Dear sir,
I’m pramod gour ([protected]). I have bought a car new swift dezire from jeevan motors bhopal on 31st of july 2018. After some days it running like an old car. I have escalated this issue to the dealer. They said, clutch plates would be change. My question is, how u can change parts of the newly sold car. These means car was not ok or not properly tested by the company. May be in future some other parts will have same problem.. I felt they give me an refurbished car. I want car replacement. Please do the needful.

    I bought baleno delta in feb 2016. Till now i my car has completed 8500 km.

    Suddenly ac of my car stopped cooling.

    I took my car to sai service, andheri mumbai.

    Their service advisor told me that, they will first check what is the issue (For checking cost is 3900 rs) and then will give me a call for my confirmation to go ahead or no (If there is any part change or something else)
    I got a call same day evening that condenser of my car is damaged and it need to be replaced (Cost 4600)

    Query :
    1. I have not banged my car anywhere and car is just 2 year old (Approx. 8500 km), than how come my car condenser got damaged (As per my experience condenser get damaged only if car get banged from the front)
    2. Does this cost 8500 rs (Checking price – 3900 + part replaced cost 4600) justify ac issue.
    3. If condenser get damaged within 2 years without getting banged, than i think i got my car with faulty condenser in - built.

      Dear team, i have a swift vdi with registered no-hr 10u 5005 and using almost 7 cars of maruti in my family. I always prefer maruti service centers for any kind of servicing and other works. I never ever installed even a nut from local market and from a local technician. I have always serviced my car from maruti service centre. This time also on 26th july, there is problem in clutch of my car and visited jagmohan motors, sonipat to fix it. After checking by technician, it is found that clutch is damaged and needs to replace. So i ask the service agent mr manish to change the same. After some time, clutch plate was replaced and service agent handover the car to me after paid the amount. But when i start driving the car after taking delivery, again i feel that there is huge vibration in clutch peddle and car. So again i go back to service centre and told the problem to mr manish. Then i came to know that one part of clutch is also faulty and needs to replace. Then again the another part also changed and again vehicle handover to me on same day by evening. But when again started driving the car till my home; again the same problem persist means vibration while operating the clutch. Also gear shifting is not smooth spl reverse and 3rd gear.
      Secondly when i started driving car after this part replace, receiving noise from front left side suspension from where technician remove the tyre and open suspension part while replacing the clutch plate. So i park my car at my home and stop driving the same from the same day. I use my another car for whole week.
      Then i again visited jagmohan motors on 4th aug to resolve the old problem and report the new problem as well. And show them the suspension problem. Then mr manish told me that stearing is faulty of your car and needs to replace. I really shocked to hear that suddenly how come the stearing is faulty where as not got any problem before this clutch plate replacement.
      Same issue i have report to the workshop manager mr bhagwan sahai but his attitude also strange on me. He is totally a mad man even not have basic etiquette to handle a customer and even how to talk with a customer.

      This is all happened due to totally untrained technician who was working on my car. First time clutch plate was also replaced by 3 attempts which still not works properly and after that this suspension problem. There are totally untrained and unprofessional manpower working at jagmohan motors, sonipat who doesn’t care about customer and his problem. They are just there to hide own mistakes and blame the same on customer.

        I have purchased s-cross zeta version car at nexa palace at bangalore on 28/08/2017,
        From the date of purchase observed that there is a problem in the audio system and speaker sound delivery problem and complained service dealer m/s mandovi motors pvt ltd bangalore.
        Till today i have not resolution fro the service dealer or from the manufacturing company m/s maruti suzuki india in spite several discussions and complaint to customer care dept. And e mails to concerned departments
        Please look in to this and resolve my issue as a premier brand customer i expect every in the product should be perfect to meet the customer needs.

            This could be more of a generic complaint. We normally see cars driving in water upto 1-2 feet and there is possible issue of engine damage due to water. My ciaz, our based on 31 dec 2016, was parked and due to rain there was almost 1-2 feet water. When i opened the doors of car it was filled with water upto 3 inches. How come this is possible. Is this some manufacturing defect?

              This is anurag chauhan. I am very much dis-satisy by my car due to which i am suffering on daily basis. My vehicle registration no - up-14-df-1666 (Wagon-r-lxi). I also want to inform you that my car is only 1 year old and it seems like that it is 10 years old car. I requested many times to your service centers but my issue never solved yet. For your kind information, i will never suggest any of my family members, friends as well as my relatives that not to purchase the wagon-r car of your company name maruti suzuki because i dont want any other to struggle like me. I had lot of faith on your company even on the car like wagon-r but now-onwards i will never trust on any of your car as well as on your big brand name maruti suzuki.

              In last, i request you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.. And i am expecting a positive response from your end.

                I have paid rs.95000/- to m/s. Aniksha motors, mettupalayam on[protected] and[protected] for purchase of suzuki gixxer motor cycle (Onroad price). He told delivery within one week. But the motor bike was given on[protected] without temporary registration. As on date they are not doing the registration formalities. I am unable to use the bike. The bike is idle in my house. Many times, i have contacted the dealer /manager mr. Rajesh. He is telling only lie. Not doing any help to the customer. I am really fed up with the purchase of this suzuki gixxer motor bike. It is a bitter experience for me. Kindly do the needful.
                Not responding in the show room in service and spares in too vary vary late

                  I am having a new car 1.5 year old and before the time of service we found that the car oil is very much black. And the service was done at nanda automobile gandhinagar. With car no dl08cap7107 and mobile no. [protected].

                  Previously also i found a problem in my car when i gave my car for repairing they didnt align my cars headlights properly. They are always at high beam.
                  Please resolve my problem coz these problems are very risky at night time.

                    Sir i have a maruti swift dezire car in which the enzine bonut is totally destroyed and dicky lock also dead i complained to bhatia and company and handover the car as on dated[protected] to bhatia and company dakania road kota rajasthan but after 8 days they make me fool by telling bonut is not available in the company it will take at least 2-3 months and they hand over back the car to me, so this is not good behavior of the company if your company don't take any action immediately than i will take a legal action against the company and your company will be liable for all kind of expenses related to the same.

                      My vehicle number bearing registration number ka05mw3826 which was delivered on 24/10/2017 by nexa dealer jayanagar, bangalore. The issue started with the brake noise when the vehicle reached 250kms. The service guy's informed it's due to the dust, rain and so on. It's a whistle like sound comes while applying brakes and also on reverse. The vehicle was taken to workshops 4-5 times and the issue is not solved.
                      This is highly dissatisfaction to the customer who has paid 10lakh to the car.
                      I am shocked that the techinicians are not able to rectify the issue and a poor quality of service. I am feeling like u people have cheated and delivered me a second hand vehicle by taking 10 lakhs rupees.
                      Worst vehicle ever seen.
                      I want this issue to be rectified with immediate effect.

                        Dear maruti team,
                        I have purchased s-cross zeta from mandovi motors pvt ltd nexa out let nexa palace bangalore delivery on 28/08/207.
                        From the day of purchase and during my stipulated service visit to mandovi service complained about my audio stem problem as its irritating while listening to the music at 50% audio level itself, there is no proper response got from the service provider or from maruti team in spite several follow-ups
                        Now finally the maruti team analysed the issue sitting at office and declared that its limitation of the product specification and its persistent in all the s-cross vehicle nothing can be done [as per the factory feed back its not a problem{audio recording of telephonic discussion and mail communication available with me]
                        As premium product marketing in a hi fi show rooms providing this type sub - standard, fittings by collecting premium cost from customer is cheating the customer is not acceptable.
                        Please do the needful support to resolve the issue on prioity

                          I had purchased swift dzire vxi amt car on 27/06/2018 (30/06/2018) for rs 8, 53, 974 including accessories from fortpoint automotive (Cars) pvt. Ltd, ghodbunder road, thane (W). I paid for a rear view camera with central mirror screen which the dealer has not provided till date.
                          The dealer is now dillydallying for the provision. I had sent an email to mr dadheech area manager of maruti suzuki but to no avail. He appears to be glove in hand with the dealer.
                          Now should i think that the maruti suzuki does not own any responsibility on behalf of dealers who can act arbitrarily and the company is interested to sell their product by hook or crook.
                          Do you not think that one month is enough time to wait.

                            I had purchased a new maruti car from rohan moters, sector - 5, noida, two months back. From the first day car's gear stuck while shifting. At the time of new car handover they told me that it will fix after car running.in the first service i again shared the same problem and than again they told me to run the car till second service, after second service again problem was same, i have already complaint two times in maruti but there are no resolution instead they are trying to push us to accept the defective car. Please help us.
                            I need new car or refund my whole money that is invested in the car.

                            Rohan moters call me to check the car and consumed lots of my time third time but problem is still not resolved and they are forcing us to accept the defective car they pressurised us that is not good for the goodwill for MARUTI SUZUKI. We have given money for a new car not a second hand or B grade car. Please help us.

                              1. I have purchased dzire zxi+ from audi maruti ltd bikaner. And got delivery of same on
                              19 july 18 (Physically), on paper it's showing
                              12 july 18.
                              2. After few days and also few kms of running, i heard some abnormal noice came from right side front wheel soccer area. To ascertain the same, i have applied some pressure with my right hand upon top of the bonnet area and got the sound. Presently sound not coming the area but after few kms running, sound again audible
                              3. After that i became shocked to see the deep pressing mark on the bonnet of my new dzir.
                              4. Today on 30 jul 8, i came at service stn audi motors. Service engineer told me sir apne jyada daba diya hoga. The same conversation, i have passed to one of the sales manager mr. Surendra rajput but i got no help from his side.
                              5. Now, could u maruti guys tell me how much pressure i have in my hand. Either i am some powerfull guys with extraordinary capabilities.
                              6. This is the quality of new light weight dzire. How it's happen. I couldn't understand. Plz tell me...

                              Dzire VDI AGS car purchased in11/2017. From second service onwards getting noise from the front brakes when applied break peddle. I am clearly getting big vibrations from the break peddal.

                                I had buy maruti suzuki alto k10 before 4-5 months ago, on my bad luck i got accident at patan, after at all i visited starline show room (Patn-384265) from where i had bought car, at that time they asked me to you must go to mehsana-gujarat for repairing and other related services even at all my father visited at there and what the misbehave by their employee, they told to my dad if you had buy this car from patan then you are coming here for repairing this car here.

                                I want to just ask to maruti suzuki head office that "agar mera accident koi dusri jagah hua hota to kya muje mene jis jagah se gaadi li thi waha jana chaie or nearby maruti show room me jana chaie."

                                This is very disappointed which i never expected from maruti suzuki.

                                When i havent car at that time too much call getting from these budies and now thier reaction are totally different.

                                  I got my wagon r vxi serviced at dd motors peeragarhi new delhi on 03 april 18. Next day engine got heated up. Informed the service center. Mechanic visited & said no problem in vehicle. Next day again heated up. Vehicle was shown to dealer on 03 jun. They said that radiator needs change. Today vehicle indicator of emmission controle system is blinking. This is the quality of service provided by your centers is not understood. Every service/repair good amount of money was charged. Vehicle total run is only 4957 km. What is next?

                                    I have my Maruti Swift Dezire VDI ( TN19M-7133) Purchased on 22/04/2014 get sudden clutch failure while driving on 13/01/2018, Then replaced the clutch plate by Sai Service Pvt Ltd (Dealer code -1901-AB-04) wagholi, Pune at 66k running.

                                    Again the same episode of sudden clutch failure happened on 25th july-2018 night, Immediately vehicle sent to Wonder car, Bhosari pune .Then again they said clutch pate has to replace.

                                    My 11.5 lakh car is in the service station for the last 4 months, in 1500kms 27 spares changed, its an erratic car, please replace me a new one and I need my claim charges, no response from irresponsible ganesh Cars vellore, no reply, they say they didn't service it properly, , car has visited the service station for nearly 7times, my car number is TN73 P 0345, service supervisor says he has changed spares free of cost, , but why should a new car be replaced by 27 spares, , I have filed to consumer court, , , I need my charges, either I will go to press with full evidence, please solve this or face the consequences, , I will go within a day or two, enough is enough, , I with my family have lost peace after this erratic car, , , and suffering from mental agony, , , , ,

                                      I have booked a maruti breeza model zdi plus (Grey colour) on 25 june 2018 at pathankot vehicledes pvt ltd with booking amount of rs 11000/- against booking number sob18000850 with csd facility being ex serviceman and was assured that i will get delivery of vehicle before 2/8/2018 as my sons marriage is on that day. Now your dealer is making excuses and telling to take red colour car which i don't want stating grey colour will be delayed by 15-20 days, this delay is not acceptable, i am ready to take white colour before 2/8/2018
                                      Please look into this matter and get me car delivered on time non delivery of car will dampen our marriage happiness
