There is a major problem in car seat beat while driving the product of maruti suzuki, if there is no safety for car driver while drive the maruti car so how they can sell there product in india.

It is clear that they are not concerning about the life of human being of india.

I am using the product (Car) of maruti suzuki and i purchased it 3 years back now the seat belt is not working of both side. Modern automibles which in ambala city they are not agree to change the seat belt of my car and it is warranty. If we are not using the seat belt so how we can say we are safe on roads while driving the product of maruti suzuki.

Now i request you please work on that thing so we can safe the human life in india.

    I purchased the new dzire from pratham motors. It comes with reverse parking sensors. While reversing the vehicle reverse parking sensor didnot made any sound and my car hit a electric pole. I was expecting reverse parking sensor to make sound when noticing the electric pole in the back but it didn't made any sound.
    When asked with pratham motors now they tell me there is no reverse parking sensor in center of the car, it is only on left and right side.
    I was not given any demo of reverse parking sensor neither told about this when buying the car.

      I had met with accident in swift desire car, accident on 25/3/2018.But vehicle handover on 10/4/2018 to shivaji motors. Authorized service point. Till date vehicle not given, with out my prior notice vehicle sent Tirupati other showroom.
      Till now I had not received vehicle. I paid Vehicle toeing. 9000/-&30000/-paid.. Vehicle repair. But I had taken Nile Dip policy.

        I mr nilamadhab nayak had moved to jyotee motors service centre, bhubaneswar which is about 300 km from my place of residence for 3 rd service of my maruti ciaz vehicle & before that i had contacted to the service centre over telephone for booking for servicing & other minor works like stitching of the footmatress & repairing of some minor damage on the dicky portion of my vehicle which is within insurance term of my vehicle and regarding which i had got confirmation from the service centre that they told me please bring the vehicle to our centre then we solve the problems of the vehicle, but when i had reached the service centre after traveling a far distance, there was no response to me, no one was listening to me and also my request regarding booking for servicing of my vehicle and even also my repeated requests even minor problems of my vehicle was not solved, even if i had requested the manager in charge of the centre but could not respond to my request, still now the problems like the sound system problems, the minor damage on the dicky portion of the vehicle, which is within the insurance period till now not get resolved so i am totally mentally harassed and tortured and also suffered a huge monetarily loss. So i request kindly arrange to look into the matter and solve the issues of my vehicle.

          I bought my scooter on October 2017, the mileage that it gives is on average 25 kmpl, the company claims more than 60 kmpl but i should be getting atleast 45 kmpl, on every service i complain, they do tuning and adjust the rpm but the problem is not resolved, still getting 25 kmpl, i complaint on their website, they made me go to the service center for tuning but that too didnt help.

            Dear sir,

            I have purchase suzuki gixxer in year 2015 from crown suzuki in vadodara.
            I wish to convey that from the past one year crown suzuki's service quality is not to the mark. This may be your first official written complaint regarding this showroom, but i wish to inform that i have seen several customers complaining about service to local showroom incharge.

            Following were the major issue i personally faced at this particular showroom

            1) no timely response : showroom opening time was 9 am but not a single person reported before 9.20 am which i consider as major drawback.
            2) root cause problems left undetected : i personally had gone to service centre as my bike was not able to maintain ignition under idle conditions, i was only able to ride bike under certain throttle level.in this case instead of solving the actual problem they increased idle setting of this bike which was not a opt solution for this problem.
            After receiving serviced bike, under idle conditions the bike clocked 3000 rpm and did not go below it. I could still mange to reach home that day but such settings may prove dangerous for regular riders.
            3) washing facility not available : during several of visits for service washing facility was not working. You may know that this certain motorcycle cannot be lubricated with oil as this needs to be lubricated with chain spray, but without washing facility this is method of lubrication is useless. So it means till next service i will have to drive without lubrication which spoiled my chain-set sooner than it is expected to work.

            I bought this bike considering the good product standards of suzuki. But, with such kind of service quality i am losing faith in suzuki service quality and will have to prefer any private service provider instead of preferring crown suzuki. Also, i may have to reconsider for any future purchases from suzuki. I know that such kind of complaints won't make any difference and it won't make any difference to suzuki whether i would or wouldn't be associated to suzuki in future. But, i least expect some change hence i am writing this mail.

              I sunil kellar had booked vitara brazza vehicle thru kalyani motors horamavu. They gave wrong commitment and made me to wait till today. When i had gone to make payment they told price is changed. I had to pay for wrong commitment of dealer. I cancelled booking and now not interested to buy maruthi vehicle at all due to lousy and pathetic dealer experience. I will educate my family members and friends not to buy maruthi vehicle either.

              If my experience before vehicle ownership is such what would be aftermath. Luckily iam saved

                While driving with in the speed limit between 35 to 40 km, while applied brake the brake is completely jammed and vehicle is continuously running and somehow managed and stopped, i had conveyed the information to the showroom (Valasarakkam) branch where i bought the vehicle few months back and self and my family very upset of this afterall 2000 kms only covered and first service done recently... This issue will leads to life death or major injuries can cause out of this issue and iam very clear not to continue with this vehicle anymore, as a procedure iam writing this information for replacing new premier segment such as s-cross or baleno etc but i don't need this same vehicle again this is absolutely manufacturers defect and may suit against maruthi because of this life danger issue.                   This is for your kind information that, my car - vitara brezza vdi, chasis no. Ma3nyfb1sjg412367, engine no. D13a-3357484, registration no. As02w7040, insured at maruti-new india insurence, purched on 30/07/2018᪆from r. D. Motors, nagaon, assam faced an accident when i drived from my nantive home at nagaon on 10/08/18 to my work place at dhubri with a normal speed on 4lane national highway on attack of a troop of stray dogs at rakhaldubi, bongaigaon. As one of them attecked from front side suddenly, threre was a colition with him and some minor injuries were there. I observed that some drops of coolant drained from the condenser.ac system was᪆ok᪆and no warning indicator appeared on display so, i immediately informed the nearest maruti suzuki dealer “bharati motors”, bongaigaon. As per their guidance i submitted my car to them and applied for a claim of insurenes along with necessary documents. On inspection of their senior technicians as well as me it was came to know that the condenser of coolant system, intercooler chamber, the garnish and the lower black grill got damaged. Everything other than those were ok.
                  Now the problem is that, they have been taking me a period of 45 days to replace the same for some “non availability of spares (!!!)” at the market.
                  I am in great problem as this is peak time of our college, as i reside far away from my institute and communication from my place to college is worst. Again, my old parents at nagaon are very much ill and frequently i have to go there to take care of them.
                  Therefore, i request you kindly to help me in this regard.

Again, the showroom authorities had allotted another vehicle number 5253 and again debited an amount of rs.2100. I requested them to refund one amount of rs.2100, but they are not responding properly and insulted me. This is to bring to your kind notice to resolve my problem, otherwise i will approach legally.                       Dear sir/madam,

                      This is to inform your goodself that today as on[protected] i visited your authorised service station (Peaks automobiles) at batengoo anantnag j&k in order to have a 2nd free service of my car (Baleno) but the type of service you are providing there, be it general check up of the vehicle, lubrication or washing is a pathetic service i have ever seen anywhere in j&k. And the arrogance of the employees there is as such they are bebearucrates. As soon as i reached home after the servicing/washing of my vehicle i opened the bonnet of my car i found the dust everywhere in and around the bonnet and other parts. The have just washed my car outside and nothing else, no polishing etc.

                      In addition, they charged me rs.415 for lubrication which they did in front of me for which i denied it to pay because they just sprayed the same lubricant to the windows only that too not completely.

                      Now i request your goodself to have serious look into the matter otherwise i will drag them into the court. I hope you will took the matter as most urgent.

                          It is to bring to your kind notice that, i purchase maruti swift vehicle in bangalore (January 2014 model)

                          6 month's back i noticed small bubbling at bottom edge of tailgate. Now it is getting rusted heavily. Herewith i am attaching photo of the same for your verification. I did not get any painting done on metal body so far.

                          It is a serious manufacturing defect and the rusting is likely to get spread full tailgate.

                          Please take immediate action set right the problem immediately.

                              Complaint: high-pressure pump failed.

                              Hi,
                              Its the second time this complaint arising to my vehicle. At first, i have asked the dealer and they said the high-pressure pump will cost me around 28000/-rs and they cannot provide me with the warranty (Not even the parts warranty). So i repaired the pump from bosch service and it cost me around 25000/-rs. But again after 6 months, the pump has failed. So this time i want to replace the pump from the authorized dealer. This time also the dealer is saying that they cannot provide the warranty. For a reputed firm like maruti, the pump failure is common and it is costing me a big burden and i cannot run the vehicle confidently. Kindly provide me with the pump under goodwill warranty as because i am servicing the vehicle only from an authorized dealer only (Check the history of the vehicle). For your information, i am using the fuel from only a reputed filling station and still, i am facing the problem. Kindly help me get out of this thing. Awaiting a favourable reply.

                                My bike is 10 months old. I had given for 5th service of my bike. Paid one.
                                They told some part needs to be changed and charged me 1300.
                                Now after service of my bike i am facing new problems. Petrol indicator not working. Chain issue.
                                Again i went service centre and reported he told it's fixed but still i am facing same issue.
                                Basaveshwara nagar service centre. Bangalore.
                                I get less time to follow up with this all.

                                    I have lost my ray-ban sunglasses during service of my brezza car hr26cx4842 on 23 july 2018 at auto vibes (Dingo four wheels) rewari (Haryana). I have informed the service centre manager mr sumit but they are not accepting & not even showing cctv footage. I have called mr abhijeet service head of north zone in maruti for ncr but he could also not help me. Please let me to recover my loss.

                                      ​hi team,

                                      I am sureshkumar g, i own a vehicle maruti ciaz the model 2018 february and registration number tn 77 j8586. I got the appoint for my car 2nd service from vishnu cars private limited, alandur, chennai on 7th august 2018. Maruti service centre sent the person/driver to pick my car from my home on 7th august 2018 morning around 9 am ist. While pick my car from my home, the driver hit my car in apartment pillar and car back pumper got damaged and the incident happened because of driver negligence. After the incident drive said it’s completely my fault and he will replace the damage from his side.

                                      Also, i have informed same incident with customer care manager. After the received the car from driver in service centre, works shop manger spoke to me regarding the damage and accept, they will do the replacement for the damaged back bumper in their own cost.

                                      After that i did not received any updates from service centre about my car delivery etc. I called to work shop manager on 10th august 2018, he did not pick my call. Immediately i called to customer care manager and asked the updates about my care status and they said check and give call back. But i did not receive any call from customer care manager or service centre.
                                      Again, i tried to reach work shop manager on 11th august 2018 and he picked the and said all works are done and ask me to visit service centre and verify the repair work. I went to service centre and checked my vehicle still pending with replacement of damaged back bumper. Again, i asked the work shop manager and he replied stating that, the body shop work will be completed tomorrow (12th august 2018) end of the day.
                                      After that i moved back to my home. Evening around 5.30 pm ist, i received the call from customer care manager, she asked me to accept the damage replacement from my side with claiming the vehicle insurance itself. Otherwise they will do only repair in the damaged part.

                                      I have attached the call conversation record for your references. Please check and do the needful.

                                      Note: it's completely driver fault, why i should suffer for this incident.

                                      Hi Team, Thanks for your kind support, The Maruti service centre Customer Support Manager spoke to me and said they will provide the replacement for damaged part with their own cost. Please consider this mail as my confirmation to close this complaints.

                                        I purchased my maruti suzuki vitara brezza [ldi].
                                        But d. D motors peeragarhi, new delhi. Make me fool by giving me a car without having any this mentioned in booklet of vitara brezza ldi.. They given us totally old model of this car.. Even chassis number of booking. & while they gives us is totally different please help me

                                        Palanpur tanu servic is not good i am long time wait 4 pm to 5 pm to not complat job card and not a good bihewiyear prajapatia and ahemad is not good man. tanu is not good servis
                                        The service done by the service center was not proper. They charged me the amount 12000 for it and yet it's not solved. They are saying to pay more. What should I do
