Only 3000 km driven car new swift zxi amt. Now some noises coming from gearbox while auto shifting. So i went to maruti popular service h &c compound mundakkal kollam kerala. On 20/11/2018 and told them all the details. After a test drive they told there is a sound in shifting. And i suggested them that i want to check in another car. So they provided a new car to test drive. Only in the 1 st shift there is a small noise. But in my car 1, 2, 3, 4, only in 5th there is no noise. So they told me that they will give complains to maruti and give me details as soon as possible. They call me on 3/12/2018 and i went. They told that they want a audio sound of the noise. He took the sound using a mobile phone and send to maruthi. I waited 4 hours and they told no information coming so sir please leave the car for one day i said ok. Next day when i went they are telling it is a normal sound. Message from maruti. I have attached the sound video and job card. Plzz check. So friends plzz dont go for maruti new swift amt its a utter flop

    During the warranty period the company is forcing the customers to purchase products from their service centers. They give specifications in their service booklet, but when a customer bought the item as per specification, company denies to use that product and ask the customers to buy that from their service centers. The same products available at a reasonable price at market but we are forced to purchase the product at high rate.in terms of warranty and extended warranty this company and their service centers are selling products at high rate to their customers. This is against customers basic right to choose the parts and oil at the right price.

        Dear sir i have make my ritz service at your mp nagar bhopal. After servicing the condition of vehicle get worst, one worst sound is coming. No smooth atall after paying 15500/by cash.. Now he is telling fault of tyre. But earlier it was not like that. They should have tell it earlier before servicing. Frankly speaking road side mechanic is far better than the mechanic who served my vehicle on[protected] at your mp nagar show room. H p dash.[protected].

          My son jai sharma had purchased maruti s-cross delta model in june 2017 from nexa motors janak puri new delhi 58. Hardly 16 months have elapsed and the vehicle has covered approx 40, 000 kms that yesterday by gods grace he survived what could have been an accident. He was nearing manesar toll tax barrier that the engine stopped all by itself, neither was it starting nor taking self. He got the vehicle towed to nearby maruti garage and there he was informed by the mechanics that this is a case of engine seizure and approx rs 1.5 lac expenses will have to be incurred. I request you to kindly either replace the vehicle or arrange to get it repaired at company expenses as it is unheard of that an engine seizure occurs in a vehicle which is hardly 16-17 months old.
          An early action will highly be appreciated

            I have complaint many time with customer care @, [protected]@maruthi.co.in, no responce properly crm : [protected] and even i contacted to customer care regarding the invoice said contact to dealer.

            I have called to pratham motors pvt ltd. Wrong no. Updated that is[protected], & 2 more no. Taken from customer [protected],
            [protected], both no. Also not working.

            I have urgency to take the invoice latter to submit in my rto office worst service from maruthi suzuki i didn't expect this kind of service.

              I own a baleno of early lot of 2015 registration. Till date there was no issue with the car. But a few days back after returning from a long trip, immediately after parking my car i noticed that smoke was billowing out from left side of front wheel. After opening the bonnet i saw fire in different wires attached to battery. I doused the fire with water and disconnected battery connection. I was wondering how a pride products of esteem company can put someone in danger. It may happen again. What is the way out? I didn't experience this in my life. Thanks that i am safe.

                I am s. Venkatesh selvam from tirunelveli district tamilnadu and i parched a dzire on 21/11/18 in aathi maruthi showroom at tirunelveli vannarpettai. On 27/11/18 i noticed heavy smoke coming from the silencer and the oil level also reduced about half litre in the engine. I approached the showroom and admitted the car at aadhi service centre at karaieruppu tirunelveli. I totaly disappointed about this. I expect it should be replaced by the company. Thank you.

                    I got vehicle name as access instead of gixxer in my tr and because of showroom representative mistake. I got the same in my rc. Because of this i am unable to claim my insurance policy. People like me are facing troubles due to their negligance. While purchasing showroom people will take many things. But they wont bother once purchase is done. Please take action against suzuki showroom, kondapur, telangana.

                      My name is hiren g amreliya. I have buy a ciaz car before 6 month from atul nexa showroom in rajkot (Gujrat). I serviced my car regular. But at the first service i complain about a problem that both front tyre have air issue. But they done nothing. Recently i serviced 3 rd service but problem is not solve.                         I have a maruti celerio purchased in june2016 which has done 15000 km, of late the shuddering has been worsening to an extent that's its almost undrivable. I have given car for service regularly to bimal whitfield who don't seem interested in rectifying anything and only want to make money from service. They told me i have to replace clutch and it's not going to be under warranty. I have lost confidence and dunno wat to do next. Plz help

                          New alto k10 (Vxi) car was purchased in dec 2017 from dewars garage kolkata. After 3 services mileage of car was is 11 to 12 km per hour. Repeated complains to maruti had no result. Initially the service team in kolkata (East region) tried to close the complain forcefully, then on they arranged a road test and by meter they showed me 15 km/ltr mileage after driving only 15 km in road, which was incorrect as per practical experience. I am driving car since 2011 and had long association with maruti. Its disappointing as i think maruti had delivered me a defective car.

                            I had booked a celerio x vxi (O) amt for my wife at jay bee automobiles in dibrugarh on 6th october, 2018. I got a call from the dealer 16 days later informing me that a wrong car was sent by the company (With only driver airbag). The manager told me that he will arrange to get the car by 15th november. On 12th nov. The dealer informed me that the car had come and i could take delivery. As i was out of town, i told him that i would take delivery on 15th nov. Accordingly i called up the dealer on 15th morning to inform them to keep the car ready. But 15 minutes later the person called me again informing that there was some miscommunication and the car infact had not arrived till then. I wanted to speak to the manager, who could not give me a clear answer as to why this miscommunication had arisen. He told me that the car was on the road but could give me a tentative date of arrival. On 18th nov, i got another call from them informing that the car had arrived and i could take delivery anytime. I was again out of town and on 21st nov i had gone there to take delivery. The manager informed that the customer offer had come down to rs. 10, 000.00 only (It was rs. 20000.00 + lottery). However, when i had checked the car i found it was not the right model (Again celerio vxi amt model, instead of my booked celerio x vxi (O) amt). By now i was totally exasperated and cancelled my booking. I enquired in another dealer in sivasagar (A nearby town) through one of my friend. Although they didnot have the model with them, they contacted other dealers in assam and informed me that i could buy from tinsukia dealer, who had a car with same model with them. Moreover, the customer offer was rs. 25, 000.00 there.
                            I bought my first car from maruti jay bee auto in 200 (Maruti zen lx). The employees were so cooperative and helpful then. I can lodge a complain with consumer court here. But before that i want that some action should be initiated from your end. I wonder how such insensitive, arrogant people can find job in such reputed organization.

                              Dear sir, i sent vehicle for general services and for small complaints at padmaja commercial corporations for last two times. They even not checked complaints and not even made trail for 100 meter so they will know vehicles complaints
                              Now it was the issue that vehicle was not moving and having jerky movements when we cross 30kmph speed and very much imbalanced
                              Even after trail they should inform the issues but not informed anything

They asked me to pay an amount of 1450 as a security amount for training and said that the amount is refundable in your first month salary. I had paid the amount. They said that within a week I will get a verification call. Can you please check and say whether it is a fake offer or genuine offer.I'm giving you the mobile numbers and email I'd provided by them.                                     I have given by bike for engine work to umang service center in rohini (Delhi) naharpur village 2 on 16 of october and i got by bike back on 26 october and again on7 nov engine started giving problem. So i took it to service center on 7th nov morning and they told me that i will get the same by 11th but till date i have not received my vehical and when i called there service center they tld me that it will take 2 more days. I am regularly following up with service center but not getting resolution. Kindly take serious action against service center as they dont deserve to run a service center like brand name suzuki.

                                    The contact person at SASS is behaving in a rude way & has denied free service provided by the company. He is doing so because I have not bought vehicle from his showroom & bought it from elsewhere. As per the norms as far as I know a customer can buy from anywhere & is entitled to free service anywhere at any station.
