Extremely unprofessional and unapproachable behavior from bimal auto agency, bangalore, banashankari branch.

Unfortunately i after evaluating several entry vehicle freezed on celerion x vxi (O) brown colour. And choose to go with bimal auto agency...

I booked the vehicle at end of july and gave one lakh advance, there started my problem at the initial level itself the sales representative changed his offer and increase by 6000/- from original but later after persuance his manager agreed and booked the order.
We we're promised delivery in two weeks or max last week of august, ideally had my birthday and wanted to gift my wife before third week..

Post that no communication and after follow up they said will revert, then finally they said order placed on maruti and vehicle would be despatch there on again no response even when we called the bimal customer relationship manager, standard response we will revert.

There in after continue follow up we were assured to get by 25 august, and then when no further information we again checked and then the new excuse maruti has no vehicle and order is not processed and so it's delayed but during the whole period bimal had a white color vehicle in stock which they kept pushing us to take, again same offer color choosen by us would not be available and we can take the white color, which we rejected..
Then now they say maruti cannot manufacturer our request colour but through another dealer they can arrange our original vehicle color, when we said fine and finally went to there showroom the prices have increased by 14000 although it's still an old purchase vehicle but all new prices

But worst was the extremely unapproachable and lack of interest on part if sales team and zero communication skill it look like u r doing a mistake buying vehicle

    I had bought alto k 10 approx 5 years ago. It's run approx 13, 000 km. Despite not being drown in water or undergone any other damage the ecm has got rusted. For first 3 years i had my car serviced at spectra motors and had no issues.in may 2018 i had a first breakdown n contacted shivam motors in kandivali west. Since then every 15 days the car had issue and i got it checked with shivam. Now for this breakdown that happened a week ago i got the problem diagnosed as ecm rusting. It's strange that after warranty period car immediately started showing such major issues. I am pretty unhappy with the quality of the car provided by maruti and also the servicing done by this new service centre shivam. I had heard that maruti cars never give such defects and their service centres are best. I disagree to this and need my car to get back to perfect working condition or get replaced from maruti suzuki

      Recently i've purchased above said model about 10 days back. The problem faced is that the power steering doesn't return back to center/straight position and remains at an angle at which it is turned. I want to question you guys as to what sort of quality control you undertake in which you even don't check the steer-ability of vehicle. Even the manual steering return back to its original straight position.

      What kind of power steering is it?

      Isn't it a safety hazard?

        Respected sir/mam
        I am nikhil mittal owner of celerio green which i bought on july 16. After it i goes on service for my brand new car driven 750 kms and after getting my vehicle back after service due to late night i didn't notice on the vehicle and deep check is not possible at that time because its 7:30pm so i take the vehicle and came to my home after it i have a urgent work due to which i doen for my educational training due to which i am not able to drive the car and my car parked in car parking which is locked car parking. After few days i receive a call from my father and he say the windshield has a little hole on it i shocked! That brand new vehicle only run almost 800kms (After service) has a crack. But i can't do anything because i am on training and when i return i call the sahibabad maruti service centre tr sawhney branch and the executive whom i meet say we will call back but i didn't receive any call.
        So i request you to take the action on this negligence done by maruti service's centre expert and replace it with new one without any cost.

          Initially the problem was not properly explained to them when giving to SVC So, they told it was not mentioned in the job card. It would charge you more if we want to fix the issue. Then after 3 months I've been riding bike with the disc brake issue. For the second time it was given to them telling that there is an issue with disc. Even though on taking delviery it was not fixed and telling me. Disc brakes will not work like a new bike. I've already told them that mileage will be decreased and disc pad wears out and tyre also get worn out.

          I have been facing issues with the disc brakes jam issue in my bike Suzuki gixxer. After repeatedly explaining the issue thoroughly to the service center personnel. The issue was not resolved by them. On top of that I'm getting suggestions to replace disc pad/disc /wheel bearing. I was like just tell me a spare part which is the cause for the issue. They were keep on informing me to just ride for a day if the issue persists bring it back to us. Do you think we have lot of time to go round and round to the service center (authorized) as per customer service representative.

          I just gave the bike to head office to check the issue. Their comment issue is not fixed. But, then why it was refused in the previous service center. Even people are not even aware how to deal with the customer (arguing with me). I've gone through lot of embarrassment.

          Today 2nd time visited the SVC to give the vehicle and they are telling me to come back tomorrow to get the vehicle back are you kidding me. Just to check and fix a disc brake issue making me wait for a day. I should go back again to get my bike back. This is ridiculous.

          Never came across such a service like that from a huge brand with a good reputation around the world.

          I would like to mention that this is the 8 paid service given to them.

          This issue will not get solved until the SVC accept that the service fault on them.

            I have purchased a car(Desire ZXI) from Jain Udyog, Dharmanagar show room on 21.06.2018 as per invoice no.011/VSL/ 18000115.But related papers for registration(form no 22& Form C.R. TEM) handed over to me on 11.07.2018, for late delivery of said papers an amount of ₹ 43, 376.00 had been excess paid by me for registration due to increase of registration fee w.e.f 08.07.2018.I demand the said amount from the dealer & sent a notice from my advocate.But no response from the dealer.Now I am bound to going Consumer Forum. for my demand.               Hello sir,

              I purchased a suzuki access 125 in month of july 2018.
              In august 2018 some problem occurred at road side. Its get start but not moving forward. My sister was riding that time and the place where the problem occurred that was 8km far from agency. She called an agency owner, he told he cant send any one to help on this on that day, he told next day he will send someone.
              On next day he refuse to help by saying that its not his responsibility.

              I am wonder how he can behave like this. He is running away with his responsibility. Even its not get its first service.

                Hi, my gixxer 155 is giving few problems.
                1. Engine oil leak and sticks on top of the engine head. Form past 1 year. Visited multiple times and after multiple requests and assurance, still the problem persists.
                2. Rattle/vibrate sound on accelerating the bike on lower gears.
                3. No pick up at all.

                Above complaints are repeatedly mentioned to suzuki showroom at sarjapur road near to sarjapur firestation, bangalore, but still no permanent resolution. Any suggestions?

                  I have bought wagonr vehicle in 2017. Which i got glass cracked at afternoon time when it stand in parking area it's glass had cracked automatically due to heat and vacuum produce inside the vehicle.                     I purchased maruti alto 800 from ocean motors indore and regualrly take servicing and imsirance frm there only. Every time i suffer from today its worst..
                    Today i droped my car at 10.30am with paid service coupan with confirmation to get back at 2.00pm, they ask for n no. Of job but i did not required as they were not neccessary.
                    At 5.45pm they told me servicing not possible we cant drop car you come and take back even they r neither ready to wash the car against their own paid voucher nor ready to deliver back

                      I bought alto k10 vxi model in sep 2014 with extended warranty till 03.09.2018. The dicky door, when raised, keeps dropping with such force and weight, it does cause serious injury. I myself needed hospital treatment (Opd) for a deep wound on my my head. The dealer in bangalore (Mandovi motors) point the fingers at speakers fixed on the dicky door.in fact the speakers were fixed by the dealer himself at the time of purchase.                         I have bought a maruti wagonr from bharat auto cars pvt. Ltd., mangalore (Through their puttur branch) in january 2018. It was fixed with maxxis tyres. After covering (Riding) a distance of 2013 km (Usage period 6 months on 27th june 2018) one of my car tyre (Left side front tyre) has got burst while driving on the road. As there is warranty for the tyres, i contacted the car dealer’s puttur branch and asked them to make an arrangement for replacing the tyre. Accordingly they contacted the tyre dealer for the same. But the tyre dealer has refused to replace it on the pretext that it is not manufacturing defect. As i am using the car in a good road, i doubt about the quality of the company’s tyres. If the tyre is not able to be used in an ordinary road how i can trust about other three tyres too.
                        As you are serious on customer care, i hope you will take this issue with the tyre dealer and make an arrangement to get the tyre to be replaced.

                          We have bought maruthi 800 lxi blue car (Ts 10 eb 6674) from true value, gachibowli, hyderabad for 2.6 lakhs. We have given extra amount 10k for servicing and registration purpose. Servicing was not done. Just washed the car and given. After 5 or 6 days battery is dead true value didnt respond and we have bought new battery. We observed sound from car engine and asked sales manager, he told he will get it repaired. We havent received good - conditioned car from true value as it claims that it wont sell no accident car, no engine problem car and provide clean documentation. Later car front bumper and headlight were damaged in minor accident. Insurance was there we have paid amount and claimed insurance. Until then vijay didnt give rc and papers are not transffered to oue name. Insurance people called so many times and asked previous customer bank details to credit money so that we can take money from that customer. Vijay kept on postponing registration process and he didnt give previous owner details to credit money. Vijay left true value as he has done 50 lakhs scam. Later we have explained whole situation to sales manager mahesh, agm somayajulu and other higher authorities. Nobody has taken action. Its been one year we have no rc. Buying a car from true value is horrible and stressful experience. There are other true value customers facing similar issues. I want rc to be transffered asap and true value managers should be punished for their irresponsible behaviour towards customers. I am going to file a case against true value for not selling cars with good condition as claimed by them, not solving customer rc issue for one year and giving stressful experience to customer for with their irresponsible behaviour. Till now i have waited so patiently for solution but it seems unless we go to court it wont be resolved. True value will be closed down soon for what they have done to customers. Before i procced with police case and all i want to check with maruthi if it can help me with any solution. Thats why i am writing this mail. Please get back to us asap i[censored] have any solution and want to take any action on these issues happening at true value.

                            I purchased the alto800 car on dt.03rd march 2013 and after 5th year the whole body of my car is rusting with brownish on various points of body and damaged, i have since been complaint to concerned agency tara motors jalalabad but said agency ensured to me that we will send the circle engineer at your residence and he will make the report after inspection of the your car and the agency will forward the said report to company but nobody from the agency came at my residence, i asked to agency via phone, they replied we are unable to consider your complaint sorry and disconnected the call, i was very disappointed so i decided i will directly approach to company and requested to solve the matter as early as possible.                               There is a major problem in car seat beat while driving the product of maruti suzuki, if there is no safety for car driver while drive the maruti car so how they can sell there product in india.

                              It is clear that they are not concerning about the life of human being of india.

                              I am using the product (Car) of maruti suzuki and i purchased it 3 years back now the seat belt is not working of both side. Modern automibles which in ambala city they are not agree to change the seat belt of my car and it is warranty. If we are not using the seat belt so how we can say we are safe on roads while driving the product of maruti suzuki.

                              Now i request you please work on that thing so we can safe the human life in india.

                                I purchased the new dzire from pratham motors. It comes with reverse parking sensors. While reversing the vehicle reverse parking sensor didnot made any sound and my car hit a electric pole. I was expecting reverse parking sensor to make sound when noticing the electric pole in the back but it didn't made any sound.
                                When asked with pratham motors now they tell me there is no reverse parking sensor in center of the car, it is only on left and right side.
                                I was not given any demo of reverse parking sensor neither told about this when buying the car.

                                  I had met with accident in swift desire car, accident on 25/3/2018.But vehicle handover on 10/4/2018 to shivaji motors. Authorized service point. Till date vehicle not given, with out my prior notice vehicle sent Tirupati other showroom.
                                  Till now I had not received vehicle. I paid Vehicle toeing. 9000/-&30000/-paid.. Vehicle repair. But I had taken Nile Dip policy.

                                    I mr nilamadhab nayak had moved to jyotee motors service centre, bhubaneswar which is about 300 km from my place of residence for 3 rd service of my maruti ciaz vehicle & before that i had contacted to the service centre over telephone for booking for servicing & other minor works like stitching of the footmatress & repairing of some minor damage on the dicky portion of my vehicle which is within insurance term of my vehicle and regarding which i had got confirmation from the service centre that they told me please bring the vehicle to our centre then we solve the problems of the vehicle, but when i had reached the service centre after traveling a far distance, there was no response to me, no one was listening to me and also my request regarding booking for servicing of my vehicle and even also my repeated requests even minor problems of my vehicle was not solved, even if i had requested the manager in charge of the centre but could not respond to my request, still now the problems like the sound system problems, the minor damage on the dicky portion of the vehicle, which is within the insurance period till now not get resolved so i am totally mentally harassed and tortured and also suffered a huge monetarily loss. So i request kindly arrange to look into the matter and solve the issues of my vehicle.
                                    Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    My new acceess 125 matt blk .compny telling 62 milege but..i get in ecnomi speed only 35.what can i do sir...and tyre performane is very poor.i buy this scooter in 76000 my money is waste...my number is [protected]..compny should recllt this vehicle and give another vehichle...

                                      I bought my scooter on October 2017, the mileage that it gives is on average 25 kmpl, the company claims more than 60 kmpl but i should be getting atleast 45 kmpl, on every service i complain, they do tuning and adjust the rpm but the problem is not resolved, still getting 25 kmpl, i complaint on their website, they made me go to the service center for tuning but that too didnt help.
                                      Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have purchase suzuki gixxer in year 2015 from crown suzuki in vadodara.
                                        I wish to convey that from the past one year crown suzuki's service quality is not to the mark. This may be your first official written complaint regarding this showroom, but i wish to inform that i have seen several customers complaining about service to local showroom incharge.

                                        Following were the major issue i personally faced at this particular showroom

                                        1) no timely response : showroom opening time was 9 am but not a single person reported before 9.20 am which i consider as major drawback.
                                        2) root cause problems left undetected : i personally had gone to service centre as my bike was not able to maintain ignition under idle conditions, i was only able to ride bike under certain throttle level.in this case instead of solving the actual problem they increased idle setting of this bike which was not a opt solution for this problem.
                                        After receiving serviced bike, under idle conditions the bike clocked 3000 rpm and did not go below it. I could still mange to reach home that day but such settings may prove dangerous for regular riders.
                                        3) washing facility not available : during several of visits for service washing facility was not working. You may know that this certain motorcycle cannot be lubricated with oil as this needs to be lubricated with chain spray, but without washing facility this is method of lubrication is useless. So it means till next service i will have to drive without lubrication which spoiled my chain-set sooner than it is expected to work.

                                        I bought this bike considering the good product standards of suzuki. But, with such kind of service quality i am losing faith in suzuki service quality and will have to prefer any private service provider instead of preferring crown suzuki. Also, i may have to reconsider for any future purchases from suzuki. I know that such kind of complaints won't make any difference and it won't make any difference to suzuki whether i would or wouldn't be associated to suzuki in future. But, i least expect some change hence i am writing this mail.

                                        I purchased suziki access 125 cc from aryan motors, T cpalya signal, K R puram. they are not provided registration number its more than 12 days.dont purchase bike in this show room, one sales guy(mahammed) is waste fellow.
