    Dear @ maruti suzuki

    This is with regards to the paint job done on my 2 cars at chowgule dearlership, karaswada, mapusa, goa.1st being alto k10 and 2nd new dzire. Both my cars had got damaged due to an accident which led the garage to fall on the 2 cars parked inside on 20 september 2018. I was told that the dzire would be delivered in 20 days, and alto in 25 days. I was called to take delivery of dzire on dussera day i. E. On 19 october 2018, but to my surprise the car was in a mess and was not ready to be delivered. I was again called to take the delivery of dzire a week later. I had told the service advisor that i can't come during the week days as i also work for a bank and can't take half days every now and then but still after a week when i took the delivery of the car, i noticed that paint job was not done properly. There were bubbles and paint defects on all the panels where painting was done, also my music system screen had major cracks which was not because of the accident because the damage was only on the outer body, mainly on the roof top, windshield, side pillars, bumper and head light. This was brought to the notice of service advisor at the time of taking delivery. There were major mismatch of color in the paint. Also the car had vibrations in suspension and inside the car in dashboard and door panels. I had similar issues with the alto as well. The central and remote locking was not working, paint had bubbles engine had a weird loud noise, tyre vobbling and many issues. I was told that the body shop manager would call me in 4 days and fix the problem, but i did not receive any calls from anyone. I was fed up and tired of the service and visiting the dealership and calling them for this several times and upon getting no response, i then raised 2 complaints to maruti over call centre with complaint reference no [protected] and [protected]. (Details of the complaint will be available in your records) the moment i registered the complaints i started getting calls from maruti authorities and after explaining my problems to mr. Puneet, he assured me that the problems would be fixed at the earliest. Both my cars were taken back to body shop. After this i received my cars but the bubbles were still there on dzire, paint mismatch was not rectified and vibration was also not rectified. Alto's central locking was working in reverse. I. E when locked the car used to get unlocked. And auto lock feature was also working in reverse. I. E. When the key removed, car would get locked instead of getting unlocked. The advisor who came to give the delivery had no answer and i refused to take the car, and again i was assured that the problems would be rectified. Where as in case of dzire, i was told that a paint expert would come and fix the problem. Finally i received my dzire on 30 november 2018 but the bubbles are still present on all the areas where painting is done. I was really fed up. The advisor told me that these were dust particles which were unavoidable. He then assured me that any problem with regards to the paint would be rectified free of cost in future. I also noticed some dots (Kind of chemical spots) on the bumper and bonnet. When i showed this to the advisor he said it is nothing and started scratching the spots with his nails (Proof available in cctv footage). I told him it will leave permanent scratches. He then took the car to the nearest workshop and the spots were not visible. There was clear coat on the affected area. I told the advisor that it is a temporary arrangements he had made to hide the spots and it would again come up after few washings. I then asked the advisor to confirm all this on mail so that i don't have to suffer in future, and the reply i received is in the trail mail.
    As expected the spots along with scratches are visible on the bonnet and number, and also there is a clear mismatch of paint i. E. The painted area has become darker as compared to the original paint and it is clearly noticable. There are many small issues like the seat is not fixed properly and it gives an irritating noise. I then called up mr. Puneet on 15 dec 2018 and informed him about the problem and also informed the body shop manager about the same but till date there has been no communication.

    Now i have a few questions to maruti suzuki as a customer.

    1) the car was first given on 20/ september/2018, and we are on the 24th of december, and the company is still not been able to provide a solution to these problems?
    2) in the trail mail the dealer is stating that the warranty as per maruti standards is only 6 months, but is having bubbles and dust particles on the paint a maruti standards..?
    3) why should a customer suffer because of a dealers incapability.
    4) i could have got the same work done with a local workshop for much much less cost. When i had first asked the manager if the work would be like a original paint, and he said yes.

    5) i have paid hefty bills as per maruti standards then why the work is not done as per maruti standards..?

    6) does it take 3 months to do a simple paint job..?
    Who will compensate the harrassemnt and mental torture i have gone through these 3 months.
    4) i paid all amount in cash and did not claim insurance even, i have been cheated for the amount i have paid for repair.
    I have paid nearly 8 lakhs from my hard earned money to buy the car. And it is not just a machine for me, i have sentiments and emotions attached with it. I repent my decision of buying a maruti car and this is my last deal with maruti.
    Its high time the company realizes that there are other options available in the market and the customer is not to be taken for granted.
    I have all the proofs of harassment and poor service given to me by the dealership. For me it is maruti suzuki to whom i handed over my car with an expectation that i will get my car as it was when i had taken out of the showroom last year.

    This in not expected from a company like maruti suzuki, even a person who is not experienced in painting will do a better job than this. I have had enough patience and i have been taken for a ride everytime.

    If the dealership cannot do a perfect job and justifies it's unprofessional work by confirming on the mail, and on top that says the warranty is valid only for 6 months for the worst qaulity of job done, then i am not left with any option other than flashing their mails on social media and seeking help from consumer court.

      Sir,

      I am unfortunate to be your customer for the last 10 years. I cannot have gone through more stress, trauma & heartache than what rns motors arakere gate, bangalore - 560076 has given to me for both my vehicles as per the subject line.

      They have not fixed my vehicles for the last 6 months and every complaint that i make goes in vain. With every complain, they take my vehicle for 2 days and a new problem arises. All that i see is that my vehicle gets washed and is sent back with the same problem or more.

      I belong to a very middle class family and cannot afford to spend so much to dis-satisfaction. I am in the stage of giving up with maruti and sell both the cars to buy a better vehicle to get appropriate service in spite of rns motors trying to do r&d with my vehicle.

      I, at least expect a call from you else will be forced to take a step forward to blog it on various social networks. My company has 225000 employees and i have 12000 linkedin, 2500 facebook friends who would definitely multiply my blog.

      I can explain my horrible and hopeless experience to anyone who can call me for further details.

          I own private dzire tours, however still it is restricted at max speed of 80km/h. Please help me remap the ecu code so that i can use my car properly. I have paid ~7lakh for this and driving it at half of the capacity is really disappointing. The law to restrict speed is for commercial vehicles and not private. Team maruti i really need your help

            Hi i booked celerio amt 13 days back on 10th dec-18 with some year end offer and dealer told me that i will give you delivery in a week time., so please book so that we can hold the car for you. When i opted blue colour during booking they were quite reluctant and started pitching silver, white n grey and said dont take blue its nonmoving colour. But they agreed ok no problem we will arrange n will give within a week. I arranged loan n disbursed amount & informed to dealer n response was like why u made disbursement, i cant tell u when it can deliver since its blue clolour, plz chnge the colour, when they got i am rigid with my colour they said ok we wil give by 30th dec which i am sure just a lie.. If they are not going to give me the car in the old price incase they deliver in 2019 n i pay my emi without getting car, i am going to cancel my booking and going legal... I request to solve my problem and revert on priority.

              I cancel my wagnor lxi tpermit car booked at speed wheels thane
              Cancellation reason (Loan problem and ola uber letter not accept by speed wheels showroom)
              They not refund my full money as employee of showroom madam sadhna promised me at the time of booking that i will get full 5000 refund now they are giving 3000 but i not accept that. Plz solve my problem as i will get my full 5000 refund.

                I purchased a car last year decemnber from maruti true value
                Dealership name - premier carworld pvt ltd ~ 92f, bt road, kolkata-700058 kolkata west bengal

                And it's been a year since then and till now they haven't transferred the registration details to my name. I have followed up with them for more than 100 times, i literally call them on a daily basis, but they don't respond to my calls properly. I paid 15k for the name transfer during the purchase of the car and still now i haven't received anything from them. I am being harassed by them and every time they respond to my calls they just make up some stupid excuses. Their attitude and behavior is utterly unprofessional and i need some help dealing with them.

                Let me know if you need to upload any further details like purchase bill, delivery note or my car number.

                At this point i really don't know what to do. I even tried to email maruti true value and raise a complaint but they haven't taken any action.
                So please advice.

On 13/12/2018 i went to maruti sales and service (Delhi) regarding the unusal noise coming from mechanical parts.                       I booked Baleno Alpha petrol model at ocean Motors and Mr Akash Bali booked my car with amount of Rs 10000 assuring me I can cancel it anytime and get refund my total amount letter I decided to buy my car from Patel Motors and submitted Rs 21000 as booking amount I visited Patel moters today 19 dec 18 between 1030 to 1200 to get my delivery but Patel Motors denied because Ocean Motors creating issues with them Mr Akash did not told me about any such policies that I can not buy from another dealer while I have booking with them. I didnt got my car delivered on my desided time and have to returned empty handed from showroom after sitting there 2 hours even after talking to TSM Mr Rohit Krishnani. due to this fuss I suffered a lot I want to know for Maruti their customers are more important or their dealers I want Maruti to take action against Mr Akash Bali else I will register complaint in consumer forum

                        Had purchased a car from Maruti true value in 2005 from INA..loan taken on behalf of Maruti from Maruti countrywide automobile financial services. Pvt ltd...the loan cleared bt I never received an NOC & now require form 35 to say the loan has been cleared as the car has been sold to another person.no one in maruti knows from where can I obtain form 35?

                          Eeco ambulance was booked on 27/06/2018 by chaudhary hospital kurali district mohali (Punjab) by paying rs 11000/=with assurance of delivery with in 3-4 weeks with cm autosalres pvt. Ltd roopnagar but its pity that after so many reminders it has not been delivered till 17/12/2018. Consent for improved new version of ambulance was given which was of no use. Kindly look into the matter and make the ambulance available at the earliest.

                            I have given my vagon r for service on 10.12.2018 and asked them to do general check up and oil change only. As there was no issue in my car but they provided me a free service coupon so to avail that only i had put my car for just check up and oil change..
                            Later they asked me to pay inr 7500 so i asked them the reason and they told me that cleaning of ejector and etc.. To enhance the pick up and average of car... I denied the same by saying them there is no issues in my car and i put just for general service to avail your free service coupon.
                            Later they returned my car on 12.12.2018 after two days and sent the bill of inr 3500.. As replaced the oil and brake discs.. Note: the problem of vibration during brake i registered during last paid service and they replaced the brake liners but the problem was not resolved so this time i said them to resolve the same and so this time they asked to replace brake discs..in sort i paid two times the labour charges for same problem...
                            Anyways while they returned the car i found heavy knocking from engine while checked in petrol but they said it's ok and there is no problem..
                            Next day i went office 20 kilometers from city and while started car i found it was taking too much time to start.. Almost 7 to 8 cell... Which never occurred before...
                            And while return at 6-30pm i found the head light off... With too much panic i reached directly to service centre (Using the fuel 10 kilometers in petrol and rest in gas) and they corrected that problem...
                            On 15.12.2018 they asked me about their service review and i said it was worst and they created staring problem in my car so they asked to pick up again on 17.12.2018 as 16.12.2018 was sunday..
                            Today on 17.12.2018 at 11am while i tried to start the car it was not getting start in petrol after almost 20 cells and so i started the car in gas and went directly to service center jk motors at pal area in surat...
                            Complained them again that instead of better condition of car after service i am facing problems every day... I said better was that i did not give my car for service because it was too smooth and absolutely ok before service.. The answer i found from the manager at there was the petrol is not good and is not coming from fuel pump... I said everything was ok and now suddenly fuel pump and petrol and all issues occurred after service? How it is possible?
                            Anyways they wanted to show that the fuel pump is not working but while they started the car in petrol by removing the petrol tube.. It was found the petrol was coming with full force and spread inside the engine also...
                            But while again they checked in presence of manager they started the car and it was started fire in my car (They didn't clean or might be not provided tube properly and given ignition by key to start)
                            They extinguished the fire after few time and kept my car for recheck..
                            Me and my son was so shocked and highly scared because never seen this kind scenario in car...
                            Now they are saying that they will check the car and they have to replace petrol by cleaning petrol tank and etc...
                            I don't feel the petrol was problem cause just before 2 days i used the car and was running in petrol.. The quantity also ok...
                            The problem is i felt the manager is not handling well to bottom line crew and they are not in control..
                            I felt same several time cause when i went for service they took 2 hours to drop me back at my home...
                            And every conversation i felt he is just hear the complain but not taking any action to overcome the problem or complain...

                            Since i bought this car i always gave the car for service in authorised service center only...

                            Please guide/help in regard this and..
                            I hope highly your intervention in this matter...

Please take stong step for him

                                My vehicle mh48ak9489 was given to spectra motors for front wind shield replacement in jan 2018. After replacement of wind shield sensor for automatic viper was not checked.
                                This was informed to sai service dahanu during 4th servicing, not checked.
                                Today again i visited and informed for automatic mode viper not working.
                                Service engineer informed me that sensor may be bad and cost of the sensor and labor charge i have to pay. Approx. 8000 rs.

                                Why should i pay for the wrong maintenance done by maruti authorized service center. (Spectra motors boisar)
                                Today spoke to customer care no. And they said you write to maruti for the same.

                                  Ktl ramadevi did not service the car, they did not put the water in the battery, all they did washed the car and charged me 3700 rs. I am so frustred as my car stopped last night at the middle of the road and neither maruti nor ktl provided any help... I will never buy any car from maruti in future if this matter is not taken care of...

                                  I had my car service done from ktl ramadevi kanpur workshop. After services in had a concern that without my knowledge and being agreed you have changed a part of my car and charged me 700 rs extra. Now the biggest issue i faced yesterday that my car was stopped on the middle of road near ramadevi, i call maruti 24×7 road assistance number[protected], i informed the situation that i had my car serviced 30 days back but i think they just washed the car and give it to me. But the rep said sir you have to pay 520 rs to get road side assistance or you call ktl workshop where you had your service done from, i said you made them authorised dealer so you do something i am stuck badly. Anyways i called ktl service number which was registered with the name of my amit srivastava ([protected]) but he couldn't respond even if called twice, after words i had to leave my car at road side with the help of 2 old man pushing it for 100 meters, i was so embarrassed in front of my people after i had to go by bike to my sister engagement. And all this happens because ktl couldn't do the service properly, they didn't put water on battery they did not respond a call even. Now before i go to file the fir let me know what maruti can do, as more over i am your customer not ktl's.
                                  I will wait till 12 after today to get response, also my car i had to get tow my car today morning and still i am waiting to get it fixed.

                                    Customer care is very poor here. Iam visiting the show room manager for lasr three months by response is received
                                    First the staff of the jaycee motors amritsar is not educated enough to deal with customers
                                    They lack the working skill. Andneed to be changed
                                    We went to them hundreds of time to issue us rc but no response isshown by them

                                      My name is monzy thomas from mysore and i had purchased ertiga from mandovi motors mysore.
                                      Major marathi suzuki ertiga diesel cars are having gear box synchronization issue with 1st and 2nd gear. Company is never bothered to fix it by calling back the cars and even service centres just change synchronization ring and send and after 5000 kms again same issue starts. I had again given my car for service for the same issue 3rd time and i explained the works manager how to service it by referring the videos. Even suzuki service center works managers are not aware how to fix it permanently.
                                      Now as it is third time even they are not bothering to take the car to service and fix it as they need approval from there works manager.
                                      2 service advisors mr santhosh and mr. Guruprasad from mandovi motors mysore inspected the car and did not even bother to take the car and i was waiting searching for works manager. This is very pathetic and disgusting service by mandovi motors mysore which need to be addressed and the marathi suzuki ho to ensure all dealers are trained to service the vehicles as per standards and ensure dealers and kept updated for the modified items for faults and not only for selling.
