I am major general of indian army and thought was proud owner of maruti s cross 1600cc the top model of your company. I am in ajmer and last time when i met with accident ajmer motors gave me vehicle after one month due to non availability of parts and
During this period no vehicle was provided by the company
On 21 oct18 while i was coming from punjab a truck hit my veh from rear and rear mudguard was broken. Iwent to d d motory in in delhi and they took five days to repair my vehicle i had to stay in hotel because i was on my way to ajmer. Reason given was non availabilty of parts
How come dealrships do not have parts of top model it is total harrasment of cutomer owning jh01bw9295 s cross
My navigation chip is not yet upgraded in last 3 years
I must be refunded 5 days hotel charges and other pending services should be given on priority to me in ajmer
All this concept of nexa is failiure because what matters is service after sale and not when selling the vehicle

    On 29th sept i have dropped vehicle at sai on that time they have not taken any test drive and replaced clutch plate which is acceptable to maruti emoyees where auto experts are saying unethical and at initial stage they have given estimate for 13000/ and after arguments they have corrected estimate by manually and i have photocopy of job card.

    On 29th sept there was no issue in water pump and battery.

    Where sai team has checked battery health and sanp of vehicle.

    On 29th sept i have paid 7444/ on invoice also there was no recommendations for battery and water pump.

    On 3rd oct my ac repairer has shown the visible damages of water pump and i have shared snap with you and a part from this he informed me metal panel where ecm fitted which was found rusted and need to replace - if ac repairer can identify the same then why not maruti?? Where as per auto experts if really they replaced a clutch plate then visible leakage can be easily noticed and informed he same to customers else it may damage engine.

    On 4th oct i have again given my vehicle at sai and in that jobcard there was no issue reported for battery-i have photocopy of job card

    On 4th evening they have given recommendation that battery is weak.-how it is possible since at the time of receiving vehicle your team has checked health of battery and there was no remarks on jobcard

      1. I booked my ciaz rs with maruti (Dealer m/s. Shivam) and handed over my old hyundai getz car to them.

      2. Maruti decided to stop production of ciaz rs which m/s. Shivam took quite some time to inform me. [they even collected the balance money from me for delivery and refunded it after arguments. I am not getting into matter this right now.]

      3. M/s. Shivam told me that they would give me a lesser model instead if i could wait another 6 weeks.

      4. I told m/s. Shivam that if they cannot give the car i wanted, they should return the old car. They dilly dallied over it and later told me that it was already sold. [they paid me the agreed value of the car much later after protracted correspondence and phone calls but did not make good the exchange bonus of rs.30, 000 promised to me. They said maruti has no policy of doing so. The documents - rc book proves that the sale was actually effected much later.]

      5. Meanwhile, i complained to maruti and approached another maruti dealer, sai service who had ready stock of ciaz rs version and purchased it from them.

      6. Due to the inability of maruti to honor their commitment to me through their agents, m/s. Shivam, i was deprived of the exchange bonus of rs. 30, 000/- promised to me by m/s. Shivam, even though i handed over the car to one agent of maruti and bought the same car from another agent of maruti.

      M/s. Shivam explained to me that so far maruti does not have a policy in place to honor its commitment to its customers who are forced to switch from one of its agents to another due to maruti's/ agent's inability to honor their contractual obligations. They said that only the agent who sells the car can give the discount. The one who sold the car tells me that they have nothing to do with the old car.

      My legal department tells me that when maruti stopped production of the ciaz rs version, it should have thought of these eventualities and worked out mechanisms to ensure that their legitimate customers are not victimized. Instead of making a customer chase its agents, as a respected indian brand and as a responsible principal, maruti has to find a solution to compensate the losses it has caused to its customers.

      7. Kindly note that maruti is ethically and professionally liable to make good at least this amount of rs.30, 000 (+ rs.10, 000 - in lieu of accessories) to me as i lost it due to no fault of mine. As of now, i would not like to pursue the costs of mental agony or ask for compensation - only for the simple reason that i do respect the brand/ the company.

      8. I appreciate that m/s. Shivam had contacted me and offered to give me rs.10, 000 worth of accessories as a compromise solution. However, i am not interested in this as:

      (A) the offer made to me on the old car to me was rs.1, 10, 000 [i. E. Rs.70, 000 old car value (Paid to me), rs. 30, 000 discount and rs.10, 000 accessories (Not paid to me).] i want only my legitimate dues - exchange bonus of rs.30, 000 plus rs.10, 000 in lieu of accessories.

      (B) as the car is a fully loaded version and as i have already bought whatever accessories i needed from sai service, i do not see any point of receiving any additional accessories.

      (C) my main concern is about not having received the promised bonus of rs. 30, 000 (+ rs.10, 000 - in lieu of accessories) from maruti despite having sold my old car to their dealer/ agent and bought the same car from another maruti dealer/ agent, as the 1st agent was not able to offer me the car that they had contracted to sell me on behalf of maruti.

      Maruti may please make good my loss at the earliest.

        I have purcahsed nexa baleno petrol model on 19/10/2018 within 5 days the car started giving problems of ignition, engine not giving crack as a result not getting start. The same issue was faced again when i was in belgaum and got stuck inbetween traffic therefore we have to suffer and made to travel our family in a cab. So we then immediately contacted nexa nearest showroom for help but in meantime after engaging the push start button n keeping leg continous on accelerator the engine started. Then after couple of days same issue was faced when i tried to start the vehicle in the morning, then we called nexa goa for help they took the vehicle with them n were not able to rectify the issue n delivered the vehicle back, before taking delivery we have informed the service advisor that if same issue is repeated again i will not take the vehicle back untill n unless its replaced by a new car.

        This ignition issue is a technical fault which is faced by me such faults are very less may be 0.01% from the entire production which should be resolved at the earliest by replacing the new car. If this issue is common for you then the model should be totally outdated immediately.

        If my raised concern is not resolved within a week time i may approach further.

        Hope you resolve it at the earliest.

          I have purchased Maruthi Ciaz from Nexa Palakkad Kerala delivered on 20 April 18. Reg No. KL 9 AP 5252.
          The said vehicle has not done more than 3000 KM - Approximately.
          The vehicle was handed over to Indus Motors Palakkad, Kerala on 10 Aug 18 after the floods of 9 Aug 18.
          The vehicle was kept in open yard by Indus Motors with a window open during the heavy rains in Palakkad for more than 45 days. The ingress of water inside the and the damages caused due to negligence and irresponsible act of Indus is in fact more than the damage caused due to floods. I have requested Indus Motors many times to cover the vehicle, however they never did that.
          Today I was asked to take the delivery of the vehicle after flood repairs (after 75 days), to my surprise the leather seats are just wiped and cleaned, I saw many scratches and new body damages which was not there while handing over for repairs. My vehicle which was less than 100 days old looks like a 10 year old vehicle and this is not acceptable. I would request Maruthi to look into this and I will look for a replacement car instead of the mishandled and repaired one.
          I have the pictures of the irresponsible storage done by Indus Motors Palakkad which can be furnished as an evidence at a later date.

            Sir,

            This is yr kind information that i have purchased new shift car model-2018 on 13.03.2018. After two month i have face problem of abnormal sound from tyre. For this regarding i call to my dealer and he replied to me that your car saw near your maruti repairing dealer and i have seen my car to rajula and una maruti garage two-two times. But still not my problem short out.

            I feel not well when driving my car. And not feel as i drive new car.

              Dear sir/madam,
              There are following things happened to me in last one month till now-
              1) while came to take delivery of car on 21st of sept. 18, at front our car found with lots of mud. No cleaning, decoration was done till 4.00 pm. When already told before 10 days that we want delivery on 21st sept. 18 between 2.30 to 4.30 pm. But due to showroom’s negligence i took my car at home after shubh muhurt and it hurts our sentiments very badly.

              2) no proper communication done by showroom executive in that period. When asked about car passing they said it was done on 17 of sept. And i will get car number till delivery. But no car number received at that point. No tax paid message, no car number issued message received to my mobile number. When i argued and asked strongly he said tax has been paid on 19th, and then said on 23rd and finally said on 20th. So it was like making customer fool (Having all the whatsapp chat saved). When i asked to rto panvel about car number issue, they said new series is coming so it will take some time. Then same said by showroom executive and himself shared me whatsapp image of vehicle number on 28th sept. 18, but lied about tax paid date for no reason.

              3) due to all this disturbing things and my lack of judgment my car was dashed at khopoli at left side on 24th sept. 18. After receiving car number i gave my car to body shop on 28th sept. 18. Then on 4th oct. 18 car was told that ready to deliver, hence i went to body shop and imagine what i saw, left mirror scratches was as it is, paint quality was pathetic, clearly seeing differences in both the shades. Body shop men convinced me too come on 1st servicing then he will correct it and i agreed.

              4) on 20th of oct. 18 i came to panvel for 1st servicing. I parked my car in front of service center but security men asked to park at different place with different direction for no reason. He was helping me to show sides while parking, while taking reverse car got dashed to big flower pots in front of service center. At that point one man came from security and told me sir you come out ill park, then why first told me to park? Unfortunately car got scratches at back bumper (Photos attached).

              5) they said they will make it repair at their own cost because it was not my fault. Then i left to go home at the same day afternoon. On 22nd they asked me to take car as the entire repair and service was done. Taking half day leave from work i reached to service center. They asked me to wait and the reason was my car was missing. After 1.30hrs they found it and took away for washing for additional 1.30hrs. Finally at 6.30 pm my car was ready as they said. When i came out to see my car i found one inch damaged at front side below left head light, left side mirror was unpolished and totally dull, backside bumper was too unpolished with roughness, below left side mirror there were one feet long spots of paint (Photos attached). After all this seeing i was like horribly angry, everybody was blaming each other. Body shop was saying they have not done and service center was saying they don’t know about it. I was standing like stupid man who made a mistake of buying maruti suzuki car from simran.

              6) at the same day evening i. E. 22 oct. 18 mr. Patel from service center asked me to put there my car for one more day to rectify all this and assured me compensation of wheel alignment and balancing at free of cost on 2nd service. I was disturbed very badly but still i didn’t take any action on them. On 23rd oct. Till evening i waited for my car but in the evening on men from body shop asked me for one more day as car was not ready. And i called to mr. Patel to ask about this, he said still roughness and dullness is there so please give one more day, i had no option.

              7) in the one month after delivery, more than 15 days my car is in service center. So till now at 12.00pm car is not ready yet.

              8) what action should i take against maruti suzuki and simran motors? Should i file fir or go to social networking sites to make all know what kind of service you guys give.

              9) just giving some services for free doesn’t mean you can treat your customer in any way. I need strong action with my satisfaction for this entire disturbance in last one month by today itself.

                Dear sir,

                I bear suzuki - lets registered at jamnager no. Gj10 ca 6515, i put it in regular service for engine oil change & other complaints of hard handle & hard excellater on[protected] at 11:00 am to dreamz motors pvt. Ltd, jamnagar, i was told to pick up at 7:00 pm. At given time they told it to collect tomorrow[protected] in the morning again i went to collect my vehicle but nothing was done & they told that your battery has been discharged fully so it needs to be charged & it will take 8-10 hours more while i did not have any complaints about the battery my vehicle was starting even in a half-self easily so in a complete disapointment i took my vehicle back with just engine oil changed but i got kick-start vehicle instead of self started vehicle. They said that battery is damaged but when i kept the vehicle it was easily self starting again after two day of running it become self started... That means battery is okay moreover after keeping one & half day they could not perform even regular service also. I am leaving far from the service centre so this is intolerable experince i had at the above service cum sales outlet at the jamnagar. (I purchased the vehicle from there only before approx. 3 years back) so pl take necessary action to save your esteemed company's reputation.

                Sir I bought wagon R car last year.. reg no TS09ex5979...the time has come for third service... but the service center of Mitra agencies in Hyderabad, Telangana located at l.b Nagar ring road, they are asking me to pay 1200 for engine oil, 250 for oil filter, 450 for AC filter, 300 rupees for miscellaneous charges, 287 for labour charges.this is unnecessary cheating of Maruti customers

                I told them that it's my third free service and I changed my engine oil recently from friend who operates a car garage and engine oil is very new
                But he's not listening and cancelled my third free service

                Cheating customers like this will down the image of Maruti company...
                I request you to resolve this issue immediately

                  I did my service with one auto pvt ltd. @ their science city workshop and spent around 17000/- being crossed 80k kms (Changed and did all the things as they told), also worked on my engine vibration (They changed the engine mounting and also the chasis couplings, etc) but the vibrtion is still there, and no query from their end after i raised a complaint

                    I gone form last two year maruti service center name of rohin maruti service satition suratgarh, last time when my alternator belt damage i go and chage from there after three month i have notic car missbehave in driveing when i check down sided old blet also running in back side of alternetor pulli, we pull it out from it, then see new belt attached but old belt forgot to remove from pulli, that my my engine timeing chain missbhave and faulty due to load on altrenator belt, when i go there and complain they make excuse its wont happen, who pay for it for 500 rs. Belt and there enginour mistak why i should damage my car, so please resloved the issue.

                      My vehicle is covered under extended warranty for 6 years and upon reaching out to the service center for repair work of engine which is warranty covered, i was informed that they need approval from higher authorities to cover it under warranty repair. Meanwhile i got my vehicle repaired. Company staff kept me under the wrong impression for long period which is about 7-8 months that the approval will be granted soon and you will recover your money. I again inquired in the company for the same recently and was informed that approval has not been granted yet without assigning any reason. I have been thoroughly mislead and this is an injustice. I am planning to move to consumer court soon if no action is taken asap.

                        Hello sir,
                        We have purchased this car in march 2018, from the day 1 facing problem of hard steering, it is simply not returning to its original position.
                        1 st service i have shown to sai service, jm road pune. Service engineer said after 5000 km, your steering will be free.. Which is actually wrong.
                        Steering must be free from day - 1
                        Still i have believed on there words and waited for second service. But in between i got a call and message from sai service that your car chassis number is in steering assembly change list.
                        So i took my car to service station and they changed the complete steering assembly. And to my surprise problem is still there as it is. So what are the updates you did with the new steering.

                        Last week i gave my alto to wonder cars bhosari for second service (5000 km). And the service adviser was not ready to listen my problem.. He said it is in all alto cars and why you have not checked in test car.
                        And he took the test drive and after some risky demo he accepted that there is problem in the steering.
                        After 3 days of service they return my car saying problem is solved.

                        When i took delivery of car late night, service advisory already left the showroom, believing his word i took my car home, and realized that problem is still there.

                        What is the problem with electronic power steering. My friend tiago electronic power steering works fantastic, but why not my steering.
                        This is very risky situation on the highway if steering don't return.. Because we try to get it return it has a chances that we over-steer it.
                        My wife had this kind of situation 2 times in 7 month of ownership. My wife and father is not ready to drive this faulty car.

                        If you do not want solved my problem, please take your car back and return my money. Otherwise i will go to consumer court for full refund.

For amount 145000 (One lakh forty five thousand only) to maruti bimal auto agency yelahanka branch bangalore karnataka.. We got a message on 25th sept 2018... (Bimal auto agency recieved a amount of 145000) after so many days when we enquired regarding our depositied status of the payment.. Which has not credited in our account... Later when we checked with concerned person srinath (Sales executive) one who took delivery from us... He replied that the payment amount still not has been recieved from true value.. Last three months back we purchased new car celerio zxi from bimal auto agency yelahanka branch we are loyal customer of maruti we did not expect this kind of service from maruti as soon as possible kindly solve our problem... Do the need full..

                                I have purchased a maruti suzuki swift dzire vxi car from broker of ahmedabad. Initially he was saying that all documents are available. So i paid full amount. Later on he disclosed about non availability of retail invoice of bill of purchase.
                                My cars engine no.1492216, chasis no. 647122
                                Year of purchase is november 2014

                                  Hamane car 7th january 2018 ko li. Car ka model dizire vxi hain. 21 june 2018 ko car ka accident huaa turant car maine navanit motor service center kolshet thane west yaha pe di car ka kam insurance me kar ke diya lekin 1 months ke bad aage ke tire se bahot awaj aane laga our tire pura ghis gaya to maine turanr car phir se wahi center pe di to wo bole stud me problem hain our steering rod me damage hain our wo bol rahe hain ke warranty me nahi hoga. Ye defect insurance claim me hona chahiye tha. Lekin us time service center ne ye defect nahi dekha. Aur ye problem vaise hi hai.

                                    I have perchance a maruti new dezire zdi on 30 oct 2017 from nainital motors haldwani registration number is uk 04 z0668 and i have not receive remote for music system at that time. Sales man told me than steering control system is in it that's way remote is not provide by company, but after a long time whan i use this i face problem to control it and i am a defence personal so i can not approach to dealer at the third service i got this information that remote is also available with music system so please help in this matter please.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have given booking of 5000 at kataria automobile at dariyapur maruti suzuki wagonr vxi but unfortunately car cancelled. After cancellation, he said that 5% amout will be charged. And also i am ready for that because i need money. So request to you take such action of kataria auto mobile so that never charged on another person and also i got cheque of 4750 and deducted 250rs. I think this cheated to customer

                                        Maruti suzuki ignis worst car i wasted my money and time. If car go slow in second gear it will off. If we off the car with key centre lock won't work. Though i purchased higher model no functions are working. Swift or i20 basic car will beat easily to this model. Dear folks maruti clearly cheating by selling odd car. While taking turnings car getting off. Do not buy this car save your self, worst pickup. Maruti doing fraud by selling this waste car for higher prices. Even purchased higher model maruti ignis amt alpha worst experience. Don't go behind attraction in look wise no functions are eligible to drive this car you won't be happy and regrets. Paid huge amount for this higher model car wasted whole amount.
