Dear sir,

I, jagmail singh, r/o ropar has purchased alto k10 on[protected] from cm auto, rupnagar. I have paid all the charges on the day of purchasing. I have also paid rc charges to cm auto on the day of purchase of vehicle. But the agency did not submitted the documents and fee on time in rto office for my vehicle. Due delay by the cm auto i did not get my vehicle registration certificate even after the 2 and half month later. I have communicated so many times in cm auto but they did not give any proper reply for not apply of rc. I have been financed my vehicle from sbi bank. As per terms and conditions of the car loan, the bank is demanding a copy of rc.

If i do not submit the copy of rc on time the bank will charge the rc nonsubmission charges. I request you to please look into the mater. I also request you to kindly arrange to refund the charges if the bank will charge the rc non-submission charges the same shall be refunded by the cm auto. As the delay is going on the part of cm auto.

    This is to inform you that we have booked a car maruti ertiga vdi grananite gray at oneup motors india pvt. Ltd. Balaganj, lucknow by[protected] in the name of mr. Ashok kumar pandey and dealer assured for delivery till[protected] but fail in delivery after full advance payment then we have requested for delivery of vehicle latest by[protected] as the date of pre wedding function of my son/daughter.

    We have to present the car in the function but dealership is denying from giving delivery of the car. Booking related paper are attached herewith for your reference.

    Sir, marriage comes only one time in life and it is very auspicious moment for a family. But the response of oneup motors is very disappointing, rude and poor at this moment and entire family is shocked. It will really make us not to buy maruti products in future.

    Further i would also like to inform you that after a lot reminders and complaint no any fruitful response given by the company (Maruti suzuki) as well as dealership end (One-up motors india pvt. Ltd.) copy of complaint id attached herewith.

    Sir, we hereby request you to kindly do the needful so that we can get the car in time and present it to our newly wedded couple.

      I have booked maruti desire tour on 27 dec 2018 from Maruti T.R.Swahney, nehru place. Also paid 1.63 lakhs as down payment, just because they said they will deliver the car in 4-5 day with all the approval and registration. But its been a month now i am chasing them on call everytime they say there is a delay in RC registration passing from athourity we will deliver the car in some days. I have also paid first EMI but i have not received any confirmation till now i have called manager he is also not giving any clarification. I am a driver and it is not possible for me to pay EMI's without earning money. It is the only source of income for me. Please look into this matter.

        I purchased baleno in end of august 2018. I have having issue in steering, its not coming back at the time of turn. I am in depression... I am not belong to a rich family and i have already show this issue to nexa competent service center gurgaon hero honda chowk. I am writing a complaint here as well as i will tag mr. Suzuki to show that how maruti suzuki having safety issue in india. Please take return back it or resolve this issue as soon as possible. If i got injured than only suzuki will be responsible.

          I am planning to by eeco from fortune cars bhiwadi, rajasthan. But dealer sales manager (Mr. Amit) denied to give the car without accessories and extended warranty through sales executive devkinandan. He also refused to take my booking. Is this the way maruti dealers treating there customers. Highly dissatisfied by the dealer sales head. This behavior had changed my mind for taking maruti vehicle.

            I have noticed the paint is bubbling up on the driver side door because of rust. I have visited the dealer and he suggested to pay money and replace the door. The car is under extender warranty and i told him like, no car used in bangalore should start rusting in this time period. Because i did not get help from the dealer, i escalated this issue to maruti (Interaction id [protected]). Maruti responded very quickly and they inspected the car again. I got a call from maruti on 25/01/2019 saying there is no manufacturing issue, and the rust could be because of external factors. He was suspecting the environment, water used to wash the car etc.. And the complaint is closed now.

            I also would like to mention the below points.
            1) if the water is the culprit, there are multiple cars in my apartment washed with the same water for last 8-9 years and those cars doesn't have any issue.
            2) why the rusting issue is limited only to one door? It does not have any rust marks in any other part.
            3) if it is the water issue, the top portion should start rusting first. Why this started for the door?

              I had seviced my gixxer bike, some sound originated from engine, we repaired it and given fault of oil is not there, after that again this originated and we given again now they are saying we have not serviced for 4 month and not chnaged oil so this happened, is we are fool looking to them, saying any fault and are ready to pay for it, we also now the status of bike and how to deal with it

                Hi team,

                I am the owner of vehicle no. Hr26du7224 (Owner name : vijeta jaiswal,) nexa baleno delta petrol, purchased date 10th december 2018 from alipur haryana (Pasco automobiles).
                We have met with an accident near shahjahanpur toll (Rajasthan) dated 10th january 2019 while coming from jaipur.

                We faced horrible, pathetic, dreadful experience while repairing our car with fortune cars (Neemrana rajasthan) which is an authorized service center of maruti. Our car was there from 11th jan till 28th jan 2019

                I would like to bring it your notice that the people working there are absolutely unprofessional & inhuman in terms of handling customers.

                We received a text from maruti dated 22nd jan 2019 saying that car is ready to be picked
                Next day when we arrived car has so many issues, let me bring it a few

                1. Paint was different colored all over, starting from bumper to front and rear door
                2. Sensors were not working
                3. Broken glass pieces from the accident were all over inside the car, which is not yet removed even after 3 reminders
                4. Fender lining cover was missing
                5. Inner painting & denting was incomplete
                6. Rear body painting was incomplete
                7. Roof molding was not set properly
                8. Front bumper denting – still not done.
                9. Parcel tray rubber was missing

                They asked us to come back and take the delivery on 27th jan with a promise that these pending items will be completed by 27th jan, then called and asked for 1 more day for the final completion.

                We went there on 28th after multiple visits to finally get the car and still we found multiple issues as:

                1. Broken glass pieces which was asked to remove in the first visit is still there
                2. Inner denting which was reminded in the first visit was not done.
                3. There is a black taping above rear glass, underneath that there were bubbles. Concern is surface was not plain reason either service center people have put tape when paint was wet or without making it smooth they have pasted the black tape. Resulting now when we noticed this and raised concern they removed the tape and entire paint was torn then and there. Now again they asked us to wait for 2-3hrs which later resulted in 4hrs delay so that they could re-paint entire patch and redo taping
                4. Wheel alignment and balancing was not done however they charged to us in cash at the time of delivery (Stating insurance does not cover alignment charges). On 28th january 2019 third time when we have called for delivery, and we collected our vehicle while coming back from service center we realized car is moving towards left because alignment was not done. This is really blunder as
                I) service center charged for wheel alignment and did not do it.
                Ii) service center has done a trial for 30km on our vehicle and still failed to do alignment and balancing, never bothered to do it.
                5. They were least bothered to fix the alignment and balancing of the car which met with an accident on highway

                When we tried to explain the issue of difference in color initially service center in charge & workshop guys were not agreeing with us gave us lame excuses like it’s because of sunlight, dim light inside garage. But after some time they agreed on color mismatch with us.
                There were lots of small pieces of window glass under mat and seat which were not cleaned by them even after several reminders.
                After being told many times they could get vacuum and remove some of pieces and said rest will be taken out later (That later has not come till now).
                They even took the insurance amount from the insurance company without event car is being delivered to the customer as we got the message from the insurance company which is unethical

                After telling everyone in service center that we have a leg fractured patient at home holding a 5 months baby alone, they did not bother and we had to travel repeatedly from gurgaon to rajasthan with our 4 year old son as there is no one at home to take care.
                The in charge of our case jeetendra kumar repeatedly told us that please don’t call anybody or escalate. He is from a poor family and he recently got promoted but he was never serious about his work. He said that he will take care of the issues which never happened.

                Even the car tow service company took excess amount from us in cash which was refunded after multiple escalations.

                They not only gave a bad experience to us as customer, they also malign the brand name of maruti which one of the largest company in india

                We request from the authorities to address our issues and get back to us as soon as possible.

                Since two years ago i am suffering of shortage of required spare parts in sudan agent (romana) and from that time my car not working properly and last time i checked the company in sudan 26/1/2019 for many spare parts most of it not available, so please your support to solve this problem because my car not working.

                  I have to booked a new Wagon-R AMT dated 30.12.2018 at PREM Moters Pvt. Ltd, Sitabari, Ajmer Road, Jaipur. All the payment was done. At the time of Delivery (16.01.2019). I found a DENT on BONUT of Car. When We opened the BONUT that was repaired. WE found the car was tempered, so we refuse to take delivery that tempered car. All the dealer Senior staff pressurized me to take delivery. I request to change the car but they totally refuse. I complaint ( [protected] dt 17.01.19) customer care but no result till now.. Its my last hope. We want a new car not tempered car Waiting your needful result...

                    Dear consumer cell.

                    The issue is regarding suzuki wagon r vehicle purchased brand new in kerala from indus motors. The vehicle steering has become very tight after an year of purchase and the dealer says steering will become tight as it becomes old. Such a unprofessional service from maruti was unexpected. Kindly advice a solution to fix this issue. As the car is under service contract cannot take to a local mechanic to fix this.

                      I had sudden brake failure with my vehicle in down hill, as below.

                      On monday 17/12/2018 around 17:00, one the way from ‘kakkadapoyil, nilambur, kerala’ to ‘akampadam ‘ (Co-ordinates: 11.3281930, 76.1647850), i had a break failure and i had to hit to wall and stop.

                      Myself was driving downhill, i realized brake failure when i was heading to a next hair pin curve, the brake pedal was touching on floor, but zero friction. I got only two seconds to decide, front and left side was deep crags, i shouted to co-passengers and i hit on right side wall.

                      We were two family including 3 kids in car, fortunately no major physical causalities because all passengers got notified before the hit. Also i could manage right decision before getting late.

                      The vehicle was taken in to indus motors nilambur initially since it was the closest service station. Then one day after it is taken in to popular vehicles & services pvt. Ltd.in kottakkal since the vehicle was regularly serviced from there. I informed not to start with repair until confirmation from maruti.

                      I have escalated the issue till maruti regional office in kerala, they says that they have tested the complete brake system. But they are not ready to give any reports of the inspection they have done.

                      I would like to further escalate the issue since i have no data they have tested everything

                        I have been using a Maruthi Celario Auto Gear Shift Car, KL-01–BZ– 2688, since November 2016, which was purchased from M/s. Indus Motors Co.Pvt.Ltd, Pattom.The vehicle met with an accident on 26th September 2018 and on the same day it was taken by M/s.Indus Motors to their Vattapara branch, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala for repair.It is insured with Maruthi Insurance.
                        I wish to inform you that after nearly four months period the vehicle has not been returned to us.At the time of taking the vehicle, they had said it will take time as spare parts are to be purchased.2 months back when we visited the workshop, they had informed that all spare parts have been received. Whenever we enquire about the vehicle, the reply is that the work is in progress. But the delay is too much. Many times enquiry have been made from Indus Motors Office at Ernakulam regarding the service of the vehicle and feedback and rating of the same.Before getting back the vehicle how can we rate the service?

                        Please do the needful for getting us back our Vehicle as soon as possible. We have been dealing with M/s.Maruthi company andM/s. Indus Motors Pvt.Ltd since 2005 and our previous experiences have always been excellent.

                          On 19 december 2018 my swift dzire up 75 x 2355 enjured by accident. Under policy zero depth with charge rs 3100 delivered on 19 jan2019 saying it that car is puncher except it back dumper was damaged. When i repaired my puncher then mechanic ask to change puncher wheel immediately because wheel is changed its not of your car. Sir maruti bodyshop etawah changed my car wheel and deliver with another's wheel which is unfair. Please provide my wheel. Service is unsatisfactory.

                              I have baleno delta diesel i full maintained my car with timely services done but from 17 jan 2019 i am facing some problem with my car on 17 th morning car si going to take long self while i am starting it in morning after 3-4 self it get started but while i am driving car was also missing than after that i parked it on my work place than i planned to go to maruti but when i trying to start my car my car doesn’t start any battery also discharged than i contacted to sidhi vinayak maruti automobiles bahadurgarh and tell them my problem they totally refused to provide any toying service refused to give any solution and cut off my phone then jese tese i reached to service station any give my car to them they check my car and told me there was some problem with injectors. Injectors needs to be cleaned they told me to give my car up to evening or up to tomorrow that is 18th jan but today upto 21 st when i visit service center they told me we have replaced your car self jabki self is working fine there was no problm with self and they told me that u have to show your car to some other expert person of injector outside the maruti center because we are failed to open the injector and also told me if we try to open them they will break if they break you have to pay cost of that which is approx 20000 of each injector but i can’t understand if maruti fails to repair their own premium nexa car than who will repair? If injectors are broken by their employees while repairing then why should i pay for them? How they told me to get your car repaired outside from maruti? Is there no expert for injectors is available in such a big company like maruti? That was a manufacturing fault of maruti nexa so that i was suffered for more than 4 days injectors was blocked and no body in maruti able to open them
                              Resolve my issue as soon as possible replace all injectors that was a manufacturing fault of maruti.

                                I bought suzuki access125 limited addition 22nd january 2017 since that i facing lots of problem in this product many kind of problem i, m facing like plug issue since that i changed around 10times it spark automatically then scooty goes over & carburetor issue petrol leek automatically & now the meter are not working dealer saying meter has to change & can't change in warranty. Company gives 2 years warranty & dealer are not ready to work in warranty. My overall experience is worst with this product. I made very big mistake to bought this product. Kindly confirm would you be helpful to sort-out this issues?

                                  I request your attention to the above mentioned subject. I, nisamudheen, hailing from kochi owns a suzuki access bearing reg kl-07-bz-9160 chassis no. Mb8cf4cabe8310754 engine no. F[protected] unfortunately during 2018 kerala floods, my vehicle was waterlogged and vehicle without being starting was handed over to the nearest suzuki service centre situated at thrikkakara, kochi (Indel automotives pvt ltd, pipe line junction, thrikkakara, ernakulam). After careful diagnosis from service centre’s end, service executive informed me that engine overhauling is not required, instead an engine oil flushing and replacement of a couple of parts was recommended. Repair estimate came up to around 22, 400/- and the insurance surveyor approved the same. Upon receiving my confirmation, repair relating to engine work was only carried out and vehicle was handed over to me. Invoice amount comes to rs.9, 825/- (Invoice no 005/bc/18006386 dated 22/09/2018 attached).
                                  However, the scooter suffered idling problems post-repairs. The above fault was communicated with the service centre, but it was instructed from their end that scooter was functioning satisfactorily. Although, reporting the same for another 4 times at the service centre, the response received from their end remained the same even though post-repair fault was priorly informed multiple times. After completion of around 2100 km after the above repair, my scooter broke down while i was riding. After consulting a nearby workshop, it was found that engine was lacking engine oil (Not even a 10ml of engine oil was present). After refilling engine oil from the work shop, the vehicle was handed over to the same service centre (Indel automotives pvt ltd, pipe line junction, thrikkakara, ernakulam) and it was conveyed by the service executive that engine have to undergo major engine overhaul and repair estimate came about rs.34, 350/-. At the time of servicing the scooter, they are not properly washed off the water inside the engine that leads to the heavy damages to the vehicle engine, cylinder and piston. There has been a great negligence from the service centre’s end and they are being responsible for damages caused.
                                  The insurance company rejected the estimate claiming that a waterlogged scooter cannot be considered to be “total loss”. There has been a great negligence from the service centre’s end and they are not being responsible for damage caused, even though post-repair fault was priorly informed multiple times. It was later comes to know that indel suzuki service centre (Pipe line junction, thrikkakara, ernakulam) was closed. Hence in these circumstances, you should take the necessary steps to get it repair my vehicle from the dealer at zero cost and to take necessary action against the dealer for their careless and impervious attitude that would causes damage to your goodwill. Otherwise it is unacceptable and unethical. I would like to get a statement from suzuki stating that the vehicle is beyond economical repair or get the scooter repaired at zero cost. Requesting to look into this matter with utmost priority and expecting response from your side asap.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is sriram sharma i bought ertiga vdi in the year 2017 april and i drove 40000 kms. I had a issue on 3rd january in the middle of the road during my out station travel. Based on the feedback from on road service vehicle was towed and given to service station. I came to know there is a problem in timing belt and it has to be replaced. The engine has to be worked due to this issue and it is been 15 days now. I would like to know how the timing belt fault would occur within 40000 kms that too for a new vehicle. It seems to manufacturing defect and i would need a detailed explanation with root cause. I am afraid of getting additonal problems in future since engine is worked upon and it may create problems in the future. If this issue is going to be a major one i need a compensation or a replacement of this vehicle.

                                      I brought the vehicle breeza from popular tvm on 6th jan-2019, and done first service on[protected] at indus, during the first service i noticed that there is a sand or mud on carpet of the vehicle, they cleaned many time it's not gone. Iam not sure how it happened it in new vehicle i suspect whether it is a vehicle at the time of flood. Any way i am considering this as a serious issue and popular delivered irresponsible and i expect proper action from your side
