I purchased baleno (Zeta) in may 2016. From day one, i have two major problems with it. First was its poor visibility and second was poor pick-up. Before reaching to any conclusion i tested other baleno car having same model. There was a clear difference of pickup. When i complained about this, i was told that poor visibility is due to its design and can not be rectified. Two years and three services have been passed and nothing has been done to improve the pick-up. Every time assurance is given to rectify the same but all their assurance are good for nothing.in spite of this terrible experience, i recommended this car to my colleagues, relatives and friends; even to some strangers. But now i have given up my believe in maruti brand.
It happened for a reason. Recently on my complain, i got a call from service center followed by another call from chandigarh office. They assured that this time all problems will be resolved. So, i went to nexa karnal. I lost all hopes when their service attendent made an estimate of 8000 without asking weather it is a petrol variant or diesel. I corrected him. They did not stop here. To my surprise, they put all the blame on 3-d foot mat for poor pickup. So, i removed it and observed no difference during test drive. My service was due; therefore, i asked them to do service hoping for some improvement. I also instructed them to notify me for any change of parts. Again, they changed a few without telling me. I told them whenever my car is washed; there is always a leakage of mud from spoiler (Attached at the back of car top). Their untrained worker could not even open it, rather damaged it. My car was being treated as it is there for their training and practice. When i informed the service attendant, he didn’t responded rather smirked. At this point, i asked them to just do the service and return my car without washing. Then came the moment of day, last test drive and as expected i could not observed any difference in pick-up. But they are never out of excuses. Now, i was told that it might be due to some virus. I made the payment and returned back as i was not able to bear the sight of these irresponsible persons. No-one is accounted in these service centers. Even your feedback does not matter.in case of negative feedback with poor remarks, i suspect that they hide the feedback form.
For more transparent system, they should send you a scanned copy of your feedback form. I asked for the same after major service. However, my request was denied.
Today my colleague asked my reviews on baleno and i said don’t even consider this option.

    I am very much dipressed with after sale service of prakash auto... They are least bother about there customer.. They are helpless... M got stuck in the middle of the road, and those people are just completing the formality.. I am suffering from last 20 days... I am tired now, if they do not give me quick response than it will be a big news for maruti. I am very much frustrated now.. I never thought about maruti like this before.. But now this people are forcing me to go another way..

      The above car was given to maruti authorised workshop at murthal road for repairs after an accident on 13th july 2018 under maruti insurance. Body shop manager forcefully changed the head light even when it was not asked for by surveyor.

      Also during repairs they damaged rear bumper which when pointed out they did not change it. Also the painting and finishing job was done very poorly. I demand that all my above complaints are addressed to and rear bumper changed free of cost by them.

        Hello,
        My new Maruti Dzire amt is giving problems lately. My car is 8 months old and clocked 9000 kms. I am facing serious vibration issues during take off. It is happening very frequently now. Yesterday night July 20th while coming back home from office, my car got stuck in heavy traffic in Mumbai. The drive mode refused to engage gears and gear indicator was showing 2nd gear only and it was really hard to get the vehicle moving. Some how I managed to reach home by using manual mode as it was working fine. I already complained about the vibration issue during 2nd free service but it is still not resolved and now this new problem has emerged. Kindly assist.

        After 3rd service the car was running fine but now again after 1000 kms the same problem has re-occurred. Maruti doesn't have any soultion to this issue it seems.

          I have brought a maruti suzuki 800 1994 model for rs 23, 000 Kl 56 B 3574at quilandy, kozhikode seller told me vehivle is good condition and all paper are clear but my car is not working after 2 days and i call the seller and told him to return my money but he told me that he spend our money and seller told me he will repair my car so i agree and bring back my car to him after 3 days he call me and tell his mechanic repair all complaint and after 5 days my car is not starting and full of problems
          SIR/MADAM PLEASE TELL THE SELLER TO BRING BACK MY MONEY I WILL RETURN HIS CAR HE IS A CHEATER

            my self Diwank Bhardwaj has visited Maruti dealer ( fast track sector 63 noida) for my car swift repair and contact person Vivek chauhan - [protected] has attended me and taken responsibility of my car repairs, my car is standing at their service station from last 10days and regularly iam calling them to repair and mr vivek chauhan told every thing will be done do not worry but now he denied that work can not be done collect your car back now this type of service i was not expecting from no1 dealer in india.

Executive name . Saiyed mustufmiya and vishal vyas fraud with me of 21000 they both give me fake recpt of popular and continually make fool me we will back money but all commitment was wrong and even they not pickup my call.                     Dear Team,

                    This is with regards to one or the major manufacturing defect in my Vitara Brezza. I have purchased Vitara Brezza on the dated 29th May'17 from Bagga Link Patparganj. My all three free service has been completed but recently I observed that in heavy rainfall there is a huge leakage from the roof and waterlogging somewhere on the roof due to which whenever we press break or any uneven road entire water comes inside the car and damaging AC and Stereo.

                    That's a big fault in manufacturing, Kindly help me as Maruti Team is not responding at all.

                        Vehicle purchased in April 2012 from Sk Wheels Maruti showroom located in Navi Mumbai
                        just 18000 kms vehicle running and all 4 tyres are flat.
                        All 4 tyres are the original tyres provide by the maritu along with the vehicle.
                        Tyres are never replaced.
                        Reaching SK wheels they say tryes needs to be replaced.

                        Need to understand how even in 18000 kms running tyrs are gone.

                        Pl look into this matter urgently & provide a solution.

                          Sir,
                          I have purchased baleno in may 2018 this year from nexa Mira road (Paramount kashimira). Due to the engine filter placed at low level, when i drive the vehicle in rain, the rain water entered into the engine n vehicle stopped and engine voice changed. I think it is major manufacturering defect due to which water entered into the engine owing to level of the engine filter being very low. Today i have had to experience great difficulty and had stuck on the road could not reached my office. After that I called maruti assistance and they arranged towing to tow the vehicle to workshop in Mira road (penkatpada) Maruti should own its manufacturing defect and get the needful done so that its trusted customer may not have to experience difficulty in rainy season. And should also direct the Paramount workshop (penkarpada, Mira road) to repair the vehicle on company cost.
                          Hoping for best services from most trusted maruti suzuki.

                            Dear Sir,
                            My Car Wagon R, GA01 R 7122, was serviced on 05.07.2018 at Chowgule Industries Workshop, Mapusa. During the servicing the service adviser informed that the electrical work had to be done as horn and side lights were not functional. Also there were other routine servicing to be done and I had requested delivery end of the day.
                            Later on I was informed that there are other issues, like wheel bearing cylinder head cover gasket for which I told him to complete the possible things on the day and I can get the vehicle next week for the jobs to be completed.
                            I collected the vehicle in the evening, and found that the side lights were still not working and the horn which was repaired also was down by next day.
                            I did use the vehicle next two days i.e. until evening (7.00pm) of 07.07.2018 where in the vehicle budged to start. And ofcourse I was leaving my office at that time.
                            The vehicle was taken back to the Chowgule workshop at Taligaon and the service adviser told me that the alternator is not charging the battery because of wiring issue, and the battery has drained.
                            I got the car in the same condition to Mapusa Workshop, where I was informed that the alternator is having a problem and would cost another Rs. 5800/- Now I don't understand why customer should be charged for your mistakes.
                            We also run a business and we are sure that as per company policies of Maruti Industries, customer will not be charged for the fault on the part of the company.
                            The status as on date is my car is still down in the workshop, I am not able to use it, I have to reschedule all my appointments and losing business over here and I may be further penalized for a fault of the company.

                              I have Waganor model 2014 LXI CNG, I got my car serviced on dec-2017 at 48000 km and next service is due on 58000 km and currently it is running in 57000 km and suddenly engine got seized and when I get it check from maruti dealer, they are saying that water enter in the engine and hence seized and they are blaming me for the damage as their is no sign of misuse of car and all services are done in the agency itself
                              why customer has to face this? is this your design ?
                              please help me to get proper justification of the problem and provide me the solution and as agency wants me buy new engine\

                                Dear sir/Madam
                                This is continunation to my last complaint which was attended by Magic auto on 12.05.2018. I lodged complaint on above subject and magic auto ltd said to have set right the problem. After repair, 30 litres of petrol was filled and it got consumed giving 308 km. I again filled petrol of Rs.700 on 1.7.2018, about 9.2 litres. To-day petrol exhausted showing 92 km run. thus vehicle, alto lxi no. DL9CAM 7301 purchased on 10.4.2017, is giving about 9 to 10 km per one litre. I cannot afford such high consumption when petrol prices touching sky. Kindly get it properly repaired. I feel carburator or mechanism controlling fuel consumption may be better replaced to avoid further inconvinience to me. Kindly advise where I shall go for this job. In all 3 free servicings this complaint was lodged but problem was could not be rectified.

                                  I am having a Maruti ZEN Estilo Reg. No-GJ6 CB 6150of 2007 model. I always get my car serviced at your authorised service center "KATARIA AUTOMOBILES" located at Surat.

                                  Recently on 6th July, while travelling on Surat-Mumbai Highway the left hand front tire got completely damaged & I had to replace the tire in emergency. I lodged a complaint with Kataria Auot.. They checked the car and informed me that the front suspension needs to be replaced & the tire also got damaged due to the same.

                                  I got both the front suspensions last year & after that my car has been run for about 9000 Km only. For your information the original suspension were replaced after about 74000 Km so if compare both the situations it is very much clear that the quality of the parts supplied by your company is very poor. I have also observed the same while replacing wipers etc.

                                    The build quality of car is not good enough. You should improve the quality of material otherwise sales of car may decline. And now its up to you. As other car companies taking advantage of this thing they advice customer not to buy suzuki cars because of poor built quality so please take action on it.The bumper of car is so soft the metal of car is also very thin it gets dents easily.

                                      I have bought celerio from one up moters Alambah Lucknow on 18 Jun 18.The following issues need to be clarified / explained;
                                      1.Is it mandatory to get insurance done by same company as desired by owner other wise they will ensure problems.
                                      2 Extended warranty is forced other wise delibery will delayed at will of owner.
                                      3 Is purchase of Auto card mandatory I do not find any utility of same in place like Lucknow.
                                      I am ex service officer & has bought the car through CSD .The Amt of harrasment one has to face is too much since veh is through CSD & the do not there cuts they keep reminding u same.

                                        Hi Sir.
                                        My complaint about the week frame of Access 125 vehicle which I brought in 2010 the front fork broke. I was riding the bike and just stopped the bike I was shocked to see that the front fork broke and the front wheel came apart & the body went down.

                                        By God's grace it happened when I stopped the vehicle if it would have happened while moving my life would have been in risk.
