महोदय,
मैंने गत वर्ष दिनांक 25/07/2017 को मारुति की celerio zxi कार mp 13 cb 9297, रुक्मणी मोटर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड उज्जैन मध्यप्रदेश से खरीदी थी। कार लेते वक्त मुझसे कई वादे किए गए थे। कार का invoice मुझे दिया गया, जिसमें मेरे द्वारा रुक्मणी मोटर्स उज्जैन को सभी तरह के करों मिलाकर कुल 5, 34, 737/- रुपये का भुगतान किया गया। परंतु शोरूम प्रबंधन की धोखाधड़ी बाद में पकड़ में आई। यह इस प्रकार है:-

1. मैंने जब बिल देखा तब पता चला कि मेरे बिल का कुल योग 5, 29, 737/- हुआ है, परंतु शोरूम में sales manager श्री राजेश चौधरी और एग्जीक्यूटिव श्री आशीष पंडित ने मुझे 5, 34, 737/- का बिल थमा दिया। (बिल की कॉपी संलग्न की है, बिल का योग 5, 29, 737/- हो रहा है, लेकिन इन्होंने इस कीमत की जगह 5, 34, 737/- लिखकर दे दिया, और इतनी ही रकम मुझसे ले ली।)। यानी कि धोखे से 5000/- ज्यादा लिए।

2. जिस कार को मैंने खरीदा है, उस कार पर ex-showroom price का 7 प्रतिशत तथा 1875/- r. T. O को टैक्स के रूप में देना होता है। अतः मेरी कार mp 13 cb 9297 का rto टैक्स 33745.16/- होना था, लेकिन शोरूम ने मुझसे 39620/- रुपया वसूला। यानी कि शोरूम ने मुझसे धोखे से 5874.84/- रुपया rto के नाम पर झूठा वसूल किया।

3. कार की dealing के वक्त एग्जीक्यूटिव आशीष पंडित ने 15000 रुपए की फ्री mga एक्सेसरी देने का वादा किया था, जिसका कस्टमर डोकेट में विवरण है। परंतु। इन्होंने अपने सेल्स मैनेजर के साथ मिलकर बिल में फ्री एक्सेसरी के लिए भी 11, 500/- रुपए मुझसे धोखाधड़ीवश लिए।

ऊपर तीनों का योग किया जाए तो 5000+5874.84+11500 = 22374.84 रुपया इन्होंने मुझसे ज्यादा वसूल किया है। मेरे द्वारा कई बार इंसबगी से संपर्क किया गया परंतु रुक्मणी मोटर्स उज्जैन द्वारा इस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं कि गयी और मेरी मेहनत की कमाई को इन लोगों द्वारा धोखे से लिया गया है।

मैं इस mail के साथ इनवॉइस की कॉपी भी भेज रहा हूँ, कृपया आप इन मे लिखे सभी चीजों का जोड़ कीजिये। आपको इन लोगों के द्वारा की गयी। धोखाधड़ी समझ आ जायेगी।

कृपया रुक्मणी मोटर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड उज्जैन के संचालक, प्रबंधक, सेल्स प्रबंधक राजेश चौधरी, एग्जीक्यूटिव आशीष पंडित पर कड़ी से कड़ी दंडनात्मक कार्यवाही की जाये तथा इन्हें पदमुक्त किया जाए। ये लोग पद पर रहकर हम जैसे ग्राहकों से धोखाधड़ी करते हैं, और हमसे हमारी मेहनत की कमाई छीना करते हैं।

मेरी सुनवाई कहीं भी नहीं हो रही है, मेरे साथ धोखा हुआ है। मुझे अपने ₹ 22374.84/- वापस दिलवाने का कष्ट कीजिये।

मैंने अभी दो दिन पहले दिनांक 29 मई 2018 को मारुति की dzire zxi+ ags कार खरीदी है, उसमे भी श्री आशीष पंडित द्वारा मेरे साथ इसी तरह की धोखाधड़ी की गयी है।

    I am nirmal pandey s/o shiv shankar pandey. On (03 may 2017) i purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership (D. D. Motors peeragarhi) model name - maruti swift lxi, vehicle no.- dl4cax4551 with white colour. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because new car after three month colour fade problem i have faced by yellowness has come in the car. The compliant i had done in d. D. Motors, services provider, customer services manager, and other senior person but did not take any action for solving my problems.

      Sir/madam
      I am dr, seeniammal from tamil nadu(tirunelveli district).I am
      the regular customer of maruti cars for the past 10 years.I was using
      maruti 800 from year 2008.Good car, good service from company .I was
      impressed &decided to take new car from maruti company.I have
      purchased new swift dezire(TN 76 AB 9141) during the year 2015.I was
      doing my car's regular service at tenkasi service station. I felt
      inconvenient there so i am doing my car service to my near maruti
      authorised service station regularly.
      i went kochin by my car on 16.5.2018.Next
      morning i am not able to start my car because of mechanical
      defect..My car was taken to nearby maruti authorised service station
      padivattom, kochin.They told that there is a problem in diesel
      injector&was told to wait for 1 day.so i came to my native place by
      bus. Next day i talk to them through phone, they told there is no use
      in changing injector, you have to do engine work.so we went there there
      to bring my vehicleTthey changed the injector and gave the bill for
      Rs .15000.They didnt tell about the running condition of my car.When
      we went my car was under running condition.
      My queries are
      1, They told that there is no use in changing
      injector, why they changed?
      2.My car is in the warranty period only Why they gave the bill.
      3.They didnt tell the the option about service of
      injector and reuse of it.Why they changed new one.
      4, They are telling that there is engine problem.My
      car's running kilometer is 47000 only
      I purchased this vehicle because i heard that it is maintanance free
      .I am doing regular service in your authorised center regularly
      My question is
      1. Is this the quality of your vehicle or these people
      are telling in a bad manner about your quality
      2.Am i not eligible for company claim even in
      the presence of regular service
      Totally i have spent around 25000 rupees, having mental depression also.I
      want to know is whether my car is having engine problem or not.Auto
      start is somewhat delayed than previous days.
      So kindly take steps to solve this problem.I need assurance
      of your product quality.

        Hello i bought new dzire on january 2018. Now feel some issue on gear shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. During the shifting car is jattering (Vibrating) does anyone feels the same vibration. Now my car is given to the service centre. What could be the reason of vibration but in service center they are telling that all the cars had same behavier. But i dont feel such a behavier in any of the vechicle like swift, baleno, old dzire and celerio

          Really unhappy with suzuki i was travelling with my family at that time suddenly oil spilled on my leg, then i have checked and found that oil is leaking from oil filter body it was not properly fitted. At the time of delivery i was happy for the first time with service by mr. Rakesh but after just in 2 day's i have faced this issue. I always try to be happy with suzuki but always i get disappointed. Then i have contacted suzuki dealer person they are not answered my call i was in middle of traffic with my bike. Then after sometimes i tried fc of suzuki dealer he was responded and told me to show to nearest garage then i have shown it and the garage technician has reopened and fitted it properly. Really unhappy this time my time waste, money waste.
          Note - just 2 day's before i have serviced my bike from rishikesh suzuki nagpur.

          Hi this is Hemanth kumar here i have purchased Suzuki Gixxer on last month i.e., April 30th but still the registration as not happened twice the cops caught me and gave a chance but today they have siexed my vehicle and asking for the registration. if at we calling the dealer for the help no one recieving my call and sales executive is also not responding clear.
          Do we required one month for the registration on the vehicle ???
          kindly help me out in this matter.

            Bought dzire zxi+ ags in apr 2018 & since i got the delivery of the vehicle, i am getting multiple issues with the car. Initially ac was not working and now the navigation as well as android play & ios play is nit working at all. The sai service kondhawa is not doing exhaustive testing for my vehicle. Everytime the are just treating the thing which i am addressing to them. This is very irritating & frustrating thing when i need to call them to inform about the new flaw i am observing. I am sure they need to fix this aa i have warranty for 5 yrs but it is going beyond my mind now. I already have one maruti vehicle, by keeping trust on the past service i have bought one more maruti vehicle but this time it sucks. This is the worst product i got after paying so much of money. I will never recommend maruti to anyone in future.

              I bought baleno alpha 1.2 on 3 nov 2017 from panipat nexa showroom. After four months when i was going to amritsar with my family, car clutch plate suddenly damaged. When i checked my clutch plate in service center they told me that the cluth plate has burned. They installed a new clutch plate in my car and charge rs. 5500/- for this. I said that my car is four months old and under warranty but they didn't understand and charged me this amount. Then after one month air condition of my car show problem. It's not getting cool and also heat the car. I gave my car to repair my air condition but it's not getting cool and they charged rs.500/- to me. What i do.

                We buy new vehicle with some sentiments with our hard earned money. But your people treat this so casually as if it doesn't matter to them. I have don e service on 21/05/2018 at kalyani motors ltd, bangalore. Experience was very disheartening moreover very unprofessional behavior of service team.
                Herewith enclosing photos at the time of receiving after service which was horrible and my both the front speakers also not working.

                  I being a old customer of maruti products and services want to bring a serious matter into your notice.

                  I as owner of vitara breeze this winter was told in january by jamkash service center srinagar that we will do second service at home due to rush at their center, after some delay it was done but washing was kept pending.

                  When i yesterday went to have the same i was disgusted to see the poor management as the scenes were like that of crowded bus stand with vehicles after vehicle and no proper human resource to tackle them, i could see the bumpers of vehicles getting bruised and the personnel posted there were giving cold shoulder unable to tackle the load after nearly eight hours my turn came i felt more distraught to see the poor quality of washing done and throughout the day unfavourable behaviour of employees there and especially the manner in which vehicles were handled.

                  The management was telling that our many employees are at home busy with paddy cultivation at their native places and some customers after seeing all this had taken matters with higher ups in gurgoan who had promised action but done nothing since.

                  As of present realities the service center looks a crowded chaos ridden bus station rather than a service center of reputed brand.

                  If this continues i may soon put a board on my vehicle that never purchase maruti and also knock doors of media.

                    In my maruti alto 800, some noise was observed from stearing, arms, shocker. I visited authorised dealer alankar auto sales & service private limited. They done greasing in stearing and replaced frunt strut on 31.03.2018. Just after two three weeks, noise started again. I again visited with the service centre, but the supervisor of the service centre explained me that this is normal noise of maruti alto 800, if it is running with one two passengers. Since last one week, the vehicle is giving too much noise and in my opinion, the authorised dealer is passing the time only so that the defective parts cannot be replaced within warranty period.

                      I am jayeshkumar prajapati, i have purchased new maruti dzire vxi model car on 28/04/2018 form mehsana from starline company, i would like to know that how much petrol is given by maruti company to new user because even after driving my newly purchased car for aprroximatelly 2 kilometers car stoped, and we found that there was no fule in the tank, even dealer have not informed about it and thy said minimum 5 liters of petrol is there. Before reaching to home even we had very bad experience. I would like to bring in your notice that such type of inconvenience to new customer will lead negative impression initially towards dealers and then towards esteemed company like yours.
                      One more bad experience was that for registration purpose when my aged father who dose not know to drive car asked for car driving facility then person from same company who was in contact up to purchase of car rudely behaved with him. After getting full payment from customer their behavior change so if possible some disciplinary actions must be taken against such people so company can maintain its reputation ahead.

                        I used a car new desire from maruti suzuki co. I had heard a lot from the name of that company only when i thought of taking this company's car. But seriously i did not know that after taking the car of this company i would never have thought i bought this car in august 2017 and before 1 year, the car breaks have been lost three times, if you want to see kaithal company, you can also see all our detailed check, can you please tell breakdown of the new brand new car can fail three times in a year? I have three times saved from dying of the break failure, please tell me i do not want anymore. Now run this car. I want refund the whole money of this car. Let me take this back to your car. I do not want to keep this car, you are requested. If you do not accept my request, then i will have to take some other action. I will do court case in the other way because there is danger even on my life within 1 year. That i failed three times. I went out of the station. There was a break fail of my car. I talked to the dealer there who talked to the employee there, but this car now do not run anymore, you are requested to give me an option for this car i will not have to take this. I have heard such a name, i will make it but i am not sure that it has happened to me. I request you that please give me the solution as soon as possible. My car has not been completed yet for 1 year. I am not going to go. Run it further. Request you to pls resolve it asap.

                          We bought new S-Cross on[protected], in the name of

                          at Erode West NEXA Showroom.

                          While taking new vehicle delivery we are not supposed to check all the parts are in good condition or not.In the trust of your Esteemed company we also took the vehicle without checking it.After that(i.e:Before first free service) we noticed a dent in intercooler core pipe without any scratch in front grill.We told this issue to the NEXA showroom on the same day, they told they will look at it while coming for 1st service.
                          During 1st service they told that they don't have intercooler spare, they will replace it as soon as possible.After we took the vehicle from NEXA service center, the next day they called and told that its not their mistake and there is no chance for replacing Intercooler.Now they are stating that the dent was not present at delivery time so they cannot do any thing.
                          Sir, then how comes the big dent in intercooler pipe and fines without any scratch in the front grill?The front grill has only 40mm opening, the dent mark found is around 45mm.Is it possible for a 45mm sized stone to enter inside a 40 mm gap grill and hit the core pipe and fines without a single scratch in the front grill?
                          The higher authorities are not easy accessible here.We have no proper answer from Erode Nexa.For marketing their product they are working very good but after sales they are not at all ready to here from us.

                          So please take step to solve this issue as soon as possible.

                            I bought new ecco car from tanu motors unjha district mehsana state gujarat on 5/5/18. I have paid total rupees as per demanded by dealer as a on road prices. I taken a loan. Although, rto agent demanded more money on base of hp changes. Its fault of sales executive mr. Jitubhai from tanu motors.

                                I uday p. Patil booked a celerio zxi automatic transmission car with grey colour on the name of my mother sushila p. Patil at 4th may 2018 in sai service showroom at virar west. They promise me that they give me vehicle on 16th may 2018, one day before they call me and said your vehicle is come at our showroom, then i visit the showroom same day for checking my vehicle that time i found, that vehicle is manual transmission and i booked automatic transmission and also i pay a full payment of that vehicle. There after at same day at 15th may 2018 i called at toll free number and i share my issue they give me a landline number of any branch, i called that branch and they give me onther number of mr. Saurav dash, i called him and share my problem then he give me another number of miss. Aarti, i also called her and said the same then she said that there is no stock available with grey colour she said white colour is available in automatic transmission i agreed for that also, then she promise me that they give me vehicle at monday, but still i dont receive my vehicle and now miss. Aarti did not receive my calls from saturday. I suffer this problem from last seven days and not satisfaied with there answer, still they don’t give me conform date that they give me vehicle.

                                  We had a breakdown on 02/04/2018 at maduradangam and the complaint was rectified by nearby maruti dealer. After that we left for general service at cars india, puzhal. But it was not serviced properly immediately after service the vehicle got break down in the mid way due to battery problem. They serviced very carelessly without even thinking about customer service, and again we sent for service they charged the battery and gave. But again today when we traveled a long distance almost around 80kms up and down suddenly something below the car (Hope it is mudguard) started scratching the road because it was screwed properly. I dont understand what is happening at the service centre when customers are giving for service. They should check the vehicle twice not that only what we complaint. We are very unhappy with the service which was provided by cars india, puzhal. Two times we got struck in mid of road.

                                    On march i have purchased baleno from nexa showroom... Now i came to know there is faulty in tat model manufactured from december to match.
                                    I have checked my car with chase no it is also comes under faulty.
                                    What is this.. It s my hard earned money and really it gives mental pressure. Who will bear my mental stress...

                                      This is to inform you that, the left front door glass of my maruti ciaz zdi car burst out suddenly with explosion today at 10 am. This car was purchased from seva automotives dhule maharashtra in december 2016 wide engine no.. D 13 a 2942434, chassis no... Ma3fxeb1s00248715.
                                      My car is always parked in shade of my bungalow's porch. There was no question of the glass getting heated up.in last 40 years i have used many cars of different brands but such thing has never happened. Will you please explain me, why this has happened. It seems that the material used in it may be of substandard quality which is not expected from company like suzuki and that to in high end sedan like ciaz. Fortunately i was driving in city with low speed and not on highway with high speed. Otherwise a big mishap would have happened. Hope you will take urgent cognizance of it and do the needful asap.

                                        Hello sir, i like you bring your kind notice regarding purchase of maruti waganor lxi cng, t permit vehicle. I have visited in your maruti suzuki showroom in kalyan, badlapur, and mumbai etc. I required above said vehicle for my business purpose. I have received a quotation from above maruti showroom, in that executive informed that we have to take speed governor facility compulsory for passing the vehicle as per rto rules and regulations, but in that case speed governor will be fitted by third party and we will charge for the same and we will not get warranty facility in this case. So your are requested to look into the matter on priority basis, because we need that speed governor should be fitted by maruti co. And we also required warranty facilities for the same. Plz reply for the same
