Hi, this is bhanu, have a lots of problem regarding my scooty service i have got small problem that my bike sppedometer is not working so i have gave it to my nearest suzuki service ecil they are not at all solving my problem i have given them three to four times again with same issue they are not able to solve, i am not at all satisfied with their work.

    Hi,

    This is in reference to complain i'd no[protected] registered with maruti suzuki-arena regarding non receipt of rc even after lapse of more than 5months from the date of booking my car by paying the entire amount.
    Here i would like to mention that i had purchased my car "maruti suzuki vitara brezza, zdi +" from maruti suzuki arena authorised dealer "swg - car world, faridpur gt road, durgapur, west bengal" on 28 th dec 2018 by paying the entire amount on 27 th dec 2018. Mr. Soumen roy was the sales executive. I had also opted for registration of my car through the dealer by paying a hefty amount. There are n no of troubles that i had to breeze through this dealer.
    1) firstly without my consent mr. Soumen roy had asked the accessories dept, at maruti suzuki swg car world, durgapur, west bengal to fit all company access (Though they are optional). To my surprise when i asked mr. Roy how could you fit all the accessories without my consent. Then the person looking after accessories told me since all the accessories are fitted using some kind of adhesive, so if i remove the accessories it will damage my car. So even though i didn't want the accessories i had to purchase them by paying a hefty amount. This was totally a misselling from the sales executive.

    2) secondly even though i had opted for registration through the dealer, even after showing my car to the rto (Purulia, wb) it took almost 1month for the no to get generated. And here comes the biggest shock, when i found the vehicle no through mparivahan and digilocker app, in my registration it is being shown as "rajashree mahato" instead of rajarshee mahato. Although i had provided copy of aadhar and pan card while i had purchased my car. My question is how can employees be so reluctant that they will key in wrong information even though i had submitted copy. We're they sleeping or not literate enough to read the same???

    Now after 5 months still i am yet to receive my rc with correct name as a result i can't move out my vehicle. As a normal customer why i have to face this kind of trouble and harrassment???

    I have already registered a complain but no solution provided yet. Moreover durgapur customer assistant people didn't even want to provide the email i'd of complaints team.

    Kindly take appropriate steps against the dealer maruti suzuki, arena (Swg car world, durgapur) so that i can be provided immediate resolution.

    STILL NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED MY MARUTI SUZUKI. I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY CORRECT RC . AND THEY ARE GIVING LAME EXCUSES THAT RC IS TAKING UPDATION IN WEST BENGAL. HOWEVER NOTHING IN REALITY. PLEASE HELP ME OUT TO TAKE STERN STEPS AGAINST THE DEALER

      My 2013 dzire zxi has got serviced and battery was replaced at authorised service center, however my speedometer, mileage calculator stopped working and car has started massive shocks while on slow speed at 2nd gear. Today i came to know that my ecm is faulty. No one is taking any responsibility in service center. Not sure how ecm is faulty after battery change. It seems maruti is using low grade stuff on their parts even though u spend or take highest models

        My car no is mh14 fx 8088 alto k10 cng (O) was purchased on dec 2016 with an extended warranty of 4years/80000 km. The current age of the car is 2yrs 6 months and meter reading is 61000 km. As per the norms of the company i have serviced my all mandatory service at the service station. My engine block got cracked and coolant flowed out of the engine. After i took my car to the service station by applying m-seal on it. They refused to give me the warranty for the engine saying that i had applied m-seal on it which doesn't come under there conditions. If i would have not applied the m-seal then, the engine could have blocked and could have lead to the major disaster of the engine. The engine has got rusted due to which block got cracked and a hole happened onto the block. This is basically a manufacturing defect, company should take its responsibility and should give me replacement of engine block.

            Matuti Nexa Sanei Motors Pvt Ltd, kolkata, Science City Showroom - Maruti Baleni Delta Petrol was booked on 6/8.4.19 with 3 -4 weeks delovery. Full onroad payment was made during pre registration visit on 29.5.19 but I am yet get delivery of my car.
            This is the status of of today 19.5.19. if this is the delivery situation then why people will go to buy Maruti for such a long waiting . My money has blocked for 20 days and unable to move out.

              .First of all, staff is very rude. They treat you as they are doing any favour to you.
              .No matter your servicing is paid or unpaid, they will always treat you in same way.
              . For every problem they have only one solution, please get that part replaced.
              . No matter, your turn is 1st or last, you will get your bike done after 1:00 pm. So you have to wait there till 1:00pm atleast.
              .I would rate them negative point. I don't understand, how such a GREAT COMPany can give service authorization to such a ### people.

                I have purchased alto 800 car in true value since 6 month ago. But the shoroom did not give me n. O. C. Certy of the loan of the car. So i cant transfer car to mine. The car i have bought from the showroom is from true value. I also didnt get bill from the showroom. If i cant get n. O. C. Of the loan, i cant transfer it to mine.
                The car has a loan of hdfc bank.

                  I own a 2015 model, 2016 january delivered ciaz zxi.
                  Chassis no: ma3exmg1s00154186ef, engine no: k14bn7093709

                  I have been facing a steering auto centering issue since the car clocked 10000 kms. The steering does not align to center during turnings nor even at the slight offset movement. I have visited many maruti service centers regarding the matter and none of them could solve the issue, none of them seem to find an issue in my trouble.
                  My last service was done at popular maruti service center and as usual, i addressed them the same issue. These people actually took my concern seriously and went to the extent of checking the same trouble with other ciaz cars at their service centers and found the issue to be common to most of the ciaz cars. The steering does not auto center properly like how it used to do in a swift or alto or any other maruti car.

                  I humbly request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. My car is under extended warranty till dec 2019, this issue has been persisting for more than 2 years and it is a huge pain to my arm in long drives and i'm on the verge of selling the car just because of this issue

                    3 month back on date 26 jan 2019 i have booked my car and dealer told me that they will give you delivery on april first week 2019 only. But till date i haven't received my car and they are not giving me proper response.. If they are not going to give me the car before end of this 31st may 2019i am going to cancel my booking and going to purchase other brand products. I have booked 2nd top varient model in new ertiga... Zxi, i request to give ans. On my reply and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        My new swift 2018amt only 9500km driven. This is the second complaint for my car. First it was sound while auto shifting the gears. Now slippery clutch. It’s a total failure car waste of money. Now the car is in sarathi service kollam kerala. Car reg number is kl-02-bg-333.                           Hello sir/madem - my name is lalit and i purchased your product whose name is suzuki access 125 from aone suzuki faridabad at 5 march 2019, and till date i have not recieved my ragistration no of the vehicle. Besides this i have done two times of my vehicle challan due to rc no. And no action has taken by mr. Anil ratra the owner of aone suzuki, today when i call to customer care for my registration no they told that your documents is submitted today and you have to wait for 15 days from today for your registraion no, they close my prior compalint without resolve it, your service is very poor, and in future i will not suggest any person to buy your product from aone suzuki and mr anil ratra has no manner how to talk to customer. I will gave you a - (Negetive) feedback. And now i will running a campaign at social site against your product and against aone suzuki. Lets see...

                            Delivery of my yellow white brezza delayed after waiting for 25 days. They still say it's not being allotted. I am surprised at the delay. They said a message will be sent to you after being allotted or dispatched. Kindly help me deliver it as early as possible. As its already 1 months and not allotted yet.                                 I am purchase new wagnor car 1000cc before 3 month. New wagnor car ac is not working & ac skipe in hill area. Actually plain area speed limit up to 80 cross not response ac cooling & temperature maintend. Flyover cross in press accelerator pedal in high speed ac car temperature maintend in 8-9 degree. But normal car speed limit in under 70 ac smooth working. So plz short out in my car problem.

                                  I have maruti suzuki s cross model december 2017.51000 km covered now from few days some sort of noise is coming from rear side of car, i thought that it might be because of tyres but i have changed and checked the tyres but the noise is still there so i think it may be because ofrear wheel bearings. I have extended warranty. Kindly resolve my problem. I will be thankful to you

                                    Deposited my car wb 082902 at 16/2 canal east road, kolkata-67 on 07-05-19 for servicing and insurance claim. Got back car on 10-05-19 without proper work done and washing cleaning.. The car was handed out even dirtier than before... Very very very poor servicing for which i had time shell out rs 5445.
                                    Just have my servicing done in proper way or return my money back or else i will take proper legal action for that.

                                      Hii im ritik as company had called me to apply in their company to do the job they said that starting salary wil be 17500 and she said there company name is maruti suzuki and then they said that you have to deposit 2050 rs for security and for your dress to do work in company.. Then i have sended it by bank transfer.. Then after 2 days i have declined to do job in their company and now when i call they had blocked my 3-4 numbers and when she pick up my call she says i will not refund your money... You do what will you do.. But i want my money now! Please help me out plz plz help me

                                        I was facing the issue of battery drain whenever my car celerio vxi green remained park for more than two days. I informed this to ace kudale car in bhosari while puting my car for servicing. They diagnosis the issue and reported that battery is culprit and need to change. So i changed it from exide battery service centre for rs 4800. Few days back i again faced the issue of battery drain with new battery also. This time i checked my car the electric services and found the battery was not issue one the connection was made incorrectly that was using battery even when car is off. Now the issue is even the battery (Panasonic) was good, showroom told me to change. This cost me 4800 and i had to jump start the car whenever battery drained out. I want answer from showroom as well as from maruti suzuki
