-14km/ hr. It is now due for 3rd servicing.
Please guide us where should the car be send for servicing so that the problem of low average will be looked into and solved

My Alto car given for acident work on june 4th at AM MOTORS ferok service centre and i m getting bad experience from the dealer not giving a proper replay and not even started the work still now always excuses from service centre my vehicle number is KL-10-BA-4968 so do the need full i like to get my vehicle bu this month 25th so take some action

    I buy a new dizire car from motor craft sales pvt ltd on 30th june 2019 modinagar u. P.. Very of the first day clutch plate defective... Car vibrate to drive i will be there and tell him.. Then the service manager repair my car and deliver me but my car is not running fine.. Front side noise problam in car from first day and i told him but he not solve i want to know why give me defective car in this car had many problems from first day now wat can i do if company not resolve my complaint so i will take a legal action against motor craft sales pvt ltd and also go in consumer court because company cheat with me

      Respected sir,
      Regretfully i am to inform you that the service condition of the maruti suzuki showroom at agartala are unexpectedly very poor as because, i had gone on 18th aug, 19 at that service centre with my vehicle bearing no. Tr01ay0796, swift dzire, for an issue related to ac is not getting cold but they refused me and said me to come on 19th august, 19. Accordingly, i also gone today i. E. 19th august for repairing the ac of my said vehicle. From morning to till 1 pm i wait, after that they call my vehicle and the bodyshop manager, namely mr. Uttam and workshop manager, namely mr. Suraj singh told me that they will require 7 days to repair the issue of my vehicle. Several time i request them to fix this issues as early as today as because the said vehicle are run under a state govt. Office which is depute by me. But they refuse to take my vehicle and they said they will require 7 days. But i need to fix this issue of my vehicle by today, i take my vehicle to highway automobiles, where they only fix a fuse of ac with in a half hour and handed over to me my vehicle and taken a charge for rs. 300.00 only. The invoice also attached herewith.in this context, i am to draw the kind attention of the competent authority that i am regular customer of that service centre, but today i harassed by them. If this kind of services are delivered by this centre then the customers faith on the maruti will falling day by day. So, request you to take necessary steps to those persons who are involve to worsting the goodwill of maruti.

        I am sali joy holder of maruti auto card no.[protected]. As per maaruti auto card policy all customers are eligible for auto card points or loyalty bonus on each purchase of maruti products included.. Extented warranty, insurance, services, accessories etc.
        So one week ago i had sent my old insurance certificate email to maruti auto card team for adding points on that payment of rs.20663. Till now they didn't add those points when i enquire about it they replied that they are working on it. Today one week is over.

        I bought my car in 19 th august 2017 from indus motors kayamkulam at that time the management of indus did not add points to my auto card on my purchase bills, at time of delivery of my car i spend around rupees 35000 in that showroom only for maruti insurance, extented warranty, accessories etc.
        For each spend at maruti showrooms and its authorised service centres the customer will get back 3 % of its total amount. (You can check it in maruti websites www.marutiautocard.com)

        In few weeks ago i have sent invoice copies of my car.. Extended warranty, then my cars second year insurance invoice and one service invoices.. To maruti team for adding points and they successfully add points on those bills.

        But after this i sent my cars first insurance invoice to them but they did not add that points on against that amount.. I need to know what is the reason for that.

        Here i attach some copy of bills some two insurance invoices, one extended warranty invoice, and one service bills.

        One of the insurance invoices payment points is till not added and points were added to auto card on remaining 3 successfully.

        I don't have received physical card. The Showroom executive and sale manager is not given me the actual auto card. When I contacted them they says that, you didn't taken auto card from here, then i show my card details from Maruti site to the manager he accept and told me that it was missed from their office.
        (I have all the records of phone conversations and enough information to prove my claims)
        Last week 12 the aug 2017 a 50 points is dedectuted from my auto card by Maruti.

          Deficiencies in services of car at maruti suzuki service centre, bhatia and co dakania kota place. There are not sufficient service points for cars to carry out services received during a day and rough services are being done in hurrying way. Cars are denied to accept for services and asked to come tomorrow and service time is taken full day say more than 8 hour.

            I purchased ignis car 22nd feb 2018 and found car suspension is very hard it is not soft. When we drive it on white strip dashboard vibrates very badly and thad sounds comes very loudly. When 2 passenger sits to back row suspension almost goes down to touch tire leavel and back passenger feels it very bouncy. We are really very unhappy with it. I have already shown my car to maruti station but they are saying there is no issue. I have lots of ignis members who are facing same problem.. Please help

              My newly purchased vitara brezza is found faulty.
              1) milage - as promised by the company the milage should be 24.3kmpl but I'm getting an average of 17.5kmpl, this has been brought to notice of Shruthi motors shivmogga (authorised maruti suzuki dealers ) but no action was taken.
              2) odometer- my cars odometer is found faulty, the digits are half displayed .

              My Swift car is purchased on 6/2017. From the last year car is stopped at middle of the road, at the early hours of the day regularly. This fact is informed so many times at service point, but the service authorities are failed to rectify the problem till to date.

                I am having vehicle of suzuki access 125. Amc card has been purchased from khatwani motors, jabalpur. As per condition of amc, 5% discount on part & parts and 10% discount on labour is applicable. I have got my vehicle serviced at khatwani near to krishi upaj mandi, trimurti nagar, jabalpur, state-mp under this am in july 2019. During this servicing, it was advised by service adviser/receptionist on replacing the oil that it is now not required to change the oil and came after 2 week's i will arrange to replace the oil and no charge will be payable as your vehicle is in amc and also vehicle has been got serviced.

                On 11th august 2019, i went to replace oil of this vehicle but it is highly surprising to note that they overcharged and recovered rs 263 whereas mrp was 239 only. As per condition laid down in amc, 5% discount in oil and 10% in labour is applicable but not only they did not give any discount but also recovered overcharged.

                As it is already mentioned above that when i got my vehicle serviced in july 2019, then service adviser told me to come after 2 week's to replace the oil but they also recovered labour charges without considering the discount applicable for amc holder,.

                This is not out of place to mention here that when i met with service manager mr. Deepesh whose behavior was very rude and not conducive to maintain customer relationship. He has bluntly told me that i have no time to discuss with you and did not try understand to my grievances which is very unfortunate.

                Ultimately, i have to pay higher charges recovered by mr deepesh, service manager.

                Suzuki acces which is most reliable brand to provide sale service and after sales service to maintain the reliability with the customer. But such type of dealing with customer at the level of service manager is very unexpected which could not be counducive to maintain good relationship between dealer and customer.

                In view of above, it is requested to kindly look into the matter of overcharging and discourteous behaviour of service manager, mr deepesh pateria.

                An early action in the above mattrrishoghly solicited.

                Kindly note that this is pertaining to SUZUKI ACCESS, scooter, two wheeler and as far as I know this is different from maruti suzuki. It is therefore requested to go through the same and do needful by send this grievance at appropriate level. My suzuki access TWO WHEELER NUMBER IS MP20SQ-9570.

                  This is related to maruti vitata breeza dl9c aq 3475 2018 model, there is noise in all 4 windows, vibration in windows, problem occurring since 6 months, sent car to maruti showroom dwarka sector 8 new delhi, around 10 times but problem not resolved. Maruti after sales service is pathetic, no senior member is bothered to solve the problem, they are least interested what customers are facing,
                  I hqve written so many mails, made so many calls, they keep the car for more then weeks time without telling what's going in the car, i want to return the car and file a complaint against maruti for mentally torchuring the customers. They have no solution to this problem since past 6 months. And their senior staff is so rude and non cooperative at all.

                    Ciaz hybrid rgt. No. Dl3cce5826 engine# 2849216 purchased on[protected], from rohan motors new delhi. Run km as on date 43000. Km, given me troubled within a short span of 08 months.
                    January 2019.. Fan belt got broken and replaced for rs.800/-
                    August 2019 — fan/ac belt got broken again got replaced for rs.1506/-

                    Within three years same parts got broken /gone out of order.. Is this is a routine or my car got some special deficiency. (I have service invoice with me in case you need will be furnished)

                    Engineers claim that this is a weakness of hybrid model. Is that true? Please clarify otherwise this would be a clear case o[censored]tp.

                      Today we visited your dealership in manjeri kvr motors to get our vehicle delivered which we booked almost a month back. When we reached there at the time your advisor asked us to be there the vehicle wasn't ready or not even there. It was on the way from from their thirurkad showroom to manjeri. We came there to take the delivery as the advisor told us that vehicle was ready to take the delivery with all the accessories fitted including seat cover, side mirrors, door safety beeding. But when the vehicle came there it was just like a normal car with nothing fitted extra. May i know the purpose then why he kept calling us for taking the vehicle delivered with no accessories which we asked him to put on before the delivery. Also, we have given enough time for the same to be done with all the necessary payments done already.

                      Now they are asking us to visit your thirurkad showroom which is like 50kms away from our hometown to get all this things done. Do you really think its a fare way to treat us. For the past 1 week advisor kept calling us that the vehicle is ready for a vehicle which wasn't ready at all and again asking us to visit to your dealership in thirurkad.

                      Never had such a pathetic experience so far. Feeling really frustrated thats why i wanted to report it here. I even doubt that the model is alto 800 lxi model as i could not find anything to substantiate that it is the same model as i mentioned above.

                        My car hr26cw2259 swift regd year 2016 travelled only 4000km
                        Car gear has been jaamed due to clutch issue in which prem motors of palam vihar gurugram has told that you had run your vehicle in water thats why your gear has been jammed and they had charged a sum of rs9007 in which they clearly told that we dont have any warranty of the clutch
                        I want to know why we cant run the car in rain do maruti suzuki sell the product with this much poor quality and if this thing happen commonly then maruti have to tell their customer to not run the vehcle in rain. I want to know what is the use of the product if we spent 7lakh and we cant use it in rain.

                        I want my refund for the problem that has been caused by the poor design of the maruti suzuki if you cant provide some product thing to protect such happening due to water in clutch area.

                          You can see the chat conversation with your SO called Bodyshop team in which his Manager also there but he never replied
                          You can see the REP confirmed the delivery on 10-12 Date of August, which is already passed
                          When I rasied the complaint they messaged me that delivery will be around 20th August
                          Now I am going to the consumer court that this services was given to me on Brand new car and delayed for around 3 months till now and not yet recieved the car and without car from last 3 months I am facing trouble and spending alot of money on taxi. (I have atatched screen shot of the conversation with Maruti REP)

                          I have also not received the full claim as it was promised by Maurti under zero debt and cashless on Maruti own insurance.

                          Please take your vehicle back and refund my money and keep this car in bodyshop forever.

                          They says claim body took time, that was mistake again by bodyshop REP Mr. Aman.

                            I purchased brezza last year in june. I've been having trouble in closing left door of brezza, i have to close it forcibly, i complained at the time of servicing but they told every brezza have same problem. I need a solution to this. Also while applying braking a noice comes from back, same i have complained to service station they made it right but after 50-60kms again that noice started coming. So please help & find a solution to both my problems.

                              I am sali joy on 19 the aug 2017 i had purchased new dzire from maruti indus motor kayamkulam showroom at the time of purchase of my car i had taken maruti insurance policy no. Og[protected] few days ago i had applied for the electronic copy of above said insurance certificate to maruti and their dealer. But they refused my request. At time of delivery i didn't get the. Soft copy of my insurance certificate to my registered email id with company.

                              Now ask this certificate for adding points to my auto card it is the duty of showroom manager to ensure that points to all customers auto card but they fails to do that. Now i need the certificate for adding points to my auto card. So i request maruti suzuki insurance team to sent me my certificate to my registered email id or ask the dealer to add points on my insurance payment to auto card.

                                महोदय मैंने एक गाड़ी स्विफ्ट डिजायर यूपी 32 kl86 53 लखनऊ आनंद मोटर से फरवरी 2019 में खरीदी वर्तमान में अगस्त महीने में खड़ी खड़ी गाड़ी का अगला टायर फट गया हैं जब मैंने कंपनी में अपनी गाड़ी दिखाई तो कंपनी के वर्कर्स/ स्टाफ ने टायर को बदलने से मना कर दिया और यह कहा गया है प्रार्थी की गाड़ी मैं टायर की कोई गारंटी नहीं होती महोदय गाड़ी खरीदते समय कंपनी ढेरों बातें करती हैं लेकिन गाड़ी में 1 साल के भीतर अगर कोई समस्या हो जाए तो कंपनी तत्काल किसी ना किसी कारण को बताते हुए उस समस्या से कस्टमर को भटका देती है कि कस्टमर को कहीं न कहीं रुपए खर्च करने पड़े जो कि कंपनी द्वारा कंपनी के कर्मचारियों द्वारा स्टाफ द्वारा कस्टमर के साथ की गई घोर घोर लापरवाही का स्पष्ट प्रमाण है उचित कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करें

                                  This is to bring to your notice that i have given my alto lxi car model number 2011 car number is tn 38 bd 0894 to ukkadam, coimbatore abt service center my request to do general service and oil change, they themself came and drive my car to their service center on 24/7/19 next day they called me and informed because of some electrical problem car was not starting that will be cleared and will be delivered by 25/7/19 evening but they have not delivered next day they called me and informed that ecm is failured that the ecm will be changed with their cost which will take another 2 to 3 days but till now (8/8/19) they have not delivered my car, i suspect they don't know how to repair the electrical problem instead of that they are telling ecm failure. Almost 15days over till now they are not giving any assurance to deliver my car. I have given my car only for general service their staff driven my car from my house to their service center which is almost 15km after a day they are claiming these problem. Almost 8yrs i am using my car, in this 8yrs i have not faced any starting problem. Please help me in this regard.

                                  My cars ertiga zxi+ usb port isn't working properly, its only charging my phone, but has no response on the infotainment system.

                                    Hi,

                                    I want to raise a complaint to the concerned department of maruti suzuki (Atelier nexa). I had bought a car, maruti s - cross in february, 2018 and its registration number is pb 11 ce-0076 from atelier nexa showroom located in patiala. From very first day, i had an issue with back indicator (Left side) as it stopped working. I called the workshop team and they fixed the problem. But, the same issue kept occurring after almost every one month. I got the indicator checked at least 3-4 times and every time the workshop team assured me that the problem won't persist again. But, still i am facing the trouble and there is no satisfactory answer or solution given by the workshop. Moreover, the atelier nexa's service station is as far as 15 kms from my place. And its a big challenge for me to visit service station or even send my car (Spending too much fuel) after every couple of months for such a small issue. I would request the higher authorities to look into the matter and provide a permanent solution to my problem. It seems, there is an error in software rather then hardware because its always the back indicator which stops working. My wife is using that car and due to traffic problem, its very difficult to take a turn (That too to the left) without indicator and chances of mishap are very high. It might be a small or cheap spare part, but certainly an important one.

                                      I have booked my ertiga zdi on 17/02/19 at stan autos pvt. Ltd., mohali. Having booking number sob18003030 against the booking amount of rs. 11000/-. Dealer has committed 22 to 24 weeks time. Now time is over and dealer is not responding and updating the delivery of my car. Neither the sales person, sales manager nor the gm of stan autos pvt. Ltd.
                                      After having the talk with the gm of the dealership, he is telling that maruti is not delivering the car that's why we are not providing you the car.

                                      Kindly provide my car.
                                      Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      No one is replying to my complaint. Is this the way to deal with the customer. I am really very shocked. If this is the behaviour of Maruti Suzuki, i will prefer buying car from another car manufacturer.

                                        I am customer of Maruti since 2006, having faith on the company and that's the reason, i never thought of buying car other than maruti. My experience with Maruti and its service was nice and had never given my car to any outside vendor, even for a small purpose, but my last experience with one of your authorised service station at Thane was very bad. I have given my car "Ertiga VDi" for regular servicing on 8th June 2019 at FortPoint Automotive (cars) Pvt. Ltd. Kothari warehouse No. III, Tikunji-ni-wadi Road, Manpada, Thane and received the same on the same day late evening. Thereafter, I have used the car for office purpose, which is about 3 km from my house. On 22/06/2019, i planned to drove the car to my hometown Nagpur to attend the marriage, but after driving for about 275 km (about 20-25 km before Dhule), the A/c unit stopped and heavy fumes started coming from the bonut; even the steering got jammed. With the help of passerby, i took the car on the side of the road and opened the bonut; heavy fumes were coming from the pipe, which got disconnected form the coolant tank. I poured water on the coolant tank and tried to cool the tank. Meanwhile, I also contacted the advisor of FortPoint Thane, who attended my car for servicing on 8th june and updated about the problem. He suggested contacting nearby maruti service centre. I then contacted at Seva Dhule, who then suggested me to contact another service station at Malegaon, but could not contact them due to some technical reason. Aftre pouring water, the indicator started showing the needle between cool & Hot. I again contacted the advisor at Thane and told him about the situation and asked if the needle of indicator has came between cool & hot, shall i drive down to dhule for repair, which about 20 km from the spot; he says ok. Then, i started the car and in between poured water on the coolant tank / bonut and somehow reached Seva Dhule. There, they found that the pipe was fixed to the coolant tank using m-seal, which they suggested that m-seal was not advisable to fix the pipe and they should have replaced the pipe itself (which hardly cost about 200/-). Even after repairing the pipe of the coolant, the indicator still was moving towards hot side, after taking trial for few km's. Then i was told that, the engine to be checked and repaired, if any damage occurred to it. They gave me rough estimate of about 65000/- with repair time of about 15 days. I was having no option other than to follow their instructions. After few days, i got the revised estimate of about 83000/-, and i was told that heavy damage has occurred to the engine and again i was not having option other than to say go ahead. And on 20/07/2019, i was called to collect the car and the final bill shoot above 90000/- and i paid 91718/- (which include cost of some parts, which they replaced as preventive measure) for the said repair and took my car. I was again told that, instead of fixing the coolant pipe with m-seal, if they could have replaced the pipe, nothing would have happened to my car. Everyone was surprised at Seva Dhule, with the recommendations of FortPoint Thane, which was mentioned on my service bill, which reads as "500/- discount washing & cleaning, Coolant tank lock broken, water pump minor leakage, ..." They didnt cleaned and washed my car during routine servicing and if they were knowing about problem in the coolant tank, they should have repaired and then handover the car. I was neither told anything about repercussions of the coolant tank problem, nor given any advisory. The recommendations of the Seva Dhule were "Vehicle reported for engine coolnat leakages issue. as per our diagnosis we seems that engine coolant leak from reserve tank outlet hose and coolant boiled at reserve tank, we also found that outlet hose was already repaired and M-seal putted on it (instead of repairing M seal, pipe should have replaced). same informed to customer and taken approval for dismantling engine and completed under chargeable basis. Head repair outside for customer demand (vehicle receive time speedometer reading 132790 km), vehicle get trial 132 km after getting engine o/h done."
                                        I also contacted the fortpoint thane representative and he refused putting the m-seal on the coolant tank. I already have raised a complaint (bearing no. [protected] dated 18/07/2019) against fortpoint through customer care, but nothing has happened apart from offering Rs. 18500/- from fortpoint for the mistake they did (which i refused) and passing the buck on Seva Dhule. They were mentioning that Seva Dhule has unnecessarily replaced the parts, only to bulge out the charges. Since i am not a automobile engineer, am not sure, who is making fool of me. Please look into this matter asap, before i took any legal step, if not resolved at your end.
