Dear sir,

The vehicle number wb02ab2931 maruti alto lxi bsiv

From last one year or more then that servicing to your bhandari automobiles pvt ltd service station 37, ghulam jilani khan road, kolkata -700039.
The reason for inconvenience, each & every time the advisor are cheat me in various way, you can verify that alto lxi require so many service... Already change the require mechanical parts in every two three months... Continue, some time this some that, as on continue disturb me.
I told them please check properly and do need full work, but they say it ok now, and you can drive it, but once again & again some problem arise it. I personally thing that they change some parts or marks some discontinue mode? Done know what they want each & every time i have to a payment against the service. They damage my vehicle please look up to this matter.
Few days back i was driving my vehicle one local bus hit & run away in busy route... So, i have given for insurance claim process to repair it & by legal way. The advisor mr. Ali told me that i have to pay inr 1000/- for insurance process, 12.5% for pant charge, gst and any other requirement if any 50% of the same. After next day a insurance company survivor call me & told its look like false claim & they thing some false intension are there. They humiliated me about the same. I dont know way they told that this is the way of coordinator of advisor & insurance company survivor, in reply i told them my self professionally work as a forensic examiner & i am qualify with same.
I can justify they claim though examination of chemical of colour of bus.
After that they dis continue the call & giving me ok we will do the work.
11th may i get message over phone that vehicle are ready, but i am busy with some work so visit after 48 hrs but my car are not clean & unwashed way, not even also clear the dust which is over the seat all those.
I informed to service station manager & i have the photo of the same.
Please kindly revered the same.

    My car maruti alto k10 amt with regd no. Ts 4 em 0450, met with an accident and approached the showroom/service centre of maruti suzuki at khammam on 09.04.2018. All the required formalities were completed and handed over the car but the people concerned are not responding to me and the car not delivered so far i. E., 14.05.2018. I am thinking of going to consumer forum. Immediate response is expecting.

      Sir, i have 2 cars and had entered a 2 year services contract for both cars with maruti motors through their dealer spectra motor.
      Spectra has closed down and i am not getting a response from any source as to who would honour the service contract.
      Complaint and calls to maruti and spectra have not yielded result.
      This is a breach of contract.
      Kindly guide as to the further action is to be taken in this regards.

        bad servicing due to unskilled staff

        Hi,

        I purchased ciaz shvs on november 15 from your dealership rohan motors, greater noida (Ciaz shvs, up16 bc 2909). And have been taking it for servicing on regular basis. Unfortunately, the servicing has not been satisfactory because the i have experienced the serious issues with the shvs technology in car. Last service was done on 25th march 18 (Motorcraft sector 10 noida) and i highlighted this to the motorcraft person...

        And actually want to buy maruti vetera brezza from the local vendor amar car and kiran motors they belongs from the vadodara only. Both company sales staff forcing me to buy the car with accessorize kit, instead of giving car they are giving use less answer if you want buy you have buy with kit this not fair deal they straight away refuse to sell car with out the kit is there any rules we can buy with out any key.

        Please help me out in this case.

          My car mh 39 j 7308 maruti ertiga given at maruti seva workshop at vilholi nashik after accident for repair.
          They comiited 15-20 days for repair but more than one month passed still they are giving annoyed reasons and car is not yet delivered.
          Last to last week they committed delivery but delayed with reason that compressor was broken which they relised latter and need wait for new compressor.
          Today their executive repied compressor received was defective and need to replace and it will take more time for delivery.
          When i visited workshop my entire car front side was opened so it is fake reason given that they found compressor problem suddenly.
          They have caused dely beacuse of their ignorance and now making excuses.

          I mr.nandu ashok modi has given my car MH15 DS 6616 at seva workshop vilholi, nasik just after accident i met on 11/06/2021 friday.FOR which my car was taken for repair by mr.dyneshwar kapadne.and as normal repair after insurance claim it would take 10/15 days for repair he said to us for which we were acceptable.
          but insurance claim of reliance general insurance(which is worst than any other insurance) took 25 days to just confirmed the accident spot, person, photograph, goople maps are not lying and had really had an accident and pass the claim on 5/7/2021 at 3pm for which i received a confirmation call.from then on work shop member at seva vilholi are working day n night for the repair of my car, BUT due to some reason which i think they also dont know my car is not getting repaired from them.
          I request the maruti suzuki, india head office incharge can he please arrange some skilled worker at seva automotive workshop vilholi, nasik so they can finish the work of my car atleast by the end december 2021

            Very low mileage of about 13 kmpl although the car is new so the expected mileage should be around 20-22 kmpl.
            Improper service at the service centre they are not cleaning the car properly and every time they are charging some or the other amount at every service and the a/c in not providing proper cooling.in the second gear the car does not run smoothly.

              I have purchased ertiga zxi+ model from jalna maruti dealer since one and half month back. At the time of taking delivery of the vehicle on 23/02/2018, dealer tried to hand over the vehicle without washing it. When i asked about it. At that time he took vehicle for washing. I refused to take delivery. Thereafter on next date they gave it. Thereafter i took the vehicle at my service station. I send vehicle for servicing on after one month. After service there is heating problem. Again leakage of colin water started. Therefore i approached service centre. The mechanic came home and check vehicle. Thereafter the heating problem solve but ac of vehicle is stop working. Therefore i have again approached the servicing centre and complaint against the vehicle. They asked to take vehicle to nanded for servicing centre but the vehicle did not start. It stop while going there. Therefore again i called service centre thereafter mechanic came again and checked it. The cooling water pipe is damaged. Water is leaking. Since last 20 days the car is placed in compound in dump condition. It is of no use. Despite of making repeated phone calls and oral complaints. We called on mobile to jalna dealer but they are not in mood to receive it also. Since taking delivery of car i suffered alot. Service of jalna maruti dealer is too bad. I really dissatisfied with it. It is nothing but a mental harrassment. I am a working woman. It creates hurdle too me for transportation.

                This is to inform maruti suzuki that as a customer of maruti i always give my car to authorised service centre for my service.. So this time also i gave my car for service to alankar service centre patna where they kept my car for almost 15days and and they where not updating me regarding the work which was going on and when i have taken d delivery i find that no work has been done infact the car was in its worst condition... When also the senior person of alankar workshop patna miss behaved with me... And his staff mates behaved roughly with me. There names are.

                  I bought one zen lx 2001 bearing reg. No. Tn20 az 4204 from one r ramachandran s/o k. Ramalingam, padi, chennai and being a reserve bank employee the rto chennai gave him road tax exemption. Now i need the invoice value of this zen to make name transfer and also to pay tax. Kindly provide me an inoivce copy of this car since the fc time has already crossed. The chasis no. Is ma3eye[protected] and the engine no. Is giobin 511450. I am the second owner of this car and i can't do name transfer and fc without the inoivce value of this car. The first owner bought this car from ahemadabad, gujrat and it was re-registered in chennai on 2/3/2005. He lost the original invoice copy of this car.                     My sister purchased wagon r lxi cng (O) - from automotive manufacturers dealer based in dombivli on 24th november and right from there the power steering was so hard. When i called the sales guy satyajit he said it will get solved automatically once your vehicle runs for long kilometeres. I given three times for this one issue in last five months to get it solved to automotive and all time they said its solved seems without doing anything. I am asking for the reports which clearly mention what they did?

                    One day in night i was coming from office and on 3rd gear it started giving jerk clutch and gear was hard and power steering too was hard might be some defect there but maruti (Aman sharma) is saying there is no such issue we tested. Then the hell submit us the report. Why it is not sent to us?

                    We are also getting less mileage and they says on cng without ac its 31-32 km/kg and on petrol its 21 km/pl. I asked for report and they are calling me to show this on some device. They say report can't be generated with that device. It means we should just reach service center in a month once-twice for repair and testing. It's new vehicle sir. Let me connect with ceo of maruti to get a answer on this. My life is not that to put on risk driving such defect piece.

                    Yesterday in night after i come from office around 11:pm i notice some leakage on bottom side of wagon r. Reported this and they again asking to check and will repair it if problem there. This is just non-sense.in new vehicle in weeks we face such issues.

                    I am asking to send me all reports of your testing and give me confirmation that its a new vehicle with no defect, mileage is as confirmed in mail and call, there is no technical issues.

                    Guys please dont trust any sales guy for their words and buy carefully wagon r cng model. I am just sad for why we gone and purchased maruti vehicle. And struggling now. So decided to file a case if they are not providing us a replacement vehcile tested. Tesing qa certificate also please send for this vehicle mh05dh6021 asap. That it was tested before delivery.

He after examining the vehicle in presence of staff of Kiran Motors gave me a estimate of Rs. 40, 000/- and the time limit for repairs 10 to 15 days. I was told that the engine was not at all affected by such minor accident and in such cases engine repairs will be covered in warranty period. The same view was endorsed by staff of the dealer and Mr. Desai Sr. Officer of the dealer. That is why he told me that he has sent request to the company for this and he is hopeful of me getting due justice.

                      As regards the insurance I was specifically told that the policy given to me is the best one and shall over everything i.e. front bumper to last bumper as per my desire. What has happen subsequently is all together different thing.

                      I am denied to have copies of the correspondence done by Kiran Motors with Maruti Company in this regard saying it is internal things. This attitude of dealer of avoiding transferencey is also hurting me. The harassment of increasing estimates and on exorbitant delay in repairs, misguidance while taking insurance etc. gave me a serious thought to go to court.

                      However after my first mail to you the dealer’s attitude was changed and gave me delivery of car in a week’s time. Which they were talking for one month. I have already expressed to you my gratitude for the help

                      My feelings has been seriously hurt during last 31 years of my experience using Maruti Cars. Even if I may not go to court I will prepare a factual details of present worst experience first time insurance claim in last 31 years and going to put open for my clients So that they can take due care. Hope to have a fair logical response instead strick interpretation of policy document’s unreadable lines to find out excuse.

                      A prompt action shall be highly appreciated.

                        Complaint no - [protected] dt, 10.04.2018 is with maruti insurance deptt. This is to inform you that i have paid amt. 6470.00 through my credit card as mentioned on invoice with pen, but printed invoice value was very less & also they deducted rs. 1000.00 instead of rs. 500.00 as zero dep policy norms because of commercial vehicle no dl1rtb 0768. Also, the insurance department at workshop told me that my policy is not entitled for zero dep due to name endorsement on the policy that's why we have charged rs.6470.00

                        While your department told me that even with the change in the policy holder's name zero dep policy remains intact.

                        Please refund my amount asap.

                          I purchased new maruti 800 alto lxi on 10th april 2017 from magic auto pvt. Ltd sector 19 dwarka new delhi. It is giving poor mileage, about 10 km per litre of petrol since purchase. Its fuel indicator is erratic. Sometime it shows minimum level even after filling. Since its purchase vehicle has been serviced at magic auto dwarka. Inspite of repeated complains to them their efforts have failed to set right these defects. Car is running locally in dwarka hence there is no reason why it should give so low mileage. Car no. Dl9cam-7301. I had been using maruti cars since 1988 with good experience, and i hope you will rectify these manifacturing defects on top priority basis.                             I have purchased this car in last diwali festival 2017 in lucknow. I am working in private firm. My job is purely touring. I am visiting my company's customers from one city to another. My job schedule is very busy. After purchasing this car, i always use this car for touring. Due to my busy schedule i skip my 1st. Free service. Though i have options to use maruti suzuki network service center located in my visiting cities, but i thought that 1st. Free service will be done only from where i purchased this car. My service dealer free from his duty after making a single call to me for 1st. Free service. He never reminds me again. Due to my busy schedule, i forget his call. My car runs approx. 4500 km. I am available in lucknow upto 17th. May 2018 from now. After this availability date i will be in lucknow again after 12th. June 2018.

                            My service dealer bright 4 wheel lucknow is not ready to provide my 1st. Free service benefit. It is my humble request you to kindly instruct/allow him for the necessary action in this regard.

                            For the 2nd. Free service i will try to do it in time.

                              Worthless Car, Pathetic after sales, faulty AC & electrical, worthless engineers took entire car dismantling to understand the problem. Arrogant customer care and deaf top management & the after sales services of NEXA are even worse!

                              The S-cross I bought from NEXA Akshardham Fair Deal Cars Pvt. Ltd. had faulty wirings and AC. On reporting this to the dealer, they sent me to their workshop where none of their engineers could figure out the problem for 2 days. They dismantled the car which was bought just 2 days ago and only after 50kms of run. The wires dangling and the parts were strewn around.
                              After watching all this mess created with the car, they now force me to take back this junked up car. The dealer was arrogant enough to say that they do not care whatever I do or want, they are a big company and will manage to clear up this mess. They are only here to cheat the customers and force a customer into taking a faulty car. The car which even Maruti officials claim to be working in a proper condition, has wiring issues and might catch fire to which they are least bothered

                                I katragadda markandeyulu have booked a vehicle at varun maruti dealer. They have given me a time period of 45 days for delivery of my vitera brezza vehicle. At the time of booking they have told me that they will try their level best to deliver vehicle in 30 days. But now after 45 days they are said they cant deliver the vehicle. Please review the issue and give me a solution from them.

                                  I i purchase wagon r cng from tcs faridabad, my car got accident on 30/3/2018, i have zero depth insurance from tcs, even after i got the the bill of approve 132500, and service manager says ishtar pass only 125000 rupees only even i have zero depth insurance, and cars body repair by tcs is fully unsatisfied, bumper has rough corners, paint is not proper, bonat loosing the paint and overflow the paint, cars looks like repair from outside shop, brake is not working properly, car paints also comes on black parts of body. Small small whit spot on black parts of body seen, apart from that service manager askingg for 7400 rupees unneccesory from my pocket, even i have zero depth insurance.                                     By considering the market demand and reputation of Maruti Suzuki brand, I opted the dream car vitara brezza zdi for the marriage of my son. So converting the dream of my son into reality i ordered the same vitara brezza zdi at dealer Reliable industries, Kola Kusma, Saraidhela, Dhanbad 828109 on date 12 feb 2018 by paying the booking amount of Rs. 21000.00 Twenty one thousand rupees. Receipt of the same is enclosed herewith. Its going to be over almost three months but still i have not got the delivery of my dream car from my dealer Reliable industries, Kola Kusma, Saraidhela, Dhanbad 828109. Till date dealer has not confirmed even the date of delivery, he is making me fool since the date of booking. MANY TIMEs he has agreed for delivery of the car by such and such date, but at the time of delivery he denied by telling this and that ### issues. My son marriage is on 6th May, and it seems like dream of my son is not going to be fulfilled due to such careless and hopeless delivery from dealer. As a common man i can nott do anything more other than to lodge a complain here. I humbly request to you kindly do something for making my and my son dream true otherwise i have to look after for purchasing of another car like Tata Nexon. I stop complaining here with the hope that i can get the delivery of my dream car by 5th May. With greatest thanks and regards

                                    My maruti alto 800 does not have much brake, i have drone many cars and only this car have less brakes, i changed the fluid and still its same also the alto feels underpowered in highways

                                    Had requested for an early deliver, but till date no concrete action, nor any confirmation for the delivery of the car.

                                      I'm an proud owner of your famous hot selling car baleno zeta 1.2 bought it on 14nov'2015 with extended warranty, till last 6 months time i enjoyed my each and every ride but with a concern on hard suspension still i keep on using and promoting to my friends & brother. But recently the suspension became worse and due to that i'm getting seviour back pain due very hard suspension.

                                      Raised this concern to rm and as well as dropped multiple email's from ([protected]@gmail.com) to [protected]@nexaexperience.com, surprisingly i didn't get any response from any one rm says it's normal and all cars have that issue for 2015 model. I aruge you to please replace my car suspension my car was still under warranty valid till 13nov2019, so far i have driven 18k+ km's.

                                      As mentioned kindly please have a look into my issue, please do inspection you will really came to know how bad the suspension in my car. Literally from 6-8 months i lost my love to drive the car.
