I am using a maruti ertiga zdi for which i am having an extended service package. I was i formed from indus motors trivandrum to take my vehicle for the 40000kms service on 05 jan 2018. I informed about my inconvenience to visit the workshop on that date since i was away at my native place trissur. So i was informed over telephone from indus motors trivandrum to take my vehicle for service as soon as i reached trivandrum. On 14th jan 2018, i took my vehicle for service to indus motors venpalavattom. On reaching the workshop, the service advisor told me that they will be doing the 50000kms service instead of 40000kms service since it is shown in the computer as 50000kms service. I told him that this is not agreeable to me without doing the 40000kms service. Also my vehicle had done only 39000kms. He told me that i have to pay extra cost for the consumables if i intended to do the 40000kms service. This was not acceptable to me. Since i argued in this regard he told me that since the consumables are not used up by me he could replace the consumables due for 40000kms service during my next visit to the workshop as six more months time is left in the service package. So i agreed to this and told him that i need such an undertaking in writing. He agreed to hand over such an undertaking within a week in consultation with the works manager as he was not in office as it was a sunday. After the service i received several calls from indus motors as well as maruti regarding the work satisfaction during the service visit. I have made the complaint to whomsoever that contacted me. Last day i received a call from the indus motors works manager informing that they wont be providing me the consumables for the 40000kms service as assured. Since then i have a very sad feeling that i was being cheated. Investing money for service package is to get better and prompt service. By taking the service package i am bound to get the services included in the package. Denying the service by making lame excuses like computer program and so is cheating the customer. Such denial will affect the reputation of maruti as well, since indus motors is just a link between myself and maruti.

I have been using maruti vehicles since 1998. This is the 7th vehicle i have purchased from indus motors trivandrum. I am also having a 2010 model maruti astar which my wife is using. I have booked a baleno in exchange for my astar from indus motors which is due for delivery.in this circumstance i am seriously thinking of cancelling the same and opting for another brand other than maruti.. I don't want to keep acquaintance with an agency that doesn't keep its word.
Hoping that maruti will do the needful in this regard.

    I received deep scratch on new car. Even i point out asm while taking delivering of car that there was a scratch in the car. But they diid some fake promise and handover the car after 6 long hours of waiting time. I registered a complaint against stan auto mohali 15 days back but no possitive feedback/resolution till the date. It seems like maruti is not at all interested to resolve the issue. I have all the recording (Fake promise) and pictures of the scratch while taking delivery of the car in the showroom itself. Will take desire action needful in this regard.

    About Ertiga vdi SHVS.. model 2017. MH-12-NP-8606..car breakdown in just one year on field..mechanic found that fuel pump motor not working. In just 1 year .am facing problem. What about future.i will not recommended for any one to choose Maruti suzuki.

      I have recently bought a suzuki gixxer top end model. After driving for around a week, it started showing various problems. The engine started making a disturbing sound, black smoke came out of the exhaust, gear was jammed, etc. When i gave it to the service center they said that they have to open the engine and work on it for 2-3 days. Didn't expect this from a newly bought bike. Truly disappointing suzuki bikes manufacturing unit!!! Should have my bike replaced instead because spending 1lakh rupees and having the bike in the service center right after i bought it is not worth it at all.

        On the month of february 2017, we bought suzuki lets from devi motors kamareddy. After working for 9 months properly the self starter is not working. It's very hard to get start the scooti
        I already took the sccoty to suzuki srvicing at midas suzuki service centre malakpet. And they send the battery for warrenty but they returned the same battery after 15 days by saying "the battery is good". But after working 20 days properly again the same problem is arised

          Today i visited agr motors pvt. Ltd. At varanasi as there was some problem of clutch pressure in my swift dzire car bearing registration no. Pb-11-ax-9200 with the faith that i will get the genuine advice and services. However, i was shocked when the agency advisor namely dharamvir singh made the job card preparing the list of complete service articles and the cost thereof. I told the officials that i got the service of my car done recently and thereafter the car is just driven 2000 km and as such i am not willing to get the service done and requested to only solve my problem. But the agency advisor mr. Dharamvir and the gm mr. Palival flately refused by saying that as per company policy, i will have to get done the complete service otherwise they will not repair the car for the problem told by me. The behavior of the above said officials was very rude and they kept us waiting for long time and did not pay any heed to our problem and caused mental harassment to me. I came to varanasi from patiala (Punjab) to attend some function and visited the above said agency with full faith and trust to get better treatment and services. But i am totally disappointed and feels betrayed when they refused to resolve my problem, i was forced to get back my car unattended because they were forcing me to get complete service done without any justification. I am a regular customer of maruti and had always purchased maruti car for me and my family members. At present i have 4 cars of maruti in my family. I always got done the mechanical and repair work of my cars done from maruti center at patiala only and purchased the required parts from authorized sale center of the company at patiala and this fact can be verified from the history record. But now i feel totally disappointed and now i will sell all the cars and will go for other options in market and will also tell my near and dear ones about this incident. Being a sincere customer, i am lodging this complaint so that necessary action should be taken against wrong doer and in future no other customer should be harassed.               I received a call from number [protected], [protected]. They asked me to mail them my cv passport, size photo, signature and aadhar card to mail id [protected]@engineer.com. Then they said that there will be three rounds online exam, telephonic interview then face to face interview. But before first exam i will have to deposit inr 2000 so that they can generate reference id. And also said someone kunal will help me through each interview. That 2000 rupees are refundable by company if got selected otherwise will be refunded by naukari.com

                I am writing this complaint with very heavy heart and shattered expectations. My vehicle no is dl5cj1066 and i submitted my car on 5th jan to the mentioned dealer for body repair. My insurance failed due to ncb so i asked the body shop to go ahead and agreed to bear all expenses from my pocket. Please note that car is registered on name of my sister deepmala who was driving it till last year before shifting to singapore.

                When i went to collect my car on 13th feb i was surprised to see that my cars front right tyre was damaged and yellow color hard paint was dropped on cars bonnet. These two problems were neither visible in the photos that i snapped after accident and nor in the photos taken by executive amit when he received the car from me. When i asked amit for explanation he said that he will check with the insurance surveyor pics and if the problems are not visible in even surveyors photos then service center will rectify the issue on their own expense.
                For next few days i kept calling amit and his senior sanjeev but got no response. Then i called the girl on [protected] who had earlier called me for feedback i explained my pain to her and asked her to escalate this. After sometime i got a call from someone called joginder this person seemed very senior but equally rude and arrogant. He said that he will not help me and asked me to take back the car right away. He said that if you bring us insurance then only he will help to rectify these issues. When i said i will go to consumer court he mocked me and said you cannot prove anything in court as photos are not genuine and considerable proof so court will quash your appeal.

                So finally i am writing you for help and will be obliged if my distressing problem is heard and addressed by your team. Please note that i am writing this mail to corporate head and senior executives of maruti suzuki as well to have a visibility into this issue

                  I have purchased maruti swift vdi 2017, from subh maruti motores pvt ltd on 09.02.2018 in the name of riku bhatt which is working as govt. Teacher at kundam which is 45 km away from my residence. I have purchased vehicle for better convince to reach her school in time and maintained all school related work with in time and return bach to home timely. But subh motors provided me swift vdi model 2017 and during the use of vehicle some problem was find out in new brand swift vdi it was surprised for me but i have given my vehicle in works shop. But after 2-3 days they have not find out the actual problem and no any response given to my neither not a single call was received by me from their side. It is being shown that they are not serious to resolve my vehicle problem and it is very said that they donot want to solve our problem. As such view in future i will not purchase any vehicle of maruti suzuki pvt ltd and not suggest to any body to take maruti suzuki vehicle because such poor services.

                    I have purchase a new swift vdi from jagmohan motors, meham in feb. 2017. But after the 1st service of car a problem was facing by me that mi light glow and car break down the pick up and engine stop. I have handover the car to the jagmohan motors, rohtak for repairing and once they repair it but after some times same problem was arise again and i have handover the car to the jagmohan motors rohtak again and they again repair it but after some time same problem was arise again and this problem was continue from after the 10 or 15 days of purchasing date of the car. From 15feb. 2018 my car was again in the jagmohan motors for the same problem and this is not 2 or 3rd time that i have handover the car to the jagmohan motors, rohtak. I have handover it for 6 or 7 time for the same problem but they haven’t able to find out the solution of the that problem

                      I have purchased Swift Dzire- VDI version in Apr 2014 from Muneer Cars, Hospet city and adhered to preventive maintenance plan (regular service) given by maruti service team.

                      Vehicle No-KA35N 3708

                      On 3rd Feb 2018 during emission test the vehicle was stopped suddenly, the issue has immediately reported to service station located at Hospet city, Karnataka .

                      Till the date no proper communication /commitment has not made /received from service station on failure of engine and handover date of car after repairing.

                      Please give clarity on following in written

                      1.Why the engine has failed after following the instructions properly(Service) ?
                      2 How the engines fails such a low life(71000 KM Only)

                      3.What is the guaranteed/warranty life of engine??

                        I purchased my maruti swift vehicle on april 2016. Then my free service ended in 10000 km. After that i got cal from pratham motors and they updated that my next paid service is on 15000 km. Then 2017 july i gave vehicle to servicing, this time they changed the oil and filled the syntetic oil and total service cost is 3600. After that again i got a cal and they updated like your next service is on 20000km, this is happening after the 6 months of first paid service and i agreed. This time they told the service cost will come upto 7600 approximately. Then in between the servicing they called me and told taht they are going to do some additional things like ac cleaning and painting. This will cost around 3000 but you will get it for 2000. Then i started shouting and asked why am paying these huge amount of money for servicing, then suddenly they reduced the service charge to 6700. And i dont have any option so i agreed. After that i calculated and realised that total 11000 rupees i spend for servicing in one year. And i again realised that this 15000 km servicing is not at all required.in this service they changed the oil to synthetic and again they changed the oil in 2018 feb service.in my understanding synthetic oil will last upto 10000km. But here they chaged after 5000 km itself. One more thing the reason why people purchasing maruti vehicles are mainly because of its low maintenance cost. Here i spend almost 11k rupees within 1 year time period. Usually in my awareness the diesel vehicles itself will not cost these much. And question here is, this service stations are really meant for customers or only for the agencies like pratham. Am going to write this bitter experience in social media very soon. And if am not getting any proper response from your side i will defnitely go to consumer court. There are lot of other things to mention like the parts they changed and the quality of the servicing and all. I dont want discuss all this toghether. First i want to get a proper answer for this question and after that i will take the other issue. Actually am feeling like looted here.

                          This is very disappointing to say been old company in india and for real headrest for maruti breeza you didnt put in ldi & ldi optional??? Many people go in bauget what they can afford and this is very common thigh that suv segment you failed to provide this facility. Same we are using maruti car seen i was 2 year old. After two year also you dont give any discount and not changes in models evey waiting period is two month still. Is this monopoly??? I had recently buy car which was already 106 km run?

                            As one and halh year ago maruti launched their first commercial vehical named super carry. With faith in maruti we purchased 7[seven] super carry from katariya ahmedabd, we are pan india first customer to buy 7 super carry.
                            1, after sales service is very poor.
                            2 one of the vehicle, engine block was changed with in 8 months of purchase. I was charged 45000/-inr for repairingby katariya.

                            I am the regular customer of shivam auto service. My dezire car mh-02-ch-9663 was give on 5th feb 2018 for servicing and also done the renewal of 3rd amc contract on same time. I took my car to native place at ratnagiri on 10th feb 2018. While filling air in tyre on the way he observed some sound in rear tyre.in the nearest garage we took the car. While opening the tyre's cap it was found 2 bolts where lying unfix which were making the sound. Later we check all the tyre and found the nut bolts were not enough tightened. It was our luck that the has been observed while air filling. Otherwise we would not be survive.

Today, your company representative from delhi asked me the feed back about the experience in purchasing the car. I am sorry to say you that call conversion is about 15 minutes. You see all customers are very busy in their work and can not spare this much time in giving you the feed back. I suggest you to make it short and sweat so that the customer can give his time other wise no customer will attend your call.                                   I booked new dezire vdi at rajalakshmi cars, sriperumbudur, kanchipuram dist. Tamilnadu on 5.10.2017. On that day i paid rs.11, 000/- as booking amount and i took delivery on 18.01.18. I paid the total amount 10 days in advance. When i asked the booking amount 11, 000/- they said they will refund it within a week. When i asked after a week they said the same thing. Again i waited for a week and they gave the same answer. I have visited the show room twice but there was no use. They are not at all picking up my phone most of the time. As my first service also got over, till today i haven't received the amount. I am very much fed up with this type of irresponsible behavior of rajalakshmi cars and i swear that it will surely affect the reputation of maruti suzuki in sriperumbudur.

                                  My car got accident bcz of which it back light got damage...My car is standing in satna agency since 13 days..But till date my car is not ready..The are telling that we don't have back light available

                                    Greetings for the day..!!

                                    This is to inform you that i bought a maruti breeza few months back on aug 2k17 from baba autos ferozepur.

                                    So my problem goes on like this, i continuously experience foul odour from my car whenever i turn off my ac switch (S). Although i already escalated this to baba autos ferozepur and they have changed my ac unit twice but the problem still persists.

                                    Meanwhile, during this process they have made damage to my maruti breeza's accessories viz - gearbox, leather torn, roof mat colour changed etc.

                                    Also, i would like to mention that my car was kept in workshop for 3 long days and rather than providing a satisfactory solution, they posted me with some other problems like unwanted sound from dashboard etc but my problem has not been solved yet.

                                    The service manager mr. Deepak aggarwal of maruti is alleging that my maruti breeza is in perfect condition. He doesn't bother to pick or reply back to my calls. Being told to wait for a week, no solution/topup have been received from his side. Even baba auto's is not paying much attention to this problem.

                                    I don't expect such kind of service from maruti to their customers. Can you please be kind enough to look into this matter with an urgency?

                                    Yesterday 8 nuts of gare panel has broken at a time. This is very unfortunate. How poor quality it is.

                                      Worst service i ever found... No proper response and problem in accessories for name sake they are doing the service or sales. Once when they get the full money that's it thier job is over.. And we need to call everytime when i can get the vehicle and when is the registration and now there is some problem in accessories. For eg the foot rest at the rear is hitting the bumper guard when closed.. When asked they say this is the default one.. What a pathetic response.. I strongly know that's not a right footrest for new access 125. But they are not accepting.. Kindly take appropriate action. We customer are paying and not getting it free.. Thanks
