I had purchased s-cross zeta from bharati motors pvt. Ltd, h. O. Bongaigaon, dist - chirang invoice no - nxa/18-19/0245 on 12/12/2018 but due to poor quality and manufacture defects i had to go for painting the new car for 3rd time from the date of purchased, which is odd to me. I have lost so many time in that matter and physically and mentally i have suffered. Therefore, i am complaint this to exchange the s-cross zeta car with new s-cross zeta car with new insurance policy and district transport office new car registration with accessories that i have in my car.

This is very unsatisfying that I have purchased S-Cross car that I have go for painting issue which doesn't solve till today. I had already painted three times, 1st painting was on 11/01/2019 after my first servicing on the Roof and door, 2nd painting was on 15/03/2019 with Panel Roof painting and Panel Rear Door painting due to bubble like structure seen, again I had to go for 3rd time painting the whole roof on and received the car on 03/04/2019. But as I have face the painting issue due to manufacture defects which was unable to solve. Again the car colour brusted and white like substance seen at the left front side upper of left tyre. I had call Area Service Manager-Nexa in this regards and he send one person to check my S-cross car on 11/04/2019. But till today I have not received any report in this regard. As it is manufacture defects why I have to pay for painting as Bharati Motors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking fees for painting for the 4th time. This become very irritating that I have to go for painting very rapidly that I have no option to exchange my car with the new one with new Insurance policy and District Transport Office new car registration and accessories that I have in my car.

    I, manvendra singh having car maruti ertiga mp06ta0837.
    On 15.03.2019 sh satish rajput came to my office and collect insurance premium with the promise to deliver the policy to me within 5 days. Despite various calls to him as well as to insurance cell at prem motors office at ag office gwalior. Insurance policy have not been received to me. Due to which i suffered loss of rs.30000 in the business. We request you to provide my policy along with compensation amount.

      Sunil navinbhai patel booked maruti etriga on 12 dec 2018 at atul motors jamnagar, delivery time given by autl motors at time of booking is 6 weeks, till today i have not received delivery. How maruti suzuki is taking orders if they do not have production of ertiga to sell. After many complains to maruti and there teritory sales manager aporva sharma not reply from company. Very very disappointed with maruti suzuki which is biggest car manufacturer in india. I hope my complain on face book reaches sales manager and customer care manager at maruti suzuki.

      I went for my suzuki access 125 first service to sai automobile, mumbra and they made the oil change compulsory and charged 655rs. If it is compulsory for first service then do i have to pay for for second service too.please let me know.

        Yesterday i went for my baleno service in venkat motors hassan (8days back booked for service)
        I told to replace my side mirror with cap, they did with different colour...
        Billed 10350₹ overall. If i went private service centre it could be only 5000₹.
        This staff was so rude they handle everyone’s car so rudely and they work for loot to people.
        Staff doesn’t have respect on their job...!

          Hi Team,
          I am using Maruti Celerio ZXI model since last 4 years.
          And I am very disappointed to say that I am not happy with the Car as recently I meet an accident whose pictures are attached below. On front seat both me and my fellow tucked our seat belt but during this major accident, none of air bags got opened.
          By God grace we got lucky that none o[censored]s got major injury. But still what kind of services and body parts you guys are providing.
          Please take necessary action and provide me contact details whom I can consult regarding this.

          Please see the attached picture to understand, how major was the accident.
          I didn't paid extra for seat belts so that when its require it will not opened.

          I have been contacted by Maruti after filing complain, and team had promised that they will inspect my car for further analyse. But since then its been 6 days and none of their associate visited the Car for analyse.
          Nor I am getting any proper ans from their representative.

          My Car damage is in its extreme condition that it will not be able to repaired. And in that condition, their representative said that might possible your car damage it not that extreme which make airbags opened, the dents are on only one side. They didn't even looked into attached pictures of accident car, and trying to safe themselves.

          Check picture for car condition, when it won't qualify to open air bags, What more extreme condition they were expecting to open airbags?

            My cousin in working in maruti suzuki kapico motors india private limited showroom, at chennai kilpauk, they didnt give 3 months salary to all employees working there, when people are asked for salary means they are giving multiple reasons and also didn't give refunds for some customers, all are middle class family members, when they are asking for salary means they are not responding.

            Request you to take immediate action and do the need to all employees.

              Hi,

              I purchased my baleno 3 months back run only 3500 km's and my front left tyre apollo r16 burst. Comptely flat in a min, this for sure feels like the issues people have reported of and knowing this issues persists nexa has sold a vehicle to me with the same brand of tyres and risking my life now? Is this justifiable? I would like to know what is the solution to this now cause i have a messed up tyre now sold to me and company will ask me to pay for new one for sure which i am not willing to at all

                door issues brezza

                Sir
                I purchased breeza last year in june l am facing problem related to closing of door is not smooth i got two of my free service at that time also i told about this problem but it's not resolved. Today i came for third servicing i told about this but to my surprise i got reply that breeza is having this problem and you have to close door forcibly always. Why this issues was not tested by maruti.
                So it is my request to you...

                Dear sir
                I am fr. John s from kanyakumari district, karode village, i am a priest. I had bought a maruthi wagonr car (Tn 75 ae 4880) vehicle from srivatsa, nagercoil last april 20th 2018. And i bought a maruthi alto 800 car for my sister in the month of january 2019. Through me two of friends also bought maruthi swift and marithi ecoe respectively from srivatsa, nagercoil. After using 10 months the car, wagonr i would like to change my vehicle and i contacted to srivatsa nagercoil and from there mr. Johnsly (Gm) suggested me to exchange with maruthi brezza. He told me that there was one 2018 manufactured model maruthi brezza available. He told me that the on-road price of that vehicle was rs. 1070000/- and he promised me so much offers. I have booked that vehicle by giving rs. 11000/- on 19th february 2019. Then he put rs 440000/- for my old vehicle wagonr. The next day (20th february) he gave me the new maruthi brezza red color vehicle. I was asking the real payment and offers for the vehicle day by day 21st february onwards. But he was skipping all my request. Finally on 12th march he sent one payment list through mr. Shanker. It was utterly different from what was told by mr. Johnsly (Gm). Really i was shocked. And i asked mr. Shanker and mr. Johnsly about that but they both blamed me and confused me. They put different price and without all the promised offers for that vehicle. On 15th march i went to srivatsa, nagercoil showroom and met mr. Johnsly (Gm). He and his team did not consider me. I had given the cancellation request to gm. He received it and told me that he would give me the money of old vehicle and booking amount. Altogether rs. 215500/-. Mr. Johnsly promised me that immediately after taking the vehicle back he could refund the money to my bank account. He sent mr. Sivathanu with the same promise and took back the vehicle (Maruthi brezza) on 19th march. I was asking the money on that day. They do not refund the amount till now. As a priest i need to do so many works. Because of this problem i feel so sad and i cannot concentrate my works. I telephoned so many times to mr. Johnsly but he did not pic my call. I need the money now itself otherwise problem will become serious. My people will come with media and press to your showroom. So kindly i request you to make solution immediately.                   They issued flood affected one they cheated us. While in first service they forget to screw the seat dickey. While we open it comes out totally their service is very poor.
                  So we found flood affected mud inside the engineparts under seat. We complained rajavalsam suzuki near s. D. College. Kalarkode. Alappuzha they treat us badly. Now its headlights are not working it shows many complaints. We need suzuki responsible for this.

                    I bought new maruti suzuki ciaz delta petrol on 11 july 2018 from nexa max autos sangrur, punjab. At the time of showroom manager mr. Amit baruta made a deal with me that he will give me discount of ₹10000/- or any accessories. Bcoz another dealership give me more discount than nexa max autos sangrur, when i asked for money or accessories he told me that this money or accessories will give you after the approval of our md. By time being i often went to showroom but he is practising that come next time or we will call you.
                    Another day when i went to showroom that time the thing came in my knowledge that manager mr. Amit baruta left job and new showroom manager mr. Sidhu joins. I went to him and talk about my situation that time md. Mr. Ajay garg also there and he give me full assurance that he will adjust my payment in accessories or give the cash to me. But he also did the same as old showroom manager did. I filled a complaint 3 times on maruti nexa complaint number but no one dare to solve my problem.
                    Thing is that dealership continually doing fraud with clients. No one take any action against them. They thug the innocent people. So kindly look into matter sir. We indian trust maruti more than any other brand in india. These are references no. Of my complaints

                          On 3rd march, i went to book for a swift diesel car at popular vehicles at anna nagar and experienced a very poor service by all staffs over there... I have never seen such bad customer services. Hence, i cancelled my booking post paying the advance seeing their response levels. They did not give the advance payment also fully knowing the reason why i had cancelled. Very bad experience and wanted to bring it up to your notice. Thank you

                            After accident given my breeza at sky automobiles, odisha, bearing no od 19 j 8118, but it's already 2weeks passed by and my vechile is in open yard unattended. Everytime i call i was told that the spares have not arrived and no calling back from there side for updates. Does it really take 2long week for spares... Is maruti getting spares from abroad... I am facing a lot of harassment... For last 16yr of driving various companies cars i have never before faced such service problem. I have spent huge amount for taxi expecting that i will get my car soon
                            Request you to update me before i take legal action for this kind of delay and harrasment.

                                I am sharing my experience with brd car world konathukunu, thrissur, kerala, india. I booked a swift lxi (White) car from brd car world, konathukunnu branch on 28.12.2018. They offered me in writing car stereo with speakers, mud flap, vinyl flooring, steering grip, wheel cup and floor mats and oraly the offered the body color painting on orvm, front door handle and rs. 30, 000/- discount. They were saying that the vehicle is in stock with them and i will get the delivery on january 1st week. On 30.12.2018 the executive informed that the vehicle is blocked for billing and i have to pay full amount on 31.12.2018 for billing purpose and after 3 days i will get the car. I arranged the loan and paid the balance amount on 31.12.2018 and informed the executive. And on 04.01.2019 i got a call from brd for confirm my booking and i came to know that the billing was not done, they informed me that stock was over and i will get the car after 2 weeks with the same offer. There was no reply for mail and the verbal answers are not satisfactory, if you call 3 persons you will get 3 answers for the same. At last they delivered the vehicle on 10 th february 2019 without stereo and vinyl flooring and the discount changed to rs. 15, 000/-. They informed me that i will not get the stereo for 2019 vehicle and they dont have the stock of vinyl flooring material and i will get the vinyl flooring on 1st service. Now they are saying that the vinyl flooring is only for 2018 vehicles, paintng of door handles and orvm is chargeable and i will not get this also.

                                Please clarify the following things :-
                                With whom i have to communicate about the offers and rates, as per brd officials they are not responsible for the offers and confirmations of their executive.
                                How can i trust the dealer because i paid 2 emis of my car loan without taking the possession of the vehicles
                                What i should do if the dealer is not responding for the calls and mails.
                                The dealer is not trustworthy and they are not concerned about the customer's money and interests. After sharing my experience with my friends many of them told me that brd is doing like this most of all customers, even the bank peoples are also not recommending them. If you want any evidence then i can provide the call recordings, sealed copy of the estimate etc.

                                I hope that you will take this matter seriously and do the needful against these unethical and unfair sales practices.

                                  I would like to let you know that my car has been creating problem from day one and same has been noticed by murari suzuki and recalled the car for reconditioning. As the said car had some problem in engine but it's very unfortunate that car is still in similar condition and no improvement.

                                  Sometime back, my car was heatup and samething i reported to maruti service centre

                                  Supervisor: ashok kumar,[protected]/[protected] and they towed my car to their workshop and taken month time to reconditioning the car. My car had engine problem from dayone as maruti gave me defective car and fitted substandard equipment in engine. My car is under warranty and your said service centre is charging morethen rs. 120, 000/- for reconditioning of the car and same time they tried to claim this amount from insurance company but failed to got the claim as it was manufacturing defact and engine problem so insurance company refused to process and clear the claimed amount against engine repairing.

                                  Please note that my car is under warranty and it's heating problem but maruti is imposing unethically charges on me to recover the money on the name of reconditioning and ceased engine. Is there any reason to cease engine as said service centre towed the car and they didn't mentioned in their job card? And they took a month time to report this problem and trying to make the money through unethical practice.

                                  Please review and look into the service mathedology as said dealer had debeous intention to make the money through insurance and this kind forgery services practice.

                                  Being a owner of this car i always handle my car with proper care and service guidelines but service centre is trying to panalise me through their unethical practices which is not correct.

                                    I was given my ciaz shvs vdi+ on 27th feb 9.45am, and same day evening they called we will not deliver your car today, and second day they call me around 1. Pm your car is ready and i gone to thr i found toeing cover colour was different seat cover was not fitting properly then they told me we will deliver your car in evening.in evening 8pm they cam for delivery of my car and found seat cover was cracked so i didn't take my car from them and send back to kataria, just now i rec my car and they charged me bill of rs 9119rs,,, what nonsense r u service maruti or mercedes???

                                    I check on app @ 30000km the service cost will be 5466rs only than how they charged me 9119rs.

                                    Justify me before tomorrow evening otherwise i charged fraud case against maruti suzuki l.

                                    And also give my difference amount.

                                    See the attached invoice, service cost suggested on maruti application @3000km and photograph of all other blunders.

                                      On date 1 purchased a motor vehicle mario wagon. R. From your dealership with the reg. No, all 10 ba 6933 maruti wagon r vxi amt bs iv unfortunately. The vehicle has not been satisfactiory because its bottom parts are full of rust as an old vehicle or second hand vehicle. We purchased a fresh vehicle. But this type of dealing is too cheating this vehicle was my cherished one. But your company made me upset... I am herewith attaching the photographs of bottom parts for your reference
