Dear sir,

My complaint about maruti swift dzire, reg no. Ap28bv 8278, vxi purchased in 2013. Since after it reached close to 20000km reading noise is coming from the rear side of the car. Despite so many checking with service centers no one is rectifying the problem.
Please look into the matter urgently otherwise i have no other option but to go to the consumer court.

    I have purchased a swift dzire tour - commercial car from deewar's garage last year 2018 21st june. Sales person mr mridul chakraborty took the responsibility to make my permit & all related papers. But still after one year in 2019, he was not able to deliver the same. Every day he is giving new stories like rto had lost your paper, rto transferred, board meeting will happen. This entire thing is happening under cover by molly kullavi, she is the sales head of deewars garage salt lake sec v. Mridul chakraborty took all money in cash. They are giving me trouble since the beginning, they sold me a damaged car. Immediately i had escalated then they had changed the dumper & other things.

    Please look into this matter or else send someone as vigilance to see what is happening to meet sales target.

        I have booked my car for iv service (Paid) on 14.07.19 with a condition to free pick & drop facility & 30% discount on labour & many more offers by them. The person picked up my car from my residence at 12.30 p. M. After waiting for a four hours for pick up. The total run mileage is 7355. I have received my car back on 16.07.19 at 3.30 p. M with a invoice no009/br/19008205 of rs 6502/ out of which i am shocked to note that they have made the bill only to match the figure of estimate. They have added a pick & drop charges of rs 175/ & total labour charges are 4206.70 & parts cost 2200.0 rupees. I am fail to understand without changing of oil they have give me the bill of rs 6502/ which is totally unjustified. Neither they have given discount on labour charges @30% and not implemented the other offers. If you see the detail of parts & labour, you can understand that the bill is not justified. I request you to please interfere in the matter & make them understand that don"t cheat with the royal customers of maruti. Pl arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.

        Parking brake charges : 371.09 +371.09 = 742.18
        Pick & drop charges : 175.00 + 175.00
        Labour charges : rs 4206.70 = 4206.70

        You are requested to pl do the needful at the earliest.

            I own a wagonr company fitted cng modal-2018.
            On 6-july-2019 i went to jagmohan motor ltd rohtak for rectification of cng indication was showing in dashboard console. When i handover my vehicle to service adviser vehicle was perfecty running on cng but when i receive my vehicle it was not shifitng to cng i do not know what they have done. Mechanic ask me to take this vehicle to delhi in any authorized service center because they do not have spare parts in stock for cng vehicle. Also ensure to that it will be repair under warranty.

            Then on 8-july-2019 i went to dd motot peeragari delhi. After inspection of vehicle they told me that there will charge of rs-30000 approx. For repairing.
            In this case why should i pay. Part was damaged due to untrained mechanic at jagmohan motor.

            Kindly provide me solution for this.

              I approached maruthi dealer to fix the the ruptured car body on 20 june and they returned on the same night but within one kilometer the car stopped and dealer mechanics used their battery to make it move and assured that bring the car back after a long drive to get the work completely. We exactly followed their instructions but now they are raising sever other issues and making us responsible for the damage of the battery along with stating that it is not included in the warranty us you have installed the gps with unapproved to make things clear it's the hdfc who proposed the loan for that and got it fixed. How can you say it is unauthorized? I had received call from work shop manager on 10/07/2019 and said they are provide compensation to replace the lithium ion battery under cost of rs. 33000-. But i already told before given to the work shop i am not observe any malfunction my car, why this defect will happen of battery manufacturer issue or work man ship, i demand a written proof for the whole issues and written my car as i give. And more over i am not satisfied dealer concern. I didn't get any response for my first escalation.

              We need to get a new car bcz of company issues.

                I gave my car for denting and painting of the left side after the work got done i went to take delivery of the car they had damaged the right side of the car when i argued with them they were like sir give us 2 days v vll repair it and deliver it to u. They took 4 days again to repair it then too the problem has not been solved. Still i am facing the same problem. Car is not even washed properly from inside. This is nt the first time this is happening everytime i give the car for work job they land up giving me new dents in the car. This is the first time i am complaining bcoz it is a high time nw

                  My maruti suzuki sx4 (Registration no. Gj 05 cq1255) is giving serious electrical/ electronics problem on continuous basis. First time 4month back its centre lock device stopped working. When i visited maruti authorised service centre, they suggested to get it repaired though outside local auto electrican. It was repaired and working also. But recently my main meter burnt as per m/s kataria automobiles, vesu, surat. Root cause they analysed that due to cng circuit over voltage came. One month before only i had done cng tank hydrotest though m/s dhruv motor, udhana surat. Now since more than 10 days i struggling to get my car back, but it is still under repair at kataria automobiles. I hope such a large organization will definitely look into this matter seriously.

                    I have alto k10 vxi 2015 model. I have issue regarding thorottle body. But service centers are there to just make profile by fooling customers. I visited two service centers but the result was same.. The could not find out the problem.. And just doing profit making jobs like wheel alignment wheel balancing caliper pin change.. Who does that i mean there service advisers are lack of any knowledge about cars.. Very disappointed.

But after a month, again the same problem began to come. Why is it still going to be just 2000 kilometers and there is no rough access, but why is there such a problem in the new car?                         I have given my car on 2 nd april 2019.
                        Waiting for my car for whole summer. Now it seems that i will be waiting for my car for complete rainy season. If cars given on zero dep insurance are taking more than 3 months time. What is the use of such insurance and taking maruti car.
                        Sir please forgive me for buying maruti dzire instead of other cars.

                            I own a 2015 ertiga zdi with current odo reading as 100k km. I have been facing the infamous problem of hard shifting gears in my car. The issue first cropped up when the car was at about 50k km, the car simply refused to slot into 1st or 2nd gear. The car always required to stop completely to be able to shift to first while sometimes it would go from 3rd to 1st but not from 3rd to 2nd. However the issue got partially resolved when it was repaired at a mass, where they changed the synchronizer rings and charged 8k for that. After few months the issue again came up and now the same mass changed the clutch plate assembly with synchronizers and gave a bill of about 13k. Now the car ran fine for 6 months and the issue has recurred. Also the car has been serviced timely at authorised maruti service centers only.
                            This issue is a common problem in many maruti cars namely ertiga dzire swift etc and maruti, being the nation's top car manufacturer should rectify it without incurring any major expenses from consumer's side. Most people buy maruti for its affordable cost of maintenance and reliable cars. They should not breach this trust at any cost, especially in their loyal customers.

                              My friend and his wife was travelling from blore to chennai on 26.06.19 n back to blore on 28.06.19 when coming near krishnagiri @ 21 hrs car suddenly stopped and did not get on tried 24 hrs calling centre as well as other maruthi nos but no response hence some how found one mechanic he tried to replace fuse what was avialiable and told not to stop the car till bangalore as it may not stop oncemore if it stops but it came at the above point n car stopped but as it was krishnagiri city we tried 24 hrs maruthi but no response and no other outside mechanic at that time hence after almost stayed in the car after 3 hrs suddenly we inched it got ok and started some how we reached safe but why this i checked in maruthi service centre and replaced all the fuses and checked wiring fault which amount was 1925 rs which should be returned back r adjusted with any other next bill as 24 hrs failed to pick up and maruthi 's breach of promise we are availiable 24 hrs on road service all call proofs are avialiable on mobile nos [protected] yeshwanth car no ka 03 mp 2584 maruthi white alto k 10 2011

                                This is Diwakar([protected]). I Bought a car(Brezza) in Rajalakshmi Cars at Vadapalani. I service my car 3 times at Maruti car service at Maduravoyal. When i car service Every time they make damaged something (Front wiping sensor, Back Bumper Guard, Front Driving Seat Door And Bottom of side) in my car and does not do quality service.when i asking about this, he told next time "i will solve this surely" . But last time i told to serviceman for this issues. He is do water wash only. Nothing solve my issues.

                                  I had shifted my car from delhi to nagpur due to work.in delhi my car’s servicing was done by m/s rana motors which is a maruti suzuki’s authorised dealership and i have never opted to get it done from outside. This time i searched it and found m/s seva automotive pvt ltd is a authorised dealership in nagpur of maruti suzuki ltd. I sent my car over there for the very first time for servicing and when i went after that for delivery some noise was coming out of my engine when asked the executive (Mr. Dinesh nandurkar) who attended my car told me that this is a very minor noise and will be ok. But it didn’t and continued till date and also started creating problems. I thought it was a battery issue because it wasn’t staring so i installed a new battery. But the problem was still the same. So i thought of getting it checked from m/s seva automotive pvt ltd. I was given a new executive (Mr. Manoj helonde) and i discussed the same thing with him but he told me to talk to the manager (Mr. Umesh rane). When i had a chat with the manager he also told me that it’s not our fault that your car was making a noise and these are the flaws in your car so you can get it done and gave me a budget if ₹20000/-. I am ready to pay for all the flaws in my car but one should at least listen to the customer. They just don’t want to listen. This was the last resort i found through which i can forward my concern to maruti suzuki ltd. Please look into the matter as this is very shocking as well as inconvenient for people like me in new place. What’s the use of the authorised dealership will do the same thing as outside mechanics do.

                                    Respected sir/madam,
                                    This is in regard to my maruti 4 wheeler having reg. No mh02by7295.

                                    It has gone for servicing at your authorised showroom chaugule industry.
                                    After billing, it has come to light that the name of the owner has not been changed in your database. I had transfered the car ownership in my name in june 2015.
                                    However the same is not reflected in your database. It still shows the name of the previous owner and hence the bill has not been raised in my name.
                                    It needs to be raised in my name: - priti rasputra.
                                    I am attaching a copy of rc book of the said vehicle. Please note i need the bill in my name as i need to claim it for tax refund. Therefore the same needs to be done at your end as soon as possible.

I approached the office for my work they told that shortly you will be attend by the concerned person. After 30 minutes i again approached but i was told that boys are on lunch. At 2.30 pm on person come to me and handed over the key and told that your car in in que for washing but after...
