I have done some repairs for my alto k10 car. My car no mh04eq6693
Clutch plate, pressure plate changed.
Drive shaft and gear box oil seal changed.
Oil leakage is coming from drive shaft and gearbox.
But pickup earlier is better. Before serving my vehicle is good. After servicing not good. Still my vehicle is at service station. They are not able to solve the issues.
I chosen wrong maruti service. I will post this issue to all social network and my colleague.

    Maruti suzuki brand at risk due to car dealers
    Dear sir,
    As a genuine customer of maruti suzuki, i need to allow that brand maruti suzuki is getting ruined by the car dealers.
    I have bought the wagnor from the vipul motors in 2015 car no hr51bd0178 on the name himanshu sharma. Few days back faced the yellow light indicator on my car screen then i went to the service station and company removed the sign of indicator through laptop without telling me about the problem. After two weeks yellow indicator came again on my car screen and then i went again to the service station, this time they said catalic converter needs to changed and i asked why this got defected just running 64000 kms and what is the self-life of catalic converter but no ans. Then i asked for the warranty they said it doesn’t get cover it the warranty. Then after reading the car manual book i saw it was mentioning 80, 000 kms or 3 yrs which ever come first but my car runs only 64000 kms and exteneded warrany taken 4 yrs.
    Now vipul motors refused to give this part in warranty and from inside i got to know that they generally don’t buy this part from the manufacturer so they are refusing for the warranty.
    Please look into this issue as i am the great fan of this brand and always tell me friends to buy maruti suzuki cars. I hope you understand my feelings due to my love for this brand.

      Sir, am thrissi. S. Balan working as govt. Employee in kerala state. The last year 2018 december i decided and booking a new swift through maruti dealer (Show room outlet. Indus motor. Adoor). They delivered new car on 25 th january as per my choosing vairent zdi+ (White colour) with out temporary permit. They told me temporary permit will be get next day. They didnt give navigation chip also. Am also payed rs. 17000/- for extra fittings too on that day. Am painfully inform that i cant use that car till now. Car kept in my car shed. I got messages my car's first serving s over.. Etc.. Now am hired a taxy to meet daily needs. Am strongly regrets to choose your product.

        I was given all false information from vasai west - maruti showroom. Firstly i was told car will be dispatched and allotted within 2 weeks and now its nearly about 2.5 months and i have no car.
        I was finally told via email and phone calls that car was dispatched from gurugram city in haryana and i was asked to pay the balance amount which i did first week of feb 19 but, once again all false promises.

        I was given only lies - i also contacted toll free # of maruti with no help plus, the showroom team is not helpful too. Please help

          I took my maruti alto 800 std for general service to jamkash vehicleads kashmir on 04/02/2019. I paid rs 6237/= as service charges and received my car back. After service i complained about coolant leakage and i was asked to visit the centre once again which i did. They changed some pipe first but when i complained once again about the leakage they are demanding rs 1500/= as labour charges + charges for some part to be changed. They have just damaged my car and are wasting my money. If the part was to be changed why they didn't change / inform me at the time of service. The job card is enclosed herewith. I demand justice / action against the said service centre.

            Dear sir /madam
            This is to inform you that i have taken double claim from your company on 25.01.19
            On my vehicle (Maruti suzuki ciaz sigma) registration no. Br11ah 2877. Firstly the claim work is done that is wrost. The denting work is tempered with no proper finishing. Painting done on my left running board and left back panel is scattered on tyres and back light. After repeated complain to customer care no [protected]. They picked the call once and then they did not pick the call and did not resposd to my queries the vehicle is submitted on 15.01.19 and delivered on force on 25.01.19 the care was very dirty at the time of delivery. The whole body (Exterior) is till date extrmely rough. The dent is there on my right door piller they fixed the dent but it was also not that satisfactory the piller sticker of right side is required but they provided me left sided. After repeated call they call me on 27.01.19 to fix my problem but the same issue is also there. The technicians and mechanics were not that trained it compelled me to
            Visit outside and to fix my problems the overall experience were very pethatic. Kindly fix it asap. And find the solution of my roughness on exterior bodies
            If required i can attach my payment receipt as well

              I have book my new ertiga zdi+ on 10th dec2018, dealer told me he will deliver me at the end of dec, after that he gave me date of jan15th 2019, when i ask for delivery he gave me another date it was happend 6 to 7 times always they are giving me new dates, i register a complient against them in maruti call canter but i have not received date and now they are forcing me to cancel the booking there is no solution for my problem, i have book my car in paramount weels mira road mumbai,
              If i will not get the delivery till 22nd feb then i will cancel my booking and i will go for marazzo because they are professional and they know the value of customers,

                  I had taken a new delivery of ciaz alpha at nexa blue having regd no od02bb 4567 in the name of mr rupa kumar satapathy thru a dealer (Jyote motors, patia branch, bhubaneswar, odisha) today i. E 14th feb 2019 at 9am at my house. After driving for some time, engine broke down and went to service centre at their nayapalli service centre. It is found to be defective. Lot of my emotions attached for this day and this car as gift. Now i refuse to take this defective car and demand a new car to be delivered tomorrow i. E 15th feb. Kindly help me sorting out this issue for me asap with utmost priority.

                    I bought maruthi suzuki new ciaz from dealer nexa palakkad, kerala (Indus motors) on november 2018. I have found two manufacturing defects in the car.
                    1. Asymmetrical appearance of car from back side of the car. There is an un identical appearance of car on comparing right and left side of car in the back
                    2. The paint is peeling off in one part of the car.
                    I contacted the local service centre (Indus maruthi suzuku service centre, kondoty, kerala) and they cant solve the issue. I have very bad experience from maruthi suzuki's premium car. They are selling low quality products.

                      We purchased a ciaz alpha petrol from atul motors pvt. Ltd.in india in january 2019. We were given the delivery on 8th february, 2019. However, we discovered that the car had two severe manufacturing defects:
                      1. The smart hybrid system was not working
                      2. Navigation/maps were not working

                      The dealer sent me to their workshop, where the team drove the car for 2 hours and ran tests. They could not find the fault, and told me that these were manufacturing defects that they could not identify or fix. Hence this complaint is against the company maruti suzuki india limited, and not the dealer.

                      So i did not take/get delivery of the car, though the money has been paid and they have taken my old car for exchange.

                      I have asked them to replace the defective car with a new car - which the dealer agreed that the company should do.

                      I filed a complaint with maruti/nexa on the same day on the phone as well as by email.

                      However, so far, on 13th february, 2019, nobody from nexa or maruti has bothered to get back to me or has offered any kind of resolution.

                      The dealer offered to give me an alternate car which was manufactured in september 2018 (5 months old, considering i am getting it in february 2019), and so i refused it.

                      Then the dealer said that there were no similar cars available in ahmedabad, and hence he will get his person to drive another similar car from surat, which means that that car will have several hundred kilometers on its odometer, even before i touch it. And it will not be same as getting a new car from the company, which had less than 30 km on the odo when i saw it in the dealership. Hence i have refused it.

                      I have asked the company to replace the defective car with a new car, which should not be too old and which should not have several hundred kilometers on it. If they do not have a car in ahmedabad, they can send one from the factory during the next consignment to ahmedabad.

                      Despite more than 10 calls and emails, i have not heard back from maruti as to when/whether the company plans to resolve the problem or not.

                      The company has taken my money for the new car, and my old car, and hence they are liable to give me a new car. As a result, i am now without a car, facing difficulty in commuting, and my money is gone, without any assurance of whether i will get a new, non-defective car or not. I am going through extreme hardship, suffering and humiliation and difficulty due to callous and irresponsible behaviour of maruti suzuki india limited.

                      I request the consumer court at ahmedabad to do the needful to file a case for damages, suffering and pain, and ask the company to replace the defective car with a new, non-defective car at the earliest.

                      I strongly recommend potential buyers to be beware about the poor quality of nexa cars, and the horrible customer service, and consider cars from other car companies, before buying any maruti products.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had given my car on 23rd Nov 2018 for repair. Bhargavi Automobiles gave it back on 9th Feb 2019. Their response was very poor. 4 to 5 Manages resigned and it was a night mare that no one would give a clear answer. Even GM Sales SM Chowdary tried to help but since he was helpless he also stopped taking my calls. Finally a GM Service Vijay Kumar joined and he given on war footing. But there is so much of rattling. The head light has so much of scratches. For this two and a half months i have been traveling by train to Chennai as we travel every week end. Now i would like Bhargavi motors to compensate my mental agony by giving Rs 10000/- .

                          We had done booking for maruti eartiga vdi white dated 9 th jan 2019 with delivery date of 31 st jan 2019. We have to give car in marriage. But now modern automobile in karnal is telling to deliver car after 2 months. We had taken delivery date in written due to marriage urgency. But from some outside sources we came to know that they are taking some extra money above then company rates and same they need from us. Sir we request you that pls arrange our car as soon as possible because its necessary for marriage purpose and marriage date is 19th feb 2019. Either pls provide me booking list.

                            I am having problem in my ignes auto. From last more then two months. When driving car the camera of reversgiar is not working sometime. I contacted to workshop and put my car for solution. But the problem is not solve. It is so risquely to drive in cities without camera. I got small accident yesterday.                               Maruti ertiga car keys were remote was not working so i had ordered for a new set on october 22nd 2018 in popular maruti vehicles and service ltd, keelkattali, chennai for which i paid an advance amount of Rs.3000. four months have gone by and i have still not got my new keys. and the service center is not responding to our calls properly. unfortunately now my old key has started malfunctioning and I am unable to use my car. i have sent the Job sheet copy for reference. please help me in getting new car keys

Jo 24oct 2018 ko etah ke pass damage ho gyi tha to mene car repair ke liye maruti ke service centre madhusudan vehicle pvt ltd etah me di or unhone mujhe 14 dec 2018 ki date car delivery ki di but jab mene phn kia unhe to unhone kehna chalu kardia ki apke car ke parts nhi aye h abi or time lagega or me phone karta rha lekin wo utna hi delay karte rhe actually wo log mujse paise chahte the jo mene nahi diye to unhone meri car pe dhyan hi ni dia. Mujhe apni mum ko har hafte car se dr ke pas dikhane moradabad jana hota h kyuki unke backbone mein problem h or car na hone se mujhe unhe bike pe leke jana padta tha. Meri sis ki shadi thi but mere pas meri car ni thi mene unhe car 25 october ko di thi or india ki no 1 automobile company ke parts ane mein 4 month lag gye. Please help me and watch my video -

                                  We booked ertiga with pratham motors, hsr, bangalore on 25 dec, 2018.
                                  While booking we were promised and told in extreme confidence that the vehicle will be delivered by 2/3 week of jan.
                                  We told to the sales team and management that how were they promising the delivery date of 3/4 weeks when every one else was saying 8 weeks but the cheats kept on repeating that they will deliver the vehicle by 2/3 week of jan.
                                  Till 10 jan, manju (Pratham motors) reaffirmed that they are on track to deliver the vehicle by 2/3 week of jan.
                                  From 11 jan onwards, the "thugs of maruti" stopped picking up my calls and stopped all sorts of communication.
                                  I found the contact details of center head - sriram and reached out to him, and he told he will provide the date by 26 jan.
                                  On 26 jan, sriram told 15 feb. After witnessing such unprofessionalism, we visited pratham motors.
                                  To our surprise, their were raging customers present who were fooled by pratham motors.
                                  After betraying us, pratham motors management (Manju and others) shouted at us and told that we give the dates what customers asks us.
                                  Please note the statement again from manju who as per sriram is their star sales leader that "pratham motors promises the delivery dates what customers ask for".
                                  We met sriram where we were given a date of 5 feb, on 5 feb we were given a date of 7 feb.
                                  It's like tareek par tareek and none of the dates are ever met.
                                  We like many others have been cheated by pratham motors, hsr, bangalore. There are major integrity issues present.
                                  Please don't book any vehicles with them.
                                  I wish time would have returned and i could have booked the vehicle with other franchises.
                                  I am still waiting for the vehicle and have no idea when will it be delivered, all communication with pratham motors result in vain. I wish the scamsters are punished.

                                    I have visited oddisy mark to auto showroom sambalpur today for repairing of my swift car today. My swift cars bumper was damaged due to an accident. I have register a complain in icici lombard customer care till free no. I have asked the showroom personal that this is a cashless benefits policy but they have denied to provide such service to me and confirmed that they are only providing cash less service to that customers who are doing insurance through maruti only... This is totally illegal and i am totally harassed by getting such reply... When my policy is having cashless benifts that why i am not getting the same... This is nothing but monopoly of oddisy motors samabalpur... Plz take a necessary step on this and help me out. Other wise i will be forced to put a complain against maruti auto sambalpur..

                                      Hello sir.. I recently bought a brand new maruti alto 800 lxi from competent vehiclades delhi... The car is alredy 600 to 700 kms on its odometer as it is suposed to be 50 to 100 kms on it... I was unawre of this fact but just came to knw about it... It is not acceptable at alll... I came to know about this when i had my 1st service of the can... Please look into this as it is kind of a fraud
