I am heaving baleno alpha 1.2 petrol but i am not satisfied with this car because car brake is not reliable as it failed more than 8-10 times in last 6 months. How can we feel safe when there is no assureity of proper braking system? Brakes become hard & double paddle any time. Due to this major problem i met with accidents yesterday. Who will be responsible for this? Also in the past i already took my car to autopace chandigurh and told them about this problem, but they found nothing and said there is no problem with breaking system. I had a very bad experience with baleno and i m totally dissatisfied with the break of this vehicle.

    I have given my suzuki gem suzuki kondapur acess 125 for repair on 28/10/2018 also had been following up daily very reckless service no idea who me to escalate every body has their own reasons for delay no customer satisfaction also no reply on cellphones no coordination on digital very poor staff and rude behavior with customer it's almost a couple of weeks time to fix small issue kindly look in to it asap

      Ast three years i am using this scooter, recently i have serviced my access from signature suzuki after servicing am having an issue in my scooter, the issue is front tyre tire scrubbing on outside edge, so the scooter balance is totally gone now.
      Last three year i am using this scooter, i didn't face this kind of issue in this period, but last month i have serviced my scooter, after that i am having issue, i have visited so many times to our service center but i didn't get any proper solution from there

        I had purchase my car last year november 20th. After 13 days my car got accident on dt 3.12 2017. My husband got serious injured. Hospitalized for 1 month. I sent it to workshop. Insurance coverage 5.5lakh. And i had to paid 80k. And company handed over me that car on 1st week of this yr april month. After 1month car battery was down. I repaired this. Then last month 27th i was returning from ctc to bbsr car steering was failed. Fortunately i saved my life. Again it sent to your workshop. And they handed over me that car on 3th november. On dt 6.11. Car was not started. I called your road services. They came and repair it within 5min. Car runs 5 km. And kept it in garage. Again today morning car was not started yet. Service boy told again send to workshop.. But now i want to replace thus defected car

          I have a problem like in my baleno delta model back glass (Dicky) broken. And ian suffering from last 10 days as spare not available at balasore, bhadrak, jajpur, cuttuck in orissa. Kindly take this as a personal complaint and do some needful. Because i am a very busy person having no time in my hand and i have to cover some conference meeting but i am unable to take my car as well.

            Dear Sir,

            Sub : Delivery of the damaged car.

            I like to bring the following facts before you for your consideration and taking appropriate decision at the earliest possible time.

            On 11.01.2017 I purchased one MARUTI SUZUKI CELERIO ZXI car from your agent/dealer M/s Bhandari Automobile, Salap, Howrah under registration No. WB 08C6610, Engine No. 1996053 and Chasis No. MA3ETDEIS00321911.Earlier I purchased other two cars from the same dealer and also referred many of my friends to the same concern for purchasing cars from them. Naturally, on the very good faith to Maruti Suzuki Ltd. I took my CELERIO car and used it since my purchase. But very recently on a sudden check up I became astonished to notice that the right side of the back pannel were in a repaired condition and a lot of marks were there since my purchase of the car. Immediately I brought the fact to the notice of M/s Bhandari Automobile being present there physically. I became able to convince them and afterwards they issued to me an 'Aplozy Letter ' (attached herewith). It is fact that so long I did not put any negative feedback to them as I never expect such unbelievable incident on the part of a nationally reputed concern like M/s Maruti Suzuki Ltd.

            As a result of the above fact I became very much shocked and hurt mentally. Because I never expected that M/s Maruti Suzuki Ltd. will release a new car for sale to its honoured customer suppressing the damaged and repaired portion. In this regard I like you to investigate the responsibilities of the P. D. I. of M/s Bhandari Automobile. In my thinking it is only the P. D. I., who will finally give the Clearance Certificate to any car to be sold to the customer.

            In the above context I expect again that you will take up the issue with deserved seriousness and find out a solution to protect the goodwill of M/s Maruti Suzuki Ltd., as well as the faith of customers to the great concern.

              I am capt kusum indian army
              I had purchased a maruti celerio amt from modren automobiles hissar haryana
              During the payment representative of company mr surender insisted me to purchase insurance policy explained that
              It is zero debt for first year and for next two years third party
              While paying the bill they told that we have given you a discount of rs 3000
              But they degraded my insurance in lieu of that neither it was told during the verification call that my insurance is not zero debt
              Now after twenty days when i need to claim my insurance i came to know about the issue that insurance be is not zero debt
              I approached dealer for rectification and solution of my problem asking that why it was not explained to me or wrong info was provided and the concern person mr surender accepted in front of his immediate senior mr mukesh that it is his fault he didn't explain properly
              Still the company continued with it's negligent attitude and customer unfriendly behavior
              I explained about my extremely pressing problems due to posting in srinagar and urgency to join to my unit
              They ensisted me to get the car repair on existing insurance policy
              I am feeling extremely harrased and humiliated ad cheated upon as a customer army officer as a lady
              I request you to do the needful as soon as possible

              Does anyone really think that at this status and educational background I will decide not to take zero Dept insurance..

              Feeling harrased
              I bought maruti celerio a few months ago in exchange with zen estilo.The performance of the car is far below my expectations .It asks for first gear, where first gear should have been applied.I am very disappointed from this vehicle...

              It asks for the first gear where third gear should be applied..I am disappointed from the power of the vehicle, which seems very ineffective in hilly areas like Dalhousie.My trust in Maruti brand has badly shaken...

                I am a trusted customer for truevalue because this was my third purchase from them. First was my wagnor which my mother is using and a swift for my sister. Decided to get a ritx i wanted to buy a ritz from abt true value coimbatore last year may. But the guy convinced the ladies in my family and pushed an i10. I was really annoyed by this. Because if i needed an i10 i would have gone to a damn hyundai showroom and made me pay a premium for this i10 which i never liked.. Two weeks later i came to understand there are few issues with the car which they failed to mention atleast out of curtsy.. Really disappointed and sadly i am stuck with this car for two more years..

                  I had sent the following complaint to pratham motors on[protected] and have not received a response so far. It looks like the management either chose to show a blind eye to the complaint or do not understand the seriousness of the issue.
                  Such practices erode the confidence of the customer on maruti dealers. I had in the past shown total trust on maruti sservice centre and paid bills without even examining them. Invoice no.015/bc/18004217 dated 27/09/2018 refers.
                  I had patiently waited one whole month for a response and now refer the matter to you.

                  "i had requested for the vehicle to be delivered to me by 3.00 pm and was promised that they would make an effort to do so. At 1.30 pm i received a message that the service would be completed in another 45 minutes. Yet the vehicle was delivered to me only at 7.30 pm. Payment was a problem since the credit card machine was defective and also did not have paper roll. Eventually payment was made through smart phone at about 8.00pm.

                  An unsolicited offer was made at the time of booking that the service would include free wheel balancing and free wheel alignment. When i checked the invoice a few days later i found that i had been charged for wb @ rs. 500 + tax. Moreover wa was not done. After complaint i was promised immediate refund of wb charges, but this has not happened till now.

                  Works manager visited me after complaint was registered with a letter of apology. Here again there was an attempt to obfuscate the issue of overcharge and refund due. I was offered free wb and wa during the next service. I had explained to the works manager that this was totally unacceptable because you had not done one of the free service promised and charged me with tax for the other. This amounted to sharp and unethical business practices and tantamount to cheating your customer. He then made a phone call and promised me that the refund would be made the next day, yet no word or action from pratham motors till now.

                  I would like to add that for the past 12 years i had been dealing with pratham motors queens road and i never had a problem with them. I was requested to send my car to pratham rajajinagar since queens road had stopped servicing. Totally disgusted with your type of dealing with a customer complaint and intend to take it up with maruti udyog soon."

                    I am having the maruti swift lxi no. Up14da8529, yesterday i have send my car to regent for paid service have also purchase this vehicle from regent only. After service today i have received my vehicle with the invoice no. 003/br/18006753 dt. 31/10/2018, amount 5121.00, am very sorry to say that maruti is not carrieng their customers and according to me will give the 0 no for customer satisfaction. After receive my car found no washing and no work regent have done in my vehicle. If this will be the attitude of maruti channel am very much sure in future company market share will surily go down, am using maruti cars from last 15 years but i think have switch to other brand because reliability of maruti vehicles is going down day by day.

                      Hi,

                      Written the following complaint to maruthi, i have bought their car & now i am ignored. Company don't have the courtesy to reply!

                      The complaint mail written on 29th oct. Goes as follows...

                      Hi,

                      This is my second car from maruthi, of course the first one from maruthi dealership & the second one from nexa!

                      Honestly the treatment & the buying experience never changed, i literally felt the same treatment & i hardly find any difference among both of the franchisee model.

                      Concern 1: no black color ciaz neither inventory nor photos available @ any dealerships (Stepped into 3 showroom at least) + the worst part is nor the website carry any image (One form the backside was the only one available that too you cant scale the image! Is that a joke?)

                      Running my imagination i made my mind & ordered ciaz alpha automatic on 7th of oct. Via docket no.: 02180106

                      Concern 2: after striving for the car, then for the accessories begins!
                      External styling kit & trunk line spoiler ordered via po. No. A95ndurg180038r
                      I specifically demanded to fix the same before the time of delivery, car came a week ago & my waiting continued...
                      The worst think is when i asked to get a confirmation date from maruthi, their astonishing reply - "even they (Maruthi) don't have in stock & never know when they would receive it from supplier!!!"
                      If the accessories aren't available why do you guys publish in website, take orders & make customers wait unnecessarily?
                      The dealership then suggested they have a white kit & they will paint it black and can give it to me! Are they serious when they said this?
                      Maruthi cars aren't meant for passionate car owners like me?

                      Concern 3: every car go through pdi before delivery. (Finally i have no other option other than forced to taking the delivery of the car without the ordered accessories)
                      In my case when i asked they said yes its done, if so 15mins before to delivery why did they took my car to the workshop to fix the infotainment issue!
                      Aren't infotainment system part of pdi? I now doubt the whole pdi procedure maruthi have for it dealer ships & the pdi check happened in my car!

                      I am feed up & frustrated & giving up finally, just to let my frustration i am writing this & i don't know this will reach the concern i doubt!

                        I've purchased suzuki access 125 on date 13-sep'18. I usually don't give my vehicle for service to authorized service center. When the service date was due, i've just redeem my first free service (Includes washing, some drops of oiling and polishing). I was standing there when my vehicle was being serviced. The mechanic and the supervisor were discussing about the level of oil present in the engine (I. E. Engine oil). They were taking in their native language (Marathi), so i was not able to understand there conversation. After the service i moved to my home for changing oil which i had ordered online. There was only 600 ml oil present in engine. I was not able to believe that. Instead of one liter engine oil, my vehicle was running on just 600 ml oil. What kind of joke they are playing with our vehicles. They don't understand how important our vehicle are for us.

                          Hi,

                          This is a complaint which i would like to take legally. I have already sent a copy of complaint to maruti.

                          July 2018 i have went to gem motors hydernagar for servicing and my car has following problems

                          1. Wheel allignment (Main prob)

                          2. Steering problem

                          3. I told them to fix the body tightly, because i hear lot sound while driving.

                          Again on sep 2018, i have went again for the same above mentioned problems, because they were not rectified.

                          1. Mechanic said wheel bearing has gone and they have installed them.

                          2. Tyres are skidding

                          But today oct 2018 am still facing the same problems.

                          1. Car tyres are skidding.

                          2. I can hear sound from the tyres, i think bearings problem.

                          3. Body is not tight, i can hear sounds while driving.

                          4. Steering has not been fixed

                          Am facing the problem with gem motors hydernagar since long time, but the only reason am going again to this service center, because its near to my residence.

                          My car condition is badly destroyed because of gem motors hydernagar.

                          Definitely am not leaving this issue until the responsible face the court.

                            I am major general of indian army and thought was proud owner of maruti s cross 1600cc the top model of your company. I am in ajmer and last time when i met with accident ajmer motors gave me vehicle after one month due to non availability of parts and
                            During this period no vehicle was provided by the company
                            On 21 oct18 while i was coming from punjab a truck hit my veh from rear and rear mudguard was broken. Iwent to d d motory in in delhi and they took five days to repair my vehicle i had to stay in hotel because i was on my way to ajmer. Reason given was non availabilty of parts
                            How come dealrships do not have parts of top model it is total harrasment of cutomer owning jh01bw9295 s cross
                            My navigation chip is not yet upgraded in last 3 years
                            I must be refunded 5 days hotel charges and other pending services should be given on priority to me in ajmer
                            All this concept of nexa is failiure because what matters is service after sale and not when selling the vehicle

                              On 29th sept i have dropped vehicle at sai on that time they have not taken any test drive and replaced clutch plate which is acceptable to maruti emoyees where auto experts are saying unethical and at initial stage they have given estimate for 13000/ and after arguments they have corrected estimate by manually and i have photocopy of job card.

                              On 29th sept there was no issue in water pump and battery.

                              Where sai team has checked battery health and sanp of vehicle.

                              On 29th sept i have paid 7444/ on invoice also there was no recommendations for battery and water pump.

                              On 3rd oct my ac repairer has shown the visible damages of water pump and i have shared snap with you and a part from this he informed me metal panel where ecm fitted which was found rusted and need to replace - if ac repairer can identify the same then why not maruti?? Where as per auto experts if really they replaced a clutch plate then visible leakage can be easily noticed and informed he same to customers else it may damage engine.

                              On 4th oct i have again given my vehicle at sai and in that jobcard there was no issue reported for battery-i have photocopy of job card

                              On 4th evening they have given recommendation that battery is weak.-how it is possible since at the time of receiving vehicle your team has checked health of battery and there was no remarks on jobcard

                                1. I booked my ciaz rs with maruti (Dealer m/s. Shivam) and handed over my old hyundai getz car to them.

                                2. Maruti decided to stop production of ciaz rs which m/s. Shivam took quite some time to inform me. [they even collected the balance money from me for delivery and refunded it after arguments. I am not getting into matter this right now.]

                                3. M/s. Shivam told me that they would give me a lesser model instead if i could wait another 6 weeks.

                                4. I told m/s. Shivam that if they cannot give the car i wanted, they should return the old car. They dilly dallied over it and later told me that it was already sold. [they paid me the agreed value of the car much later after protracted correspondence and phone calls but did not make good the exchange bonus of rs.30, 000 promised to me. They said maruti has no policy of doing so. The documents - rc book proves that the sale was actually effected much later.]

                                5. Meanwhile, i complained to maruti and approached another maruti dealer, sai service who had ready stock of ciaz rs version and purchased it from them.

                                6. Due to the inability of maruti to honor their commitment to me through their agents, m/s. Shivam, i was deprived of the exchange bonus of rs. 30, 000/- promised to me by m/s. Shivam, even though i handed over the car to one agent of maruti and bought the same car from another agent of maruti.

                                M/s. Shivam explained to me that so far maruti does not have a policy in place to honor its commitment to its customers who are forced to switch from one of its agents to another due to maruti's/ agent's inability to honor their contractual obligations. They said that only the agent who sells the car can give the discount. The one who sold the car tells me that they have nothing to do with the old car.

                                My legal department tells me that when maruti stopped production of the ciaz rs version, it should have thought of these eventualities and worked out mechanisms to ensure that their legitimate customers are not victimized. Instead of making a customer chase its agents, as a respected indian brand and as a responsible principal, maruti has to find a solution to compensate the losses it has caused to its customers.

                                7. Kindly note that maruti is ethically and professionally liable to make good at least this amount of rs.30, 000 (+ rs.10, 000 - in lieu of accessories) to me as i lost it due to no fault of mine. As of now, i would not like to pursue the costs of mental agony or ask for compensation - only for the simple reason that i do respect the brand/ the company.

                                8. I appreciate that m/s. Shivam had contacted me and offered to give me rs.10, 000 worth of accessories as a compromise solution. However, i am not interested in this as:

                                (A) the offer made to me on the old car to me was rs.1, 10, 000 [i. E. Rs.70, 000 old car value (Paid to me), rs. 30, 000 discount and rs.10, 000 accessories (Not paid to me).] i want only my legitimate dues - exchange bonus of rs.30, 000 plus rs.10, 000 in lieu of accessories.

                                (B) as the car is a fully loaded version and as i have already bought whatever accessories i needed from sai service, i do not see any point of receiving any additional accessories.

                                (C) my main concern is about not having received the promised bonus of rs. 30, 000 (+ rs.10, 000 - in lieu of accessories) from maruti despite having sold my old car to their dealer/ agent and bought the same car from another maruti dealer/ agent, as the 1st agent was not able to offer me the car that they had contracted to sell me on behalf of maruti.

                                Maruti may please make good my loss at the earliest.

                                  I have purcahsed nexa baleno petrol model on 19/10/2018 within 5 days the car started giving problems of ignition, engine not giving crack as a result not getting start. The same issue was faced again when i was in belgaum and got stuck inbetween traffic therefore we have to suffer and made to travel our family in a cab. So we then immediately contacted nexa nearest showroom for help but in meantime after engaging the push start button n keeping leg continous on accelerator the engine started. Then after couple of days same issue was faced when i tried to start the vehicle in the morning, then we called nexa goa for help they took the vehicle with them n were not able to rectify the issue n delivered the vehicle back, before taking delivery we have informed the service advisor that if same issue is repeated again i will not take the vehicle back untill n unless its replaced by a new car.

                                  This ignition issue is a technical fault which is faced by me such faults are very less may be 0.01% from the entire production which should be resolved at the earliest by replacing the new car. If this issue is common for you then the model should be totally outdated immediately.

                                  If my raised concern is not resolved within a week time i may approach further.

                                  Hope you resolve it at the earliest.

                                    I have purchased Maruthi Ciaz from Nexa Palakkad Kerala delivered on 20 April 18. Reg No. KL 9 AP 5252.
                                    The said vehicle has not done more than 3000 KM - Approximately.
                                    The vehicle was handed over to Indus Motors Palakkad, Kerala on 10 Aug 18 after the floods of 9 Aug 18.
                                    The vehicle was kept in open yard by Indus Motors with a window open during the heavy rains in Palakkad for more than 45 days. The ingress of water inside the and the damages caused due to negligence and irresponsible act of Indus is in fact more than the damage caused due to floods. I have requested Indus Motors many times to cover the vehicle, however they never did that.
                                    Today I was asked to take the delivery of the vehicle after flood repairs (after 75 days), to my surprise the leather seats are just wiped and cleaned, I saw many scratches and new body damages which was not there while handing over for repairs. My vehicle which was less than 100 days old looks like a 10 year old vehicle and this is not acceptable. I would request Maruthi to look into this and I will look for a replacement car instead of the mishandled and repaired one.
                                    I have the pictures of the irresponsible storage done by Indus Motors Palakkad which can be furnished as an evidence at a later date.

                                      Sir,

                                      This is yr kind information that i have purchased new shift car model-2018 on 13.03.2018. After two month i have face problem of abnormal sound from tyre. For this regarding i call to my dealer and he replied to me that your car saw near your maruti repairing dealer and i have seen my car to rajula and una maruti garage two-two times. But still not my problem short out.

                                      I feel not well when driving my car. And not feel as i drive new car.
