I have purchsed new model dezire on 05.10.2017 from M /S Stan Autos Pvt Ltd.Ludhiana (Punjab) under Registration No. PB10GN 0108.From that date to till date, I am observing carbon emissions problems in my car (latest Snaps attached) even after forceful overhauling of engine and illegal swapping of parts by your authorised dealers and your north Manager Mr.Gunjan Malik. They are misbehaving with me.

As a result I am in consumer court against your dealer and with you.

Now they are not interested to solve the problem unless and until due to case.

They have also ignored the work even after demanded job card.

Please intervene in this matter.

    I am a 15 year long user of maruti car, presently using celerio lxi, on 10/10/18 i went for a routine service to my nearest mas maruti link at salt lake where i used go for last 15 years. When they returned my car i found that the interior was not at all cleaned, as i am very particular about cleaning it was clearly visible to me. I informed the staffs as mr chakraborty left for lunch. Someone again call the cleaning person and tried to make up the situation. They only sprayed some polishing aerosol at the dashboard which was not required.
    Very much disappointed about the service quality, even doubt the cleaning of engine/ac filter/plugs as it is not possible for me to supervise every work personally. Feeling sad...

      I have a request that i have given a complaint against popular vehicle sales and services.Some of the problems resolved after around two years one problem is still existing. They are not giving a proper response to the customer complaint or in telephone.Now the problem is that they made resolving it draged two years now they r telling its two years so we cant do.I dont understand the logic.Please resolve the problem.

          Dear sir,

          Kindly refer our telecon today with you[protected] regarding complaint towards billing of my car serviced by abt maruti, arumbakkam, details of car is detailed below:

          Tn 02 au 2102-maruti dzire -
          Kindly note last year during 20th september 2017, the car was given for general service and they changed oil etc., and charged me rs. 10, 270, thereafter for small jobs and during service campaign the car was serviced by them without any issues. Recently i got frequent calls for more than 15 times from last month on wards and insisted the car has to be serviced at free campaign conducted by them for rs. 400. I intimated that the car was sparingly used and no need for service, since its speedo is only 61773 kms from 54871 i. E 6900 kms run for 13 months from last service date 20.09.17.
          Due to repeated calls from them the car was taken for so called free service campaign today 07.10.18 at 10.30 am by giving job slip without any serial number and date etc., after that the call from them confirms for oil change is must required and the cost will be around rs.3000, then i said ok for service even though i believe oil change not required, to my dismay around 3pm the service adviser told me to pay around rs. 7900 and the car will be sent to my address. I spoke to the customer care person that this is unfair and with out my approval how the amount will be rs 7900 instead of promised rs. 3000, he bluntly told that they have intimated me and i gave consent for rs. 7900.
          My grievance is how abt, arumbakkam behave like this without any business ethics or logic and transparency towards its customer. Kindly do the necessary action/steps to avoid such incidents to their genuine customers like me.

            Hello sir/madam

            I am raman sharma.
            Last year i purchased swift lxi (Optional) from your bagga link showroom.
            After a while when my car went for first service, he took a dent on my car bonet, and when i made complaint at your service center, they accepted their fault but again i had to visit three times to your service to get my car repaired.
            The paint that they used at my car was not genuine since it get dull in just few months, they left two to three drops of paint on the bonet.
            Yesterday when i was going to get my car serviced i saw a crack line on front mirror just after removing the body cover, and there is not even a single dent on the mirror of anything that could be thrown on that, and for the same issue i had talk with maruti executive they are not ready accept this incident.
            I am very unsatisfied with the service of your company.
            In a year my car got three times serviced as per the given schedule by your guidelines.
            I hope you'll look after my problem.

                Our car having registration number HR-24Q-5309 (MARUTI SWIFT VDI) met an accident and we have given for insurance claim and repairs of the same at Maruti Suzuki Arena, Sirsa address is Near Raja House, Dabwali Road, Sirsa-125055, Haryana on dated 24.09.2018. After more than 1 week i.e. on 02.10.2018, they are delivering our car without fully repair from back side and even from front side. We refuse to take delivery as we are not satisfied with the repair work. Their Representative Mr. Surender Sharma rudely refused to do the repair as we desire, because he said estimate was submitted without taking into consideration the backside of the car. But, they did not repaired it completely even from the front side also.
                Nobody is ready to even listen our problem and we have not taken delivery of our car. We want to take delivery after full repairing of the card from front as well as from backside without any extra charges/expenditure on our account.
                Kindly do the needful and inform us accordingly. We experience a bad behavior and bad service repair experience from your Sirsa office workshop. Photographs of the repair work is attached.

                      महोदय,
                      अत्यंत खेद के साथ निवेदन है कि मेरी इग्निश अल्फा कार 31.07.18 को दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गयी। तत्काल सर्विस एडवाइजर से बात करने पर उन्होंने कार 5 अगस्त के बाद लेने की बात कही। बाद में मुझे 4 अगस्त का समय दिया गया। मैं 4 अगस्त को मैंने कार सर्विस सेंटर पर दी। कार का सर्वे करते हुए बोनेट खोलते हुए संबंधित कर्मी से कार का विंडशील्ड टूट गया। मुझे रिपेयर पर अनुमानित लागत 40 हजार व कार डिलीवरी प्रॉमिस डेट 30 अगस्त बताई गई।
                      कार देकर लौटने के बाद में समय समय पर कार के संबंध में जानकारी लेता रहा, मुझे कहा गया 25 अगस्त तक कार आपको मिल जाएगी। 25 अगस्त से प्रॉमिस डेट तक मे लगातार संपर्क करता रहा, लेकिन मुझे गुमराह किया जाता रहा। 4 सितम्बर को मुझे कार तैयार होने की जानकारी दी गयी। 4 सितम्बर को मेरे किसी रिश्तेदार की मौत हो गयी, जिसकी जानकारी मुझे 5 सितम्बर को तड़के मिली, मैंने सोचा देहरादून से कार लेकर मैं अंतिम संस्कार में शामिल होते हुए घर कोटद्वार आ जाऊंगा। लेकिन सुबह 10 बजे जब मुझे कार दिखाई गई तो उसके लेफ्ट डोर पर काफी बड़ा स्क्रेच लगा था। काफी जिरह व फ़ोटो देखने के बाद कार का डोर पेंट किया गया और मुझे अगले दिन कार देने की बात कही गयी। मैं सरकारी जॉब में हूँ और छुट्टी न होने का हवाला देकर मैने उसी दिन कार ले जाने की बात की, तब मुझे शाम 5 बजे कार डेलिवर्ड की गई।
                      रिश्तेदार के अंतिम संस्कार में शामिल न हो पाने, कार के डोर पर स्क्रेच अनावश्यक विलंब आदि कारणों से मैं अत्यधिक तनाव में था। कार लेकर करीब 10 किमी चलने पर ही कार झटके लेने लगी, मौक़े पर पुलिस ने पास से ही एक मैकेनिक बुलाया, तो पता चला कि रेडिएटर का कैप नहीं लगा था और न ही रेडिएटर में कूलेंड भर गया था। एक हजार रु खर्च कर मैं घर पहुंचा। अत्यधिक नाराजगी के कारण मैंने सर्विस सेंटर बात नहीं की और फीडबैक कॉल का इंतजार करता रहा, जो आज तक नहीं आयी। आपका ध्यान में कर के रिपेयरिंग की कमियों की ओर आकृष्ट करना चाहता हूं।
                      1. कार का बोनेट ठीक से एडजस्ट नहीं किया गया है, वह एक ओर से उठा हुआ है।
                      2. कार के हेड लैंप भी ठीक से फिट नहीं है।
                      3. कार पर टूटा हुआ ग्रिल लगाया गया है, जिसे चिपकाया गया है।
                      4. फोग लैंप भी ठीक से नहीं लगाया गया है।
                      5. ग्रिल चिपकाते हुए बम्पर तक उसके छाप पड़े हुए हैं।
                      6. बम्पर, बोनेट आदि पर पेंट करते हुए पेंट के छींटे कार के अन्य हिस्सों पर लगे हैं।
                      7. पेंट किये गए किसी भी पार्ट की रबिंग नहीं कि गयी है। नही कार की धुलाई की गई है।
                      8. कार को भीतर भी गन्दा कर दिया गया है।
                      9. बोनेट का लॉक ठीक से एडजस्ट नहीं किया गया है।
                      10. कार की रिपेयरिंग बेहद घटिया, लापरवाही से की गई है। कार्ड से पेमेंट करने पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया गया है।
                      मेरा आग्रह है कि आप उपरोक्त शिकायतों का संज्ञान लेकर कार में बताई गई सभी कमियों को अविलंब, निशुल्क, अधिकतम एक दिन की अवधि में कोटद्वार में ही दुरुस्त कराने की कृपा करेंगे। साथ ही मुझे हुए समय के, मानसिक व आर्थिक नुकसान के लिए उचित मुआवजा अदा करेंगे।

                      उपरोक्त शिकायत पंजीकृत करने के लिए धन्यवाद। शिकायत पंजीकृत होने के पश्चात Mr. Shishupal Prajapati ji से हुए वार्तालाप के बाद मैंने Shakumbari, sitabpur Kotdwar को कार सौंपी। वह पूर्व की कमियों को तो पूरी तरह दूर नहीं कर पाए, वरन बम्पर पर गिरी चिपकन को छुड़ाने के प्रयास में बम्पर और भी भद्दा कर दिया गया है।
                      मुझे अत्यंत दुख के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है कि कंपनी के अधिकारी/ कर्मचारियों की मंशा कार में छोड़ी गई कमियों को दूर करने से अधिक तवज्जो शिकायत को किसी तरह से समाप्त कराने में अधिक है। सर्विस सेंटर में जाने के बाद हर बार कार पर नए स्क्रेच देखने को मिल रहे हैं। मेरी कार मरम्मत करने के नाम पर बदरंग कर दी गई है।
                      मेरा सम्मानित मारुति कंपनी से आग्रह है कि आप अपने इंजीनियर को भेज कर मेरी कार का अवलोकन कराने का कष्ट कीजियेगा। मुझे अंदेशा है कि फ्यूचर अटौव्हील्स, मोहबेवाला देहरादून उत्तराखंड में मेरी मैकेनिकों ने कार के कंपनी फिटेड रेडिएटर व अन्य पार्ट भी बदल कर किसी वाहन के पुराने पार्ट लगा दिए हैं।
                      यह भी आग्रह है कि मेरी कार को बिना किसी शुल्क के पूर्व स्थिति के अनुरूप दुरुस्त कराने, दोषियों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करने व मुझे सामाजिक, आर्थिक, मानसिक व समय की क्षति की भरपाई की जाए।

                        I have got my car hr03l8142 serviced from above said service station vide invoice no. 01br18001249 on 28.09.2018. To day i have again visted for rectification of improper alignment during above service. The stereo of my car was working till today but during rectification of alignment some defect has been caused to my stereo by service centre due to which it has stopped working. They are demanding rs. 1250/- toward labour charges for stereo repair which is not correct since defect has been caused by their end.

                          I have purchased a new car (Model: maruti alto k10 vxi amt) from bimal auto agency, mahadevpura, bangalore. I had no problems with my car and the first two services from bimal, peenya branch were good. But the third free service dated 29 sep 2018 involving the oil change and wheel alignment was of extremely poor quality even though i have paid a net bill amount of rs 4543. The dashboard shows an alarm indicating oil leakage and i am unable to shift gears above 1. The staff of bimal peenya are not answering my phone and i am unable to contact the service manager. To add insult to injury, they are demanding rs 3100 for towing my car to the service station. Please find the following details and help me to get my car repaired to its original condition.

                            Purchased at invoice 19/09/2017 from avg motors thiruvlla patanamthitta kerala.
                            I given my vehicle at avg motors sevice center thiruvlla patanathitta from 26/08/2018 to 19/09/18. They kept vechile for 20 days full service and repair. But we got our car after service. We have seen many problems or suffering like
                            - all backside seat was wet and bad condition.
                            - all bottom parts of car body inside to rust cause due to the action of water.
                            -gear box not fitting properly both side cover.

                            Not properly check and repair or service.
                            We went two times after service but every time will get another service problem.
                            I am not satisfy this service till
                            So please try to resolve this problem as soon as

                              I had bought a ritz lxi in 2010, since than i am regularly repairing my clutch around 5 6 times, initially service centre told me that u r driving vehicle with your foot on clutch when my vehicle was new but after driving it around 90000km i am still facing the issue, they never repair my car under warranty as i had requested that this is not a issue from my side but i will pay please solve this problem, meanwhile i purchase a honda city which i had drove around 80000km and never repair clutch even a single time till now, now i am planning to buy a new car but my experience with that ritz is not allowing me to buy a maruti product, still i own this car n it is my request please repair this clutch so that i can think for a new maruti product.

                                I have raise one enquiry through official true value website for buying a used swift car on sep 27, 2018 at 10:04 pm. After one day later ocean motor person called me for the same. Than he told me that car is already sold one day before plus he giving me wrong information about the car.

                                  On behalf of and under instructions of my client krunal hamirbhai dafda, of m-3/32, parasmani apartment, near torrent power, amraiwadi road, amraiwadi, ahmedabad-380026 (Phoneno.+91-[protected], +[protected], email id: [protected]@gmail.com and his brother in law shri yogeshbhai j. Parmar, jaja keshavni chali, opp. Bombay housing, saraspur, bpunagar, ahmedabad, i the undersigned advocate j. N. Gupta of above address have to give you this notice and to warn you that:
                                  1) that my clients are living at their respective address mentioned above with their family.
                                  2) that, my client has purchased wagon-r car for rs.4, 77, 000/- against exchange of zen estillo car from you no.1 vide invoice no._, dated _.
                                  3) that, on 24/12/2017 my client shri yogeshbhai went for darshan at radha swami temple, at naroda-dahegam road at 10:30 a. M. And while returning back, after driving half an kilometer suddenly the smokes were started to come out from bonnet of the car and fire was broke out in the engine. Due to which all the four doors were auto locked and even after number attempts my client could not opened any of the door and after about 15-20 minutes of struggle somehow he managed to open the door and immediately come out from the car and when he opened bonnet of the car smoke come out with force. My client sprayed water and with sand controlled the fire and saved his life and others who were in the car.
                                  4) that from the date of purchase of the car to visit to the aforesaid temple of radha swami the car was run only 265 kilometer and since it was new car, it was completely impossible to catch sudden fire.
                                  5) that, my client on recovering sense called the toeing service station of katariya pvt. Ltd. And car was toed and moved to dariyapur. That, on the way to dariapur, driver could not applied brakes at meghannagar, meena bazaar and as a result accident was occurred and bonnet of the car was damaged. Thereafter the car was taken to dariapur service station and my client at about 10.00 p. M. Spoke to the general manager shri nitesh shah over the phone and he replied that our engineer will inspect the car will inform accordingly.
                                  6) that, thereafter my client had words with maruti engineer shri jainalbhai shah and he stated that the fire was result of error driver driving the car, therefore, you will have to pay for repairing of the car, as it was not manufacturing defect of the company and he also uttered discriminatory words viz. Caste related language as my clients belongs to backward class. Though the car was under warranty, they wrote on their letter pad that the car is not under warranty for fire incident took place and the fire was broke due to your default and negligence. Thereafter the car was taken to the service station and total loss was assessed to the car.in this connection, my client enquired as to how sudden fire can broke out in the car when it is absolutely new car which was run 265 kilometer only. That, upon enquiring so my client was replied that it would be revealed after further investigation. Thereafter, it was informed by an expert of your company that incident of fire was occurred due to clutch default, as the engine catch heat because o[censored]se of clutch. Therefore, my client asked for replacement of the car with new one as it is only ten days old car and because of defective clutch the fire has been broke, i am not going to take back this defective car. Therefore, my client was promised by your side that, we will repair your car and will make it as good as new one without charging a single rupee to you and everything will be done, we will submit only bill of rs.19, 000/- with the insurance company and not bill of rs.1, 02, 000/-, this has been stated in r. T. I. Application. But the insurance company has told that there is total lossin the car and another insurance company has told the same fact.
                                  5) thereafter, my client time and again approached you no.1 and obtained information. Thereafter, my client was informed by your company’s service station that the car was driven on half clutch and half handbrake and there is no fault of the company, therefore, you will have to pay entire cost of repairing. For your kind information it is to state that my client has been driving car since last fifteen years and is fully aware that how to drive car and when the car is running on half clutch or handbrake then how it sounds. Therefore excuse for fire accident given by you is totally absurd. However you gave repairing bill of rs.1, 02, 000/- + gst + tax to my client which was produced before the insurance company. As my client’s elder brother is suffering from cancer and my client was in need of vehicle hence was forced to take delivery of the car by paying rs.9, 000/- but when my client enquire about same, it was come to his notice that the bill of rs.19, 000/- has been submitted to the insurance company.
                                  6) in light of above, it appears that fraud and cheating has been played with my client by selling him defective car and further you have charged huge amount toward repairing. When there is total loss of car, the repairing work would not be appropriate and my client deserves and entitled under the law replacement of defective car with new one. The fire broke out in the car was due to defective clutch or any other defect in engine for which my client is not responsible at all which please note. That for redressal of grievance my client for number of times went to see director of your company and though the director was in office, he never cared to meet my client and to resolve the issue and on the contrary nasty treatment was given to my client by your director and caste related words were uttered as my client belongs to scheduled caste, due to which my client has suffered great shock and my client has been suffering physical, mental and financial harassment, inconvenience and hardships due to your attitude toward him. That even after spending huge amount for new car, my client has to deprive from car and could not use the car for which he bought it which is totally offensive act on your part. Therefore, please to replace the defective car with new one to my client within-10 days from receipt of this notice or my client will be forced to self emollition in front of your showroom and further to please to give pdd report of my client’s car which is not being given in spite of repeated demand and request from rakesh patel and jainal shah of katariya motor pvt. Ltd. Dealer of maruti suzuki. Further to pay rs.1, 50, 000/- toward compensation to my client for physical, mental and financial loss and hardships suffered to my client as you have given the said defective car to my client fitted with duplicate parts and also you have over charged for the of accessories fitted in the said card which is very much higher than mrp. Failing to which, please take serious note that, my client will initiate necessary legal actions against you before the appropriate forum/court entirely at your costs and risks. My client reserves his right to initiate necessary actions against under the provisions of atrocity act for uttering insulting words related to his caste before appropriate authority, both state as well as central.
                                  7) this notice is necessitated due to your default and negligence hence you are also liable to pay rs.10, 000/- being charges hereof which also remit to my client forthwith and obtain valid receipt for the same.

                                    New suzuki access 125 - rear break drum worn out after 2, 300 km!
                                    Along with hard break shoe. Just had 1 servicing in authorized service center.
                                    I am expecting a replacement of the drum & break shoe, as suzuki motors had passed poor quality product.
                                    Company must investigate and trace the lot code and check the drum quality used for production.
                                    I am thinking to circulate this on social media depending on the response from company.

                                    It's so shame to hear that you are not providing the basic features and functions such as rear headrest and rear power windows. These are available on all basic car variants in other companies. Please provide these two basic variants in brezza basic model please.

                                    I purchased a car Alto 800 LXI 2018 model. (Chassis no: MA3EUA61S00C72528) Indus Motors, Palakkad, Kerala. After purchase we have found that, another car having has same chassis number as our's. There is no way to identify both vehicles.make & model also same. vehicles having same chassis number is illegal. so pls resolve this issue.

                                      suzuki access 125 silencer rusted and denied replacement

                                      This is very disappointing that new suzuki access 125 2016 model's silencer is rusted and became hole in more the three place within a two year. I never expected such a third class low quality material, suzuki is using. I visited the show room #heerasuzuki but they totally denied replacement saying taht we are servicing more than 500 scooters in a month and we never noticed this type of issue earlier.                                       Dear sir,
                                      I had serviced my car (Hp40c5599) at your goyal motor paonta sahib (Hp) jun2018. Replaced some parts (See service history) but after replacement of parts a new problem came which were addressed to your service centre goyal motor baddi and nalagarh, during my last service but till date no exact problem diagnosed. This is very surprising. My concern are bellow

                                      1. Why problem come after replacement of spare (As per my current observation it is due to bad break pad) as these break pad replace from your service centre?
                                      2. Why this problem seriously not attend when told during my last service?
                                      3. Why service feedback call not received related to my last service done at goyal motor baddi?
                                      4. Why service charges charged during my last visit at goyal motor nalagarh although this problem reported just after the last service done at goyal motor baddi.
                                      5. How staring assy gone bad just in 65000 km.

                                      * is this the quality service provided by your authorised service centre?
