I have vitara brezza zdi+. i give service at begumpet branch Hyderabad. they themselves updated updated my apple i play memory card. after updating memory card onward my apple infotainment was not working
when i go show room they tell us. we contact you the card was updated in March 2018 from the last one year we don't have infotainment
so what should i do

    I have baleno delta diesel i full maintained my car with timely services done but from 17 jan 2019 i am facing some problem with my car on 17 th morning car si going to take long self while i am starting it in morning after 3-4 self it get started but while i am driving car was also missing than after that i parked it on my work place than i planned to go to maruti but when i trying to start my car my car doesn’t start any battery also discharged than i contacted to sidhi vinayak maruti automobiles bahadurgarh and tell them my problem they totally refused to provide any toying service refused to give any solution and cut off my phone then jese tese i reached to service station any give my car to them they check my car and told me there was some problem with injectors. Injectors needs to be cleaned they told me to give my car up to evening or up to tomorrow that is 18th jan but today upto 21 st when i visit service center they told me we have replaced your car self jabki self is working fine there was no problm with self and they told me that u have to show your car to some other expert person of injector outside the maruti center because we are failed to open the injector and also told me if we try to open them they will break if they break you have to pay cost of that which is approx 20000 of each injector but i can’t understand if maruti fails to repair their own premium nexa car than who will repair? If injectors are broken by their employees while repairing then why should i pay for them? How they told me to get your car repaired outside from maruti? Is there no expert for injectors is available in such a big company like maruti? That was a manufacturing fault of maruti nexa so that i was suffered for more than 4 days injectors was blocked and no body in maruti able to open them
    Resolve my issue as soon as possible replace all injectors that was a manufacturing fault of maruti.

      Dear suzuki,

      I bought suzuki access125 limited addition 22nd january 2017 since that i facing lots of problem in this product many kind of problem i, m facing like plug issue since that i changed around 10times it spark automatically then scooty goes over & carburetor issue petrol leek automatically & now the meter are not working dealer saying meter has to change & can't change in warranty. Company gives 2 years warranty & dealer are not ready to work in warranty. My overall experience is worst with this product. I made very big mistake to bought this product. Kindly confirm would you be helpful to sort-out this issues?

        I request your attention to the above mentioned subject. I, nisamudheen, hailing from kochi owns a suzuki access bearing reg kl-07-bz-9160 chassis no. Mb8cf4cabe8310754 engine no. F[protected] unfortunately during 2018 kerala floods, my vehicle was waterlogged and vehicle without being starting was handed over to the nearest suzuki service centre situated at thrikkakara, kochi (Indel automotives pvt ltd, pipe line junction, thrikkakara, ernakulam). After careful diagnosis from service centre’s end, service executive informed me that engine overhauling is not required, instead an engine oil flushing and replacement of a couple of parts was recommended. Repair estimate came up to around 22, 400/- and the insurance surveyor approved the same. Upon receiving my confirmation, repair relating to engine work was only carried out and vehicle was handed over to me. Invoice amount comes to rs.9, 825/- (Invoice no 005/bc/18006386 dated 22/09/2018 attached).
        However, the scooter suffered idling problems post-repairs. The above fault was communicated with the service centre, but it was instructed from their end that scooter was functioning satisfactorily. Although, reporting the same for another 4 times at the service centre, the response received from their end remained the same even though post-repair fault was priorly informed multiple times. After completion of around 2100 km after the above repair, my scooter broke down while i was riding. After consulting a nearby workshop, it was found that engine was lacking engine oil (Not even a 10ml of engine oil was present). After refilling engine oil from the work shop, the vehicle was handed over to the same service centre (Indel automotives pvt ltd, pipe line junction, thrikkakara, ernakulam) and it was conveyed by the service executive that engine have to undergo major engine overhaul and repair estimate came about rs.34, 350/-. At the time of servicing the scooter, they are not properly washed off the water inside the engine that leads to the heavy damages to the vehicle engine, cylinder and piston. There has been a great negligence from the service centre’s end and they are being responsible for damages caused.
        The insurance company rejected the estimate claiming that a waterlogged scooter cannot be considered to be “total loss”. There has been a great negligence from the service centre’s end and they are not being responsible for damage caused, even though post-repair fault was priorly informed multiple times. It was later comes to know that indel suzuki service centre (Pipe line junction, thrikkakara, ernakulam) was closed. Hence in these circumstances, you should take the necessary steps to get it repair my vehicle from the dealer at zero cost and to take necessary action against the dealer for their careless and impervious attitude that would causes damage to your goodwill. Otherwise it is unacceptable and unethical. I would like to get a statement from suzuki stating that the vehicle is beyond economical repair or get the scooter repaired at zero cost. Requesting to look into this matter with utmost priority and expecting response from your side asap.

          Hi,

          This is sriram sharma i bought ertiga vdi in the year 2017 april and i drove 40000 kms. I had a issue on 3rd january in the middle of the road during my out station travel. Based on the feedback from on road service vehicle was towed and given to service station. I came to know there is a problem in timing belt and it has to be replaced. The engine has to be worked due to this issue and it is been 15 days now. I would like to know how the timing belt fault would occur within 40000 kms that too for a new vehicle. It seems to manufacturing defect and i would need a detailed explanation with root cause. I am afraid of getting additonal problems in future since engine is worked upon and it may create problems in the future. If this issue is going to be a major one i need a compensation or a replacement of this vehicle.

            I brought the vehicle breeza from popular tvm on 6th jan-2019, and done first service on[protected] at indus, during the first service i noticed that there is a sand or mud on carpet of the vehicle, they cleaned many time it's not gone. Iam not sure how it happened it in new vehicle i suspect whether it is a vehicle at the time of flood. Any way i am considering this as a serious issue and popular delivered irresponsible and i expect proper action from your side

              Hi, am owner of baleno alpha petrol, i just run 6000km but my making noise after start few minutes and some randomly i totally confused why this noise. But one day i observed the noise came after release clutch. So immediately i went service center, after test the vechile service people told its problem with clutch release bearing and its manufacturing defect. Can any one help me how to handle this problem. How to proceed. Because it's new vechile and run 6000km

              I also bought new DZire vdi in augest2018. After 1st service (630kms) abnormal noise started from brakes. During second service I mentioned the same. But issue not resolved. Noise increased too much day by day. Informed to service centre regarding noise issue. Service adviser saying it is common in DZire & cleaned the brakes

                I bought a maruti suzuki s cross car last year, company claimed its average to be 24 km/lt, but actually it can only achieve 12-13 km/lt. Also 5th gear can be put on only after the car reaches speed of 70 km/hr. Earlier the service center used to say that it would become normal after 3rd service. Now they are saying that these are the parameters. I have got this checked 4 times from the company but it has not given any results. I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with this.

                  Myself diptak sengupta, i have purchased a gixxer sf fi abs (Black) on dated 10th jan 2019, from dihingia suzuki motors, dhemaji, assam by full payment with insurance and registration. But still today they are not duing my insurance and registration where they have promised on same day of purchase they will do both the insurance and registration. I have given full payment but still i am not getting my insurance and registration done due to these i can't run the byke on city. The staffs their always lies and they are giving excuses every day. I want my all the documentation to be done by today its already 16th january 2019. The worst expirience i am getting from suzuki in near future i will twice think to go for suzuki brand for byke.

                    There has been worst experience with excell autovista kalina. Horrible deep cleaning, denting work is miserable. Left hand door dent there even after addressed prior to the dealer. The foot mat has torn and given back, stolen my key chain (Petty behavior). Heavily charged for servicing inr 14500 for maruti swift zxi. Denting painting and polishing work i was charged 7500 the work is inefficiently done. Delayed in delivery. Even after paying additional amount of inr 1000 for deep cleaning it as good as not done.

                    I would either want a refund for the same or all the pending work has to be again completed with on time delivery.

                      Suzuki Gs150r bile fork oil and oil seal not available in suzuki Thirumullaivoyal service centre when I asked in suzuki service centre they told that they also facing spare part issue then where I can get suzuki Gs150r spare parts if its not available in there showroom itself.. I known the production of GS150R is stoppes that does mean that basic spare parts will not be available further. I think I made a mistake of buying suzuki bike once the production is stopped spare part supply also stopped.

                            This is regarding the disgusting experience with our maruti nexa ciaz delta purchased on 7.1.2019. The details of the purchase are as below :

                            After the delivery on 7th january it was prominently visible that the car was repainted. The entire body was full of over - spray engulfing the gloss of the whole body. Paint sprinkles were even visible on the door glasses. There was issue with colour mismatch on back side left quarter panel. We took it to the showroom on 8th of january (Prem motors, sector 14, gurgaon) where from it was bought. The showroom manager took it to the adjacent bodyshop to get it checked with senior technician where this was proved that something was seriously wrong with it. The very next day they fixed an appointment with the colour expert of their choice where again it was confirmed in presence of all the concerned maruti representatives that it was a repaired model. The manager personally asked for one day span to intimate us the final decision. Our car is with the showroom people now and there after they are not responding to any of our calls. This is a clear case o[censored]nscrupulous and fraud on the part of the company. Customer satisfaction is a far off thing, they are not at all bothered to abide by the basic human decency. This was our first venture with maruti and truly speaking the kind o[censored]nprofessional and untruthful response we received we will never ever come back to maruti again in future. Is this expected on a humanitarian ground that the sufferer will keep calling for a justified solution and the culprit will ignore that and remain shamelessly inert after accepting the fault?
                            And now after 2 days they are denying the fact and asking us pay more for 2019 model. What nonsense.

                                It my humble request to solve my problem. I m facing passing of my maruti van owned in 1998 from compitant automobile chalker mandi hp. At that time issued documents was not wearing correct chesis number by clerical mistake. At that time registration authority passed the van without matching the chesis number, but at the second passing the mvi missmatch the chesis with issued rc. And refuge to pass. As i understand the cause the mistake is erase during purchasing. I request you to give me solution or as per mvi.. Give a clarify certificate of new chessis numer bearing on my maruti van.                                   I purchased swift vxi car through csd stores in bengaluru in dec 2018 while i visited all dealers, it was noticed that the year end offers were given to all customers but not to the csd customers by almost all the dealers, when asked they say already the discount was given through csd, which is such a humiliation shown towards the soldiers who've served the nation. Where as other company dealers were giving all the discounts given without any discriminations. The behavior of the dealers is as if they are doing favour to the soldiers by selling through csd,

                                    Sir, my Brezza car booking Ref. No SOB18000637 at KAPICO Motors India Pvt. Ltd, Chennai on dt- 14.08.2018 . And now it is completed 5 Months and and also 3 EMI are over after my booking. GM of will promise (KAPICO Motors India Pvt. Ltd, Chennai)me to supply the order within 3 Months of booking. Now they don't reply me the confirm delivery date and telling that there is some Financial crisis to supply the car. Now i dint know that when i will get my car.

                                      This is thrishank from hyderabad i have given my vachile servicing in varun motors in begumpet they are not serviced my vachile even though car washing quality and servicing quality is poor even they are not cleaned r changed car airfilter. Customer always trust maruthi but if they are cheated like this no one will trust.

                                      I gave my vachile on 19th of december from that day on words that are giving trouble to me.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I want to inform you regarding my problem in my vehicle clutch cable since 3 days. I had communicated to your authorised dealer naryani motors, paradeep. About the said clutch cable problem and through the authorised dealer i was booking for clutch cable because in this authorised dealer the clutch cable is not available. After availing the clutch cable the authorised dealer call to me and saying you take your spare along with service charge. But i'm unable to take my vehicle in that location though it is far distance from authorised dealer. I request please give me clutch cable as per the rate but the authorised dealer denied to give the clutch cable. And said that if you take the clutch cable pay service charges to us.
                                        My question is that without servicing how can i payment the service charges. If i to take my vehicle that authorised dealer i will expend rs.1, 500.00 to pick up van. It is heavy expense to me. The authorised dealer is so proud person not to listen to my version. Kindly take necessary action immediately otherwise i will knocking the door of court against you as well as the dealer.
