Dear sir,
On 8/3/18 i have lounched a comlaint for requirement of new keys as my car keys are not working. I had given necessosary documents & made payments to your dealer sai service vasco, goa but even after 12 days they are saying that key is not being dispatched from maruti.in fast moving world if maruti works and treats their customer in such delays it is just surprising so kindly address the issue on fast track.

    I purchase swift car from maruti dealer tr sawhney motor gokulpuri wazirabad road on 7/12/15 now my colour is fade i contact maruti dealer tr sawhney gokulpuri wazirabad he taken the pic of my car and says i will contact u in 3-4 days but he doesn't contact me last 20 days. I complain to maruti tollfree no he says the dealer will contact u very soon but the dealer not contact me he give complaint no[protected] now 1 month a go my problem doesn't solve

    Door speaker is not working properly.I complaint many times to MARUTI suzuki dealer which is located in bulandshahr but the staff were not coprative I faced many problems..so please it's my humble request to resolve my problem as much as early.

      We had purchased to car with regn no dl4c ac 1866 on 01.01.2017. Car has rum 22000 kms. Car is facing starting problem as the battery is defective. The car is starnded with dd motors dwarka for last two days. I am being told that i will have to wait another few days till battery company replaces battery. Pl look into matter as why i should be penalised i am handicapped without car.

        Sir,
        I kunj bihari gupta resident of a - 69 radha vihar new sanganer road, sodala, jaipur-302019, rajasthan has a complaint regarding ertica zdi+ car no. Rj14-uk 0789. I am complaining for the vibration that occurs when i drive onto speed 75-85. This problem was occurring from the day one when i purchased this car. I have already get it service for two to three times but didn't get it resolved and complaining for the same mistake on first service and second service but nobody cared and nobody even repaired. I gave my car to the prem moter service center, bais godam, jaipur on 13 march 2018 but the problem is same. There are no changes in the problem and didn't get it sorted till date.
        Kindly consider my problem and resolve it soon.

          I mr bimal navsaria purchased wagon r cng car number mh02-er-0185 from sai service pvt ltd from andheri east mumbai and my mobile number is [protected]/[protected], purchased in the month of august, and after the third service the car faced a check light issue on the same day and i informed to the concern person about the issue and took my car again to the service center but the mechanic was unable to resolve and said by him that he is unable to detect the issue through the system. Any how he repaired and gave back to me my car, again the same problem occurred and i took my car to service center the very next day.
          Second day the mechanic rectified the issue and did throttle body cleaning and handed the car back to me. And again in the week i was facing the same problem and the car took all most a week to get repaired, and again after 2 days the car is facing the same problem till now.
          So i am facing loss in the business as i have to pay wages to my driver, and also it is a matter of safety concern as the driver had faced feed back from the client about the jerk while running the car and car stops while changing the gear and while stopping.
          So who is going to bear the loss as i want this car to get replace and as a matter of compensation the rest of the loan company will bear. Or please repay my money. So please revert me as soon as possible or i have to go legally.

          Sir I complaint regarding my car No.AN-01-K-9280 sent to Maruti Agency Workshop, Garacharma for servicing of my car to attending the following works :-

          1) Lock problem of front door
          2) To attending of repair front number plate

          But the workshop neither attend the above work nor good wash of car

            Sir,
            Recently my car up32eu9380 picked up for service by workshop of m/s anand motors at chinhat who dropped it as usual after service. While driving the car i noticed an unusual noise from engine box once i ignored but i feel it is due to some lose fitting in engine box i complaint to service manager who call at work shop and put a rubber piece under the broken plastic case. Which i feel broken in force opening of that case because my car was not making any noise in driving before service neither it reported by driver who pick up the car for service nor by any mechanic before service.

            I told my complaint to the concerned person but after calling once they did not paid any attention. More over even after laps of about one month they did not took any feed back after service for which we were waiting and use to take in all our previous service.

            I replaced my previous car (Maruti) by maruti only and after sale service was a prime factor in our decision and such a apathetic attitude is unexpected

            I paid rs.5900/ for service it may have been done by much lesser amount by private service verdors if such level of service is required.
            My openion about company and company's service will change positively if no attention is paid to my complaint.

            To day is 27th march till date we have not received any response from the company after lapse of 11 days we feel it does not matter for the agency. If company works as only forwarding agent without any followup for complaint redressal, then we have to assume that we dont have any option other than bear the pain given by your agency..

              Sir/madam,
              I regret to bring to your kind notice the following facts:
              I had brought my damaged car to maruti workshop in shillong meghalaya on december 19, 2017 for repairs. The work manager swung into action immediately, got the damaged assessed and the surveyor's inspection. But till date the car is as is where is condition for want of parts. The work manager is positive that the parts will arrive anytime as they have indented the parts. Even after 86 days the parts have not come. I request the company to kindly speed up the dispatch of the parts at the earliest.
              The car i am writing about is estilo zen of 2011 make.

                My self pravin galande car swift dezire vxi (O) mh17 az 7274. I had a minor car accident & i had submitted car to kankariya service station of repairing on 27.01.18 about 2 months has passed though the issue is not resolved. The performance of very poor. The people are not cooperating at all. Very careless people. Action to be taken immediately.
                Since last 15 days service station manager is telling the problem will resolved within 2 days but till date the problem is not resolved. Upon several follow ups they are taking it casualy.
                It's very hectic & panic condition.
                The same issue i am going to take with consumer forum.

                  I have purchased a vehicle swift dzire vdi on 22 september 2017. First service of the vehicle was done at 1031 km on 9 october 2017 at vallioor aadhi maruthi. By 31 november 2017 the vehicle was sunk in flood. I informed the dealer and the vehicle was towed and taken to the body shop of aadhi cars, tirunelveli. Body shop manager mr. Raja received the vehicle and inspected the damage. He checked with the insurance company and i had maruthi company bumper to bumper insurance. So he said we need to pay only oil charges which will be around rs.5000. He started the work and he dint provide any documents or get any consent for any work from us. I signed only for the insurance claim. All communication has happened only through phone. The vehicle was ready by february 14, 2018 and i received a message for the completion of work through mr. Satish from body shop. I hired a driver and went to get delivery of the vehicle on 12 march, 2018. I filled a full tank diesel and we had a trial for our satisfaction. When we asked the bill he is demanding nearly rs.43000. He dint allow us to take the vehicle and asking us to pay rs.43000 where he doesn’t show any proper documents how this amount arrives. Kindly take proper action to release my car as per the commitment of body shop manager mr. Raja.

                      Dear sir madam
                      This is badrinath from chennai and the owner of maruthi swift vdi car. Yesterday i gave my vehicle for general servicing in cars india gerugambakkam body shop which is a authorized service center. From the bill generated i have noted that although the oil change and other required formalities was completed 6 months back on 23th july 2017 they have done the same one more time on yesterday 11th march 2018 which is with in the short period nearly 6 months. As per the norms this process is required on two conditions 1 either the vehicle has run 10000 km 2017 service reading was 48593 km and 2018 service reading was 51037 km or 2 crossed one year time. Neither the above two cases satisfied still cars india people went ahead and changed them. If this is the case then this leads to question the quality of service they have done earlier. That is they are using substandard material in their service or cheating the customers in the name of replacing oil. I am totally disappointed with their service. I am attaching the bills of the two services for your reference. I request you to take action against them by asking them to refund the entire money for their faulty service last time or cancel their license.

                          Upon completeion of work i had paid 16062 rs for the work on 19th jan. But they have not yet added autocard poitns against that bill.
                          I had kept my autocard with them for @ 4 days but still they have not done any thing.

                            The trunk of my car does not close when i lock my car. The trunk has button in it.
                            After i lock my car, and try to open the trunk with the help of that button provided with it, the trunk opens.
                            The trunk should also get lock with my car, but this is not happening.
                            Please resolve this issue asap basis as i have lost couple of things from trunk last week.

                              I was purcahse ertiga zdi+ car 05 months before with number mh20 ee 7969. At the time of car washing paint on car bonate get removed automatically. I was complain local diler of pagariya auto several time but i didn't get proper response from them.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                with reference to the above subject i Sachin Praladh Mokle had purchased Alto Car MH-21/2128 in the month of Nov-16 from Pagariya auto True value Shop aurangabad From Mr. Kunal Birhade ( True Value Manager) at the time of Sale he committed that all transfer formalities will be done by true value and taken Rs 1000/- towards transfer charges, but even after taking so many follow ups he always told its under process and will be done soon.

                                finally after one year i visited Pagariya Auto Aurangabad in Feb 2018 to get it done on priority i got to know that he left the job. Then i met Mr. Ashok Battul ( New True Value Manager) and he told me that since there is no document stating that transfer of documents will be done by Pagariya True value Aurangabad, i have given the remaining payment of Rs Rs 5500/- required for transfer of documents on 09/02/2018. i handed over this payment cheque to Mr Amir your representative who committed the transfer will done by end of Feb 2018 .

                                I called Mr. Amir on 03/03/2018 then he told me that he left the job on 01/03/2018 and i need to speak to Mr. Ashok Battul, i call him and spoke to him about it this concern.

                                Today is 6/03/2018 still i have not received any communication from pagariya True Value aurangabad in any form.

                                Its irritating and frustrating to call Pagariya AutoTrue aurangabad people again and again and anyone of them hardly bothers to revert back. is this the kind of services True Value give to your customer's after sales.

                                its a regular practice of transfer of documents for True value, could you explain why a small things is taking a so much of time .

                                kindly look into the same on priority and get the transfer of documents done at the earliest.

                                  I bought a celerio vxi (O) amt on invoice date 30/4/17 from one auto kalikapur and within 11 months it stopped on the road for unknown reason. I called for the on road service and they came after 3 hours though the distance from service center to car breakdown place is less than 20 kms. The servicing guy took only 10 minutes and suggested for towing the car to service center by my own expense as the car has some serious issue with its gearbox and could not be fixed on road. As i was not present there and only my family was travelling by that car so i suggested my driver over phone to tow the car to our garage for the time being and asked service personnel to tow the car on any day so that i can go to the service center with the car. The service center suggested me that the towing expenses will be paid by me and i will be paid back to me later on. The next day when i called the manager of the service center he at first did not receive my call twice and on the third time he received the call and started misbehaving with me by saying when he is not taking the call i should have the sense to understand that he must be busy with something. This is really very insulting and miserable experience with maruti service.
                                  My questions are if there is any quality check done by maruti before delivering the car to buyers? Secondly, if maruti has any system to monitor the behavior of dealers and service center personnel?
                                  Thirdly, if on road assistance reaches after 3 hours from calling the service center which is less than 20 kms away then please stop featuring that service while selling cars.

Tbe vehichle is at show room since one week. Now they are holding the vehichle with no reasob and blufing at me. Stupid peolple we hav to stand at them as begars aftr payng the whole amount. Plz find me a solution. Maruthi cannot say they are satifiying coustomers. Due to this delay now i am hiring a vehichle for my personal uses. My grand mothr is ved ridden. So i need a vehichle always at my home. Now daily i hav to spend nearly 1000rs for vehichle hiring. Even today i am at thr ofc. Even now they are not speaking positively.                                       I have purchase a new swift dzire vdi on 29th dec 2017 from rohan moter greater noida, i have feel problem in front suspension, steering road, and dask board.

                                      Purchase date to till i am not receive any registration no of my car and no book in this car, i have feel this car is fake or showroom also sale this car to any other person and resale to direct to me.
                                      Please support me.
                                      I finding a solution or going to court.
                                      Bcoz 2.2 months later i cat got any registration copy and car is fake.

                                      My new Swift Dezire has Hand Break complaint in 1 year and it needs some sort of replacement to get fixed.
                                      Did not expect such low quantity parts from Maruthi on safety and most important things.

                                        Hi,

                                        My name is rohit, my car got serviced on 28th feb 18 by fast track noida. Next days i was travelling to dehradun from ghaziabaad.
                                        After few hours of driving my car shows some heating issue and stop running.

                                        Somehow, i managed to take it to the nearby maruti service station rohan motors in dehradun. Now, they are saying the engine has some major issue and needed to replace it. I don't understand how does it happen since i have done the service the days before the incident.
