I booked wagonr on[protected] with ocean motors indore. They promised me accessories worth rs 10000 but the accessories were not available when the vehicle was delivered to us on[protected]. So they said that they will call me when accessories are available. They also said it may take 10 to 15 days.
They dis not call me for next one month. When i took my vehicle to them for first service, i insisted to provide the accessories now. But they again said that accessories were still not available. Then when i pressed, they agreed to provide the accessories.
They provided the accessories now but they did not give any bill. They said they will send the bill to our house. They did not. When i pressed for bill, they have given a computer printout showing rs 8023 total worth of accessories (Seat cover, mat, buzzer for objects on the back side while in reverse gear).
I have to make three complaints-
1) they have not provided us accessories worth rs 10 thousand as promised.
2) they have not given us proper bill. The bill appears to be fake.
3) the mat provided by them is functionally faulty. The back of my shoes is stuck on it and the operation of clutch, brake and accelerator is hampered. It should be noted that they did not give us any choice when they provided the above mentioned accessories. I was at my home when they installed the accessories.
I am afraid, the mat can be cause of a severe accident.
