Hi Team,
I have made with accident on 1st June 2019 at thane and immediately I have tow my vehile to the 'Navneet Motors Thane' because the vehicle was not getting started. Akshay Chaugule is the executive who is attending me and from the time I drop my vehicle to the service station he is saying 'your towing will not cover in insurance because the battery is not in good condition' but here I am not getting the coincident that exact after accident how come the car is not getting started if the battery was already not in good condition. I have traveled from pune to thane very smoothly suddenly accident happened and car is not getting started so in this case the normal person will tow his vehicle, same I have done with my vehicle and now executive is saying battery was already damaged so how come my car travel from pune to thane, now I have to pay huge amount which is not fair for customer, they are actually doing mental harassment with customers. Also my bumper get damaged due to accident and they are covering only 50 % in that, why should I pay the more money if my insurance is continued from date of purchase of my vehicle and it is zero depreciation . then what is the benefit of authorized service center and insurance company.

    I have been following up since March 18th 2019 on my complaint to both Maruti and their dealer. I then sent legal notice to both Maruti and Dealer – No reply from Maruti and the dealer denied my complaints.
    I have escalated to Maruti and after multiple escalations Maruti facilitated a conference call with dealer around April 2019 – Madhu (Dealer Representative), Saravanan (Maruti Sales Manager Chennai) were in the discussion. It was concluded that Maruti would inspect the vehicle to determine the facts of the complaint.
    Again followed up multiple times for inspection and resolution across various channels and finally got a call from dealer (Mr Thiruselvan, Asst. Manager), last week, to bring vehicle for inspection in the workshop in presence of Mr Koteeswara Rao (Maruti Technical Representative from Bangalore)
    The inspection did happen on June 3 – It was orally confirmed to me that my complaints were proved. Mr. Koteeswara Rao assured me that the report will be sent to Maruti Factory team and the team will respond before June 5. I was told that Maruti would direct on how to resolve this issue amicably.
    It is evening of June 6 now and no response from Maruti yet. I had chosen Maruti as I believed that Maruti is more an Indian brand with good quality and great integrity and customer service - In response, I have been put through lot of pain over last three months. I will request to quickly settle this as this mental agony is taking a toll on my health.

      Dear Sir/ Ma'am

      I have purchased Baleno from nexa (stan Pvt Ltd, Ludhiana) on[protected], Car no.- PB10GZ7406.

      RC of my car is still pending.

      Now dealer is asking me to get HSRP fit first and then they provide me RC.

      When I visited nexa showroom for enquiry( before buying car), I asked them about HSRP and they said they would get everything done from their end. Now they are asking me to go to CHD road, which is 1 hour 34 mins away from my home, means 3 hrs approx for commuting and time needed to stay there plus my fuel charges.

      I asked showroom manager about any other vendor who is fixing the HSRP, they were clueless. No proper information is providing by them but they are insisting in sending me to the Chd road vendor.

      Nexa dealer has no solution to my problem . According to them their great deed is they paid for customers registration fees from their end. I am really disappointed . When someone has to buy a new car the tone is different and after that things changed.

      Another thing according to government regulation if HSRP is cumpulsory then it should b fit from dealer end only. Then why I am a sufferer here?

      I have written mail for the same concern at mail id: [protected]@maruti.co.in, and [protected]@marutisuzukimail.com, but no reply from their end.

      Dealer - stan Pvt Ltd ( nexa ferozepur road) is useless in handling the matter.
      Very first call I got from GM Ms. Ruhi who asked me to visit the place and get HSRP fixed, when I told her about my job, then she adviced me to send someone to get that fix as soon as possible. I told her I will see it in June. In June I called the showroom executive MR. Pankaj for the same matter and he said no other person can go there and I ( customer) have to go there. I said I will ask the head office for the solution and their reply was all mails would come to us and you have to go yourself. After that I got mail from GM asking me to get HSRP fix, then they will issue the RC.

      How can I go to such a far place? and will company provide me with fuel, maintenance charges for my car? Why should I pay for their misguidance and carelessness?

        From two n half year i m facing a irritating sound in my car at engine on ideal position and also a different sound at running position i complaint several time at osl maruti service center kolkata they repaired my car every time also from maruti head office technician came n inspect but the result is zero i m completly fed up with maruti . i think maruti product r very poor now a days.

          Poor quality of service I received and not worthy.. whole of the staff did service in front of me as I attached the proofs for the same when I was scolded them...And executive name is Piyush

            I Mr.Pravin Ghadigaonkar purchase Celerio zxi Amt (0) on March 2017 from Thane Fort Point. I inform you that on first three months my car reverse camera working fine. After that camera not showing images. I complaint fort point . They send Nippon company person for checking and resolve. My car Facing same problem after some months. Again I call Nippon company person for complaint camera. I can not understand new car reverse camera not working properly from day first. Kindly look into the matter and reply me urgently.               I'm have taken car from sai service

              I had taken extended 2 year's warranty from sai service and recently i had given my car for service in the showroom
              The person incharged at show room charged me for ac leakage he told me there is 260 grm gas in cylinder and it must be 400 there was no gas leakage in the car and they charged 1500 rs for it, and they didn't even inform before filling the gas, now they are forcing me and threatening me to first pay 1500 then after take away the car
              If this is the way you treat your customer what type of service maruti is giving. Very bad services
              And what type of people your hiring who are threatening customer for taking away our own car.
              Giving this type of service to comman people who have already given money for extending the warranty and now they are taking extra money on warranty

                I gave my accidental zen estillo car hr 51 ab 0741 for repair at jagmohan motors sonepat on 18.04.19. I was told by the workshop manager that it will be ready by 10.05.19 but still work is pending and workshop is insisting me to accept the car and pay for the unprofessional kind of work done by them. Painting work is so bad that it's doesn't match the colour with rest of car. Many parts are still missing which needs to be replaced. Fresh dents have been made by technicians which were not there earlier. I am attaching the photographs of the car showing the condition workshop is delivering. I request you to please look in to the matter and instruct the workshop to please do the needful and show some professional behaviour akin to ethos and work culture of a authorised maruti suzuki workshop and stop harassing maruti customers.

                  Servicing operator not provided information during first investigation, defect observed whenever customer ask quation why frront cover plate observed near tyre front section.

                  Requat for part replacement/warranty claim.

                    Dear legal team,

                    Summarizing a recent incident with shivam autozone service centre.
                    I gave my car for servicing on 17th april, 2019 to shivam autozone, mumbai-kandivali branch.
                    There were three alcohol bottles in a plastic bag. Out of which two were opened by me (Partially consumed) and one was sealed (Worth rs 5, 750) in the car’s dickie. The adviser (Mr. Suhas jadhav) didn’t check and told us about the left items. Delivery of the car was received on 19th april, 2019 and the sealed bottle was missing.
                    As soon as i got to know about the missing bottle, i informed the staff and wrote the same in the feedback form for further investigation (Attached here).
                    I was then told by mr. Suhas jadhav that he will compensate the cost of lost item (Verbally). If the car owner has left personal belongings in the car, the people working or are associated with it is suppose to inform the owner and not rob the items. I did not get any call from service station saying that i have left personal belonging in the car and i need to collect it as soon as possible.
                    I have been loyal customer for over 1.5 years now with shivam autozone and this is the first time i have experienced a robbery. It’s very disappointing.
                    I also tried calling mr. Ajay (Suhas jadha’s senior) however, no reply from him too.
                    It’s been over 1 month since this issue is not sorted and thus, i am forced to write here and in public forums to solve the case and require a full refund of the item robbed.

                      My scooter access was given for general maintenance, brake tightening and speedometer vibrations on 20/5/19. We have shown extended warranty but the refused. I paid charges and collected vehicle on21//5/19. We found scooter is not running smoothly, taken back to service center and they told mechanic is not available. Afterwords two times visited they are unable to take up. Finallyon friday evening handed over for the nextday work. On saturday they tried but could not solve problem. They changed air filter but problem persist. Then changed plug but problem is same. Finally carborater was checked and finally jet was changed, problem solved. After payment taken my scooter workig smoothly but 3lt. Of petrol missing. This is the way suzuki punished the customers. I lost ₹600because waranty is not extended. Carborator problem they changed plug and air filter which are working normally. Petrol was taken. Finally i visited 4 times to service centre for rectifiction.

                      ₹600 was collected from customers for extention of 3years warranty which starts after first two years warranty.my scooter milege till now(4years 6months) was only 8000km. So vehicle servicings as per shedule were not carried out. So they refused to extend the warranty. So i request them to refund my money
                      I Bought Suzuki Gixxer from super sales Odisha.
                      I checked in 1st service for Batter problem till 4 the service
                      Every time I was facing battery problem.
                      I written also on service paper
                      But now they r telling to buy a new battery.
                      Is this is not manufacturing problem.
                      Please shut out.

                        This is to bring to your kind attention that we have booked a basic model swift lxi car (Red colour) in the name of mrs. Beninda churchil on may 1, 2019 from srivatsa international private limited, nagercoil. The company dealers came to us and all the documentations and required signatures had been obtained from us. We have made the complete payment in may 6, 2019. Initially it was told that car will be delivered by may 10 then it was informed that they will deliver the car by may 12 and now its almost a month we booked and made the payment but still we haven't received our car. If we contact the dealers, they are extending the date by saying tomorrow or day after tomorrow. No proper information has been provided about the delivery of the car till now. I request yourself to take necessary action on the above matter..

                          This is yog raj sharma here from sarkaghat distt mandi (H. P), and i am also working on vendor end of msil.
                          I had purchased maruti swift vxi (O) in 2016
                          And last week faced a accident so for repair car given to tricity arena maruti zirakpur. Car given at 21.05.2019 and received at 27.05.2019.
                          In that time period they change engine cover, front bumper & some other inner parts.
                          I had faced a issue during this work as bumper material quality is very low as compared to bumper came with vehicle, paint done by tricity is 3rd class painting as engine cover paint is showing pits in inner side. Even though as per them your team it is gun spray paint so sometime this type may happen. But why this happen only with maruti, why not with others? At delivery time i had to wait approx 1.5hrs just because all that small small pending works. Now i want a justification can we improve quality of this material or this will remain as it is.
                          Also washing team is very low for this showroom. I had given feed back form with low rating many times to tricity autos but nothing being updated from day one to till. They are working just to sell their vehicle nothing else more than it.

                            Greetings for the day.

                            1. Reference is made of my previous complaint nos.[protected] dated 08 may 2019 and[protected] dated 23 may 2019 respectively.

                            2. I had booked a new car make - maruti suzuki type - wagon r vxi 1.2 ltr petrol at your authorized maruti suzuki dealer “fortune cars” kotkasim branch dist.- alwar, (Rajasthan) in the month of march 2019. The representative of agency mr. Manoj kumar ([protected]) assured me that vehicle is available and provided me the availability certificate.

                            3. Subsequently i had submitted a purchase order of rs. 4, 33, 392.00 issued from csd depot jaipur, rajasthan to mr. Manoj kumar on 08 may 2019. As per the current policy in vogue of hq gs branch, indian army the dealer is to provide the vehicle within 2-3 working days after receiving the purchase order. He assured me to deliver the vehicle very shortly, but till date he has not delivered me the same, even though he is not giving any specific date of delivery. He is not giving any positive or fruitful response. When i repeatedly request him to deliver the vehicle at the earliest, he said you are free to make any complaint at anywhere. He has also threatened that he will get my purchase order cancelled.

                            4. This kind o[censored]ndue delay is somewhere diminishing the high image of maruti suzuki pvt ltd.in view of the above, you are humbly requested to look into the matter judicially and instruct the concern agency to deliver the vehicle as soon as possible. Your kind co-operation in this regard will be highly solicited.

                              I faced a lot of problems & i spent a lot of money to repair my alto 800 ac. But for the last 6 months my ac is working for nearly 1 month after service.
                              The car run only 25000km, i done all periodic services from authorized center at popular kannur. I never used rough till to the date.
                              1 month before the car ac is repaired from the same service center. They told the ac gas is leaking via oring nothing wrong with ac. They charge total of rs 3500 for that work. The bill is attach

                              I already paid rs 3580/- charges again to popular kannur.

                              Yesterday the person told the previous work done was not for the actual complaint. He spoke to me as actual problem found out. But now also i am not confident as the actual problem found out.

                              While feedback call after 5 days i responded that i can say an after 1 month. Within 1 month the ac cooling gone as i expected. I don't know which is going to happen to the next month again.

                                Not good quality. Very poor quality tyre used maruti suzuki company. Only used 2850 km tyre. Tyre broke down. No satis fied rep company and tyre company. Also no reply your company manager and ragional maneger. I m said your very heartly to solve this problem. This is very bad experience from your maruti suzuki company. So don't use poor quality tyre in motor car.

                                  My name is thanzeer and close to my house harippad.

                                  Waiting for a lot of time and hopes i finally decided to take a new car
                                  This post is for you to share with you the sad experiences that took place on that car.

                                  I've also been tested on a live showroom and have been tested by many companies. (Tata tiago, grand i10, polo, etios liva) finally, i approached the mavaelikara branch of indus for taking a swift test drive for maruti.

                                  On the 27.03.2019 test drive, "prabhul", who worked in the maruti indus mavelikkara branch, came to see my old car. They brought the swift diesel, an accident. I had brought the petrol vehicle. Even the power steering was brought in without work. But i took the test drive. They said they would come with a petrol vehicle in four to five days. The booking was not enough for anyone to ask me to cover this month's target. Then the new swift was booked by me. My car was given to them as a payment pane. True value's paper was given. I did not even have to drive the test drive even without a test drive. So they went.
                                  After a few days gone by, the petrol vehicle asked for a test drive and said that it was not the car, and i asked him if he did not have a petrol vehicle for a big movement called the indus. I asked them whether they should take a drive and drive a test drive in my vehicle. Don't get a test drive and do not even know the comfort of the vehicle. I'm the one who booked the car. Then a week passed. I was just a few days. During a day at indus kayamkulam branch, test drive in the branch and there were in the "athira" of the staff could not give a test drive and treat me badly. So we go back and go to mavelikkara branch manager "robin" who called on the phone and told me that if i did not get a test drive today, i would do a booking cancellation. So now i have to go back to my home in kayamkulam. A costumer's dust and dirt test drive car. Then 15 days completed. Still that time finance not ready.
                                  Vehicle finance booking documents already in indus mavelikara branch. Next problem is billing. First car booked in my name. Then cancelled. He said that his wife's name should be done. Mavelikara branch manager robin cut the phone and said all the discussions is ended. Finally got the car "on may 3". The car book in the month of march that's because i knew that the tax would increase in april. Aditional tax and the excess of rs 6, 000. There was all kinds of losses.
                                  If you have a lot of contact with a customer or a showroom, there will be no patience or excitement.
                                  I did not hear my friends all the time saying booking cancellation.
                                  Anyway, let no one have very very bad experience.
                                  I will not refer to any of the mavelikkara branches anyone who asks me to know me. Let's say the feeback is very poor.

                                  Sir, my car head was damaged and breakdown while I was traveling from Bangalore to vellore. The location was Vaniyambadi near Jolarpettai at Tamilnadu. Car Registration number WB 02 AJ2478, admitted to Ganesh cars, vellore branch on 18 Apr 2019. Till date themselves not able to deliver my car.

                                    Sir, i am the owner of maruti swift zxi model vehicle with regd no od 02 v 1233. I have done mcp having invoice no mcpe1800061 and enrollment no amc[protected] on 8/5/18 at jyote motors. Accordingly, i should get free labour charges on servicing of the vehicle. On 18.5.19, on paid annual service of my vehicle at sky automobiles, they have charged me labour charges of rs 1560.00, though they are aware of the mcp. They compelled me to pay the labour charges in a humiliated condition.

                                      Hi, this is bhanu, have a lots of problem regarding my scooty service i have got small problem that my bike sppedometer is not working so i have gave it to my nearest suzuki service ecil they are not at all solving my problem i have given them three to four times again with same issue they are not able to solve, i am not at all satisfied with their work.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is in reference to complain i'd no[protected] registered with maruti suzuki-arena regarding non receipt of rc even after lapse of more than 5months from the date of booking my car by paying the entire amount.
                                        Here i would like to mention that i had purchased my car "maruti suzuki vitara brezza, zdi +" from maruti suzuki arena authorised dealer "swg - car world, faridpur gt road, durgapur, west bengal" on 28 th dec 2018 by paying the entire amount on 27 th dec 2018. Mr. Soumen roy was the sales executive. I had also opted for registration of my car through the dealer by paying a hefty amount. There are n no of troubles that i had to breeze through this dealer.
                                        1) firstly without my consent mr. Soumen roy had asked the accessories dept, at maruti suzuki swg car world, durgapur, west bengal to fit all company access (Though they are optional). To my surprise when i asked mr. Roy how could you fit all the accessories without my consent. Then the person looking after accessories told me since all the accessories are fitted using some kind of adhesive, so if i remove the accessories it will damage my car. So even though i didn't want the accessories i had to purchase them by paying a hefty amount. This was totally a misselling from the sales executive.

                                        2) secondly even though i had opted for registration through the dealer, even after showing my car to the rto (Purulia, wb) it took almost 1month for the no to get generated. And here comes the biggest shock, when i found the vehicle no through mparivahan and digilocker app, in my registration it is being shown as "rajashree mahato" instead of rajarshee mahato. Although i had provided copy of aadhar and pan card while i had purchased my car. My question is how can employees be so reluctant that they will key in wrong information even though i had submitted copy. We're they sleeping or not literate enough to read the same???

                                        Now after 5 months still i am yet to receive my rc with correct name as a result i can't move out my vehicle. As a normal customer why i have to face this kind of trouble and harrassment???

                                        I have already registered a complain but no solution provided yet. Moreover durgapur customer assistant people didn't even want to provide the email i'd of complaints team.

                                        Kindly take appropriate steps against the dealer maruti suzuki, arena (Swg car world, durgapur) so that i can be provided immediate resolution.

                                        STILL NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED MY MARUTI SUZUKI. I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY CORRECT RC . AND THEY ARE GIVING LAME EXCUSES THAT RC IS TAKING UPDATION IN WEST BENGAL. HOWEVER NOTHING IN REALITY. PLEASE HELP ME OUT TO TAKE STERN STEPS AGAINST THE DEALER
