I had bought a ritz lxi in 2010, since than i am regularly repairing my clutch around 5 6 times, initially service centre told me that u r driving vehicle with your foot on clutch when my vehicle was new but after driving it around 90000km i am still facing the issue, they never repair my car under warranty as i had requested that this is not a issue from my side but i will pay please solve this problem, meanwhile i purchase a honda city which i had drove around 80000km and never repair clutch even a single time till now, now i am planning to buy a new car but my experience with that ritz is not allowing me to buy a maruti product, still i own this car n it is my request please repair this clutch so that i can think for a new maruti product.

    I have raise one enquiry through official true value website for buying a used swift car on sep 27, 2018 at 10:04 pm. After one day later ocean motor person called me for the same. Than he told me that car is already sold one day before plus he giving me wrong information about the car.

    Hope true value will see my compliant and resolve this asap.

      There was reply me they lawyer said overdrive by driver

      But few questions to i ask by you

      Who wasy check my car properly team name and how check online what's up video calling or menuly they team came?

      Not give me pda reports file why?

      Insurance company survey who came and where?

      They told me totally lost expenses 1.4 lack but insurance company they submit online 19000.00 approx why?

      They have given me defects car
      What was my life if i dia so who responded?

      On behalf of and under instructions of my client krunal hamirbhai dafda, of m-3/32, parasmani apartment, near torrent power, amraiwadi road, amraiwadi, ahmedabad-380026 (Phoneno.+91-[protected], +[protected], email id: [protected]@gmail.com and his brother in law shri yogeshbhai j. Parmar, jaja keshavni chali, opp. Bombay housing, saraspur, bpunagar, ahmedabad, i the undersigned advocate j. N. Gupta of above address have to give you this notice and to warn you that:
      1) that my clients are living at their respective address mentioned above with their family.
      2) that, my client has purchased wagon-r car for rs.4, 77, 000/- against exchange of zen estillo car from you no.1 vide invoice no._, dated _.
      3) that, on 24/12/2017 my client shri yogeshbhai went for darshan at radha swami temple, at naroda-dahegam road at 10:30 a. M. And while returning back, after driving half an kilometer suddenly the smokes were started to come out from bonnet of the car and fire was broke out in the engine. Due to which all the four doors were auto locked and even after number attempts my client could not opened any of the door and after about 15-20 minutes of struggle somehow he managed to open the door and immediately come out from the car and when he opened bonnet of the car smoke come out with force. My client sprayed water and with sand controlled the fire and saved his life and others who were in the car.
      4) that from the date of purchase of the car to visit to the aforesaid temple of radha swami the car was run only 265 kilometer and since it was new car, it was completely impossible to catch sudden fire.
      5) that, my client on recovering sense called the toeing service station of katariya pvt. Ltd. And car was toed and moved to dariyapur. That, on the way to dariapur, driver could not applied brakes at meghannagar, meena bazaar and as a result accident was occurred and bonnet of the car was damaged. Thereafter the car was taken to dariapur service station and my client at about 10.00 p. M. Spoke to the general manager shri nitesh shah over the phone and he replied that our engineer will inspect the car will inform accordingly.
      6) that, thereafter my client had words with maruti engineer shri jainalbhai shah and he stated that the fire was result of error driver driving the car, therefore, you will have to pay for repairing of the car, as it was not manufacturing defect of the company and he also uttered discriminatory words viz. Caste related language as my clients belongs to backward class. Though the car was under warranty, they wrote on their letter pad that the car is not under warranty for fire incident took place and the fire was broke due to your default and negligence. Thereafter the car was taken to the service station and total loss was assessed to the car.in this connection, my client enquired as to how sudden fire can broke out in the car when it is absolutely new car which was run 265 kilometer only. That, upon enquiring so my client was replied that it would be revealed after further investigation. Thereafter, it was informed by an expert of your company that incident of fire was occurred due to clutch default, as the engine catch heat because o[censored]se of clutch. Therefore, my client asked for replacement of the car with new one as it is only ten days old car and because of defective clutch the fire has been broke, i am not going to take back this defective car. Therefore, my client was promised by your side that, we will repair your car and will make it as good as new one without charging a single rupee to you and everything will be done, we will submit only bill of rs.19, 000/- with the insurance company and not bill of rs.1, 02, 000/-, this has been stated in r. T. I. Application. But the insurance company has told that there is total lossin the car and another insurance company has told the same fact.
      5) thereafter, my client time and again approached you no.1 and obtained information. Thereafter, my client was informed by your company’s service station that the car was driven on half clutch and half handbrake and there is no fault of the company, therefore, you will have to pay entire cost of repairing. For your kind information it is to state that my client has been driving car since last fifteen years and is fully aware that how to drive car and when the car is running on half clutch or handbrake then how it sounds. Therefore excuse for fire accident given by you is totally absurd. However you gave repairing bill of rs.1, 02, 000/- + gst + tax to my client which was produced before the insurance company. As my client’s elder brother is suffering from cancer and my client was in need of vehicle hence was forced to take delivery of the car by paying rs.9, 000/- but when my client enquire about same, it was come to his notice that the bill of rs.19, 000/- has been submitted to the insurance company.
      6) in light of above, it appears that fraud and cheating has been played with my client by selling him defective car and further you have charged huge amount toward repairing. When there is total loss of car, the repairing work would not be appropriate and my client deserves and entitled under the law replacement of defective car with new one. The fire broke out in the car was due to defective clutch or any other defect in engine for which my client is not responsible at all which please note. That for redressal of grievance my client for number of times went to see director of your company and though the director was in office, he never cared to meet my client and to resolve the issue and on the contrary nasty treatment was given to my client by your director and caste related words were uttered as my client belongs to scheduled caste, due to which my client has suffered great shock and my client has been suffering physical, mental and financial harassment, inconvenience and hardships due to your attitude toward him. That even after spending huge amount for new car, my client has to deprive from car and could not use the car for which he bought it which is totally offensive act on your part. Therefore, please to replace the defective car with new one to my client within-10 days from receipt of this notice or my client will be forced to self emollition in front of your showroom and further to please to give pdd report of my client’s car which is not being given in spite of repeated demand and request from rakesh patel and jainal shah of katariya motor pvt. Ltd. Dealer of maruti suzuki. Further to pay rs.1, 50, 000/- toward compensation to my client for physical, mental and financial loss and hardships suffered to my client as you have given the said defective car to my client fitted with duplicate parts and also you have over charged for the of accessories fitted in the said card which is very much higher than mrp. Failing to which, please take serious note that, my client will initiate necessary legal actions against you before the appropriate forum/court entirely at your costs and risks. My client reserves his right to initiate necessary actions against under the provisions of atrocity act for uttering insulting words related to his caste before appropriate authority, both state as well as central.
      7) this notice is necessitated due to your default and negligence hence you are also liable to pay rs.10, 000/- being charges hereof which also remit to my client forthwith and obtain valid receipt for the same.

        New suzuki access 125 - rear break drum worn out after 2, 300 km!
        Along with hard break shoe. Just had 1 servicing in authorized service center.
        I am expecting a replacement of the drum & break shoe, as suzuki motors had passed poor quality product.
        Company must investigate and trace the lot code and check the drum quality used for production.
        I am thinking to circulate this on social media depending on the response from company.

        It's so shame to hear that you are not providing the basic features and functions such as rear headrest and rear power windows. These are available on all basic car variants in other companies. Please provide these two basic variants in brezza basic model please.

        A humble request...
        I purchased a car Alto 800 LXI 2018 model. (Chassis no: MA3EUA61S00C72528) Indus Motors, Palakkad, Kerala. After purchase we have found that, another car having has same chassis number as our's. There is no way to identify both vehicles.make & model also same. vehicles having same chassis number is illegal. so pls resolve this issue.

          suzuki access 125 silencer rusted and denied replacement

          This is very disappointing that new suzuki access 125 2016 model's silencer is rusted and became hole in more the three place within a two year. I never expected such a third class low quality material, suzuki is using. I visited the show room #heerasuzuki but they totally denied replacement saying taht we are servicing more than 500 scooters in a month and we never noticed this type of issue earlier. "this may be any chemical problem", thus...

          Dear sir,
          I had serviced my car (Hp40c5599) at your goyal motor paonta sahib (Hp) jun2018. Replaced some parts (See service history) but after replacement of parts a new problem came which were addressed to your service centre goyal motor baddi and nalagarh, during my last service but till date no exact problem diagnosed. This is very surprising. My concern are bellow

          1. Why problem come after replacement of spare (As per my current observation it is due to bad break pad) as these break pad replace from your service centre?
          2. Why this problem seriously not attend when told during my last service?
          3. Why service feedback call not received related to my last service done at goyal motor baddi?
          4. Why service charges charged during my last visit at goyal motor nalagarh although this problem reported just after the last service done at goyal motor baddi.
          5. How staring assy gone bad just in 65000 km.

          * is this the quality service provided by your authorised service centre?

            I have purchased Maruthi Baleno Automatic Petrol High End model from Varun Nexa Showroom - Vijayawada in Dec'2017. At the time of buying, showroom executives insisted to take the insurance policy from the showroom itself and they informed us the insurance will cover for everything (Full Insurance), under compulsion i have paid all the total amount to around Rs. 10.10 Lakhs to showroom only. Recently on 11-Sept-2018 my vehicle was stopped in the middle of the road in Hyderabad and as per the advises of the workshop people we have handed over the vehicle by toeing van help. For our surprise the workshop people told that engine is seized and they also informed that it is not covered under the insurance. Maruthi dealer (Varun Nexa Showroom - Vijayawada) is not bothered and not even responding to the issue. Attached the complaint letter for your information and for quick action.

              I have purchased a car make of maruti suzuki, model breeza (White), year 2018, by name momo media creatives, bangalore, (Reg. No. Ka 04 mu 6364). From mr. Umang srivastava, from: pratham motors, queens road showroom, bangalore

              Original invoice of the vehicle is missplased.

              It is requested that, due to audit our ca authorities are asking invoice copy of the vehicle for booking the expenses.

              Synchronising ring, clutch plate n clutch gear gone very soon of swift vdi at 47000 n again at 97000 . It's the worst car in this segment .

                I have drop my car marito suzuki swift, vdi for servicimg and some dantong, paontong work through insurance amd the rest of work woll on payment, i have deposted my car at ace kudale manjri pune on 06 sep 2018. After 13 days theu have called me for collection of car and i am surprised that the door finishing, painting work was not acceptable. When i was check my car the required work was not compled. Rhe paint drops are clearly visible on the door including the air bubbles on lower panel. I have facing transport problem to carry my childern to school and also to me for goes to office last 13 days. Please take suitable action otherwise i will take this matter to consumer court for harrasment to me. Thanking you.

                  We had bought this vehicle to increase our business and income
                  but this vehicle is giving us too much of problem.

                  in past 2 months the vehicle has visited service station for repair for 2 time and each time they are taking about 4-5 days to repair it giving reason that it is new for us to repair and parts are also not available.

                  and every time they are giving huge bill. which is now getting out of our budget. and still vehicle is not performing perfectly.

                  i am getting same complain that our fuel is not correct. i am getting my vehicle refiled from hp's companies self maintained outlet and getting it filled in my prescience.

                  few of yours tsm help me in getting proper status of my vehicle. buy still the problem exist.

                  have got injectors repaired 3 -4 times

                  please help us out.

                      Hopping that that this letter will make a heal to my problem rather moving legally. As per above said n policy i have one year insurance guaranty with your esteemed concern.in the mean time i made the maintenance work with your authorised authority sreebhadramotors, nh road, adimali. Here in this sreebhadramoters they made the issue regarding the maintenance. I list the issue with details
                      1) starting key inserting (Ignition) potion instead of replacing with a new one they fixed an old spare one and billed for new one.
                      2) the system of self-indication is not working at all but in bill parts being purchased.
                      3) regarding the fuel tank they might have changer inner cover but in outer they replaced with old one and billed for new one
                      4) the cone set is not proper and in the same also the billed the new price.
                      Here i see the sreebhadramotors made bill for new one and replaced with old spares. After being realised i mentioned regarding all this issues, they agreed with all and told me to clear issues, but now they changed their tune they are not ready to repair or even making me to threaten by words. As your authorised dealer you must take the issue from your part, or i will move legal proceedings. Please make the issue be clarified as early as possible.

                        It is to bring to your notice that i have booked a new maruti suzuki zxi amt car (Petrol) with your authorized dealer, m/s automotive manufacturers private limited, nagpur on 25th august 2018, which has been recorded to have been booked on 27th august 2018.
                        The details of payments made prior and subsequent to approval of car loan from sbi, belapur bhawan branch, mumbai, are indicated below:

                        Delivery of the car was to be given on 13th september 2018, ganesh chaturthi, an auspicious day and accordingly we visited the show room of automative manufacturers private limited. All the formalities of delivery of vehicle were completed and we were taken out of the show room for formal delivery of the car. I observed and noticed that the body of the car had many scratches on other parts including distinct dent on right front door and a part on the bonnet adjacent to the right front door. On pointing out these defects, the person responsible for the pdi stated that the damage has been done by the workmen in the workshop after completion of pdi by him. On my stating that i have paid full price of the car without any comprise and that accordingly i shall not make any compromise with the quality of the product and that i shall not take delivery of car with damaged body parts.

                        On my persistent refusal to take delivery of the car with damaged body parts, the representatives of automotive manufacturers private limited assured me to replace the damaged body parts with new ones and deliver the car on 14th september 2018 afternoon.

                        They were kind enough to provide us with one car (Vitara brezza - no. Mh 40 ar 5895) for coming back to my home as well as for its use till delivery of the new car.

                        Having not received any call for delivery of the car, from representatives of automotive manufacturers private limited, nagpur till 2.30 p. M. On 14th september 2018, i made a call to mr. Ankush and mr. Sameer on my own, two to three times, duly reminding them to call for delivery during daylight so as to observe if the replacement of damaged body parts have actually been done honestly. Despite reminders, the call for delivery was received from mr. Ankush as late as 6.10 p. M. Almost at the time of sunset. Taking into account the time to reach the show room for delivery, i denied to visit the show room as it would have been dark, after sunset.
                        I further stated to mr. Ankush and subsequently to mr. Sameer that my visit to the show room for delivery would be subject only to produce the existing damaged body parts as a proof of actual replacement. Mr. Ashish contacted to me subsequently. No satisfactory explanations were, however, received from any of the representatives of automotive manufacturers private limited including mr. Sameer, mr. Ankush and mr. Ashish. Mr. Ashish, on the contrary, said that the existing damaged body parts have been repaired, dented, painted and fitted to some other car and therefore cannot be produced for verification. On insisting not to complicate the matter, i informed him that i have since lost trust i shall not take delivery of the car without having seen the proof of replacement of existing damaged body parts. He assured to call back after some time, which never happened and he did not respond till now.

                        I, as a result, sent a message each to mr. Ashish and mr. Sameer stating the non-receipt of any call from them in this regard. Subsequently, i received a late call from sameer only, who requested me to come for delivery at 11 a. M. On 15th september 2018 and that he would show the existing parts. It may please be noted at this stage that the statements of sameer differs from that of ashish and are contradictory, duly confirming that they are lying about having replaced the existing damaged parts. Rather, their statements confirm the doubt that the damaged body parts have been repaired, dented, painted and fitted again and not replaced. Apparently it is an unfortunate case of purchasing an old car from a workshop after denting and painting of a new car depreciating its value before delivery rather than purchasing a new car from a show room of maruti suzuki limited after paying full price for a brand new car.
                        I visited automotive manufacturers private limited again today, the 15th september 2018 for delivery after receipt of a call from mr. Sameer and mr. Ankush bahise duly informing that existing old parts replaced would be available for us to see as a proof of replacement. To our surprise, the existing old parts replaced were not available for us to see vindicating a blatant lie of representatives of automotive manufacturers private limited. They initially stated that the existing old parts replaced are in the workshop and thus cannot be shown today but finally admitted by mr. Mishra in presence of all other representatives of m/s automotive manufacturers private limited. Mr. Mishra also agreed to replace the parts in my presence subject to availability but without giving reasons for the replacement that the damage was existing prior to delivery. I, however, desired that his letter should state the fact that the damage was existing prior to delivery of the car for which he did not agree. The enclosed/ attached copy of mr. Mishra vindicates the fact that damage was there and that parts were not replaced. The new car was, thus repaired through denting and painting to remove the scratches.in the absence of inclusion of fact of the case, delivery of the vehicle could not be made possible.

                        I, therefore, request you to peruse the matter at an appropriate level and ensure delivery of a new factory product and not a repaired workshop product as the price paid by me is for new product.

                        (1) The vehicle No. MR 40 AR 5895 was handed over back to AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURERS PRIVATE LIMITED.

                        (2) The representatives of AMPL had also stated on 15th September 2018 that the existing old parts (DOOR & FENDER) has since been fitted to DEMO CAR after denting and painting and as such they were not in a position to show the relevant parts to me. (Addition to 2nd LAST PARAGRAPH of the COMPLAINT)

                        Since old CAR (MARUTI ZEN) MH 31 AG 6141 has been surrendered in exchange and new car delivery has been delayed due to default on the part of DEALER, AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURERS PRIVATE LIMITED, the movement by my family members have been affected adversely leading to mental harassment and agony to me and my family members including my old parents. Thus, the COMPLAINT needs serious attention for its immediate resolution and compensation for mental harassment too.

                          I had given my maruti suzuki celerio for 3rd service. The car had run a course of 20, 500km and i had given it in an official authorised service centre in bangalore (Mandovi motors private limited/ near d-mart, hennur). After the service, they charged me a bill of 8269 (Tax included). The following are a list of all the things which were serviced:
                          1 : engine oil
                          2 : coolant
                          3 : ac air filter
                          4 : wheel balancing and alignment
                          5 : front wheel brakes service
                          And labour charges.
                          I feel that i was charged more for only my 3rd service (Also, i've always given my car in official authorised service centres only) during the purchasing of the vehicle, i was told my 3rd service would cost me around[protected] only. And the same thing was given on the website too. Even sales executive at various showrooms said the same thing. I honestly feel like i was being over charged for my third service.
                          Hence i'd like to register a complaint regarding the matter and wish that the officials look into it

                            Few days before when iam driving maruti swift (Kl18 q 1221) suddenly engine stopped on road. Then i went near service station of maruti. I said to them but they donot clear my complaint. Today when iam going calicut with my friends the same thing happened, engine stopped on mainroad. So it cause difficult to my travel.
                            Sir, i think the same thing happened twice because when i complained this to the workers of that maruti service station donot take it serious. So this happened again. So iam upadating my difficulties to you.
                            I hope that you will solve my complaints.

                              Sir, i have purchased the wagon-r as on 05.03.2012... Then after made cg in the works with the guarantee warantee of katriya giving more 10000 than the market for getting the guarantee warntee... But after the fitting of the cng in the kshatriya works at maninagar ahmadabad not a single day the run of satisfactory on cng.. For that i have shown all the time for the problems of the cng... But not attended satisfactory... By the works... Than after the complain of cng the works has advised me to repair for the head which costing about rs.14000 and now the technicians of katariya has given me instruction on mobile that there is problem of cng and the outer person asking me for charge of all wiring and other associated works which costing of rs.9000
                              Now question of faith with the katariya...
                              Please give me the right reason with justification
                              Do not fail in continue the faith of customers
                              Please take necessary action at the earliest to avoid any legal issue..

                                Apollo tyre quality is very cheap.

                                    I am narrating an important incident about a customer who purchased a Maruti Dzire from Asir Maruti at Madurai. A friend of mine and goes against my advice to buy a Maruti. Asir Automobiles Pvt Ltd at Madurai or Asir Maruti, Madurai, one of the premier Maruti Cars Dealership. She booked a Maruti DZireand as usual they put pressure tactics to purchase all those car accessories from them only that amounts to more than Rs.50, 000.-. This time she listened to me and refused to buy most of the car accessories from them and instead purchases from open market because all accessories at Asir Maruti at Madurai are priced at double as compared to anywhere else. Asir Automobiles Pvt Ltd at Madurai who claim themselves as the best Maruti dealerships, shared her contact details including her address to all the Car Accessories dealerships that they had tie-up with just because she refused to purchase accessories from them. This was a revenge concept of Asir Maruti at Madurai. To her utter shock she had strangers knocking her door at odd hours posing as salesmen from various Car Accessories dealerships at Madurai. She had to call in the Cops at one time when one of these salesmen refused to leave.

                                    This is an eye opener for all those who assume that they had made a wise decision to purchase a Maruti. The bottom line is that Maruti dealerships like Asir Maruti at Madurai don’t give a [censored] about customers and treat customers like dogs.

                                      Had purchased Wagon R VXi from PASCO motors on 8th July'16 ( Invoice no : VSL[protected]. Since day one, the power steering is very hard and does not turn. On 23Aug '16 a service complaint (ref no: [protected]) for North-1B region was generated. 2nd service done on 9th Oct'16 from PASCO (Invoice # BR[protected], 3rd service was on 18th Feb'17 but the problem persists. Since then I have been writing to CCM Service and ATM Queue but no response received. Please get the steering column replaced as the car is under warranty. Please refer attachments.
