I i purchase wagon r cng from tcs faridabad, my car got accident on 30/3/2018, i have zero depth insurance from tcs, even after i got the the bill of approve 132500, and service manager says ishtar pass only 125000 rupees only even i have zero depth insurance, and cars body repair by tcs is fully unsatisfied, bumper has rough corners, paint is not proper, bonat loosing the paint and overflow the paint, cars looks like repair from outside shop, brake is not working properly, car paints also comes on black parts of body. Small small whit spot on black parts of body seen, apart from that service manager askingg for 7400 rupees unneccesory from my pocket, even i have zero depth insurance. I have faith on maruti, we have 5 cars in my house from maruti, now pls tell me how can we trust in maruti if he behaves likes that. Tcs service manager anil sharma mobile no [protected], [protected]
Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
but insurance claim of reliance general insurance(which is worst than any other insurance) took 25 days to just confirmed the accident spot, person, photograph, goople maps are not lying and had really had an accident and pass the claim on 5/7/2021 at 3pm for which i received a confirmation call.from then on work shop member at seva vilholi are working day n night for the repair of my car, BUT due to some reason which i think they also dont know my car is not getting repaired from them.
I request the maruti suzuki, india head office incharge can he please arrange some skilled worker at seva automotive workshop vilholi, nasik so they can finish the work of my car atleast by the end december 2021
