During the warranty period the company is forcing the customers to purchase products from their service centers. They give specifications in their service booklet, but when a customer bought the item as per specification, company denies to use that product and ask the customers to buy that from their service centers. The same products available at a reasonable price at market but we are forced to purchase the product at high rate.in terms of warranty and extended warranty this company and their service centers are selling products at high rate to their customers. This is against customers basic right to choose the parts and oil at the right price.

      Dear sir i have make my ritz service at your mp nagar bhopal. After servicing the condition of vehicle get worst, one worst sound is coming. No smooth atall after paying 15500/by cash.. Now he is telling fault of tyre. But earlier it was not like that. They should have tell it earlier before servicing. Frankly speaking road side mechanic is far better than the mechanic who served my vehicle on[protected] at your mp nagar show room. H p dash.[protected].

        My son jai sharma had purchased maruti s-cross delta model in june 2017 from nexa motors janak puri new delhi 58. Hardly 16 months have elapsed and the vehicle has covered approx 40, 000 kms that yesterday by gods grace he survived what could have been an accident. He was nearing manesar toll tax barrier that the engine stopped all by itself, neither was it starting nor taking self. He got the vehicle towed to nearby maruti garage and there he was informed by the mechanics that this is a case of engine seizure and approx rs 1.5 lac expenses will have to be incurred. I request you to kindly either replace the vehicle or arrange to get it repaired at company expenses as it is unheard of that an engine seizure occurs in a vehicle which is hardly 16-17 months old.
        An early action will highly be appreciated

            I own a baleno of early lot of 2015 registration. Till date there was no issue with the car. But a few days back after returning from a long trip, immediately after parking my car i noticed that smoke was billowing out from left side of front wheel. After opening the bonnet i saw fire in different wires attached to battery. I doused the fire with water and disconnected battery connection. I was wondering how a pride products of esteem company can put someone in danger. It may happen again. What is the way out? I didn't experience this in my life. Thanks that i am safe.

              I am s. Venkatesh selvam from tirunelveli district tamilnadu and i parched a dzire on 21/11/18 in aathi maruthi showroom at tirunelveli vannarpettai. On 27/11/18 i noticed heavy smoke coming from the silencer and the oil level also reduced about half litre in the engine. I approached the showroom and admitted the car at aadhi service centre at karaieruppu tirunelveli. I totaly disappointed about this. I expect it should be replaced by the company. Thank you.

                  I got vehicle name as access instead of gixxer in my tr and because of showroom representative mistake. I got the same in my rc. Because of this i am unable to claim my insurance policy. People like me are facing troubles due to their negligance. While purchasing showroom people will take many things. But they wont bother once purchase is done. Please take action against suzuki showroom, kondapur, telangana.

                      I have a maruti celerio purchased in june2016 which has done 15000 km, of late the shuddering has been worsening to an extent that's its almost undrivable. I have given car for service regularly to bimal whitfield who don't seem interested in rectifying anything and only want to make money from service. They told me i have to replace clutch and it's not going to be under warranty. I have lost confidence and dunno wat to do next. Plz help

                        New alto k10 (Vxi) car was purchased in dec 2017 from dewars garage kolkata. After 3 services mileage of car was is 11 to 12 km per hour. Repeated complains to maruti had no result. Initially the service team in kolkata (East region) tried to close the complain forcefully, then on they arranged a road test and by meter they showed me 15 km/ltr mileage after driving only 15 km in road, which was incorrect as per practical experience. I am driving car since 2011 and had long association with maruti. Its disappointing as i think maruti had delivered me a defective car.

                          I had booked a celerio x vxi (O) amt for my wife at jay bee automobiles in dibrugarh on 6th october, 2018. I got a call from the dealer 16 days later informing me that a wrong car was sent by the company (With only driver airbag). The manager told me that he will arrange to get the car by 15th november. On 12th nov. The dealer informed me that the car had come and i could take delivery. As i was out of town, i told him that i would take delivery on 15th nov. Accordingly i called up the dealer on 15th morning to inform them to keep the car ready. But 15 minutes later the person called me again informing that there was some miscommunication and the car infact had not arrived till then. I wanted to speak to the manager, who could not give me a clear answer as to why this miscommunication had arisen. He told me that the car was on the road but could give me a tentative date of arrival. On 18th nov, i got another call from them informing that the car had arrived and i could take delivery anytime. I was again out of town and on 21st nov i had gone there to take delivery. The manager informed that the customer offer had come down to rs. 10, 000.00 only (It was rs. 20000.00 + lottery). However, when i had checked the car i found it was not the right model (Again celerio vxi amt model, instead of my booked celerio x vxi (O) amt). By now i was totally exasperated and cancelled my booking. I enquired in another dealer in sivasagar (A nearby town) through one of my friend. Although they didnot have the model with them, they contacted other dealers in assam and informed me that i could buy from tinsukia dealer, who had a car with same model with them. Moreover, the customer offer was rs. 25, 000.00 there.
                          I bought my first car from maruti jay bee auto in 200 (Maruti zen lx). The employees were so cooperative and helpful then. I can lodge a complain with consumer court here. But before that i want that some action should be initiated from your end. I wonder how such insensitive, arrogant people can find job in such reputed organization.

                            Dear sir, i sent vehicle for general services and for small complaints at padmaja commercial corporations for last two times. They even not checked complaints and not even made trail for 100 meter so they will know vehicles complaints
                            Now it was the issue that vehicle was not moving and having jerky movements when we cross 30kmph speed and very much imbalanced

                                  I have given by bike for engine work to umang service center in rohini (Delhi) naharpur village 2 on 16 of october and i got by bike back on 26 october and again on7 nov engine started giving problem. So i took it to service center on 7th nov morning and they told me that i will get the same by 11th but till date i have not received my vehical and when i called there service center they tld me that it will take 2 more days. I am regularly following up with service center but not getting resolution. Kindly take serious action against service center as they dont deserve to run a service center like brand name suzuki.

                                  The contact person at SASS is behaving in a rude way & has denied free service provided by the company. He is doing so because I have not bought vehicle from his showroom & bought it from elsewhere. As per the norms as far as I know a customer can buy from anywhere & is entitled to free service anywhere at any station.

                                      I brought a new maruthi wagan r from your thrissur, kerala dealer brd car world limited on 28th june 2017 and i am residing in a town named chalakudy under the same district. I have opted for an extended warrenty platinum from the dealer which will be commencing from the date of expiry of the initial manufacturing warranty for two years. On 16th august 2018 our entire town was flooded with water and my car also drowned. Under the maruthi insurance, i put up a claim and requested for a free repair of the vehicle but the surveyor has decided the claim as total loss and payment of id value as settlement for refund. Thus i have received the insurance amount in full.
                                      Now my grievance is that since the vehicle is not existing and the original warranty stands cancelled and void, no question arise for any extension of warranty which will be commencing from 28th june 2019 only.
                                      My humble request is that, i may be refunded with the amount i paid for the extended warranty in full.
                                      I am attaching the invoice and the extended warranty certificate.

                                        Hello team,
                                        I have purchased the new suzuki access 125cc vesicle at gem suzuki delates in hyderabad kondapur show room.
                                        Here, i want to tell you the problem i have been facing with this gem suzuki dealers.
                                        At time of sale, team was very nice and promised for hassle free service till the registration completion.
                                        I believe in their words and trusted them. I bought the vehicle by paying whole amount without any debt.

                                        Now, the problem has started. After 15 days, i have been following up the showroom people for vehicle registration. They have not responded and gave one agent number.
                                        I called this agent and he told me to come on 02nd nov at kondapur rto office for vehicle registration.
                                        I went and stood in the queue for almost one hour and finally this agent guy came and gave receipt containing some other tr number. I shocked and asked him then he said the vehicle papers have not shared from showroom and he did for different person since that person name also rajesh.
                                        After one hour, my vehicle papers have come from showroom and did all the processes at the rto office. They said i would get registration number over the message within a week.

                                        Now, it has been more than 15 days i have not got any message and i followed up my self with agent and people at showroom and figured out that the agent had done wrong registration and the papers have been canceled.
                                        There was no update from anyone. After hearing this i am wondering who will help in this regard because if i call showroom people they are saying check with agent. This agent i dont know is he aware of the paper work and working dedicate for gem suzuki motors?

                                        I need your immense support in this regard to ensure smooth registration for my vehicle.
                                        There is no point in buying vehicle if it is not regulated for govt of telanaga road transport. Please help.
