I katragadda markandeyulu have booked a vehicle at varun maruti dealer. They have given me a time period of 45 days for delivery of my vitera brezza vehicle. At the time of booking they have told me that they will try their level best to deliver vehicle in 30 days. But now after 45 days they are said they cant deliver the vehicle. Please review the issue and give me a solution from them.

    I i purchase wagon r cng from tcs faridabad, my car got accident on 30/3/2018, i have zero depth insurance from tcs, even after i got the the bill of approve 132500, and service manager says ishtar pass only 125000 rupees only even i have zero depth insurance, and cars body repair by tcs is fully unsatisfied, bumper has rough corners, paint is not proper, bonat loosing the paint and overflow the paint, cars looks like repair from outside shop, brake is not working properly, car paints also comes on black parts of body. Small small whit spot on black parts of body seen, apart from that service manager askingg for 7400 rupees unneccesory from my pocket, even i have zero depth insurance. I have faith on maruti, we have 5 cars in my house from maruti, now pls tell me how can we trust in maruti if he behaves likes that. Tcs service manager anil sharma mobile no [protected], [protected]

      By considering the market demand and reputation of Maruti Suzuki brand, I opted the dream car vitara brezza zdi for the marriage of my son. So converting the dream of my son into reality i ordered the same vitara brezza zdi at dealer Reliable industries, Kola Kusma, Saraidhela, Dhanbad 828109 on date 12 feb 2018 by paying the booking amount of Rs. 21000.00 Twenty one thousand rupees. Receipt of the same is enclosed herewith. Its going to be over almost three months but still i have not got the delivery of my dream car from my dealer Reliable industries, Kola Kusma, Saraidhela, Dhanbad 828109. Till date dealer has not confirmed even the date of delivery, he is making me fool since the date of booking. MANY TIMEs he has agreed for delivery of the car by such and such date, but at the time of delivery he denied by telling this and that ### issues. My son marriage is on 6th May, and it seems like dream of my son is not going to be fulfilled due to such careless and hopeless delivery from dealer. As a common man i can nott do anything more other than to lodge a complain here. I humbly request to you kindly do something for making my and my son dream true otherwise i have to look after for purchasing of another car like Tata Nexon. I stop complaining here with the hope that i can get the delivery of my dream car by 5th May. With greatest thanks and regards

      My maruti alto 800 does not have much brake, i have drone many cars and only this car have less brakes, i changed the fluid and still its same also the alto feels underpowered in highways

        Dear nexa,

        I'm an proud owner of your famous hot selling car baleno zeta 1.2 bought it on 14nov'2015 with extended warranty, till last 6 months time i enjoyed my each and every ride but with a concern on hard suspension still i keep on using and promoting to my friends & brother. But recently the suspension became worse and due to that i'm getting seviour back pain due very hard suspension.

        Raised this concern to rm and as well as dropped multiple email's from ([protected]@gmail.com) to [protected]@nexaexperience.com, surprisingly i didn't get any response from any one rm says it's normal and all cars have that issue for 2015 model. I aruge you to please replace my car suspension my car was still under warranty valid till 13nov2019, so far i have driven 18k+ km's.

        As mentioned kindly please have a look into my issue, please do inspection you will really came to know how bad the suspension in my car. Literally from 6-8 months i lost my love to drive the car.

          new dzire complaint about bad quality of painting

          I purchased my new dzire on 28th March 2018. During the first service I found that on three of the doors the paint on the inside of the doors is chipping off on its own. Paint on driver side has chipped off to around 1cm while the service personnel was cleaning the door. Also when I checked the same in the boot door same problem was found.           Sir my father in law has booked a maruti swift dezire from jammu motors kathua.
          The dealer has given a call to my father in law saying that u have to give 12000 to the accessories as this is the company policy. As my father in law in not keeping well and is not aware of the policy they have the the money from them. When i called the dealer they told me that now as they have given the money it can not be refunded. If this the case i have to go to the consumer court to settle my issue.

            I have invested my hard earned money in maruti ciaz, i left honda city due to maruti's trust but i am really not happy with the performance of my car maruti ciaz.. Neither there is pick up nor its giving mileage above 17 kmpl even its a smart hybrid car. I go to maruti service centres for these complaints and with out looking in to the problem they just say pick up and mileage is good according to them. I want maruti's concerned team to took after my complaint.
            If a car is giving mileage of 17 then what's the use of saying smart hybrid and claiming a mileage of 28 kmpl.

              I have taken delivery of brand new ertiga zxi on 23 april 2018 from rd motors, tezpur assam and yesterday i. E 28 april 2018 i was highly disappointed to see that there is engine oil leakage in my new car. The car is driven only 315 km.
              I have contacted the sales team of rd motors tezpur but the problem is yet to be resolved. All my family members are highly disappointed with the car delivered to us. I need immediate action to be taken by maruti suzuki.

                I amit m aiya my maruti suzuki car alto 800 mh 01 bu 1747 i give my car for just a small services purpose to change cng button but the work shop j s automobile ambernath east mumbai near relience petorl pump has chiited me as he done total scanning engine without intimate me & also he change my tyer & give me old tyer without infrom.. Even he collected my card payment 2100 & swap the card in reliance pump & not done the original billing & cheated the govt also without pay tax... Kindly do needful action other wise i make a compalint in income tax also.

                  I had an accident and gone to motorcraft to get my car repaired on apr 9, 2018 and the agony started from day 2 itself. I was promised that car survey by insurance company would be done very next day but it was done after 2 day after multiple follow up. I was told that my car would be delivered to me in 15 working days. Then, when i called them to enquire about status of my car after a week or so, the wouldn't pick up my calls. After multiple calls, they would pick only 1 call and just repeat the same that car would only be ready after 15 days. Anywways, that was horrible customer service but the real horror started when i went to pick up my car:

                  1. My car was not ready at all to my surprise.
                  2. There were old equipments/parts fitted in the car for which i had been charged in the bill (Complete fraud). The trunk latches and tail light wiring was all old although i had been charged for new.
                  3. There were so many workmanship defects like space between trunk and tail light, trunk light not working, scratches on trunk etc.
                  4. My trunk mat was missing and i was told it was never there but they suddenly found it when i told that i would have to report matter to police and consumer court.
                  5. They said that this doesn't happen usually and it was one off case and some worker may have fitted old parts instead of new ones by mistake.

                  Never ever visit motorcraft noida (Even if it's the last maruti service station left on planet). They are thugs and thieves of first order.

                    I have given for my car for servicing, received my car not in good condition.
                    Evening time (Service center closing time), all wok finished in hurry-hurry (As they wanted to go home early). There is no proper check (Inspection) before handover the vehicle to customer. Below are the concerns
                    1) engine vibrate & make sound when a. C is on (Informed on phone 2 times)
                    2) gear box cover not fitted
                    3) front windscreen not cleaned properly
                    4) floor paper matt not put
                    5) door handle issue (Rough operation)
                    6) wax fragrance air perfume
                    7) seat cover not fitted properly

                      Dear sir,
                      On december 10, 2015 i bought a baleno zeta diesel from nexa popular, ernakulam.
                      Unfortunately, the car has not performed well as it had a starting trouble from the time of purchase itself then within 2 to 3 months of purchase its ac compressor had an issue also while the car was running the front glass had a crack all by own and broke and i had to change it all by myself.
                      Gradually the issue with starting has increased and now it takes a lot of time to start. As i had showed it in the showroom i came to know that the delay in starting is because of the complaint in the pump.
                      We had this trouble within the warranty time itself even before reaching 10000 km and had showed it in sh mount popular, kottayam. Now they are saying that as the warranty period is over they cant change it. I had bought this car by spending almost 9 lakhs and now my financial condition is not stable therefore i cant spend around 30000 for changing the pump.
                      To resolve this problem, i would appreciate your help.

                        We have booked baleno alpha with auto din meda showroom, bowenpally, se underbar, india,
                        Dealer. He has arranged finance through banker next door. We completed all formalities for finance. Yesterday evening they called us saying the vehicle is ready for delivery and they are paying road tax, insurance from the amount under transfer from financiers. Today morning we went to take delivery. They said they paid road tax, insurance also and amount received by them through rtgs from financier. When we checked the vehicle for delivery, it was having a noticeable dent on the body above right rear wheel. We objected to it. But they say they cannot do anything as they have already paid road tax and insurance. They say we must take that dented vehicle and there is no other option. Please do justice. We do not want that dented vehicle. Ask them to replace.

                          This is in reference to my maruti ciaz zxi plus 2015 model, registration no. Dl9c ae 5069 car handed over to you for repairs with the bodyshop department on 30th of march, after i met with an accident on the same day. Subsequently, a job order card was opened on the 31st of march, 2018 and the attending service advisor is mr. Gaurav singh.
                          The cause of the accident was a multiple car collision on the highway when a xuv was the first one to brake hard, resulting in a tata sumo colliding into it from the rear, followed by my car colliding into the tata sumo. The brakes were also applied hard by me, resulting in a rear collision by a maruti swift dzire into my car.
                          The damage to the car has been extensive, (With reference to the initial observation, job card details and confirmation by maruti service advisor). It has been observed that the front section of the car has suffered more than 70% damage from the initial look of it.
                          My primary concern of bringing this matter to the notice of concerned authorities of maruti udyog pvt ltd is that inspite of a full impact collision both from the front and rear, the srs airbags fitted on my car have not been deployed at all. This model/ make of my car has company fitted srs airbags in it.
                          This is a very critical and a serious matter of safety that has been promised in this car. It now raises questions of whether me/ my family is bound to feel safe while travelling in this car. I was highly disappointed on why the srs airbags did not deploy and have already highlighted the matter upfront to the workshop.
                          3 weeks after i raised the matter, i received an explanation from maruti who felt that the sensor did not detect the collision impact but they don't know why. Secondly, they told me they are investigating but cannot give me a timeline.

Being a state government employee i can only spare time on sunday but it is regrets to convey here that the local maruti workshop keep closed for which all govt employee facing problem for servicing their maruti car.in this regard my suggestion is please give necessary instructions to your legends car, jeypore to keep open on sunday for servicing of maruti car.

                              I have booked vitara breeza zdi in october 2017 to greenland motors allahabad uttar pradesh as commited by greenland motors my car received in their show room as per their timeline my car loan has been sanctioned and draft prepared but at last minute they refused to get delivery of my vehicle saying accessories kit i ordered is not available so take the ldi kit instead of zdi, when i objected they were saying deposit draft and wait untill the accessories arrived bcoz of that my draft has been cancelled two times and i am forced to pay interest on the released amount of loan.                                 I’m complaining about jagmohan motors, sonipat 131001 haryana.
                                I met an accident on 7th of this month, and the same day i took my car to their bodyshop. Nobody came to see my car for atleast 1 hour. Noone attended me.

                                To this, nothing i. E. No repair has been started to my car until the 5th day dated 12th of april despite clearance from the surveyor regarding the damage and allowance given to company for repair.
                                I was not told about the estimate cost of repair, nothing about how much time will they take to repair my car until i called them multiple times and forced them to give me a tentative date to return the car.

                                I have visited their office multiple times regarding this issue, i was finally given 18th of april as the date they will be returning my car.
                                I called them on 18th but no repair done until the date. I called them multiple times again on 19th, no one attended my calls. Mr sandeep who was my advisor didn’t even bother to call me back.
                                I went onto meet mr surender, their bodyshop manager, he didn’t even know the status of my car, they lied to me about that they didn’t have my car bill and blah blah, 100s of excuses they were ready with.
                                Despite being mentally harassed, i still talk yo them politely asking when they will completely repair the car and when they will be able to return it. They promised for next day that is 20th of april, same story happened again, false promises. Still my car was in bad condition, half repair was done.
                                A further day was taken by them to return the car, still as on today, they didn’t return my car. As i told them that i will file a complaint they rushed to do the work but still left with multiple faults in repair, not able to deliver the car.
                                This is just not me but other 1000 of customers struggling with these half knowledges fools in the company. From advisor to manager, all corrupt and dumb even to respect the policy of customer and company.
                                I want a strict action from your side against them.

The ex-showroom price of that car in guwahati is rs. 643593 and in jorhat the price is rs. 650213. Compared to nexa s-cross and maruti swift, there prices are same all around india.                                     Free advice for the customers don't buy suzuki access 125. I, sk nejamuddin, am a owner of suzuki access 125, car no wb 30y 1218. It has lot of problem, you will feel it time by time... Though i have felt it from the 3rd day of purchasing. Problems as followes:
                                    1. Too much self start problem, engine starts after too many trails and even with the help of accelerator.
                                    2. Engine stops suddenly at the running situation.
                                    3. Now a days, near the bumper when u slow your scooty even then the engine stops, and self start may not be happen.
                                    4. Engine sounds too much with too much of vibration (Where company said this is the low vibration car.)
                                    5. Very bad customer service. (After selling the car, they are not taking appreciative responsibility).
                                    6. I complained earlier, but my dealer refuse all time, only give dates. I have already submitted my car for 3-4 times with around 7 day each... They only say after this service your scooty will not make any disturbance, with it 7-10 days i feel the same problem... I requested them for exchange my scooty from the 3rd or 4th day of purchasing, but they did not pay any attention.
                                    7. More over i think they provided me a used product,,, as it did not had any cover by polythene type material but dust.
                                    Very disappointing thing from suzuki.
                                    Realising all those difficulties i will suggest go for honda i[censored] want 125cc of scooty,,, but don't buy suzuki access 125.

                                      Hi,
                                      I am writing this mail, after i have lost patience with the support that i have received from suzuki team.
                                      I have bought my gixxer sf, on 2016, 28 feb. Its just over 2years now. I have travelled a just over 24000kms, but the problems that have incurred in the bike, seems that i have ridden 80000km or more maybe 7-10years in other way round. My bike, neither had any accidents in this tenure nor i ride poorly enough to damage my bike, internally or externally. But within a small period within 2nd servicing (4months) i complained about my bike chain not being tight enough, giving me poor mileage, but they just tightened it, nothing else, but on the 4th servicing a still complained and asked them to look it properly, then a staff from the servicing team, took care enough to minutely check the chain, and found fault it in. Sprocket was damaged and had to replaced this soon!!! (Just about a year). And somewhere during the 7th and 8th servicing i asked them to please check, there are fumes i see to come out of the engine, they said its normal, i can ignore that. But in the 9th servicing i complained my bike’s engine is creating a bad noise, not the same sound that an engine should make when it starts. My bike’s engine had to be open, and i was informed that it might take somewhere between 3.5k - 4.5k in repair plus the servicing fee to get my bike to perfect state, that would take about 2days, i agreed that was on 7april 2018 (Saturday). I checked in monday they said, i will get it on wednesday (11 april), when i checked again on wednesday i was told the spare part that he was looking for, is not available locally or in the suburbs of the city, by friday its expected that i will get my bike back.in this whole process i was informed that they have opened the engine of the bike and they did find some faults in engine, while chasing to correct one problem found few other issues, but never mentioned me what were the spare parts faulty or are being replaced. On friday (13 april 2018) i called up again, i was informed the parts they presumed to be my bike’s is not actually so, it will again take time and bike cannot be provided me back, and asked me to keep the bike, since the spare part will come by tuesday and on wed (17 april) i can expect the bike in my hands. I asked them to please return me the bike, in whatever condition it is in, i will take down the bike again to them, when the spare part comes, in reply i was told, the bike’s engine cannot be put together with the faulty parts, please wait for another 3-4days, and never mentioned me what spare parts they were looking for.
                                      I got agitated and raised a complaint ref. No - 104244, then only they took action, provided me the bike the very next day and mentioned that crank and shaft is the spare part not available locally and provided me the urgent order (On 13april 2018) (Order no - s075102kol1804001v) for the spare part, i. E. Crank-shaft, as suppose to come earliest and as per customer complaint ref. No - 104244 that i have, prior to that i was ensured that the spare parts will reach by 16 april and by 17 april i can expect my bike to be 100% healthy to ride on. Its already 20april, yet the spare parts haven't arrived, yet it being an urgent order.
                                      I was informed the evening (13 april) that my bike could be given back to me the next day and the expenses made was rs 5067/-, i was shocked to hear the amount since still the spare parts have not arrived or being replaced. I was surprised that the balancer set had to replaced which alone costs rs3600, i was never informed about it through phone itself. I only knew the crank shaft was to be replaced, and i will be paying for that. Now as i am informed the crank shaft will cost rs4000/- approx. And rs750/- the installation charge. About rs5000 i still need to pay, when the crank-shaft arrives (If it ever does). About rs9000/- i am spending on a 2 year old bike and on its engine, ridden just over 24000kms, is it normal? What i am suppose to believe i was provided an absolute perfect bike when i bought it? Though i love my bike, but the problems that i am facing is intolerable especially from the suzuki team i have lost faith. Please come up with true and genuine answers to answer my questions.
