I have purchased ignis delta on 27 feb 2017 through peaks srinagar. Within first 5000 kms the clutch turned faulty, got replaced at peaks srinagar, at 10000 the brakes failed, got replaced at jamkash kupwara, thereafter at just 20000, the clutch problem recurred has been repaired on tuesdayjune 5th at srinagar, unfortunately the clutch is problem is persistant, the bill has been charged exhorbitantly, being a professional private advocate it has caused mental agony loss of time for giving defective car for valuable money, precious time, it amounts to criminal breach of trust, deficiency of service, you are advised to indemnify me otherwise i will move to the apex court of india visa viz print media and electronic media against such a faulty product of nexa.

    we have some good relation with your esteem dealer m/s amar car pvt ltd baroda situated in gorwa
    since long back we baught three or four cars from them they provide good service due to this track record we are regular servoice our all cars from them, but last year in october month when we go for service and some maintaince work under cover bajaj insurance but this time surveyer taken photo and advise us to renew policy and take ncb then next time do the needful now some how business & my son marrige fuction we apporoching in may 18 but this time your dept refusing to do same work . We shocked how this will traeat us we are extemely sorry to complaing this thing bcoz we had good relationship with maruti suzuki motor ltd since 2008 but

    this is time very shocking to heard this type of rudy replied from your end this is not quetion of rs 35000/ expense but why we take vehical from your company expliand us

      I purchased the maruti suzuki zdi+ on feb 22 2018 there was a sound occurring while applying brakes and sometimes unknown voice like small thunder due to fear of driving the vehicle and to the safety of me and family members i made more than several times to the company at nagercoil, thuckalay but the complaint was not rectified till date. While today i was driving same jerking and noise occurred and i halted the vehicle and found the car started burning within a second the whole car went on flames and with the help of fire engines the car become a skeleton and totally burned. Hence this complaint. Vehicle taken from shrivasta maruti. Nagercoil. There is no life safety measures for this vehicle maruti zdi+.

      I ... inform you that i have baught a new baleno car delta 1.2 on date of 26 april 2018 and On 1st june 2018 near about 4am car caught fire itself in garag. I have filed a complaint with the police for the incident. The cause of fire is not known as yet. The fire has resulted in total damage to the car.

        in 4-5 months car was deposited many times in service station but complaints are still pending

          My vehicle no frame no - mb8ng4bjdj8306653
          Sir, i am p. Rahul. I have bought the suzuki gixxer sf fi abs on april 26th. I have given my first servicing on may 26th by completing just 700 kms. After that i'm getting a squeaking sound from my front disc. I have gone to the service centre more than 4 times. All the time they clean and grease the disc and give it back to me. After travelling 5 kms the sound is back again. But the real problem is the disc and brakes are colliding and giving the sound. But none carws. The service centre is 15km away. I am going regularly regarding this complaint. But none is fixing the issue. This is not what i expected after spending 1.2l on a premium bike. I want you to take this complain seriously. Please sir

            Ever since i have purchased this vehicle i have had issues with the gear downshifting between gear 3rd to gear 2nd and gear 2nd to gear 1st the synchroniser ring was replaced once on (21113 kms) on 12/7/2016 then again on 31/01/2017 when the vehicle had done 25205 kms even disc clutch and clutch assembly were replaced then. My vehicle has done less than 35000 kms. I. E less then 10 thousand kms since the last clutch and synchronisation ring replacement and the problem has reoccurred.
            I too have been driving various cars over the years including some maruti vehicles, but never have i had such issues. Please take a serious look into the matter, i have done some reading on the internet and realised that mine is not a one off case; that this problem with synchronisation rings is pretty commonplace with ertigas.
            On my last visit to dd motors mayapuri i had a rather unpleasant experience with the service head

                Complaint against -:modern auto mobile hisar.

                Ist incident happened when i traveled with my car from gurgaon to hisar and tyre got burst on the way and when i go to maruti dealer in (Hisar modern automobile hisar) first they said we send it to the manufacturer company (Jk tyre ind ltd) and in advance they said that they reject this tyre for the replacement but we are sending this tyre to the company and after two days they said tyre got rejected for the replacement and give me only the 50% money for the replacement and i have to bear the rest of the money. My tyre was in the guarantee. Kindly help me to get the full refund of the tyre.
                2nd incident was happened on 31st may 2018 my car maruti s-cross got stop on the way in delhi while i driving from noida to gurgaon. I tried many time to start my car but it doesn't start and after multiple tries i feel the smell of diesel and when i get down of car the diesel was coming out from the car and when i checked i saw that the diesel fuel pipe was out from the diesel filter inlet 5-7 liter diesel i think drown on the road and it may lead that the car caught fire or anything happened with me or my fellow it was a blunder mistake which was made by the service center personal and when i call to the service center first they ask when your car got serviced i replied that in april and they said sir if the car serviced in last month and your car run already 3000 km after service than this is not our fault what the logic is this. May be the pipe got stuck somewhere and when pressure comes it comes out from the filter wich was not properly fitted at the time of service. Kindly help me to get the claim for this and also take necessary action against the service center

                  Dear sir/ madam,
                  Myself rohan pathare, i had purchased a suzuki dizire zdi+ manual version (Mh48 aw 2947) in the month of august in 2017. I purchased it from sai service (Vasai).
                  Just when 2nd month was completed, there was some scratchy noise coming from wheels. As the noise was coming on continuous basis and i could feel slight vibrations at the time of braking, i approached the technician in sai service and told them the problem, they advised me that the noise was caused because of the moisture in the brake pads.
                  Now after 6 months, the noise was severe, and vibration could be easily felt. When this problem became a daily headache, the car was just 6-7 months old and ran just 15104 km. This time when i approached the sai service center, vasai, they told me that its a severe case of brake disk where direct metal to metal contact was taking place between brake and the disk, damaging both the front disks severely. They were not ready to give me any claim from company. I had to spend 5035/- rs.
                  Why i should expect such severe problem from my brand new car? And why cant company settle this up for me instead me paying extra for it? The car is handled just by me, no one else takes the car, i haven't driven it on rough roads, rough environmental conditions still why this problem occurred? Also now just after 1 and half month after i got it done, again same sort of noise is coming from the front wheels. Such thing is not expected from a giant and the most trusted brand like suzuki. Also when i left the car at sai service centre at the time of first service, a ganesha idol in silver which was on my dashboard was also stolen. I would say this was the worst experience i got from suzuki.
                  I hope you draw your needful attention to this and help me out from this and getting a refund. I have enclosed a several photographs below kindly take a look.

                    Hi all, same case here. I am having really bad experience while applying sudden brakes or brakes at slow speed or on the downhill. They produce such bad noise that i don’t even want to apply brakes in my car. The new dzire zxi+ amt i bought just in march 2018 and since then it has been producing such bad noise. They took back my car on request a couple of times but still the same issue, the noise while applying brakes hasn’t gone at all. Kindly help.

                          I have been very old customer of maruti car having at present maruti d zire vxi purchased in 2017 from m/s rohan motors, mathura road new delhi-44.

                          I have to submit that i had given the said car for second service to the workshop of m/s rohan motors on 29.05.2018. They had promised to return the car after due service on 29.05.2018. I had tried on the service no. Several times but no response from their side. After all i had talked once with the representative in their workshop but they talked rudely and till the time they did not give my car back to me. My car should be returned to me immediately.
                          I had very bad experience with the workshop. I lodge my complaint that an strict action should be taken against this dealer under intimation to me about the action taken against m/s rohan motors.

                                महोदय,
                                मैंने गत वर्ष दिनांक 25/07/2017 को मारुति की celerio zxi कार mp 13 cb 9297, रुक्मणी मोटर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड उज्जैन मध्यप्रदेश से खरीदी थी। कार लेते वक्त मुझसे कई वादे किए गए थे। कार का invoice मुझे दिया गया, जिसमें मेरे द्वारा रुक्मणी मोटर्स उज्जैन को सभी तरह के करों मिलाकर कुल 5, 34, 737/- रुपये का भुगतान किया गया। परंतु शोरूम प्रबंधन की धोखाधड़ी बाद में पकड़ में आई। यह इस प्रकार है:-

                                1. मैंने जब बिल देखा तब पता चला कि मेरे बिल का कुल योग 5, 29, 737/- हुआ है, परंतु शोरूम में sales manager श्री राजेश चौधरी और एग्जीक्यूटिव श्री आशीष पंडित ने मुझे 5, 34, 737/- का बिल थमा दिया। (बिल की कॉपी संलग्न की है, बिल का योग 5, 29, 737/- हो रहा है, लेकिन इन्होंने इस कीमत की जगह 5, 34, 737/- लिखकर दे दिया, और इतनी ही रकम मुझसे ले ली।)। यानी कि धोखे से 5000/- ज्यादा लिए।

                                2. जिस कार को मैंने खरीदा है, उस कार पर ex-showroom price का 7 प्रतिशत तथा 1875/- r. T. O को टैक्स के रूप में देना होता है। अतः मेरी कार mp 13 cb 9297 का rto टैक्स 33745.16/- होना था, लेकिन शोरूम ने मुझसे 39620/- रुपया वसूला। यानी कि शोरूम ने मुझसे धोखे से 5874.84/- रुपया rto के नाम पर झूठा वसूल किया।

                                3. कार की dealing के वक्त एग्जीक्यूटिव आशीष पंडित ने 15000 रुपए की फ्री mga एक्सेसरी देने का वादा किया था, जिसका कस्टमर डोकेट में विवरण है। परंतु। इन्होंने अपने सेल्स मैनेजर के साथ मिलकर बिल में फ्री एक्सेसरी के लिए भी 11, 500/- रुपए मुझसे धोखाधड़ीवश लिए।

                                ऊपर तीनों का योग किया जाए तो 5000+5874.84+11500 = 22374.84 रुपया इन्होंने मुझसे ज्यादा वसूल किया है। मेरे द्वारा कई बार इंसबगी से संपर्क किया गया परंतु रुक्मणी मोटर्स उज्जैन द्वारा इस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं कि गयी और मेरी मेहनत की कमाई को इन लोगों द्वारा धोखे से लिया गया है।

                                मैं इस mail के साथ इनवॉइस की कॉपी भी भेज रहा हूँ, कृपया आप इन मे लिखे सभी चीजों का जोड़ कीजिये। आपको इन लोगों के द्वारा की गयी। धोखाधड़ी समझ आ जायेगी।

                                कृपया रुक्मणी मोटर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड उज्जैन के संचालक, प्रबंधक, सेल्स प्रबंधक राजेश चौधरी, एग्जीक्यूटिव आशीष पंडित पर कड़ी से कड़ी दंडनात्मक कार्यवाही की जाये तथा इन्हें पदमुक्त किया जाए। ये लोग पद पर रहकर हम जैसे ग्राहकों से धोखाधड़ी करते हैं, और हमसे हमारी मेहनत की कमाई छीना करते हैं।

                                मेरी सुनवाई कहीं भी नहीं हो रही है, मेरे साथ धोखा हुआ है। मुझे अपने ₹ 22374.84/- वापस दिलवाने का कष्ट कीजिये।

                                मैंने अभी दो दिन पहले दिनांक 29 मई 2018 को मारुति की dzire zxi+ ags कार खरीदी है, उसमे भी श्री आशीष पंडित द्वारा मेरे साथ इसी तरह की धोखाधड़ी की गयी है।

                                  I am nirmal pandey s/o shiv shankar pandey. On (03 may 2017) i purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership (D. D. Motors peeragarhi) model name - maruti swift lxi, vehicle no.- dl4cax4551 with white colour. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because new car after three month colour fade problem i have faced by yellowness has come in the car. The compliant i had done in d. D. Motors, services provider, customer services manager, and other senior person but did not take any action for solving my problems.

                                    Sir/madam
                                    I am dr, seeniammal from tamil nadu(tirunelveli district).I am
                                    the regular customer of maruti cars for the past 10 years.I was using
                                    maruti 800 from year 2008.Good car, good service from company .I was
                                    impressed &decided to take new car from maruti company.I have
                                    purchased new swift dezire(TN 76 AB 9141) during the year 2015.I was
                                    doing my car's regular service at tenkasi service station. I felt
                                    inconvenient there so i am doing my car service to my near maruti
                                    authorised service station regularly.
                                    i went kochin by my car on 16.5.2018.Next
                                    morning i am not able to start my car because of mechanical
                                    defect..My car was taken to nearby maruti authorised service station
                                    padivattom, kochin.They told that there is a problem in diesel
                                    injector&was told to wait for 1 day.so i came to my native place by
                                    bus. Next day i talk to them through phone, they told there is no use
                                    in changing injector, you have to do engine work.so we went there there
                                    to bring my vehicleTthey changed the injector and gave the bill for
                                    Rs .15000.They didnt tell about the running condition of my car.When
                                    we went my car was under running condition.
                                    My queries are
                                    1, They told that there is no use in changing
                                    injector, why they changed?
                                    2.My car is in the warranty period only Why they gave the bill.
                                    3.They didnt tell the the option about service of
                                    injector and reuse of it.Why they changed new one.
                                    4, They are telling that there is engine problem.My
                                    car's running kilometer is 47000 only
                                    I purchased this vehicle because i heard that it is maintanance free
                                    .I am doing regular service in your authorised center regularly
                                    My question is
                                    1. Is this the quality of your vehicle or these people
                                    are telling in a bad manner about your quality
                                    2.Am i not eligible for company claim even in
                                    the presence of regular service
                                    Totally i have spent around 25000 rupees, having mental depression also.I
                                    want to know is whether my car is having engine problem or not.Auto
                                    start is somewhat delayed than previous days.
                                    So kindly take steps to solve this problem.I need assurance
                                    of your product quality.

                                      Hello i bought new dzire on january 2018. Now feel some issue on gear shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. During the shifting car is jattering (Vibrating) does anyone feels the same vibration. Now my car is given to the service centre. What could be the reason of vibration but in service center they are telling that all the cars had same behavier. But i dont feel such a behavier in any of the vechicle like swift, baleno, old dzire and celerio

                                        Really unhappy with suzuki i was travelling with my family at that time suddenly oil spilled on my leg, then i have checked and found that oil is leaking from oil filter body it was not properly fitted. At the time of delivery i was happy for the first time with service by mr. Rakesh but after just in 2 day's i have faced this issue. I always try to be happy with suzuki but always i get disappointed. Then i have contacted suzuki dealer person they are not answered my call i was in middle of traffic with my bike. Then after sometimes i tried fc of suzuki dealer he was responded and told me to show to nearest garage then i have shown it and the garage technician has reopened and fitted it properly. Really unhappy this time my time waste, money waste.
                                        Note - just 2 day's before i have serviced my bike from rishikesh suzuki nagpur.

                                        Hi this is Hemanth kumar here i have purchased Suzuki Gixxer on last month i.e., April 30th but still the registration as not happened twice the cops caught me and gave a chance but today they have siexed my vehicle and asking for the registration. if at we calling the dealer for the help no one recieving my call and sales executive is also not responding clear.
                                        Do we required one month for the registration on the vehicle ???
                                        kindly help me out in this matter.
