Dear Sir / Madam,

This is regarding my booking with Maruti Suzuki VXI (Magna Grey) at Adarsh Agencies Attapur, Hyderabad - 500048, Opposite Mantra Malla, Pillar No 185, PVNR Express Way. I have made the complete payment of 7, 56, 000 in cash on 03.22.2018 and the total amount has been debited from my end( attached are the receipt copies) I was planning to take the car as gift for sons bday falling on 04.06 and It was committed & promised that the vehicle would be delivered dated 04.04.2018 however, I got a shocking call on March 30th saying the vehicle is damaged and could not give the delivery on the said date, they tried hard to change my mind on color or model for which I refused and I personally visited the showroom immediately and spoke to various people. Mr. Prashanth who is an SM and later spoke with GM Mr. Naveen and he confirmed that he would deliver the vehicle on 06.04.2018. Yet again, this was just a false commitment. I have been regularly following up on this from 30th and Naveen hardly responded or replied to my calls. Finally, on 4.4.2018, he made Mr. Prashanth call me to inform that they cannot deliver the vehicle. This sheer shows the irresponsibility and poor customer service. I am really annoyed & writing here due to not maintaining good customer relationship from Maruti Suzuki dealers after booking the vehicle with full cash payment. The dealers did not make a single call of follow up.

As choosing Maruthi I am being penalized in every way. Now, if the dealers refund amount I would not be able to book the vehicle due to variance in the price of the vehicle now. If they have locked my money for all these days and not delivering the vehicle I should also be getting the compensation?

I don’t have any issue if these people would have given me true commitment or communication saying that so and so time is required for delivery. I would have made the booking from other car dealers like Hyundai grand, Chevrolet etc. & I am writing this email with a lot of grief to solve my issue as I am a fool to make the cash payment in full and wasting my time from one month back. I also lost on the special occasion of my sons' bday. Request you to consider the same on urgent basis & confirm to me. I would be compelled to proceed legally if this is not resolved or addressed accordingly. If the dealers are planning for the refund, then I would definitely recommend a compensation along with refund amount as the amount was unnecessarily blocked by them.

        My car baleno, zeta had steering noise inside the cabin regarding on this raised complaint on 16/feb/2018, complaint no. Nx [protected]. Spare parts has been changed with my approval and with out my notice. Its highly illegal as with out customer approval spare parts cant be replaced by authorized work shops. This mistake was done by jajabheri automotive pvt ltd, visakhapatnam and more over my complaint has been closes with out any intimation.

        Please Note: Spare parts has been changed with out my approval and with out my notice. Before replacing spare parts they have to explain cost of spare parts and labour charges. Before replacing spare part they had sent SMS indicates Estimate amount is Rs.0. after service they demand to pay Rs. 3581/- other wise they denied to delivery of car.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          My Car Estillo Zen met with an accident on 11/12/17 and was towed to the nearest Maruti Workshop on 20.12.2017 for necessary repairs and for Maruti insurance cover and claim etc. I had submitted all the relevant papers for smooth process of the repairs and claim. But after 112 days in the workshop, I am repeated told parts have not come. (For your kind information, the workshop I am referring to is RANI MOTORS, Shillong, Meghalaya, India).
          I do not understand how long will the parts be supplied after making indents because my car is a discontinued version.

          112 days of wait for the parts to be supplied I think i ridiculous.
          Please help to provide the indented parts at the earliest.

            I, mr kiran patel, have given the maruti suzuki ciaz to service. So i had given it at maruti service station situated at maruti starline pvt. Ltd, mehsana on 25/03/2018. But service is not proper and body and chasis noise is not solve. Till that day, i have gone there two times but i didn't recieve any satisfactory reply from there. Also they didn't solve the noise problem. They just charged me with the bill of 3819/- for that new but not properly fixed hanging bumper.

            It is but natural that if any customer is paying the amount for a commodity and service than it is your duty ti give us satisfactorily reply, service and complete solution of problem.

            I wrote this letter to tell you that i am completely dis-satisfy by your service. Also i want the proper solution regarding this probelm from your side.

              I have a 2013 model swift dizire vxi kl-06-g 5757. About 7 months ago a warning lights up. I approached jawan service centre muvattupuzha twice. Then popular automobiles elamakkara - ernakulam and they took one day checkup and given a paper citing the complaint and asked me to approach a service centre near to me. I am from idukki - kanjikuzhy. So i went to indus motors thodupuzha. They advised me to change a spare part, it is not ready with them. After one month i again went there. Then they told me that they have to check whether the complaint stated by popular is correct or not. They also took a full day checkup and confirmed the complaint and told me to change the part and they booked the same. After two weeks i changed the complaint part from indus and they charged rs.3100/-. But after a week the same complaint appeared. Again i come there and they did something and said everything is right. But again within a week same complaint appeared. At last i approached an electrician on 26.03.2018 and he checked and said the changed sparepart had no problem and showed me its working. He contact indus motors kattappana and the did something and also did the 50000km servicing and charged rs.4200. But the complaint will reappear on 30.03.2018.
              I have a doubt that is there any solution for solving my vehicles problem. About 8 months i am behind this. Is your service centres can solve this?

                I had booked, maruti breeza (Vdi optional), colour :grenite gray in the month of feb-18 with an exchange of old car.
                Booking no : sob17003694.
                Total booking amount (With exchange) 116000. That time your sale manager confirm that you will confirm to get booked car on first week of april, no need to worry.
                But as discussed in this week with your representative, he will not in confidence for delivery. This will not a good impression of maruti over customer.
                My request to ensure delivery in this weekend.

                Amount for two month are also liable for interest if it is no satisfactory need of customer.

                  I got a accident at gujarat. My near by maruti suzuki service center at eternal motors, chitra bhavanagar.

                  After 1 week i got a call from service assistant we have to open your engine there was something damaged in your engine.

                  After 1 and half month they called me for pick up my car. I was got my car but with in 2 days i face car overheated problem. I was paid them more than 15000/- as a service charge and i buy my car in may 2017 so its still in warranty.
                  On thursday i go to amar car anand. They check it for 2 days. They told car engine is overheat so coolant & water is vaporized so its may be engine issue. So they told me we have to open car engine head and check it out.

                  I buy this car for medical reasons but if eternal motors bodyshop, bhavanagar not done satisfactory work. Its my worst experience at eternal motors bhavanagar. I never suggest anyone to service at their.

                    Hello sir this reminder to the complaint dated 5 th nov 2017.
                    On 1st jan 2017 i have purchased baleno zeeta petrol model from nexa mohali showroom - c-55 indl area ph-7 mohali
                    On 5th nov 2017 car was serviced as last free service
                    Balancing tyers, what they did unused stepney tyre as ok tested by the company maruti suzuki declared a default and put a weight of 50 gm and charged for that and when enquired said that defected steipneys are always issued by the company, when protested to refund the amount they said that refund is not our policy we will do next free balancing or washing but stepney cannot be replaced being defective issued by company.
                    If the company issues the defective stepney that is lability of company to replace unused stepney and refund the weight charges to the owner.
                    The complaint is pending with your office but not resolved yet.
                    Please resolve earlier otherwise i may have to knock the door of consumer forum to get justice because your agents called so many times did not resolve the complaint and at least five-month have gone.
                    Finally, request you to resolve the complaint at your earliest

                      I booked the all new swift from fortpoint showroom in thane on 9th february, 2018. I recieved the car on 18thmarch, which was already driven for 400+ kms at the time of delivery. The car has been used for test-drives and exhibits, and has lot of interior scratches and defects already.
                      I was handed over a second-hand test-drive vehicle, and i want a brand new car since i had paid for a brand-new car.

                        Current odometer reading around 9000km

                        The car has an issue with its mileage delivery i. E. Fuel economy is very poor.
                        Company claimed figures are faar away.

                          I a. Venkateswararao having a ertiga (Zdi) purchased in the year 2014 dec, i am happy to have that vehicle, but after 35000 kms i am not comfort with the vehicle due to low pickup. I drive my vehicle below 2000 rpm and less brake usage. I went to showrooms (Varun & jayberi) in visakhapatnam no. Of times, one time they changed clutch, another time they changed some other part, then i contacted mr. Ajay maruti engineer (Visakhapatnam) he engaged mr pratap kumar he checked some parts he also said no problem but vehile runs smoothly for 15 days problem started again, since then i am running my vehicle in the same condition. So take my case seriously and resolve it, if it is not in perview tell me whom i have to contact.

                            I have been taken delivery of vehicle vitara brezza on dated 18th march 2018,

                            Using bluetooth and audio system and observed both malfunction / terminates frequently while running..

                            Would give me really pathetic feel with the class and would insists to replace asap.

                            Will be doing frequently telecom meetings and suffering because of the such bad quality feel.

                              I am shivaraman ravi and i am from chennai. I had requested for a test drive of swift 2018 diesel automatic. I had made this request through the portal and i have got a sms stating that the test is scheduled for 23/3/2018 at 10 am and car is provided by popular from east anna nagar.
                              I got so many calls each asking the same detail and all were from popular automobiles and i had to shout at them as each one wants to know what car i am interested.
                              Today is the test drive schedule at 10 am and at 9.45 i get a call from popular automobiles to say they do not have a diesel automatic car. I am utterly disappointed by the kind of dealers you have who just waste customers time giving false appointment. I am sure such dealers will ruien your company reputation soon

                                I put my car for repair due to gear slip problem on 23.02.2018 at kataria automobile, balitha
                                They repair car in extended warranty and i pay rs.3300 for oil and labour cost.
                                Same problem arise after 2 days. I again put my car for repair in next week, they told that problem got solved.
                                Same problem arise very next day, i again put my car for repair on 10.03.2018 but problem not solved, service representative told that some part not available with workshop, we will arrange parts in 10 days and repair your car.

                                But problem not solved till date even after 3 times of repair, and no information from kataria automobiles tat, when will kataria automobiles will solve my car gear problem.

                                I feel that they already took payment for my car repair and now they are not at all interested in my car repair.

                                Me and my family used different models of maruti car since more than last 25 years but this is the worst service experience of maruti suzuki dealer.

                                  I have purchased baleno delta petrol from vipul motors vide invoice no vsl15001192 dtd 28/03/16. Engine no k12mn4145926 ch no ma3ewb22sgc157491. After second service the car ac was not functional and service centre informed that some rings were cut and set right the issue. The ac was not effected and again approached the service centre and they checked and informed ac now working. This season in feb 18 again the ac was not working and they put gas but subsquently again ac not working the service centre informed replacement of compressor. Again ac was not effective and i have approached the service centre and now they have intended another part (Expension) which is yet to be replaced as the same was not available with them.in the meanwhile warranty is expiring on 29th of this month. Since ac is not functioning effectively kindly arrange for inspection of vehicle by your engineers for through check up of ac. Staff at rohan motors greaternoida mr lalit sharma sa is cooperating well and his services for set right the proble are appriciable. Since the ac is not working effectively hence the warranty for the same may not be expired on 29th of this month

                                    We have purchased 9 cars from my car pvt. Ltd. Pune. The deal committed by the dealer is still pending for last 3 months. Till today they have not given the total receipt's and payment description and closed deal. The sales executives never turned back after delivery. Old vehicles were not collected which were suppose. The buy - back facility and payment is also not cleared. The same unfavorable deal was last 3 years before. The payment of one car is still pending and the car is also with my car, no response given by dealer. It is very very unfair to deal with my car its a type of cheating. Due to last time experience i was supposed to purchase from other maruti dealer but assured for the fair deal i purchased from my car pvt. Ltd. Pune. Financial commitments not completed till date.
                                    It is very surprising not to fulfill commitments and upset for such unfair deal. Hope you will take necessary action.

                                      I had given a second free service at Thriveni Cars Salem. On 22.09.2017 I purchased new Maruti dzire. From Tat day itself I had a problem with Thriveni cars Salem. From first delivery itself they didn't look after PDI. There is a rough surface in back bumper and small small brown dots are there. I inform Tat, After Tat they rectify. Now in second service 19.03.2018 they didn't wash properly and my seat covers are dirty and front pumper has been damaged. In this regard I complaint on same day itself. Till now no solution for complaint. Kindly arrange to rectify problem. Thriveni service is not good and there is no response.

                                      I am Muniappan P .my car no is TN54R8584 with triveni car ltd Salem .I am sharing my service experience s with triveny cars is very bad.they are not keep the service time as a given schedule
