Extremely unprofessional and unapproachable behavior from bimal auto agency, bangalore, banashankari branch.
Unfortunately i after evaluating several entry vehicle freezed on celerion x vxi (O) brown colour. And choose to go with bimal auto agency...
I booked the vehicle at end of july and gave one lakh advance, there started my problem at the initial level itself the sales representative changed his offer and increase by 6000/- from original but later after persuance his manager agreed and booked the order.
We we're promised delivery in two weeks or max last week of august, ideally had my birthday and wanted to gift my wife before third week..
Post that no communication and after follow up they said will revert, then finally they said order placed on maruti and vehicle would be despatch there on again no response even when we called the bimal customer relationship manager, standard response we will revert.
There in after continue follow up we were assured to get by 25 august, and then when no further information we again checked and then the new excuse maruti has no vehicle and order is not processed and so it's delayed but during the whole period bimal had a white color vehicle in stock which they kept pushing us to take, again same offer color choosen by us would not be available and we can take the white color, which we rejected..
Then now they say maruti cannot manufacturer our request colour but through another dealer they can arrange our original vehicle color, when we said fine and finally went to there showroom the prices have increased by 14000 although it's still an old purchase vehicle but all new prices
But worst was the extremely unapproachable and lack of interest on part if sales team and zero communication skill it look like u r doing a mistake buying vehicle
Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We don't get our car because of confusing procedures. As we booked our car through csd as my father was ex service man . He does all procedures they told us as we don't no the procedures we follow them blindly. But whenever we feel that ok now everything is done and we get our car but then they told us that we done something wrong we have to the process again.
We are just tired of all this .my father is senior citizen and he was suffering for this process from last two months.
Above all our EMI will be going to started from next month. Now please suggest me what to do now.
