Dear sir,

Buying details from m/s motor world – celerio vxi ags, chassis no. Ma3etde1s00202001, engine no k10bn1852215
1. Delivery challan date - 11th april16
2. Insurance of car dated – 1st april16
3. Registration card dated - 1st april16, date of manufacturing on rc – march 2016
4. Discussion with m/s motor word – to buy new car dated april’2016
5. Standard warranty provided by co. – 2 yrs
6. Extra money of rs.6, 657 was paid for extended warranty for 4 yrs dated – as per challan issue dated 11th april16
7. Extended warranty documents not handed over to me till date.
8. All the above points clearly indicated that as a customer (I, narinder paul gupta) have entered into transaction with m/s motor world in the month of march/april2016 which got conclude on 11th april16 (Attached challan copy), with good faith understood to have bought the said car which is manufactured dated year 2016.

Knowing of fraud, misrepresentation of data and cheating customer (Myself) by m/s motor world
1. Minor issue in car dated – 9th jan’2018
2. Issue was addressed at – m/s pebco motor ltd.
3. When asked that the issue cost to be covered under warranty when m/s pebco motor ltd informed me that the warranty of car has been lapsed
4. It was informed to me that make of car was dated – 30th june’2015.

Key points on fraud and misrepresentation of data by m/s motor world:
1. Wrong information shared, misrepresentation to all facts and data
2. Tampering of facts in documentation, even on rc which itself is a fraud with government agency.
3. I am sure the cost of the car has also been misrepresentation as one year old car was sold
4. Valuation of car gone down
5. Laps in warranty of car and extended warranty document not handed over to me.

Discussion with director of m/s motor world: mr. Raj kumar dua
1. Meeting dated 31st january and 2nd february 2018 where all the above points were placed with factual data/documents and addressed my concerns.
2. On 3rd february’18 an employee of ms motor world (Mr. Inder pal singh) spoke to me and post knowing all facts acknowledged the misdealing and misrepresentation of data/documentation which got done with me.
3. However post the discussion no one from ms motor world has come to me for any resolution.

    post accident correction, the alto car is in shambles and re correction is deliberately belated.

    My alto car met with accident on the night of december 04, 2017 and was toed to your authorized dealer m/s automotive manufacturer private limited, nerul on december 5, 2017 morning. The corrected alto was handed over to me on about mid january 2018, for trial. On inspection, it was found many discrepancies in over all functioning of the car and was assured to get the complainants rectified at the earliest. Meanwhile i got the alto serviced...

    The service is very poor. I suggest no one to ever buy suzuki products. They just want to get the product money and once the deal is done they dont even care for customer.

    I had bought a scooter just 1 week back. Because of a small accident i visited the dealer for repair. The service engineers present at the workshop were hooligans. They had no sense of talking to customers. They were threatening. These engineers were abusive and even tried hitting us.

    They were not ready to listen to customer instead were finding ways to charge more and more money.

    This incident is of tilak nagar suzuki showroom. Although the showroom manager (The only person who was polite and helpful) did promise to take action against these engineers but the overall experience was really bad.

    Just want to send a message to suzuki:
    It is not just the sales but it is the after sales service that people look for.
    And your company has the worst after sale service team.

    Service engineers have no sense how to behave with the customers.

    If you think that customers are looking for free services, then you are wrong there. If we can purchase your high priced products then we can spend our own earned money to get them repaired.

    I doubt you will take any action against those 2 engineers and i will be filling a police complaint against those engineers for threatening us.

    Suzuki should be held responsible for putting its customers life at stake by keeping such hooligans at your workshops.

    I would never ever refer anyone to busy any vehicles of your company.

    Suzuki could not stay long in india with this sort of attitude.

    If suzuki really cares and reads this post, i would ask them to share a customer grievance email address.

    Be more transparent. Create a safe environment for your customers. Focus on creating a good after sales team.

      My car no gj03kc4859 ignis pick up by rep of workshop, university road, rajkot on 24 feb at 10:55am for first service and droped the car on same date at 16:20pm but that time my car hitted front side and damage color of car near by fog lamp by rep of workshop. Now, workshop has not been interested to repair of the same and ignor me and the matter. The above fault is rep of workshop as the pickup and droping person send by workshop is not perfect driver. Hence may i requested to look into matter and solve the case. I hope to reply this massage and also info on my mob no [protected].

        I was start a work on 19/12/2017 fast manth salrey has to pay on 09/01/2018 then may faymli problem so i was disaded to live this job so seay to may teem lidar and may campania h. R. He had to sey ok you can live your job and campania are pay your monthly. Than i was relaxed. I was wait thi next manth to receive this my mantle but cross the date of 10/02/2018 and i was go the campania and meet him h. R and he was say campania has to no pay your monthly.

            I had handovered my car to mr. Digvijay 15 daya ago for wiring work and for new keys and now after 15 days i m seeing that there is nothing changed in my car..
            If i make a call to mr. Digvijay, service advisor, workshop manager they make me fool they all are indulged in this..
            They are in search of money whether it is the right way to earn or wrong.

              When a booking is cancelled in one dealer and same has been passed to the customer then there should be a proper validation. And the next waiting list person get the vehicle. But this has been utilized by the dealers by dummy bookings. So the next person who is actually booked based on the sob will not get the vehicle, but the person who is in the waiting list of that dealer will get this vehicle. Due to this there is lot of non-ethical practice at the dealer levels.
              Hence due to this 1person who booked late might get the vehicle very early and 2nd person who booked on the same day might not get the vehicle.
              Please allot purely on the basis of sob no or the booking number and same should be applicable on cancelled allotment across the dealers.

                  I have a swift dezire vdi.in my case car speed up to 90 at that time car has full vibrate and i press break peddle so at that time car has full vibrate. Many time gone to service but its solve to temporary after service car run 400-500 km so at that time this problem created. The manager and his worker can take ride to minimum 40km to my car to find that problem minimum i can gone to 7 time and all time take a ride, plz some actin taken it

                    I booked wagonr on[protected] with ocean motors indore. They promised me accessories worth rs 10000 but the accessories were not available when the vehicle was delivered to us on[protected]. So they said that they will call me when accessories are available. They also said it may take 10 to 15 days.

                    They dis not call me for next one month. When i took my vehicle to them for first service, i insisted to provide the accessories now. But they again said that accessories were still not available. Then when i pressed, they agreed to provide the accessories.

                    They provided the accessories now but they did not give any bill. They said they will send the bill to our house. They did not. When i pressed for bill, they have given a computer printout showing rs 8023 total worth of accessories (Seat cover, mat, buzzer for objects on the back side while in reverse gear).

                    I have to make three complaints-
                    1) they have not provided us accessories worth rs 10 thousand as promised.

                    2) they have not given us proper bill. The bill appears to be fake.

                    3) the mat provided by them is functionally faulty. The back of my shoes is stuck on it and the operation of clutch, brake and accelerator is hampered. It should be noted that they did not give us any choice when they provided the above mentioned accessories. I was at my home when they installed the accessories.
                    I am afraid, the mat can be cause of a severe accident.

                      I am using a maruti ertiga zdi for which i am having an extended service package. I was i formed from indus motors trivandrum to take my vehicle for the 40000kms service on 05 jan 2018. I informed about my inconvenience to visit the workshop on that date since i was away at my native place trissur. So i was informed over telephone from indus motors trivandrum to take my vehicle for service as soon as i reached trivandrum. On 14th jan 2018, i took my vehicle for service to indus motors venpalavattom. On reaching the workshop, the service advisor told me that they will be doing the 50000kms service instead of 40000kms service since it is shown in the computer as 50000kms service. I told him that this is not agreeable to me without doing the 40000kms service. Also my vehicle had done only 39000kms. He told me that i have to pay extra cost for the consumables if i intended to do the 40000kms service. This was not acceptable to me. Since i argued in this regard he told me that since the consumables are not used up by me he could replace the consumables due for 40000kms service during my next visit to the workshop as six more months time is left in the service package. So i agreed to this and told him that i need such an undertaking in writing. He agreed to hand over such an undertaking within a week in consultation with the works manager as he was not in office as it was a sunday. After the service i received several calls from indus motors as well as maruti regarding the work satisfaction during the service visit. I have made the complaint to whomsoever that contacted me. Last day i received a call from the indus motors works manager informing that they wont be providing me the consumables for the 40000kms service as assured. Since then i have a very sad feeling that i was being cheated. Investing money for service package is to get better and prompt service. By taking the service package i am bound to get the services included in the package. Denying the service by making lame excuses like computer program and so is cheating the customer. Such denial will affect the reputation of maruti as well, since indus motors is just a link between myself and maruti.

                      I have been using maruti vehicles since 1998. This is the 7th vehicle i have purchased from indus motors trivandrum. I am also having a 2010 model maruti astar which my wife is using. I have booked a baleno in exchange for my astar from indus motors which is due for delivery.in this circumstance i am seriously thinking of cancelling the same and opting for another brand other than maruti.. I don't want to keep acquaintance with an agency that doesn't keep its word.
                      Hoping that maruti will do the needful in this regard.

                        I received deep scratch on new car. Even i point out asm while taking delivering of car that there was a scratch in the car. But they diid some fake promise and handover the car after 6 long hours of waiting time. I registered a complaint against stan auto mohali 15 days back but no possitive feedback/resolution till the date. It seems like maruti is not at all interested to resolve the issue. I have all the recording (Fake promise) and pictures of the scratch while taking delivery of the car in the showroom itself. Will take desire action needful in this regard.

                          I have recently bought a suzuki gixxer top end model. After driving for around a week, it started showing various problems. The engine started making a disturbing sound, black smoke came out of the exhaust, gear was jammed, etc. When i gave it to the service center they said that they have to open the engine and work on it for 2-3 days. Didn't expect this from a newly bought bike. Truly disappointing suzuki bikes manufacturing unit!!! Should have my bike replaced instead because spending 1lakh rupees and having the bike in the service center right after i bought it is not worth it at all.

And they send the battery for warrenty but they returned the same battery after 15 days by saying "the battery is good". But after working 20 days properly again the same problem is arised

                              Today i visited agr motors pvt. Ltd. At varanasi as there was some problem of clutch pressure in my swift dzire car bearing registration no. Pb-11-ax-9200 with the faith that i will get the genuine advice and services. However, i was shocked when the agency advisor namely dharamvir singh made the job card preparing the list of complete service articles and the cost thereof. I told the officials that i got the service of my car done recently and thereafter the car is just driven 2000 km and as such i am not willing to get the service done and requested to only solve my problem. But the agency advisor mr. Dharamvir and the gm mr. Palival flately refused by saying that as per company policy, i will have to get done the complete service otherwise they will not repair the car for the problem told by me. The behavior of the above said officials was very rude and they kept us waiting for long time and did not pay any heed to our problem and caused mental harassment to me. I came to varanasi from patiala (Punjab) to attend some function and visited the above said agency with full faith and trust to get better treatment and services. But i am totally disappointed and feels betrayed when they refused to resolve my problem, i was forced to get back my car unattended because they were forcing me to get complete service done without any justification. I am a regular customer of maruti and had always purchased maruti car for me and my family members. At present i have 4 cars of maruti in my family. I always got done the mechanical and repair work of my cars done from maruti center at patiala only and purchased the required parts from authorized sale center of the company at patiala and this fact can be verified from the history record. But now i feel totally disappointed and now i will sell all the cars and will go for other options in market and will also tell my near and dear ones about this incident. Being a sincere customer, i am lodging this complaint so that necessary action should be taken against wrong doer and in future no other customer should be harassed.                                 Complaint: no communication since booking.
                                In no way has the dealer shown any effort in prioritising my car delivery.

                                  I received a call from number [protected], [protected]. They asked me to mail them my cv passport, size photo, signature and aadhar card to mail id [protected]@engineer.com. Then they said that there will be three rounds online exam, telephonic interview then face to face interview. But before first exam i will have to deposit inr 2000 so that they can generate reference id. And also said someone kunal will help me through each interview. That 2000 rupees are refundable by company if got selected otherwise will be refunded by naukari.com

                                    Hi

                                    I am writing this complaint with very heavy heart and shattered expectations. My vehicle no is dl5cj1066 and i submitted my car on 5th jan to the mentioned dealer for body repair. My insurance failed due to ncb so i asked the body shop to go ahead and agreed to bear all expenses from my pocket. Please note that car is registered on name of my sister deepmala who was driving it till last year before shifting to singapore.

                                    When i went to collect my car on 13th feb i was surprised to see that my cars front right tyre was damaged and yellow color hard paint was dropped on cars bonnet. These two problems were neither visible in the photos that i snapped after accident and nor in the photos taken by executive amit when he received the car from me. When i asked amit for explanation he said that he will check with the insurance surveyor pics and if the problems are not visible in even surveyors photos then service center will rectify the issue on their own expense.
                                    For next few days i kept calling amit and his senior sanjeev but got no response. Then i called the girl on [protected] who had earlier called me for feedback i explained my pain to her and asked her to escalate this. After sometime i got a call from someone called joginder this person seemed very senior but equally rude and arrogant. He said that he will not help me and asked me to take back the car right away. He said that if you bring us insurance then only he will help to rectify these issues. When i said i will go to consumer court he mocked me and said you cannot prove anything in court as photos are not genuine and considerable proof so court will quash your appeal.

                                    So finally i am writing you for help and will be obliged if my distressing problem is heard and addressed by your team. Please note that i am writing this mail to corporate head and senior executives of maruti suzuki as well to have a visibility into this issue

                                      I have purchased maruti swift vdi 2017, from subh maruti motores pvt ltd on 09.02.2018 in the name of riku bhatt which is working as govt. Teacher at kundam which is 45 km away from my residence. I have purchased vehicle for better convince to reach her school in time and maintained all school related work with in time and return bach to home timely. But subh motors provided me swift vdi model 2017 and during the use of vehicle some problem was find out in new brand swift vdi it was surprised for me but i have given my vehicle in works shop. But after 2-3 days they have not find out the actual problem and no any response given to my neither not a single call was received by me from their side. It is being shown that they are not serious to resolve my vehicle problem and it is very said that they donot want to solve our problem. As such view in future i will not purchase any vehicle of maruti suzuki pvt ltd and not suggest to any body to take maruti suzuki vehicle because such poor services.
