annoying repeated calls from insurance branch

My family and I have been getting repeated calls from your Kolkata insurance desk, +[protected]. While I mentioned I can take care of my payment and I don't need their reminders, the lady and others staff from same desk are kept on calling and bothering me. I am facing lot of issues during client meetings fue to this during peak hours and my old parents are also facing botheration due to this repeated annoying behaviour. Please stop calling...

On 8th April I 2018 Purchased Maruti Alto 800 from one of your showroomsite Located in Handwara .Till date I e 6th July I haven't received neither RC nor registration number of my car which creates a lot of problems for me as I az m unable to venture out in my car . So your kind self is requested to look into the matter .

    I had engine seized in January 2018 and my motorcycle is in under warranty. I took it to the service center in Noida sector 63. They resolved the issue and gave it to me. After almost 6 months the same problem appeared on my bike but this time more worst. The bike stopped on road at 75 KMPH and a car was about to kill me but I saved by god grace. This time situation was very unfair. I had to drag it to the service center for 5 KM. That day (26th June 2018 ) the service center was closed. I am not fit and suffering from a spinal injury. I took the bike to my office 2 km again and after confirmation of repairing from them, I took it to them again on 28th morning. They said it will take one and a half month to fix due to company shut down process. I called to customer care to confirm and they said its a wrong information given by the service center. Now after a week, they are saying to take the bike away from their service center and get it fixed from somewhere else. This is ridiculous please do needful.

    Got the call from SR Suzuki & said will take bike themselves. He asked me to handover jobcard. But in service center they said take the bike myself to another service center. They were taking very rudely. why they say differently on phone. This will be the last.
    Dear sir my new bike purchase in March Suzuki intruder this problem is oil leakages and apex Suzuki service center Lucknow complain than unhone bola ki aap jaha se liye ho bike whi se karwaiye aap ka yaha Hm Kuch nhi karege.. Unhone mana Kar Diya this is very bad service Suzuki

      Please help! I was given a classy treatment at wonder car service point chinchwad when i serviced my car for 20, 000 km, well trained advisor vaibhav.

      Later, for 40000 km i received a call from pune camp wonder car division, stating it needs filter change and 40, 000 km servicing. With agreeing to service it under 40, 000 kms the car was taken at 11 am on saturday and then returned at 4pm same day stating the car doesnt need any servicing and was billed 2880.

      Soon the next very month i received a call from the same front desk executive for servicing the car for 40000 kms, when confronted, she first hung up the phone and then when i asked for an escalation, i was told a reporting sr. Manager would call. Its been 2 weeks no one ever called or addressed my concern. When ever, i call for help, i am been transferred from one extn to another and then hung up.

      Please can someone help, i need to service my vehicle for 40000 kms but not with the camp division and i really need help here.

        I own a maruti suzuki ertiga zdi model purchased during july, 2013

        The problem i am facing is of shifting the gear from 3rd to 2nd which
        Does not get engaged and only my first, 3rd, 4th, top and reverse are
        Getting engaged. However, i have not taken the vehicle to an authorised
        Msil service centre but i sincerely feel that since this issue is persistent with the ertiga the company should come forth and offer free of service to all of its customers facing same or similar issue at least as a remedy and value the interest of the customer.

          In bimal maruti service station kanakapura road, bangalore they have their own service plans. Like pay rs.11000+ and get free for oil and some labour. So i took that plan, after that i saw difference between paid service and this type of service plans. They took for service on[protected] and same day evening they delivered. But vehicle looks like they have not done anything except wheel alignment, because it is paid. Next day morning i called them and asked above this incident, but they said they have done everything (All types of oil change, coolant). On[protected] i went to my friends maruti garage to check whether they have done oil changes and all, but my friend check the vehicle and he said they have not changed any oils.in four services i have faced problems with this service station. So i think this is directly they are cheating the people.

            We bought Baleno Aplpha 1.2 Petrol on 27 OCTOBER 2017 from VARUN NEXA - VISAKHAPATNAM Dealer with Registration Id as AP31 ED 1590 owner Mr Ravindra Pal Singh.
            At the the time of purchase was told its a top end model with Alloy wheels and stepney included with many other features. But the relationship manager didn’t tell us or took time to show that the stepney included is not Alloy rather its a Steel Rim Type. Which i discovered after one month when the front wheel got punctured.
            I brought this issue to the General Manager Mr Srikanth and Quality manager Mr Samuel about why there was a Steel Rim stepney of R15 size when all the 4 Alloy wheels are R16 size and it looks very odd and have speed restriction of 80kmph. It wasn’t acceptable when i have bought a top end model. And moreover there is no information included about the stepney size and material in the brochures. Upon which i was told the information about stepney size and material is included in the Car Instuction Manual. Does that mean one should read the whole manual than think of buying a car, Then i would suggest you should hand over the Manuals as soon the customer visits your store instead of brochures. They assured me that they will escalate my issue to the higher authority and get back to me.
            I was expecting a positive solution but no I didn’t hear any reply of my mail about the different size of stepney.
            I tried to contact the Nexa customer care and followed with GM and Quality Manager personally but nothing worked.
            I was also told this steel rim is included for the safety aspect as when in use the driver would get the actual punctured tyre repaired soon instead of running on stepney. But this option should be left on the customer when they are buying the car.

            Its been quite a long time and i haven’t got any solution to this issue. Am not satisfied even after going for the top end model and their service and request your support for the same.

              I have logged a complaint - [protected] on 19/06/18 which was closed without even notifying me. This is a new complaint. Please find the below details of the issue.

              On 17/0/18 i had done service of my alto k10 (Wb12b9892) at dewar's taratala worskhop, kolkata. Driver - upendra ([protected]) did pick up and i went for service and my car was totally ok. Special check up (42 pinots) and wheel alignment...

              I am having a baleno bearing regn. No. Od 05 ad 5788 in favour of bikash prasad sahoo. During 2nd free service on 2nd june, 2018 (At sky automobiles, bhubaneswar) the vehicle was not properly washed. Hence, later, i was called from the workshop for a wash. While the vehicle reached at the workshop it was detected that the navigation chip was missing. I don't have knowledge about the chip. It is presume that the chip was removed at the first instance of 2nd servicing.in view of the above, the navigation chip may please be installed free of cost, without further delay.                 What a poor service centre! Absolutely hopeless owned by cheaters. Bhatia and company, kota is zero on 10. We sent our car for routine servicing and after the service the central lock stopped working. Then after complaining for many times, they took rs.240/- and replaced the lock. They took the charges for the lock which was functional before the service. We paid for the part which was not asked to repair during the service. Bhatia and company's service centre is the poorest of all the service centres ever allotted by maruti suzuki ltd. We ate highly dissatisfied. And this is not the first time, it has happened each time that the service centre created some problem in the car which wasn't there prior the service and then we had to pay without our mistake. They don't even fix the original parts. They use pirated parts in the name of maruti. The siren of my car is going on, making noise in the middle of the road at this time. Shame of bhatia and company.

                Very poor service by Bhatia and company, kota. We sent the car for repairing the central lock which stopped working due to the poor service. Now the tape of the swift dzire stopped working and water was leaking from the music system and the air conditioner of the car CC0894. How can the a.c. and the tape leak when the problem was to change the central lock of the car.
                The car has been taken back by the executive which is causing a lot of inconvenience. Very bad service providers by some authentic maruti service centres.

                  I have purchased a swift car of your reputed company.. Since early there was a complaint in brake system.in first servivice i complaint regarding this.. Then the company recalled the car for chaning brake kit...2 days back i visit for the second service... Compaining again about the brake system.. But after service i again found this complaint... Yesterday when i was travelling in the hills side o[censored]ttrakhand.. I found the rocks are falling down 10-15 meters ahead then my cars but when i used brake of my car first time it was completely failed.. Second time the car took the brake but till then 2-3 big rocks hit the roof of my car causing the daint in it.. Kindly look into the matter

                      I'm lakshmi n p booked new swift lxi white colour on 24/05/2018 in friendly motors lakshmipuram mysore. I had spoken with executive, team leader and sales manager about my vehicle delivery still they are not informing about delivery date and the executive shown me the vehicle has been alerted to you and you will get it on 25/06/2018 still they didn't delivered the vehicle. And my colleague mr. Sanoop also booked same variant and colour on 01/06/2018 and he got vehicle delivered on 25/06/2018. How could they can give vehicle for him and why couldn't for me.

                        My baleno (Sigma model petrol) with engine no. K12mn7152767, chasis no mbhewb22shk182988 broken down on road today as it was raining heavyly.

                        I called maruti 24*7 service and they took my car to service station, as they were unable to start my car there and then.

                        I purhased this car in nov'17 and distace covered since new is only 20742 kms.

                        This sudden breakage of new car is really very depressing.

                          On (14 june-18) i purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership (Maruti vitara breezza – zdi, reg no - ap37dk2927, engine no - di3a-5656747
                          Chassis no - ma3nyfbisje390881).

                          the full payment was made on 13th june -18,
                          On the same day unfortunately, the vehicle registration is completed without any consent from end.
                          On 14th june -18 we reached show room to receive the vehicle, and inform the management about fancy number registration.

                          1) why registration taken place with out notice.

                          2) we have asked for fancy number & waiting for registration.

                          3) on 13th registration completed - ap37dk2927 why temp registration number updated on 14th june – 18 when registered number generated.

                          4) all these were tantamount to fraud.

                          5) my request – we require the fancy number which we opted for, so please cancel the registration number provided by you by mistake and which is not required and arrange the new registration number which we need as we have discussed about the fancy number before the purchase.

                          I would appreciate it if you could organize a tentative date as i have kept the receipts as proof).

                          I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the issue is not satisfactorily resolved by (Date),

                          i will consider taking further action to address the complaint either through the department of commerce & in the court of law.

                            Sir,
                            I had purchased a maruti alto on 17 apr 2017 from varun motors vishakhapattinam. While transporting on road it met with an accident near nandigram andhra on 19 apr 17. The car was admited to the maruti dealer at berhamur sky automobiles on 24 or 25 apr. The car was kept with them for repairs till feb 2018. It was delivered there after to me at cuttack. After few days there was starting problem. On checking it was found the car is fitted with an old exide battery. T he manual mentions a different battery and different number. Ihave been complaining since then but n action is taken. U r requested to investigate and issue a new battery immediately. The car number at the time of admission was ap31tr7735.

                              With reference to the above i would like to inform you that i had delivered the vehicle as 01 gc 3777 for servicing with prior appointment dated 23rd june, 2018 and the same was received and allotted to one service advisor mr. Baishya cell no : [protected] and after test drive of the vehicle the service advisor called me to inform about the expenses and works to be done and gave a maximum budget of rs.12000.00 (Rupees twelve thousand only) as mentioned in the job card too, and he also told me if anything extra arises he will inform me for approval. On the same day i. E. :23rd june, in the evening at around 5 to 6 p. M i called him to enquire about the delivery status of my vehicle and he promised me that he would call me back but which never happened. Next day on 24th june, 2018 in the evening he called me to inform that, the vehicle is ready for delivery and when enquired about the bill he informed me that its around rs.27462.00 (Rupees twenty seven thousand four hundred sixty only)
                              And when enquired how come the estimated budget increased he told me that he had to do some extra works for suspension and other things, and when i demanded why didn’t you call me to take my permission he told me that he didn’t have my cell no which is really very surprising and unethical.
                              Now i request you kindly to take stern action against the concerned person and do the needful to deliver my vehicle immediately. As its a commercial vehicle i will make loss each passing day.

                                Dear sir,
                                with reference to my booking invoice no sob18000090 with customer id no-[protected], i wish to state that i booked my maruti dzire vxi on 24/05/2018 with rajalakshmi cars private ltd, dr r. K. Salai, mylapore, chennai by paying an advance payment of rs 10, 000the executive named ranjeet told me there that since dzire vxi is on high demand, it will take 30 to 40 days for the delivery. I agreed to him and he committed to me with his own words the delivery on 29/06/2018. Few days later, he asked me for full payment long back before delivery. He pressurized me again and gain for earlier full payment before delivery. Every time, i met him in the showroom, there was a plethora of changed statements which led me to go through a nightmare. He would give false excuses to convince me for earlier payment. Once he (Ranjeet) said that "since your car is in transit, so i have to do earlier payment". There were many more false excuses other than this.in the very first instant at the time of booking, i denied him for any transit car. But he kept on pressurizing me for it. Sometime he said"car is coming from gurgaon" and sometimes he said "car is here only". He left me in a pool of distrust, confusion and utter doubts. On 23/06/2018, he asked me to come to showroom to see the car. Now when i reached there, the car odi meter reading shows 131 km already driven which made me highly disturbed and disappointed. He again tried to give false excuses by saying that all new cars come with odi meter rading 130 km and above. I the contacted sr. Sales manager mr c. Muthuselvan. He also tried to convince me with the same excuses. I checked with many other dealers of this area, everyone saying that a new car comes with not more that one dight odi meter reading. As of i know, only demo and test drive cars have this much of reading, i have cancelled my booking with the sr. Sales manager c. Muthuselvan. I am made to go through a plight which i never expected from maruti dealership. I have faith in maruti suzuki, i request you to kindly refund the advance amount rs 10, 000/- completely to me so i can proceed for purchase of my car from any other trusted dealer. I am enclosing herewith requited booking documents

                                  I purchased breeza last year in june l am facing problem related to closing of front door left side i got two of my free service at that time also i told about this problem but it's not resolved. Today i came for third servicing i told about this but to my surprise i got reply that breeza is having this problem and you have to close door forcibly always.

                                    I have purchased a brand new celerio amt full option vehicle from indus motors, thevara, ernakulam, kerala, india on 31/12/2016, having reg: no: kl-02-az - 9023 and have done 21200km and the periodical service were done promptly and the 4thservice (21000km) on 30/05/2018
                                    Usually myself along with my family (Consists of two female children aged 9 &7 and my husband) have travelled to my family house located in attingal, thiruvananthapuram district which is 200 km away from my temporary residence, in my car. The purchase of the said car is mainly for the above said purpose
                                    I have done the periodical service without any default. After the service on 30/05/2018, when i drove the car, the said vehicle was abruptly stopped with a loud noise and gear shifted to neutral position and after a lapse of few seconds, the car was moved but with a lot of sound. The said compliant was repeated thrice. Each occasion i was excaped from accidents.in order to find out the malfunction and to rectify, i have again visited the indus motors, thevara on 11/06/2018 and surrendered my car for rectification. But the service personal of said centre has intimated on 12/06/2018 the experts has been checked, there is no need to worry and there is no problem. But again the same malfunction was repeated and again i visited to service centre and detailed the bitter experience but they made me to beleive that there is no need to worry and after some days the vehicle will be ready if i use the said car. Being believed the assurances of the service personal of indus thevara, i decided to travel with family to my house at attingal and thereby on 15/06/2018. I have driven the said car through ernakulam - attingal nh 66, in a moderate speed, when i reached at harippad, the said car has been suddenly stopped without any warning signs in the said nh66. Sudden and unexpected mishap was avoided by god’s grace and when i regain from my mental shock, after some time, i contacted the maruti helpline and technician has came to the scene and opined that malfunction was due to amt and that is to be replaced and it will take 20 days and my car was taken by the maruti assistant, indus service station, kayamkulam. There after i have hired a taxi and reached my destination in the late hours of night. Due to the incident i have undone severe mental shock and trauma. If any untoward incident happened my entire family will exterminated. The mental shock and trauma experience by me and my family members cannot be compensated in terms of money.
                                    I am really fed up with the malfunctioning of my new celerio car and i am least interested to proceed with this vehicle. So your good self may take immediate steps to allocate a new vehicle.in order to compensate the mental shock and trauma experienced by me and the family members
