I brought a new maruthi wagan r from your thrissur, kerala dealer brd car world limited on 28th june 2017 and i am residing in a town named chalakudy under the same district. I have opted for an extended warrenty platinum from the dealer which will be commencing from the date of expiry of the initial manufacturing warranty for two years. On 16th august 2018 our entire town was flooded with water and my car also drowned. Under the maruthi insurance, i put up a claim and requested for a free repair of the vehicle but the surveyor has decided the claim as total loss and payment of id value as settlement for refund. Thus i have received the insurance amount in full.
Now my grievance is that since the vehicle is not existing and the original warranty stands cancelled and void, no question arise for any extension of warranty which will be commencing from 28th june 2019 only.
My humble request is that, i may be refunded with the amount i paid for the extended warranty in full.
I am attaching the invoice and the extended warranty certificate.

    Hello team,
    I have purchased the new suzuki access 125cc vesicle at gem suzuki delates in hyderabad kondapur show room.
    Here, i want to tell you the problem i have been facing with this gem suzuki dealers.
    At time of sale, team was very nice and promised for hassle free service till the registration completion.
    I believe in their words and trusted them. I bought the vehicle by paying whole amount without any debt.

    Now, the problem has started. After 15 days, i have been following up the showroom people for vehicle registration. They have not responded and gave one agent number.
    I called this agent and he told me to come on 02nd nov at kondapur rto office for vehicle registration.
    I went and stood in the queue for almost one hour and finally this agent guy came and gave receipt containing some other tr number. I shocked and asked him then he said the vehicle papers have not shared from showroom and he did for different person since that person name also rajesh.
    After one hour, my vehicle papers have come from showroom and did all the processes at the rto office. They said i would get registration number over the message within a week.

    Now, it has been more than 15 days i have not got any message and i followed up my self with agent and people at showroom and figured out that the agent had done wrong registration and the papers have been canceled.
    There was no update from anyone. After hearing this i am wondering who will help in this regard because if i call showroom people they are saying check with agent. This agent i dont know is he aware of the paper work and working dedicate for gem suzuki motors?

    I need your immense support in this regard to ensure smooth registration for my vehicle.
    There is no point in buying vehicle if it is not regulated for govt of telanaga road transport. Please help.

      Till date our vehicle has not been registered by rto. Because of which we are not able to reap benefits of insurance poilicy claim that we have registered as above.

      We see that the dealer are not proceeding with the registration process and delaying the process despite numerous reminders and follow ups.
      So i had lots of harshment
      Now i want cancel this vechal

        Hello, i was driving on highway at 80 km/h speed in right lane and all of a sudden a cow came out from the bush-divider in the right lane within 10m away. So in order to save the cow i shift my car to left lane and for a second all was good and i crossed the cow as well and was going good in the left lane. All of a sudden the car flip on the driver side, jump on the bushes, drag all the way through to the other side of the highway and then end up there in right lane after rotation. I have contacted maruti many many times but have not heard anything yet. No one even care about customers after selling the car. I have been contacted by someone who will provide me the report for the accident but what after then. So please help.

        Maruthi has sold us defective ac CAR, it's toubling us from 5-6 year, changing parts but no soloution so far, every 3-6months we need to visit maruthi service center, but no solution

          Ajinkya gursale here from mumbai. I had booked celerio cng model on 22 september 2018 from paramount wheels showroom from mira road - east, thane - 401107 branch. I was going to take the delivery on 18th october 2018. On 16th october 2018 the dealer tells me that the car cant be arranged and after lot of heated argument they told me to buy maruti celerio zxi by paying extra money and they will fit cng in next 2 days. I had agreed to all this. They give me the delivery on 18th october 2018. They told me this is a brand new 15 days old car.

          Today (14th november 2018) i get the rc book by post and when i checked the rc book i see they have given me 11 months old car. I quickly checked the car and saw that it has rusted engine part as the car is old. They have cheated me with the car and even not fitted the cng till now. The car is also giving engine noise as it is old. I call them many times and they say cng will be fitted in next week and many a times they don't answer my call.

          This is very much unethical. I have worked hard day and night and saved money to take this car. This was my dream car. I have paid them 6 lac rupees. This is very painful. I want all my money back (Full refund) calling them is not working at all. I don't understand that when i am genuine from my side why do they have to cheat. Please help me solve this issue as soon as possible.

              I bought an alto 800 std from jamkash (Srinagar, jammu and kashmir) and i was told that the registration of my car will be done by the dealers, the cost of which would be included in the already paid amount for the car. When the time for registration came, i was called by the authorities to take the documents to the rto's office by myself. I did the whole process by myself which costed me about 2000 rupees from fuel to registration. Can i be paid the amount by the dealers? Moreover, the rc, which i was supposed to get by post, is yet to arrive at my place after two weeks of expectation. I was fined rs/-200 for not possessing the rc.
              Please help me with your valuable response!

                With reference to the subject cited above, I would like to site you with some of the necessary details regarding my purchase of Maruti Suzuki Ciaz from Nexa Showroom, Vapi.
                Car Name – CIAZ DIESEL – NEXA BLUE (STAR GAZE)
                Model Number – SMART HYBRID S BSIV – CIRDAZA00 HSN CODE: 8703
                Purchase Date – 09/11/2017
                Invoice Number – NA97VAPIGS00065
                (Copies attached along with for reference).
                I would like to bring into your notice that within 8 months of my purchase of the vehicle, travelled less than 40, 000 kms, two tyres of my car has faced severe issues. One of the tyres was torn apart during driving and the other tyre of the card has a bulge on its surface (Photographs attached along with).
                After taking this matter to the Nexa Showroom at Vapi, I was not provided with any support, and instead, was asked to purchase both the tyres. Initially, I was asked to pay the entire cost of both the tyres. After a series of arguments, it was agreed to pay half amount of both the tyres. Having no other option, I was forced to make the purchase, as it was my only mode of travelling. (Attached along with are the copies of invoice, showing the purchase).
                I have attached along with all the copies defining the warranty of the tyres. Considering the fact, that, the tyres have travelled less than 40, 000 kms, it falls under the warranty category.
                Being an esteemed customer of the Maruti Suzuki brand, I request you to provide me with proper answer to the same and also refund me with the amount I have paid, within 15 days of receiving the letter, failing which I will be forced to take this matter to the Consumer Forum.

                  Name: simanchal service center. This is very poorly serve us. They work in the process of lifo last in first out & this is very bad..

                      I have been trying to get the so called service center (App motors, puducherry) of mine to pickup my bike for service as i am unable to start it, for last 3 days.

                      This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I am doing my house surgency and find it extremely difficult borrowing from people to go to duty especially when on call

                      In my college i have friends who use local auto workshops for there service needs just because u own the worst service center with no accountability. It is a pathetic situation for a global brand like yours.

                      I cant even find a dedicated complaint forum for suzuki. I am not expecting much from your side and this is just to convey my frustration because of being unfortunate enough to buy one of your bikes.

                      I will be joining a lot of people who are planning to unload this bike at whatever price the end of my course just because your commitment to your customer ends at the point of sale and not because of the bike per se as gixxer is a decent piece of machinery in its class.

                        I am heaving baleno alpha 1.2 petrol but i am not satisfied with this car because car brake is not reliable as it failed more than 8-10 times in last 6 months. How can we feel safe when there is no assureity of proper braking system? Brakes become hard & double paddle any time. Due to this major problem i met with accidents yesterday. Who will be responsible for this? Also in the past i already took my car to autopace chandigurh and told them about this problem, but they found nothing and said there is no problem with breaking system. I had a very bad experience with baleno and i m totally dissatisfied with the break of this vehicle.

                          I have given my suzuki gem suzuki kondapur acess 125 for repair on 28/10/2018 also had been following up daily very reckless service no idea who me to escalate every body has their own reasons for delay no customer satisfaction also no reply on cellphones no coordination on digital very poor staff and rude behavior with customer it's almost a couple of weeks time to fix small issue kindly look in to it asap

                            Ast three years i am using this scooter, recently i have serviced my access from signature suzuki after servicing am having an issue in my scooter, the issue is front tyre tire scrubbing on outside edge, so the scooter balance is totally gone now.
                            Last three year i am using this scooter, i didn't face this kind of issue in this period, but last month i have serviced my scooter, after that i am having issue, i have visited so many times to our service center but i didn't get any proper solution from there

                              I had purchase my car last year november 20th. After 13 days my car got accident on dt 3.12 2017. My husband got serious injured. Hospitalized for 1 month. I sent it to workshop. Insurance coverage 5.5lakh. And i had to paid 80k. And company handed over me that car on 1st week of this yr april month. After 1month car battery was down. I repaired this. Then last month 27th i was returning from ctc to bbsr car steering was failed. Fortunately i saved my life. Again it sent to your workshop. And they handed over me that car on 3th november. On dt 6.11. Car was not started. I called your road services. They came and repair it within 5min. Car runs 5 km. And kept it in garage. Again today morning car was not started yet. Service boy told again send to workshop.. But now i want to replace thus defected car

                                I have a problem like in my baleno delta model back glass (Dicky) broken. And ian suffering from last 10 days as spare not available at balasore, bhadrak, jajpur, cuttuck in orissa. Kindly take this as a personal complaint and do some needful. Because i am a very busy person having no time in my hand and i have to cover some conference meeting but i am unable to take my car as well.

                                  Sub : Delivery of the damaged car.

                                  I like to bring the following facts before you for your consideration and taking appropriate decision at the earliest possible time.

                                  On 11.01.2017 I purchased one MARUTI SUZUKI CELERIO ZXI car from your agent/dealer M/s Bhandari Automobile, Salap, Howrah under registration No. WB 08C6610, Engine No. 1996053 and Chasis No. MA3ETDEIS00321911.Earlier I purchased other two cars from the same dealer and also referred many of my friends to the same concern for purchasing cars from them. Naturally, on the very good faith to Maruti Suzuki Ltd. I took my CELERIO car and used it since my purchase. But very recently on a sudden check up I became astonished to notice that the right side of the back pannel were in a repaired condition and a lot of marks were there since my purchase of the car. Immediately I brought the fact to the notice of M/s Bhandari Automobile being present there physically. I became able to convince them and afterwards they issued to me an 'Aplozy Letter ' (attached herewith). It is fact that so long I did not put any negative feedback to them as I never expect such unbelievable incident on the part of a nationally reputed concern like M/s Maruti Suzuki Ltd.

                                  As a result of the above fact I became very much shocked and hurt mentally. Because I never expected that M/s Maruti Suzuki Ltd. will release a new car for sale to its honoured customer suppressing the damaged and repaired portion. In this regard I like you to investigate the responsibilities of the P. D. I. of M/s Bhandari Automobile. In my thinking it is only the P. D. I., who will finally give the Clearance Certificate to any car to be sold to the customer.

                                  In the above context I expect again that you will take up the issue with deserved seriousness and find out a solution to protect the goodwill of M/s Maruti Suzuki Ltd., as well as the faith of customers to the great concern.

                                    While paying the bill they told that we have given you a discount of rs 3000
                                    But they degraded my insurance in lieu of that neither it was told during the verification call that my insurance is not zero debt
                                    Now after twenty days when i need to claim my insurance i came to know about the issue that insurance be is not zero debt
                                    I approached dealer for rectification and solution of my problem asking that why it was not explained to me or wrong info was provided and the concern person mr surender accepted in front of his immediate senior mr mukesh that it is his fault he didn't explain properly
                                    Still the company continued with it's negligent attitude and customer unfriendly behavior
                                    I explained about my extremely pressing problems due to posting in srinagar and urgency to join to my unit
                                    They ensisted me to get the car repair on existing insurance policy
                                    I am feeling extremely harrased and humiliated ad cheated upon as a customer army officer as a lady
                                    I request you to do the needful as soon as possible

                                    Again a lie by the dealer that that had explained everything to me.
                                    Does anyone really think that at this status and educational background I will decide not to take zero Dept insurance..

                                    I bought maruti celerio a few months ago in exchange with zen estilo.The performance of the car is far below my expectations .It asks for first gear, where first gear should have been applied.I am very disappointed from this vehicle...

                                    It asks for the first gear where third gear should be applied..I am disappointed from the power of the vehicle, which seems very ineffective in hilly areas like Dalhousie.My trust in Maruti brand has badly shaken...

                                      I am a trusted customer for truevalue because this was my third purchase from them. First was my wagnor which my mother is using and a swift for my sister. Decided to get a ritx i wanted to buy a ritz from abt true value coimbatore last year may. But the guy convinced the ladies in my family and pushed an i10. I was really annoyed by this. Because if i needed an i10 i would have gone to a damn hyundai showroom and made me pay a premium for this i10 which i never liked.. Two weeks later i came to understand there are few issues with the car which they failed to mention atleast out of curtsy.. Really disappointed and sadly i am stuck with this car for two more years..
