I am purchase vdi on 28 feb 18 at the time booking mr amol sale executive cammit and told about ex. Warranty but at the time of billing they not give us ex. Warranty and give the reason that ki system was not working. Now they demand for 3000rs. Maruti give me wrrong commit. Very bad experience with maruti at automotive

    I have done body repair work at ace kudale car service center
    Upon completeion of work i had paid 16062 rs for the work on 19th jan. But they have not yet added autocard poitns against that bill.
    I had kept my autocard with them for @ 4 days but still they have not done any thing.

    I had also followed up number of times with the concern person at ace kudale

    Look forward to receive action by msil

      The trunk of my car does not close when i lock my car. The trunk has button in it.
      After i lock my car, and try to open the trunk with the help of that button provided with it, the trunk opens.
      The trunk should also get lock with my car, but this is not happening.
      Please resolve this issue asap basis as i have lost couple of things from trunk last week.

        I was purcahse ertiga zdi+ car 05 months before with number mh20 ee 7969. At the time of car washing paint on car bonate get removed automatically. I was complain local diler of pagariya auto several time but i didn't get proper response from them.
        I was also complain to maruti customer care with complain number [protected].
        Still i was waiting for response & my problem not get short out.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          with reference to the above subject i Sachin Praladh Mokle had purchased Alto Car MH-21/2128 in the month of Nov-16 from Pagariya auto True value Shop aurangabad From Mr. Kunal Birhade ( True Value Manager) at the time of Sale he committed that all transfer formalities will be done by true value and taken Rs 1000/- towards transfer charges, but even after taking so many follow ups he always told its under process and will be done soon.

          finally after one year i visited Pagariya Auto Aurangabad in Feb 2018 to get it done on priority i got to know that he left the job. Then i met Mr. Ashok Battul ( New True Value Manager) and he told me that since there is no document stating that transfer of documents will be done by Pagariya True value Aurangabad, i have given the remaining payment of Rs Rs 5500/- required for transfer of documents on 09/02/2018. i handed over this payment cheque to Mr Amir your representative who committed the transfer will done by end of Feb 2018 .

          I called Mr. Amir on 03/03/2018 then he told me that he left the job on 01/03/2018 and i need to speak to Mr. Ashok Battul, i call him and spoke to him about it this concern.

          Today is 6/03/2018 still i have not received any communication from pagariya True Value aurangabad in any form.

          Its irritating and frustrating to call Pagariya AutoTrue aurangabad people again and again and anyone of them hardly bothers to revert back. is this the kind of services True Value give to your customer's after sales.

          its a regular practice of transfer of documents for True value, could you explain why a small things is taking a so much of time .

          kindly look into the same on priority and get the transfer of documents done at the earliest.

            I bought a celerio vxi (O) amt on invoice date 30/4/17 from one auto kalikapur and within 11 months it stopped on the road for unknown reason. I called for the on road service and they came after 3 hours though the distance from service center to car breakdown place is less than 20 kms. The servicing guy took only 10 minutes and suggested for towing the car to service center by my own expense as the car has some serious issue with its gearbox and could not be fixed on road. As i was not present there and only my family was travelling by that car so i suggested my driver over phone to tow the car to our garage for the time being and asked service personnel to tow the car on any day so that i can go to the service center with the car. The service center suggested me that the towing expenses will be paid by me and i will be paid back to me later on. The next day when i called the manager of the service center he at first did not receive my call twice and on the third time he received the call and started misbehaving with me by saying when he is not taking the call i should have the sense to understand that he must be busy with something. This is really very insulting and miserable experience with maruti service.
            My questions are if there is any quality check done by maruti before delivering the car to buyers? Secondly, if maruti has any system to monitor the behavior of dealers and service center personnel?
            Thirdly, if on road assistance reaches after 3 hours from calling the service center which is less than 20 kms away then please stop featuring that service while selling cars.

              My name is vipin. I hav bookd an dezire on jan 2018. Ful payment and loan amount has been creditd to maruthi befor 2 weeks. Tbe vehichle is at show room since one week. Now they are holding the vehichle with no reasob and blufing at me. Stupid peolple we hav to stand at them as begars aftr payng the whole amount. Plz find me a solution. Maruthi cannot say they are satifiying coustomers. Due to this delay now i am hiring a vehichle for my personal uses. My grand mothr is ved ridden. So i need a vehichle always at my home. Now daily i hav to spend nearly 1000rs for vehichle hiring. Even today i am at thr ofc. Even now they are not speaking positively. I am in a pathetic situation. Plz help me

                  Hi,

                  My name is rohit, my car got serviced on 28th feb 18 by fast track noida. Next days i was travelling to dehradun from ghaziabaad.
                  After few hours of driving my car shows some heating issue and stop running.

                  Somehow, i managed to take it to the nearby maruti service station rohan motors in dehradun. Now, they are saying the engine has some major issue and needed to replace it. I don't understand how does it happen since i have done the service the days before the incident.

                    I am k. T. S. Kosalram raja from chennai. I own a maruti dezire car. My car has run about 36000km without any problem. I have been servicing it in khivraj motors (Authorized servicing company). Suddenly my car broke down on 3-3-2018 near mayiladuthurai. So i had to service my car in one of your authorized service company pillai & sons motor mayiladuthurai. It has been two days since then and they do not inform me what the fault is and what the service charge is. I am a business man and i am stuck there for two days and it is really difficult for me. So kindly see that they handover the car immediately.

                      Sir I Sunil Pal Singh purchased a Wagon R in May 2017. while heading to Bewar it got broke down at 1900hr on 19 Feb 2018. I immediately call to customer care for road side assistance but they ignored due to night after a long discussion they agreed to tow the vehicle on payment of Rs 8, 200/- which shows intention not to help and leads me to night halt in an isolated place. I used a public convenience to tow to My Car Farrukhabad at cost of Rs 7, 000/-. Despite under warranty of my car I was charged by the service centre for clutch plate and labour charge Rs 5, 086/-.

                        I would like to bring to your notice that i have purchased maruti wagon r from ktl maruti showroom, indira nagar, lucknow on 27th nov 2016. After some months the car broke down and the engine started making heavy noice, so i gave it for servicing on 14th oct, 2017. They made a bill of 48, 000 inr. When i told them that it was under warranty i was denied for that. But as per warranty conditions, the warranty holds till 40000 kms or 2 years, which ever is first, and my car had ran for 39680 kms. So that means i was eligible for the warranty.
                        Could you please have a look into the issue and help me with utmost possible solution.
                        I am hereby attaching bills for your reference.

                              I ashish tejani, had bought my new maruti suzuki desire from your showroom on 20 october '2017. Just after delivery of 4days i had complained regarding the vibration observed in steering.

                              After that when i had given my car for 1st service, at that time also the service centre people had ensure that there are little bit errors in steering and they will rectify it other then this no other problem my car is having.

                              Again after 10days of servicing i had called mr. Jigar kansara of amar cars at kapodara that still my problem/issue of vibration in steering is not resolved and also abnormal sound is observed by me.

                              At that time he also told same thing that when again u will be giving the car for service we will resolve your issue for sure.

                              Now for the 2nd service i called amar cars at kapodara for servicing of my car, they sent a driver to pick up the car at my residence. Now the service centre calls asks me about the problems in car at that time also i had informed regarding the same steering vibration and sound issue. Then they had taken trial of car and informs about the damage in bottom part of car they had observed. But it's there driver who picked the car from home had damaged the bottom part as jumped the car on bumper. Now they are asking for the damaged part charges which i am not going to pay because it has been damage by there driver. My car is standing from last 3days in service centre.

                              For 3 times i had complained upfrontly for vibration and abnormal sound issue of steering which hasn't been solved till now, and now they are asking unnecessarily for the damage charges which is not done by me which i am not going to pay.

                              So i request you to please resolve my issue to the earliest and return my car. Otherwise i will take initiative of complaining this issue in grahak suraksha or i would be returning my car back to you if you are not able to resolve my issue.

                              So i can not afford it.

                                  I took my maruti sx4 mh12 fk4235 for few minor issues to kothari wheels hadapasar near ramwadi flyover. They done the reapir changed headlamps, contact coil and played with throtal body seetings to remove air bag indicator.

                                  With all this they introduced critical problem in my vehicle, ignition goes off even if driving at speed of 100 and then control goes. This issue was reported when first breakdown happened in front of gate of showroom (Kothari wheels hadapasar near ramwadi flyover), consultant assigned (Pandurang), branch manager jayesh j. Jagushte they took trial immediately and understood that there is problem and no further action taken till date.

                                  When i received feedback call i told this issue still no further action by kothari wheels hadapasar. Yesterday i took my vehicle to showroom and asked them to sort out the issue as they introduced this and earlier there was no issue at all.

                                  1) why vehicle with fault handed over to me without trial (Trial taken once breakdown happened on road after issuing gate pass)
                                  2) who is responsible for leaving such critical issue which can lead to major accident.
                                  3) head lamp replacement is done but setting is wrong light goes to left side why this was not tested..?

                                  Considering above critical issues why maruti is not taking action against such dealers canceling dealership who made this as just money making business and they don’t bother of customer satisfaction.

                                  On top of this behaviour of branch manager was absolutely rude and don’t know how such people will generate business for maruti suzuki india through such dealer.

                                    This is khirod Kumar Singh writing
                                    First of all I am happy for getting new car (marutiSuzuki baleno zeta petrol) on 26/ 2/18 from jyote moter Pvt Ltd, nexa, cuttack. It is a excellent product of yours marutiSuzuki, I am great full for ownership of new car.
                                    But I am complain about pathetic and mentally torturing attitude on car delivery process, what I personally face during delivery.
                                    I booked the car on13/12/17 in nexa cuttack with agreeing 10 week waiting period
                                    All the formality for booking and further update done by Mr Subrat in excellent way in customer supportive manner
                                    As per their(Mr Subrat nexa cuttack) and my request we both agree for car delivery on 26/2/18 in between 10.00am to 11.00am accordingly I plan for to take new car
                                    As per previous telephonic discussion with planned date and time of delivery I.e 26/2/18 10.00am to 11.00 am we reach nexa cuttack at 9.45 am on along with family and kids to jyote mothers Pvt Ltd nexa cuttack for taking delivery of new car.

                                    Iam happy to see already new car is in delivery bay. After discussion with nexa representing Mr Subrat, nexa person start fitting accessories in new car.
                                    But previously I am not interested to include extended warrenty during on purchase, as per my e-mail request not to included extended warrenty they also send quotation to me without extended warrenty, which is processed in bank for loan approval.
                                    But at 10.45 pm Mr ashok from nexa cuttack describe me about benefit of extended warrenty. I tell him due to some financial problem I do not want to include it now, I will purchase it from marutiSuzuki later it may be with in 60 days. I also tell him please demonstrate the car features which is help full to me. after requesting once again for extended warrenty for which iam disagree.
                                    After that behaverial attichude of staff of nexa cuttack changed suddenly they move back the half ready car from delivery bay, start reddy another car of another person who come on 11.00am which is after me for new car. I question them why my car back from delivery bay, no body reply, no one listening. as they know and we also tell them we are came from 550 km away from cuttack deliver quickly and in systematic manner or in queue if your supportive staff are not available.no body response. I tell them I had already paid appx full amount on 21/2/18 (5 days before car delivery) please do not late for delivery and I will return back to home which is 550 km away from here. I also said it is a happy moment sir, please do not torture me.
                                    Around 12.15 pm other person car delivered. after that they do not respond me.
                                    Due to above scenario and due to indirect harassing attitude of nexa cuttack I send back to my family to lodge for stay and wait for me even though they are come for new car delivery.
                                    Then they slowly prepare car for delivery, which is totally late for me. At around 1.40 pm they deliver car with celebration. Iam totally unhappy with that, sir without family there is no meaning of celebration.
                                    After delivery 5 to 10 minute demonstration on request by me about the features I leave showroom it is a pathetic feeling of a customer.
                                    If extended warrenty is optional then no body should force for it to the customers
                                    Car full demonstration should be done to the customer
                                    Nexa is a branded showroom they should not behave like road side shop for extended wRrenty.
                                    Hope it resolve by customer care team of marutiSuzuki and nexa and nexa customer care cuttack

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Buying details from m/s motor world – celerio vxi ags, chassis no. Ma3etde1s00202001, engine no k10bn1852215
                                      1. Delivery challan date - 11th april16
                                      2. Insurance of car dated – 1st april16
                                      3. Registration card dated - 1st april16, date of manufacturing on rc – march 2016
                                      4. Discussion with m/s motor word – to buy new car dated april’2016
                                      5. Standard warranty provided by co. – 2 yrs
                                      6. Extra money of rs.6, 657 was paid for extended warranty for 4 yrs dated – as per challan issue dated 11th april16
                                      7. Extended warranty documents not handed over to me till date.
                                      8. All the above points clearly indicated that as a customer (I, narinder paul gupta) have entered into transaction with m/s motor world in the month of march/april2016 which got conclude on 11th april16 (Attached challan copy), with good faith understood to have bought the said car which is manufactured dated year 2016.

                                      Knowing of fraud, misrepresentation of data and cheating customer (Myself) by m/s motor world
                                      1. Minor issue in car dated – 9th jan’2018
                                      2. Issue was addressed at – m/s pebco motor ltd.
                                      3. When asked that the issue cost to be covered under warranty when m/s pebco motor ltd informed me that the warranty of car has been lapsed
                                      4. It was informed to me that make of car was dated – 30th june’2015.

                                      Key points on fraud and misrepresentation of data by m/s motor world:
                                      1. Wrong information shared, misrepresentation to all facts and data
                                      2. Tampering of facts in documentation, even on rc which itself is a fraud with government agency.
                                      3. I am sure the cost of the car has also been misrepresentation as one year old car was sold
                                      4. Valuation of car gone down
                                      5. Laps in warranty of car and extended warranty document not handed over to me.

                                      Discussion with director of m/s motor world: mr. Raj kumar dua
                                      1. Meeting dated 31st january and 2nd february 2018 where all the above points were placed with factual data/documents and addressed my concerns.
                                      2. On 3rd february’18 an employee of ms motor world (Mr. Inder pal singh) spoke to me and post knowing all facts acknowledged the misdealing and misrepresentation of data/documentation which got done with me.
                                      3. However post the discussion no one from ms motor world has come to me for any resolution.

                                        post accident correction, the alto car is in shambles and re correction is deliberately belated.

                                        My alto car met with accident on the night of december 04, 2017 and was toed to your authorized dealer m/s automotive manufacturer private limited, nerul on december 5, 2017 morning. The corrected alto was handed over to me on about mid january 2018, for trial. On inspection, it was found many discrepancies in over all functioning of the car and was assured to get the complainants rectified at the earliest. Meanwhile i got the alto serviced...
