I have booked vitara breeza zdi in october 2017 to greenland motors allahabad uttar pradesh as commited by greenland motors my car received in their show room as per their timeline my car loan has been sanctioned and draft prepared but at last minute they refused to get delivery of my vehicle saying accessories kit i ordered is not available so take the ldi kit instead of zdi, when i objected they were saying deposit draft and wait untill the accessories arrived bcoz of that my draft has been cancelled two times and i am forced to pay interest on the released amount of loan. So please look into matter

    I’m dr. Anuj sangwan

    I’m complaining about jagmohan motors, sonipat 131001 haryana.
    I met an accident on 7th of this month, and the same day i took my car to their bodyshop. Nobody came to see my car for atleast 1 hour. Noone attended me.

    To this, nothing i. E. No repair has been started to my car until the 5th day dated 12th of april despite clearance from the surveyor regarding the damage and allowance given to company for repair.
    I was not told about the estimate cost of repair, nothing about how much time will they take to repair my car until i called them multiple times and forced them to give me a tentative date to return the car.

    I have visited their office multiple times regarding this issue, i was finally given 18th of april as the date they will be returning my car.
    I called them on 18th but no repair done until the date. I called them multiple times again on 19th, no one attended my calls. Mr sandeep who was my advisor didn’t even bother to call me back.
    I went onto meet mr surender, their bodyshop manager, he didn’t even know the status of my car, they lied to me about that they didn’t have my car bill and blah blah, 100s of excuses they were ready with.
    Despite being mentally harassed, i still talk yo them politely asking when they will completely repair the car and when they will be able to return it. They promised for next day that is 20th of april, same story happened again, false promises. Still my car was in bad condition, half repair was done.
    A further day was taken by them to return the car, still as on today, they didn’t return my car. As i told them that i will file a complaint they rushed to do the work but still left with multiple faults in repair, not able to deliver the car.
    This is just not me but other 1000 of customers struggling with these half knowledges fools in the company. From advisor to manager, all corrupt and dumb even to respect the policy of customer and company.
    I want a strict action from your side against them.

      Respected sir/madam, i have been planning to buy nexa baleno delta petrol 1.2. But there is a confusion arising relating to the prices. The ex-showroom price of that car in guwahati is rs. 643593 and in jorhat the price is rs. 650213. Compared to nexa s-cross and maruti swift, there prices are same all around india. Then why there is different prices for nexa baleno while the gst is same?

        Free advice for the customers don't buy suzuki access 125. I, sk nejamuddin, am a owner of suzuki access 125, car no wb 30y 1218. It has lot of problem, you will feel it time by time... Though i have felt it from the 3rd day of purchasing. Problems as followes:
        1. Too much self start problem, engine starts after too many trails and even with the help of accelerator.
        2. Engine stops suddenly at the running situation.
        3. Now a days, near the bumper when u slow your scooty even then the engine stops, and self start may not be happen.
        4. Engine sounds too much with too much of vibration (Where company said this is the low vibration car.)
        5. Very bad customer service. (After selling the car, they are not taking appreciative responsibility).
        6. I complained earlier, but my dealer refuse all time, only give dates. I have already submitted my car for 3-4 times with around 7 day each... They only say after this service your scooty will not make any disturbance, with it 7-10 days i feel the same problem... I requested them for exchange my scooty from the 3rd or 4th day of purchasing, but they did not pay any attention.
        7. More over i think they provided me a used product,,, as it did not had any cover by polythene type material but dust.
        Very disappointing thing from suzuki.
        Realising all those difficulties i will suggest go for honda i[censored] want 125cc of scooty,,, but don't buy suzuki access 125.

          Hi,
          I am writing this mail, after i have lost patience with the support that i have received from suzuki team.
          I have bought my gixxer sf, on 2016, 28 feb. Its just over 2years now. I have travelled a just over 24000kms, but the problems that have incurred in the bike, seems that i have ridden 80000km or more maybe 7-10years in other way round. My bike, neither had any accidents in this tenure nor i ride poorly enough to damage my bike, internally or externally. But within a small period within 2nd servicing (4months) i complained about my bike chain not being tight enough, giving me poor mileage, but they just tightened it, nothing else, but on the 4th servicing a still complained and asked them to look it properly, then a staff from the servicing team, took care enough to minutely check the chain, and found fault it in. Sprocket was damaged and had to replaced this soon!!! (Just about a year). And somewhere during the 7th and 8th servicing i asked them to please check, there are fumes i see to come out of the engine, they said its normal, i can ignore that. But in the 9th servicing i complained my bike’s engine is creating a bad noise, not the same sound that an engine should make when it starts. My bike’s engine had to be open, and i was informed that it might take somewhere between 3.5k - 4.5k in repair plus the servicing fee to get my bike to perfect state, that would take about 2days, i agreed that was on 7april 2018 (Saturday). I checked in monday they said, i will get it on wednesday (11 april), when i checked again on wednesday i was told the spare part that he was looking for, is not available locally or in the suburbs of the city, by friday its expected that i will get my bike back.in this whole process i was informed that they have opened the engine of the bike and they did find some faults in engine, while chasing to correct one problem found few other issues, but never mentioned me what were the spare parts faulty or are being replaced. On friday (13 april 2018) i called up again, i was informed the parts they presumed to be my bike’s is not actually so, it will again take time and bike cannot be provided me back, and asked me to keep the bike, since the spare part will come by tuesday and on wed (17 april) i can expect the bike in my hands. I asked them to please return me the bike, in whatever condition it is in, i will take down the bike again to them, when the spare part comes, in reply i was told, the bike’s engine cannot be put together with the faulty parts, please wait for another 3-4days, and never mentioned me what spare parts they were looking for.
          I got agitated and raised a complaint ref. No - 104244, then only they took action, provided me the bike the very next day and mentioned that crank and shaft is the spare part not available locally and provided me the urgent order (On 13april 2018) (Order no - s075102kol1804001v) for the spare part, i. E. Crank-shaft, as suppose to come earliest and as per customer complaint ref. No - 104244 that i have, prior to that i was ensured that the spare parts will reach by 16 april and by 17 april i can expect my bike to be 100% healthy to ride on. Its already 20april, yet the spare parts haven't arrived, yet it being an urgent order.
          I was informed the evening (13 april) that my bike could be given back to me the next day and the expenses made was rs 5067/-, i was shocked to hear the amount since still the spare parts have not arrived or being replaced. I was surprised that the balancer set had to replaced which alone costs rs3600, i was never informed about it through phone itself. I only knew the crank shaft was to be replaced, and i will be paying for that. Now as i am informed the crank shaft will cost rs4000/- approx. And rs750/- the installation charge. About rs5000 i still need to pay, when the crank-shaft arrives (If it ever does). About rs9000/- i am spending on a 2 year old bike and on its engine, ridden just over 24000kms, is it normal? What i am suppose to believe i was provided an absolute perfect bike when i bought it? Though i love my bike, but the problems that i am facing is intolerable especially from the suzuki team i have lost faith. Please come up with true and genuine answers to answer my questions.

              Dear sir / ma’am,

              I vikas kumar srivastava address - 67/1/1 pritam road, dalanwala, dehradun ph. No. [protected] is a regular costumer of maruti since 1988. Between this time period i had cars starting from maruti 800 to ciaz, in which all the cars like maruti 800, wagon r, swift, swift dzire, sx4 zdi and ciaz are bought from rohan motors dehradun except 2 cars. Previous all the cars are exchanged from maruti true value. Swift dzire uk07ad9040 was bought from future motors dehradun and yesterday i bought ciaz from future nexa dehradun. All over, all my cars are bought from maruti, all cars were sold to maruti true value and the service of these cars were 99% done by maruti’s authorised dealer. Four days ago i decided to sale out my last car sx4 zdi uk07az6940 for which i received a call from future nexa dehradun and the value for my sx4 zdi car was decided by nexa true value dehradun as rs 3, 60, 000/- after a complete checking of it by them. At the average of which i gave them advance rs 40, 000 for booking amt. For new car ciaz. Balance payment and all the formalities was done by the next day for which future nexa took the whole day. After completion of all the formalities it was decided the delivery of the car on the same day of akshya tritiya at 6:00 p. M.

              10 minutes before the delivery of the car, nexa true value’s workers backed out from their evaluation and demanded for rs 9, 000/- more. As it was the day of akshya tritiya and it was about to get night, so i gave them rs 9, 000/- in cash without any reciept and without any billing which was totally illegal as it was a blackmailing. I felt that at the time of delivery of the car i was blackmailed. Overall, rs 9, 000/- given by me to nexa true value’s workers was totally wrong and the amount of rs 9, 000/- should be returned to me immediately.in this way people will not believe on nexa and nexa true value after this.

              But my car mileage. Is giving. Ave.17km.
              Per liter. You told on manual book. The milage. Is 22km.per liter..
              So pl rectify my problem as soon as possible...

                My swift-vxi just drove 24000km & came on 10 km average right after the service in jan'18 end. I have sent the email too on [protected]@maruti.co.in with crm :[protected]. I have never received a call from u guys to update or suggest why the average of new has gone down?
                I have also called on ur complaint no. But dint get through anyone... This is not the value for my money. Looking forward for the solution instead of redeirecting. To someone else...

                  My new swift desire, just drove 26000 km, send to authorize maruti suzuki service station; drove by senior citizen; send for service and complaint about air conditioner not working properly.
                  The staff said that compressor of air conditioner is gone, needs to change the whole compressor. Now my question is what kind of an air conditioner compressor being used by the company that it needs to be replace just after 26000 km, my car number.

                    Hi. I bought thia alto k10 vxi based on the add 24.07 kmpl. But ibget only 12- 14 kmpl. The same segment of cars are giving 20 avaerage in city. So stressed please look into this.

                    I always pour 300 rs petrol and get the average of 45- 50 km which is half of what was advertised.

                    Im not driving benz or rangrover to get this milage. Just driving an alto with 1 lt engieen. Spending too much in the fuel.

                    Dear Mr. Arun,

                    Check fuel economy by full tank to full tank method.
                    Fill the tank full at pump near you, set trip meter "0" and drive more than 100 kms. Then re-fill to full tank at same pump and note the how much fuel added to fill it full.
                    Now divide distance traveled by added fuel qty.

                    If this figure don't satisfy you, report to your nearest dealer.

                    I am not Maruti official. Just trying to help you solve your problem.

                      I have taken wagonr vxi from guindy abt chennai on 03- jan 2018. My vehicle no is tn 01 bd 6869. Vehicle delivered with sbi fast tag for toll. But the amount debits repeatedly without travel via toll. I requested several time maruti abt guindy to update my vehicle no. Instead of chassis no given as vehicle during rto registration.

                      After the delivery of the vehicle maruti abt guindy don't take care if there is any mistake happens during or after delivery by him.

                      Several times i requested mrs revathi who is dealing with sbi fast tag. But no response from her. I contacted even sbi fast tag customer care, they said contact maruti abt to update my vehicle.

                      Please i need to update my vehicle no in sbi fast tag..

                        Sir, my baleno zeta petrol (R. Blue) car booking no is sob17001113 at nexa-sambalpur, odisha, on dt-22/02/2018. And now it is completed 7 week and 4days after my booking. Rm will promise me to supply the order within 6 week of booking. Now they don't reply me the confirm delivery date and telling that there is some problem in factory to supply the car. Now i dont know that when i will get my car.

And now it is completed 5 Months and and also 3 EMI are over after my booking. GM of will promise (KAPICO Motors India Pvt. Ltd, Chennai)me to supply the order within 3 Months of booking. Now they don't reply me the confirm delivery date and telling that there is some Financial crisis to supply the car. Now i dint know that when i will get my car.

                          Issue: cheating

                          I have been charged 21k for car service and the invoice and job card doesnt give any breakup of the cost. Whats more car wasn't even cleaned from inside for which i raised the issue to the gm who was least bothered to even ackonwledge the issue. Have sent mail to auto vista 5days back on 14th april 2018 at 13:27 no one have contacted me yet!

                          When car was delivered way beyond the delivery time commited my audio video system was locked for which the gm visited and made me stand on the road at the middle of the road as he wasnt aware of procedures to rectify the issue. After hit and trial he was able to do the same wasting my time along with family for approx 1hour.

                          Attached are the bills and images of my car. Car perfume was kept in the car and was charged for the same which i never requested. I was told that break shoe, some hybrid belt etc were changed which i am not sure were actually done as my break are making noise. Car average has gone down.

                          Feel cheated and regret the decision of buying maruti suzuki vehicle. Will ensure i approach the consumer court and do what ever i can on social media to screw these service standards fro autovista..

                            I am abhilash, winner of lucky draw on onam august 2017 for the purchase of maruti omni. But the popular maruti cheated me and they give me a used 2016 ac. So i compiaint to the popular maruti. But they denays to replace it. Therefore i compelled to go to the consumer court againt maruti and popular. So i request you to clear the issue.
                            We are running a driving school at palode by name surabhi motor driving school. The vehicles using are only maruti vehicles-maruti 800-2nos, alto-1no, waggon r, 1no. Ertiga 1no and a maruti omni. All these vehicles are purchsed and servicing trough popular maruthi trivandrum

                              As per major concern over the change size of spare wheel. I recently brought the baleno aplha model and while checked i got to know that spare wheel is in smaller size. I mentioned it to car dealer he started giving absurd reason, but after some days when i was travelling one of tyre got punctured and i was in remote place so there was no shop to repair, when i tried to put on spare wheel it was not right placed due to change in sizes.
                              Not happy with spare wheel.

                                I have bought maruti swift new model 2 month back. Believe me I have planned to buy this car from so many days.even I didn't visit any another brand showroom and never looked for any another car. Till now I am satisfied with the performance of the car. BUT one thing which disturb me from the day I bought this car is the behavior of your sales manager Modern automobile ambala city.i didn't get the feeling of BRAND when I get the delivery of my dream car. I heard from my friend who just bought SCODA .The attention and the entertainment he get there from the entire team of SCODA sales team was amazing.the sales manager personally meet each customer and use to ask about the experience they get while taking the delivery of new car. But in Modern automobile ambala city the sales manager didn't even bother to meet any customer.Even when I personally go there to meet him he didn't bother to stand up to greet.the sales person whom I was dealing with was good to me.but this behavior of sales manager Modern automobile was made me though that may be he also doesn't consider maruti as BRAND.i am working with state Bank of India.I personally permot the maruti to everyone who is going to plan for a car.but from now I feel like I am just a car owner on the road.i don't have the feeling that I bought BRAND.it was my first new car.i spent around 8 lacks to purchase just a CAR. A disappointed customer. You should think towards it to make maruti as BRAND.

                                  I am Mr. Dinesh, I have taken a new vehicle Suzuki Gixer SF F5 ABS in jain auto care which is located in Pallavaram branch. I have taken delivery on 03/04/2018 and still now vehicle is not been registered. When I left my vehicle in the workshop for the issue running mileage is only 32 kilometers and with in this short period or mileage. The right side got melted internal. Shall i take this product quality is not good, Or workmanship or PDI have not checked before giving delivery to the customer as per delivery process. I have been to the workshop and spoke to the works manager MR. Senthilkumar who is seated in Pallavaram Branch regarding this issue, but he is not capable to explain a proper technical reason and no any proper response from workshop side. I left my vehicle in the workshop on same day on 07/04/2018 and there is no response after that. So I carried over to TSM MR. Rakesh he said he will check and come back to me with in two days. And today is 16/4/2018 its been 10 days. I still haven"t got any updation from workshop nor TSM side. I need my vehicle to replaced new one. I never thought such a irresponsible action towards your dealership or TSM. I am very much disappointed and dissatisfied with your sales and service team. I hope i will get proper response from your side.

                                    fog light switch not available in celerio zxi (o)

                                    I have purchased maruti model celerio zxi (O) from premsons motor kake road ranchi on 14.03.2018 bearing engine no k10bn2118280 chassis no ma3etde1s00503426. As per specification the vehicle is in built fog light, the fog light is available but on/off switch is not available in side the car.
                                    Pls look into matter and resolve the problem

                                    As from previous 2-3 months a problem is occurring in the tyres of my car as a very high sound came out when we drive and causing a problem and as our car crosses 30000km this sound has increased so it's my request you to kindly pay attention to my problem the tyres are of jk tyres and our car model is march2015 and i own a swift (Vdi) cho1 bb 8116 and even we go to the dealers in ind. Area phase1chd (Autopace) but our problem hasn't solved yet. I want you people to kindly change the tyres of my car.

                                      I booked a breeza on 15 jan 18 with stan autos jallandhar with a payment of booking as applicable. As promised to me vdi (O) breeza was to be delivered to me within 12 weeks. After 13 weeks there is no news and the casual manner in which stan autos jallandhar is handling the issue shows their incompetence and poor service. Neccessay action against the agency and prompt delivery may please be organised.
