Ciaz hybrid rgt. No. Dl3cce5826 engine# 2849216 purchased on[protected], from rohan motors new delhi. Run km as on date 43000. Km, given me troubled within a short span of 08 months.
January 2019.. Fan belt got broken and replaced for rs.800/-
August 2019 — fan/ac belt got broken again got replaced for rs.1506/-

Within three years same parts got broken /gone out of order.. Is this is a routine or my car got some special deficiency. (I have service invoice with me in case you need will be furnished)

Engineers claim that this is a weakness of hybrid model. Is that true? Please clarify otherwise this would be a clear case o[censored]tp.

    Today we visited your dealership in manjeri kvr motors to get our vehicle delivered which we booked almost a month back. When we reached there at the time your advisor asked us to be there the vehicle wasn't ready or not even there. It was on the way from from their thirurkad showroom to manjeri. We came there to take the delivery as the advisor told us that vehicle was ready to take the delivery with all the accessories fitted including seat cover, side mirrors, door safety beeding. But when the vehicle came there it was just like a normal car with nothing fitted extra. May i know the purpose then why he kept calling us for taking the vehicle delivered with no accessories which we asked him to put on before the delivery. Also, we have given enough time for the same to be done with all the necessary payments done already.

    Now they are asking us to visit your thirurkad showroom which is like 50kms away from our hometown to get all this things done. Do you really think its a fare way to treat us. For the past 1 week advisor kept calling us that the vehicle is ready for a vehicle which wasn't ready at all and again asking us to visit to your dealership in thirurkad.

    Never had such a pathetic experience so far. Feeling really frustrated thats why i wanted to report it here. I even doubt that the model is alto 800 lxi model as i could not find anything to substantiate that it is the same model as i mentioned above.

      My car hr26cw2259 swift regd year 2016 travelled only 4000km
      Car gear has been jaamed due to clutch issue in which prem motors of palam vihar gurugram has told that you had run your vehicle in water thats why your gear has been jammed and they had charged a sum of rs9007 in which they clearly told that we dont have any warranty of the clutch
      I want to know why we cant run the car in rain do maruti suzuki sell the product with this much poor quality and if this thing happen commonly then maruti have to tell their customer to not run the vehcle in rain. I want to know what is the use of the product if we spent 7lakh and we cant use it in rain.

      I want my refund for the problem that has been caused by the poor design of the maruti suzuki if you cant provide some product thing to protect such happening due to water in clutch area.

        You can see the chat conversation with your SO called Bodyshop team in which his Manager also there but he never replied
        You can see the REP confirmed the delivery on 10-12 Date of August, which is already passed
        When I rasied the complaint they messaged me that delivery will be around 20th August
        Now I am going to the consumer court that this services was given to me on Brand new car and delayed for around 3 months till now and not yet recieved the car and without car from last 3 months I am facing trouble and spending alot of money on taxi. (I have atatched screen shot of the conversation with Maruti REP)

        I have also not received the full claim as it was promised by Maurti under zero debt and cashless on Maruti own insurance.

        Please take your vehicle back and refund my money and keep this car in bodyshop forever.

        They says claim body took time, that was mistake again by bodyshop REP Mr. Aman.

          I purchased brezza last year in june. I've been having trouble in closing left door of brezza, i have to close it forcibly, i complained at the time of servicing but they told every brezza have same problem. I need a solution to this. Also while applying braking a noice comes from back, same i have complained to service station they made it right but after 50-60kms again that noice started coming. So please help & find a solution to both my problems.

            I am sali joy on 19 the aug 2017 i had purchased new dzire from maruti indus motor kayamkulam showroom at the time of purchase of my car i had taken maruti insurance policy no. Og[protected] few days ago i had applied for the electronic copy of above said insurance certificate to maruti and their dealer. But they refused my request. At time of delivery i didn't get the. Soft copy of my insurance certificate to my registered email id with company.

            Now ask this certificate for adding points to my auto card it is the duty of showroom manager to ensure that points to all customers auto card but they fails to do that. Now i need the certificate for adding points to my auto card. So i request maruti suzuki insurance team to sent me my certificate to my registered email id or ask the dealer to add points on my insurance payment to auto card.

              महोदय मैंने एक गाड़ी स्विफ्ट डिजायर यूपी 32 kl86 53 लखनऊ आनंद मोटर से फरवरी 2019 में खरीदी वर्तमान में अगस्त महीने में खड़ी खड़ी गाड़ी का अगला टायर फट गया हैं जब मैंने कंपनी में अपनी गाड़ी दिखाई तो कंपनी के वर्कर्स/ स्टाफ ने टायर को बदलने से मना कर दिया और यह कहा गया है प्रार्थी की गाड़ी मैं टायर की कोई गारंटी नहीं होती महोदय गाड़ी खरीदते समय कंपनी ढेरों बातें करती हैं लेकिन गाड़ी में 1 साल के भीतर अगर कोई समस्या हो जाए तो कंपनी तत्काल किसी ना किसी कारण को बताते हुए उस समस्या से कस्टमर को भटका देती है कि कस्टमर को कहीं न कहीं रुपए खर्च करने पड़े जो कि कंपनी द्वारा कंपनी के कर्मचारियों द्वारा स्टाफ द्वारा कस्टमर के साथ की गई घोर घोर लापरवाही का स्पष्ट प्रमाण है उचित कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करें

                This is to bring to your notice that i have given my alto lxi car model number 2011 car number is tn 38 bd 0894 to ukkadam, coimbatore abt service center my request to do general service and oil change, they themself came and drive my car to their service center on 24/7/19 next day they called me and informed because of some electrical problem car was not starting that will be cleared and will be delivered by 25/7/19 evening but they have not delivered next day they called me and informed that ecm is failured that the ecm will be changed with their cost which will take another 2 to 3 days but till now (8/8/19) they have not delivered my car, i suspect they don't know how to repair the electrical problem instead of that they are telling ecm failure. Almost 15days over till now they are not giving any assurance to deliver my car. I have given my car only for general service their staff driven my car from my house to their service center which is almost 15km after a day they are claiming these problem. Almost 8yrs i am using my car, in this 8yrs i have not faced any starting problem. Please help me in this regard.

                  Hi,

                  I want to raise a complaint to the concerned department of maruti suzuki (Atelier nexa). I had bought a car, maruti s - cross in february, 2018 and its registration number is pb 11 ce-0076 from atelier nexa showroom located in patiala. From very first day, i had an issue with back indicator (Left side) as it stopped working. I called the workshop team and they fixed the problem. But, the same issue kept occurring after almost every one month. I got the indicator checked at least 3-4 times and every time the workshop team assured me that the problem won't persist again. But, still i am facing the trouble and there is no satisfactory answer or solution given by the workshop. Moreover, the atelier nexa's service station is as far as 15 kms from my place. And its a big challenge for me to visit service station or even send my car (Spending too much fuel) after every couple of months for such a small issue. I would request the higher authorities to look into the matter and provide a permanent solution to my problem. It seems, there is an error in software rather then hardware because its always the back indicator which stops working. My wife is using that car and due to traffic problem, its very difficult to take a turn (That too to the left) without indicator and chances of mishap are very high. It might be a small or cheap spare part, but certainly an important one.

                    I have booked my ertiga zdi on 17/02/19 at stan autos pvt. Ltd., mohali. Having booking number sob18003030 against the booking amount of rs. 11000/-. Dealer has committed 22 to 24 weeks time. Now time is over and dealer is not responding and updating the delivery of my car. Neither the sales person, sales manager nor the gm of stan autos pvt. Ltd.
                    After having the talk with the gm of the dealership, he is telling that maruti is not delivering the car that's why we are not providing you the car.

                    Kindly provide my car.

                      I am customer of Maruti since 2006, having faith on the company and that's the reason, i never thought of buying car other than maruti. My experience with Maruti and its service was nice and had never given my car to any outside vendor, even for a small purpose, but my last experience with one of your authorised service station at Thane was very bad. I have given my car "Ertiga VDi" for regular servicing on 8th June 2019 at FortPoint Automotive (cars) Pvt. Ltd. Kothari warehouse No. III, Tikunji-ni-wadi Road, Manpada, Thane and received the same on the same day late evening. Thereafter, I have used the car for office purpose, which is about 3 km from my house. On 22/06/2019, i planned to drove the car to my hometown Nagpur to attend the marriage, but after driving for about 275 km (about 20-25 km before Dhule), the A/c unit stopped and heavy fumes started coming from the bonut; even the steering got jammed. With the help of passerby, i took the car on the side of the road and opened the bonut; heavy fumes were coming from the pipe, which got disconnected form the coolant tank. I poured water on the coolant tank and tried to cool the tank. Meanwhile, I also contacted the advisor of FortPoint Thane, who attended my car for servicing on 8th june and updated about the problem. He suggested contacting nearby maruti service centre. I then contacted at Seva Dhule, who then suggested me to contact another service station at Malegaon, but could not contact them due to some technical reason. Aftre pouring water, the indicator started showing the needle between cool & Hot. I again contacted the advisor at Thane and told him about the situation and asked if the needle of indicator has came between cool & hot, shall i drive down to dhule for repair, which about 20 km from the spot; he says ok. Then, i started the car and in between poured water on the coolant tank / bonut and somehow reached Seva Dhule. There, they found that the pipe was fixed to the coolant tank using m-seal, which they suggested that m-seal was not advisable to fix the pipe and they should have replaced the pipe itself (which hardly cost about 200/-). Even after repairing the pipe of the coolant, the indicator still was moving towards hot side, after taking trial for few km's. Then i was told that, the engine to be checked and repaired, if any damage occurred to it. They gave me rough estimate of about 65000/- with repair time of about 15 days. I was having no option other than to follow their instructions. After few days, i got the revised estimate of about 83000/-, and i was told that heavy damage has occurred to the engine and again i was not having option other than to say go ahead. And on 20/07/2019, i was called to collect the car and the final bill shoot above 90000/- and i paid 91718/- (which include cost of some parts, which they replaced as preventive measure) for the said repair and took my car. I was again told that, instead of fixing the coolant pipe with m-seal, if they could have replaced the pipe, nothing would have happened to my car. Everyone was surprised at Seva Dhule, with the recommendations of FortPoint Thane, which was mentioned on my service bill, which reads as "500/- discount washing & cleaning, Coolant tank lock broken, water pump minor leakage, ..." They didnt cleaned and washed my car during routine servicing and if they were knowing about problem in the coolant tank, they should have repaired and then handover the car. I was neither told anything about repercussions of the coolant tank problem, nor given any advisory. The recommendations of the Seva Dhule were "Vehicle reported for engine coolnat leakages issue. as per our diagnosis we seems that engine coolant leak from reserve tank outlet hose and coolant boiled at reserve tank, we also found that outlet hose was already repaired and M-seal putted on it (instead of repairing M seal, pipe should have replaced). same informed to customer and taken approval for dismantling engine and completed under chargeable basis. Head repair outside for customer demand (vehicle receive time speedometer reading 132790 km), vehicle get trial 132 km after getting engine o/h done."
                      I also contacted the fortpoint thane representative and he refused putting the m-seal on the coolant tank. I already have raised a complaint (bearing no. [protected] dated 18/07/2019) against fortpoint through customer care, but nothing has happened apart from offering Rs. 18500/- from fortpoint for the mistake they did (which i refused) and passing the buck on Seva Dhule. They were mentioning that Seva Dhule has unnecessarily replaced the parts, only to bulge out the charges. Since i am not a automobile engineer, am not sure, who is making fool of me. Please look into this matter asap, before i took any legal step, if not resolved at your end.

                        I have a ciaz hybrid car. Today my hybrid belt broken. I call to workshop they noted my comolaint and after some time some persin calling me. I tell my car problem. He tild me that come workshop with car. I reach workshop and the have genret work order at 11.59 and demand hybrid belt. But in workshop store there were no hybrid belt. Hybrid belt is a consumbale item and jaipur is big city. And i think vipul motors workshop is a big workshop of rajasthan and also indua. If vipul wirkshop store have no hybrid belt then maruti want to closed such type of workshop.

After i get a call that u r shortlisted for the marutusuzuki company as supervisor post and after a lady name nithya call me and said i[censored]r select in the hr interview u want to pay a amount of 1880 as security deposit and i got selected in that afyer paying the security deposit amount i get call leter after signing the after letter and forwarding it they again call me they will provide laptop and mobile for that registration u want to pay 6800 for dell laptop and 9100 for apple laptop then only the joining letter will be sent to u
                          I got doubt on them and mail the offer letter to the marutusuzuki offical mail addres they replied me as its a fraud dont pay
                          Please dont do the same mistake i do.
                          The following are there numbers and the documents they sended to me.
                          Please dont apply in quikr jobs all the calls and messages are done by frauds only.
                          And remind one point no company or any recruiter never asks to pay for giving job if they ask u to pay fix they are frauds.
                          Check the domains of the mails also real company domains never use their mail as gmail.com they have their company domains like @jio.in like these
                          I am kindly requesting dont do same mistake i have done.

                              complaint against insurance department

                              I spent my whole day in the service centr just to complete the formality for insurance claim and they told me that bumper will be changed in the morning
                              But today i came over here they are telling me to leave your car till 04 august 2019 if this would have to happen then tell me i should have gone to another work rather disturbing this o much......

                              Dear concern
                              I purchased new ertiga vxi hybrid petrol from karnal motors g t road karnal on 9 june2019 almost driven 4700km registration no. Hr05ba2881. On 27 june 2019 on the way from ambala to karnal national highway cars engine stop immediately. I call to service assistance to karnal motors they reached to the destination nd towed my vehicle to the workshop. Until then i had no clue what happened to my car. Engineer told me that your car engine is seazed. I was shocked to hear this and my father who is suffering from brain cancer as he was along with me had a great impact of circumstances and got two fitts. I asked engineer how can new car engine be seazed he replied that they are not able to find the fault and i replied how is it possible in new car. Now they r saying they will repair the engine. I asked them to changethe car as this is a company/dealer fault as they have to get the fault not the customer.
                              Further, i have a request as above or i have to take a legal action which i don't want as i am having very good reputation of maruti
                              I am surprised that after 6 days, i still don't have any decision from the dealership except discussion for engine repair.
                              Kindly look in this matter seriously as i had a cancer patient at home i cannot stay without a vehicle for long as emergency can take place anytime with the patient and it's a new car and just one and a half month old and engine damaged due to what no one knows???

                                Dear concern
                                I purchased new ertiga vxi hybrid petrol from karnal motors g t road karnal on 9 june2019 almost driven 4700km. On 27 june 2019 on the way from ambala to karnal national highway cars engine stop immediately. I call to service assistance to karnal motors they reached to the destination nd towed my vehicle to the workshop. Until then i had no clue what happened to my car. Engineer told me that your car engine is seazed. I was shocked to hear this and my father who is suffering from brain cancer as he was along with me had a great impact of circumstances and got two fitts. I asked engineer how can new car engine be seazed he replied that they are not able to find the fault and i replied how is it possible in new car. Now they r saying they will repair the engine. I asked them to changethe car as this is a company/dealer fault as they have to get the fault not the customer.
                                Further, i have a request as above or i have to take a legal action which i don't want as i am having very good reputation of maruti
                                I am surprised that after 6 days, i still don't have any decision from the dealership except discussion for engine repair.
                                Kindly look in this matter seriously as i had a cancer patient at home i cannot stay without a vehicle for long as emergency can take place anytime with the patient and it's a new car and just one and a half month old and engine damaged due to what no one knows???

                                  I like to draw your kind attention of the following incidents which i have gone through from the time of booking of an car at your showroom one auto pvt. Ltd.-kalikapur:-

                                  1) on 7/7/19 evening i have booked an celerio x zxi (Caffeine brown) with payment of rs.5000. Please find receipt voucher attached of dated 8/7/19.
                                  2) on 22/7/19 i have given cheque of rs.1, 96, 731 in favor of one auto pvt. Ltd. Which has been credited to your account by 24/7/19 and signed all the papers including bank loan documents from where it is cleared that the amount has been disbursed to your account which also been confirmed by the banker (Sbi).
                                  Please also find enclosed the attached documents like proforma invoice, los agreement etc.

                                  During the whole process i repeatedly asked the concerned sales person about the availability of car in your stock or not and every time he confirm me that the car is in your stock.

                                  During booking of this car the concerned sales person confirm me that after full payment 4-5 days would be sufficient for delivery of car with registration and number.
                                  On 22/7/19 during payment and agreement signing the same person confirmed me that he will try to deliver the car by 31/7/19.
                                  After 2-3 days he confirm me that the car would be deliver on 7/8/19.
                                  Till that i have not mind though in between some family ceremony was there and where i suppose to have the car which was an family sentimental issue.

                                  Now today concerned sales person inform me that due to non availability of some specific features the car is not been registered by pvd.

                                  Now my question is to you that you or your peoples are not aware about the stock position or features of pvd rules. If so then i will request to your management to educate their employees so that customer should not suffer for this types of activities.

                                  Even the concerned sales person confirm me that within 13-14 days my car would be available with me along with registration and number etc.
                                  You given mail that it would be available within 22/7/19.
                                  I surprised that you people has not confirm that what would be the actual availability date. I am really feel upset now.
                                  I am unnecessarily blocked an huge amount to your bank account sacrificing the interest part whatever may be the figure.

                                  So now i request you to establish an exact date and now you strict on the date. If this time the date failed then i will compelled to cancel this order really.

                                  To the management of one auto pvt. Ltd. And maruti suzuki india pvt. Ltd. - i have an request that please feel the situation and help me out to get the car as early as possible and that would only be possible with your personal intervention in this matter.

                                    I had handover my vehicle on 1st july, 2019 and returned the vehicle on 1 august 2019 by taking an amount of rupees 56272 in which about 17000 for spare parts only and rest are labour charge.
                                    Now my complaint is that before handover the vehicle to me i ask several days to the concerned person namely mr. Tiken, to take test drive of the vehicle. But, it is pitiable to say that after confirming to me by him that the vehicle is ok and ready for delivery now i saw that the headlight is not working. It gives lights only upper mode. When i turn the switch to dipper mode it totally gey dark and no any objects are visible coming infront of me. My vehicle no is as01af9724.
                                    Now i request you to take necessary steps.

                                      This offer letter I got it today from Maruti Suzuki company asking me for 2100 rupees and calling me for the document verification in Delhi all the details like email address, phone number and address where they are calling me is I will be provided in the attachment section below. so please find it and catch that rascal and please punish them because they are spoiling your company profile in the public....
