I purchased a new car maruti k10 model dec 2018 from suri automobiles vide invoice no 6001/1819/n1943 dated[protected], above bill stands for rs.3, 68, 364 including insurance, extended warranty, fastag & auto card including 29% gst chrages.in the above they have taken a sum of rs 4.17.000/. Kindly do inquire and if overcharged, pl. Refund my money.

    Purchase ertiga on 7 th april 2019 from the date of purchase ac is not working. After continuous complaints to ktl dealer and maruti suzuki no problem has been solved. It seems u have not any concern about customer. U only no to sale car after sale service is very very poor. Same on u maruti u are not able to solve ac problem since one month after so any reminder. I have wasted my time and lot of money in full issue.

      My name is nikunj rohit panchal, had booked maruti ertiga smart hybrid zxi+ metallic auburn red color on 01-march-2019, booking order no :- [protected] with sai service private ltd - virar west branch.
      Concern :-
      As i had book the car for my special occasion of marriage, and requested dealer to provide the vehicle before 22nd april 2019, but after taking so many fall up i come to know that maruti's cars for specially only red color delaying more than 3 months, which is quite not understandable. While mine one of the friend received the delivery of a car within month?
      I am requesting you to at least allot the vehicle detail to dealer as dealer still don't have delivery confirmation date, usually i have not heard such cases with maruti but i am really unhappy with dealers response.

      Please do the needful and reply as soon as possible.

      This was mailed to maruti on [protected]@maruti.com on 17th april but neither maruti person contacted me nor replied back on my email.
      Customer centric is missing? Multinational brand not suits this kind of late behaviours hope maruti head is recieving the complaints and he can do the best for all customer.

      I have purchased a new maruti waganor on last week. On that day the ac I have compaint the ac have no cooling. I went for service for two times. Now also the complaint doesn't get solved. Can u make any alternative solution for that or replace and give the ac. It will make me a real mental stress for me

        Showroom's executive did not deliver my car in the waiting period which he himself gave me... And he is making execuses as well and trying to make customers fool.. He promised me to give me my new car in 2 months but now it is almost 3 months, bt i didn't get my car. Showroom's at small places like ratlam are paying attention on their customers.. They only know to give execuses and now the executive is telling me that i will have to wait for three months to get my car. Is this some kind of joke or what??

            It's hardly one month since we purchased this car. Post sales service is really bad. They are not sorting things that they earlier promised. They said we will get ur insurances transfer done. Now they are not even responding. And now the insurance company is saying the insurance is not transferable. This is pure fraud and cheating.
            Even the engine is having issues, as the car does not have proper pick up power, and the mileage is also less.

              This is with reference to your booking of maruti suzuki wagon-r zxi ags 1.2 l
              Colour pool side blue dated[protected] with pathankot vehicleades pvt. Ltd.
              So far the vehicle is not delivered, it's been more than 3 months, the waiting period has lapsed, having inconvenience in commuting.
              What action should i take,
              Should i go for consumers forum for justice?

                regarding the delay in the car delivery

                i have booked new wagon r zxi grey version as on 3/3/2019 and also paid the booking amount rs.11000 to MANRAJ MOTORS, JALGAON, MAHARASTRA.
                Two and half months has been gone but not get the vehicle.
                I have already done all the procedure, my bank finance process is also completed but not getting the proper response from u r dealer.so pls look out the matter and make available the zxi version as soon as possible...

                Hii im ritik as company had called me to apply in their company to do the job they said that starting salary wil be 17500 and she said there company name is maruti suzuki and then they said that you have to deposit 2050 rs for security and for your dress to do work in company..then i have sended it by bank transfer..then after 2 days i have declined to do job in their company and now when i call they had blocked my 3-4 numbers and when she pick up my call she says i will not refund your money...you do what will you do..but i want my money now ! Please help me out plz plz help me

                  There was no sitting arrangement at Bettiah (west champaran Bihar service centre).
                  There was no water for drinking available.
                  No proper washing of the vehicle was done.
                  The tyre pressure wasn't checked properly.
                  As it was my first time free servicing they didn't paid adequate attention to my vehicle.
                  There was total neglect and mismanagement.
                  I had to keep my car documents back in the car because they didn't care enough.
                  My experience at the service centre was horrible.

                    car brake problem not solved

                    Due to major brake problem in my swift dezire i visited shubh maruti work shop at anuppur mp. Work shop manager not solved brake problem. Even falsily trying to convince me to short out my car problem. This leads to mental and financial loss as brake not repaired if any major accident took place who will own responsibility.                     Really pathetic services you guys are proving to your customer.

                    Dated on 21.4.2019, i called for a normal checkup for services, maruti rohan motors noida sector 1, they sent me driver for vehicle pickup (Driver sonu kumar mo. [protected],), thats was only a normal cleaning and servicing of vehicle. Afterwards mr sonu dropped the vehicle in my home nearly around 4 pm same day that time i was in home.
                    Now you can see what the # happen i checked my vehicle next day, a long dent was there in drivers door + back side door was also got damaged and in rear bumper one screwed was fitted plus wheel cover was missing.

                    Next day story
                    I called to your service delivery manager and even driver mr. Sonu they both are continuously disconnecting my calls now that shows your company's quality. Being a client i never ever recommend you guys what the # you are doing yaar...

                    I don't have a extra time to visit your showroom again n again for this. Kindly go through all the pictures and this one is only a general request to take a necessary steps asap. Otherwise i will legally put a notice for that.

                        I have purchased a swift zxi from the dealer starburst motors pvt ltd, kolkata, west bengal. The booking was on the name of adwitiya roy, my wife. We took the delivery of the car on 23/04/19.
                        The experience of taking a new car was pathetic from the dealer point. The car delivered to us was not properly cleaned from outside body, the mud and dust was full covered. And in the interior part the car was sand dumped under all the foot mattress provided to us. The key that was handed to us was wrapped by a paper and plastic material and written on it was the chassis number. So i told the conserned person miss piyali ray (Con no [protected]) that is this the key of the new car i am buying and is this the condition of the car maruti suzuki will be giving me in time of delivery. Then i asked that why i will take this dirty car that is not cleaned, i am supposed to get a clean car in time of delivery.
                        Then she managed a cleaning which took me an hour of waiting and we got the delivery of the car. Then we again noticed that the interior of the car was not again cleaned as sand particles was shattered all over the car.
                        And moreover no one was present to check the cleaning.

                        And the second experience i faced was no one has explained me the features of the car after several times of request done to the dealer.
                        What we faced when returning to our home after getting the delivery.
                        1) we cannot open the boot.
                        2) we couldn't turn on the blower of the car.
                        3) manually we couldn't reduce the temperature the car.
                        4) we couldn't play music via bluetooth.
                        And several other features.
                        And my question is when we buy a refrigerator from any brand they provide us a demo, and are we not supported to get the features explained of my new car?? Is this the number one brand of car manufacturer in india (Maruti suzuki).
                        So please return my money back and i will return the car, and i am willing to shift to other brand in the market. Atleast they will give a proper explanation of the features of the new car.
                        Really i am very much disappointed from maruti suzuki, and starbust motors pvt ltd they really do not care about the problem i am facing today.
                        Please grant my request if possible to return my money back.

                          Dear team

                          May i request your kind intervention to help and expedite the delivery of car booked as per above details. (Booking order enclosed).

                          Inspite of several followups dealer has failed to deliver the car as per committed period of 4-6 weeks. Nor they have any clarity on delivery status on date.

                          I have been chasing maruti suzuki india ltd. Customer care and responsible territory sales manager (Mr. Anshal rawal) and regional manager (Mr. Vivek mathur) also, in numerous mails. However, maruti suzuki sales people seems insensitive to customers emails, and has no courtesy to alteast acknowledge the receipt of mails of customers and to clarify their queries.

                          May i request you to please look into the matter and confirm as how more long it takes for maruti to deliver a car, for which the waiting period at the time of booking was 4-6 weeks, which has crossed (Currently 8 weeks over) and the commitment of delivery seems no value to them.

                          I had secured a car loan from icici bank with interest rate of 9.35% for which the dusbursal period of 45 days has lapsed on 15th april 2019, as per bank the file has to be relogged in and the revised interest rate of 9.70% would be applicable from 15th april 2019 onwards. My simple question is who is going to bear the loss of paying extra interest on delayed delivered car when the commitment is dishonoured from maruti side.

                            I have purchased a swift dezire 2018 model. Unfortunately, i met with an accident. Car is insured from national insurance company. When nic surveyor visited the car location. He took snaps of the incident and submitted the report. After three days when maruti surveyor he denied giving the claim of some parts, even my is insured with 0 depts. Even i had a discussion with him so he is saying "k sara hum nhi karte" so please guys, be careful before purchasing anything from the maruti car they have ridiculous services. : (Please don't purchase from maruti they are giving ridiculous services to their customer.

                              I drive maruti ertiga zdi 2014 model (Tn 22 cq 3098) for last 5 years and total kilometer covered is 125000. Last week when i was driving in chennai - bangalore highway with my family suddenly the engine got switched off and the power steering got locked. I was driving at 100 kms/hr and think of the situation in busy highways road.
                              Thank god that no vehicle was behind me and really we escaped. But want to know how the issue is happening in middle of the highways? Who is responsible for the sudden engine shut down of the vehicle? Will the company pay for the service of this vehicle as it is technical fault.. I have 5 vehicles both commercial and personal of maruti but now scared if i need to continue with this brand... Will the company take this charge of the expense spent?

                                Hello,

                                I am the customer (Buyer) of your new ertiga having numer ch01 bb 4292 from 01 mar 2019 from modern automobiles 4 m. W. Indl area chandigarh.
                                I was going my village with my family near shamli meerut where my car stuck around 3 pm dated 20.04.2019. We call for help near by service station but no response. We also called on customer care [protected] and few other numbers which were provided by dealer but in vein.
                                I was helpless there to do something with my 6 other family member. One was my mother age 62 years old. My wife sister and my children.
                                We can not move there to leave the car or something else.
                                No body come there till the night around 10 pm.
                                I was very harassed from maruti whithin 1 month. I took the initiative myself and went to tania service centre near meerut.
                                But i did not get any type of help.
                                Today my car is in meerut and i came back to chandigarh for my work.

                                Kindly suggest me what should i do in this case.
                                Should i not to pay anything in this?
                                Should i get back your car and give my money back?
                                Should i go to court?
                                Kindly suggest

                                  I purchased a new wagnon r from kalpetta indus motors on 3 rd march before purchasing wagon r i booked for alto 800 from the same dealer and paid an advance amount of 3000 till this date 3000 and extra paid amount 3000 for wagon r not credited yet indus motors kalpetta not giving a positive feedback. Sales executive jinu varghese is verbally abusing for complaint and he is saying, you will not get that amount why u r given a complaint. Plz do the needful... Otherwise i will move to consumer court...

Date of joining thi 2 june 2019. Mujhe na kabi salary time pe di na abi tak mujhe koi incentive diya joining ke time mujhe joining latter tak nhi diya jab maine resignation diya to tab hr department ne bht problem creat ki. Abi tk meri march month ki salary aur incentives nhi mile jab maine hr deptmnt se pucha ke meri salary aur incentives kyu nhi de rhe to tab bolne lage ke apko koi salary aur incentives nhi mile ga. Aur ye sb sirf mere sth nhi nexa ke har ek employee ke sth aisa ho rha hai meri request hai ke meri is complaint pe koi action liya jaye.
