Ciaz zdi hybrid stopped working all of a sudden and did not start, same issue repenting 4 times same problem, towed my vehicle to Service center paying 2500+ booked it from Maruti road side assistance.

Every time service center team is giving a temporary fix and said from next time you will not face this kind of issues. Got a faulty and defective Car this is 4th time with in an year and ran for 12000 km. Why this kind of cheap car build from Maruti.

Faced this kind of startup problems in remote place for 2 times which causes very horrible and difficult to react kind of situations. Manufacturing defects in my ciaz.

I want my entire money refunded within a week and I don't want a new replacement for this defective car.

My Next Step would be reaching your CMD's office with cc to PMO, Transport Minister, Consumer Forum, Niti Aayog, and all Concerned Legal Bodies with Copies of my entire correspondences with your local offices regarding the Purchase of Maruti CIAZ Car.

    The worst services given by ktl alambagh lucknow when i am going to take my ertiga after 10 days they are not finish the work properly in the vehicle also the back camera is not working when i intimate about that labour he said this not my responsibility after fitting.

    Due to this behaviour i will not suggest to family member and friends to purchase the maruti vehicle

      I purchased suzuki accsses on 22 sept 2017 from kunde suzuki, nuvem goa. After scratching gift card under offer 'suzuki great gold rush' i came to know that i am eligible for watch so i choose to opt for ucb women watch. Accordingly i was informed by the staff that i will receive the same via courier after 15 days. Till now (07/02/2018) i have not received any gift item.

        ciaz at petrol steering not self centering

        Bought new Ciaz Petrol Zeta Automatic in Dec 17 (almost 1 month old), the steering just doesn’t come to center after turning, it is so dangerous, uncomfortable and tiring. Has anybody found a solution to this. Agency just keeps denying there is any problem as if they are trained to do so! My car is with agency for last 4days they have not done anything...Maruti Suzuki representative and the dealership workshop namely Pasco Nexa Faridabad...

        Dear sir,

        I in the name of bina mathur booked a maruti celerio at xi torque blue with m/s aaa vehicleades pvt ltd savitri nagar malviya nagar road new delhi-17 on 7th january 2018. I was promised that it will be delivered by 25th of jan. A booking amount of rs 11000/ was paid. On the basis of the assurance, since i wanted to retain my old car number, i got an authority from transport deptt delhi that the old no may be retained at the time of registration of new vehicle. This authority is valid till 15th february 2018. On 31st january the dealer representative told me that vehicle has been received and you deposit the cheque for the remaining amount. The cheque for the remaining amount was deposited and it was debited from my account on 1st february 2018. On enquiry on 1st february i was told that the vehicle is yet to be received. Till date the as per the dealer’s statement the vehicle is yet to be received. I made a complaint to your helpline on 5/2/2018. Complaint no is -[protected]. We subsequently met the dealer also on 5/2/2018. Dealer had no satisfactory explanation as to why he collected the cheque giving wrong information of having received the vehicle.

        He was saying that we received the wrong information of despatch from maruti and we are not at fault. He is not able to commit any correct date of delivery. The authority of the transport deptt to retain old vehicle no is also expiring on 15th feb. Please ensure that we get delivery within next two days. The dealer has not yet given any response to our complaint and the exact date of delivery. You are liable for interest on payment made. Waiting for a prompt response.

          I met with an accident on14-12-17 near jagtial district in telangana state while i was on the way to nirmal. I rushed to the maruti suzuki workshop maintained by adarsha automobiles. They took 18 days to repair the car & given car to me on 31-12-17 not to my satisfaction. They damaged the right side door of my car while repairing. They gave unrealistic/unconnected estimation to the surveyor o[censored]nited india assurance co. And my insurance is pending as there is no connection between the actual work done and estimates given. This lapse is costing in delay in my claim settlement with insurance co. I furnish following details for doing the needful.
          1. My vehicle is swift d'zire bearing no. Ap09cv9820 2. Vehicle repaired at adarsha automobiles pvt ltd, jagtial 3. Manager of workshop - mr ravi-mobile no.[protected] 4. Supervisor of workshop attended the work-mr. Raghu-mobile -[protected] 5. Please look into the matter and take action against your authorised dealer i-e adarsha automobiles, jagtial who are spoiling maruti's name by not providing satisfactory service to your customers. I am from warangal which is around 100 km away fro jagtial.

            We given my vehicle for front break service but they done complete service with service charge of 4700/- +190/- =4890/-. We paid amount after delivered, we found speed meter not working, both front and back breaks not working, light not working, in slow motion engine getting stopped. They are not given provided detailed bill with spare part consumed. They simply given cash receipt only.

              I am writing this mail in deep regret but i hope this will enlighten you and help you in serving your customers well in future. Being a automobile giant and largest automobile company in nation, you guys are really suck at after sales services, i am sorry but i must say this. Before going in deep let me brief you with the complex situations that i am facing, i reside in moradabad town of west up, akanksha automobiles is the only maruti dealer in our vicinity, it was jan 23rd, 2018 when i gave my brezza zdi (Reg. No. Uk06 al 9444), for my insurance claim and servicing, i got call from your executive on jan 31st, 2018 that they are now starting servicing my vehicle after a chat of 15-20 minutes your guy agreed on returning the serviced vehicle on feb 2nd, 2018, than again on eve of feb 2nd, 2018, they called me and told that they would be able to provide my car on next working day i. E. Feb 3rd, 2018. Fyi it was marriage anniversary on feb 3rd, 2018 and i had to wait for a long time on the workshop and went thorough mental torture and still i returned empty handed, a guy named shubham kumar (Bodyshop advisor), met me there, he was supposed to advise me but he treated me with so careless attitude like it was neither his job role, nor he is interested in listening me. I cant explain what trauma i went through today, these guys just ruined my whole day on which i had to go on a drive with my spouse. Few points i would like to draw your attention towards:-

              * you guys are market leader so act like such, don't let such irresponsible guys ruin your reputation.
              * provide your spare parts on time as i was fooled by telling such nonsense by your executives that they don't have spares with them.
              * please work on customer satisfaction, which is degrading day by day, i don't expect maruti to fail on such standards.
              * the vehicle which they were providing was ill treated, their was a scratch on the door near door handle which was not there when i gave my car to them, polish stains were their on bonnet lid, front rail was missing, ddis logo was missing which i asked them to paste, i don't understand why these things were removed from car, i smell something fishy here, possibly they stealing it or exchanging it with other inferior quality logos, i am attaching few pics of the car for your reference, look how they service a car.
              * last but not the least please ask your staff to do commitment which they can fulfill, otherwise company will face consequence in form of decreasing customer satisfaction.

              I hope i am writing to responsible employee of maruti suzuki, and with grievances will be addressed and sorted out, waiting for your responce.

                  Had given my maruti alto registration number hr26bx 0746 for repairs on 13dec2017. After repeated requests the vehicle was delivered to me on 11jan2018. I was called by the manager thrice to the workshop for the delivery but the vehicle was never ready. The way customers are treated by the staff is absolutely humiliating. They donot maintain any record of the vehicle repairs or interactions with the customer. Only money making by telling lles and clever talks. Zero commitment and absolutely un truthful staff and management. My vehicle was repaired under insurance and i ve not received the basic bill till now, ie even after one month of vehicle delivery. My original driving license, rc and pan cards were sought by the supervisor which have not been returned by them even after repeated requests. Poor floor management and zero monitoring of activities. Work gets executed in crisis management mode which is so unfortunate. Maruti suzuki needs to close this servicing station forthwith or else your reputation is certainly at stake. Kindly read the reviews on the website of the bagga links vasant kunj branch and you will realise the real worth of the staff and their outputs.

                  I had also given a tele complaint on 02jan2018 but yet to receive a reply. My complaint reference is [protected]. It is shocking that there is no feedback system and everything is left for itself to happen on its own. The response time of tele complaints is pathetic and i am sure there is no monitoring of the same. The tele executives speak to the customer (... Only after a long wait!) so arrogantly that one wonders who is the service provider?

                    Bought it on 29th sep 2017, right after two days problems started details of which are as give below...
                    1) entire dashboard was changed because it was all full of scartch.
                    2) clutch set was changed two times & retainer was polished three times for which gear box was opened five times in two months period.
                    3) steering column along with complete controls, air bag module and steering wheel were changed at different point of time to resolve noise issue in column which has now worsened than before.
                    4) ecm and throttle body was replaced two weeks back as the engine idling rpm got stuck between[protected] which resulted into poor mileage.
                    So even after having taken all those measures, the grave noise problem in steering still remains there and even worsened now and the problem related to engine rpm still remains unresolved upon turning on ac switch.
                    And apart from everything else, i have been continuously investing my important time for their wrong deeds and still struggling a lot set my car to normal condition.

                      I am very disappointed after servicing my car swift vdi, dl6cn 5143 in maruti suzuki authorised service station, mr motor, farrukh nagar, pin no.-, 123506, i requested to clean the injectors and decarconisation of engine, after doing this a lot of black smoke is emitting while start the car after 8-10 hrs. Same problem was again entertained by the concerned service station but problem is same. They also suggest me after running[protected] problem will be resolved and due to winter season.                         I am very disappointed from maruti suzuki company as they harassed me when i was stuck in trouble my car is damaged and asked the dealer details and asking for lodged a complaint for prompt response but their customers care executive ms bhawna not writing my complaint and after that your dealer rohan motors wondering me here and there.

                          I purchased dezire 2017 diesel amt in july 2017. From day one i was complaining about break noise issue but no it wasn't addressed. Later on after escalation one of representative from maruti called up and fixed meeting with me. Unfortunately break noise issue is not 100% of time so i couldn't show actual problem to representative. Later on i informed them issue is still there and then agreed to change some break part. Even after that issue is not resolved.

                          Now today that is 2/2/2018 after having discussion with them i have sent my car to fix that problem. I got info that its because of break pads needs to be change on chargeable basis. I mean why?

                          Everytime they are giving something or the other silly excuses.

                          They don't want to solve my issue??? Do i have any other option to take it further i am frustrated by this. Very poor quality.

                            Hi team,

                            I have given a vehicle, ciaz - vxi - ts07 ew 6321 for servicing on 1st feb 2018 at 8:35am at varun motors, wipro junction, gachibowli. It was given for general service (4th service) and i have told them about the concerns with regards to vehicle. They have taken photos and also we have given details of where there were dents. At evening, the relationship officer bought the vehicle and we have noticed a big dent. When questioned, they are saying this is from morning it self. Our question is, if it was from morning apart from the dent location the other parts should have been clean (As the car has just come out of wash), but the whole section seems muddy as if it was dented immediately after wash.

                            We are sure the dent was not there in the morning. Request the team to share before & after photos to show the difference. We would need the photos taken in the same angle. Initially the store manager agreed it was their fault (After checking photos and discussions), but after our leaving the service station they had sent an sms that it was there from morning. They are trying to convince me and protect themselves i. E., workman officer - murali and relationship officer, vinay. This is a serious flaw and never expected this kind of stale and pathetic / negligent answers and persuasion to cover up a fault which has been done by maruthi end. We could clearly see the sorry face on vinay when he had checked the dent, which meant something happened while driving the car back to the customer delivery location.

                            Stringent action to be taken against such kind of resourcers who are complacent about their job.

                            We are raising a consumer compliant against this and will ensure this is sorted out in the higher level.

                                Hi,
                                I had purchased a maruti suzuki ciaz in may 2016. Unfortunately, the said vehicle caught fire while parked (Ignition off) on its own on 13 january 2018. Luckily no one was in the car and hence did not get hurt but the overall experience was traumatising. We immediately called the fire brigade and the cops to extinguish the fire and defuse the situation. We had also reported the same to the maruti suzuki headquarters. The day after we submitted all the required documents i. E. The images of the incident, the screenshots of the call made to the fire station and police station, the fire report (Available on the internet, uploaded by the fire dept. Headquarters) and the police report (Collected from the area police station) to maruti suzuki. I had also shown the incident site to the investigator appointed by maruti suzuki and co-operated completely. The car was parked at a residential parking right outside a building. The gas pipeline of the colony was also near by (We're glad that didn't burst up). The vehicle which caught fire was under warranty and we had also purchased the extended warranty separately which is valid uptil april 2020. I'm really sad to say that maruti suzuki has denied to own up the responsibility for any sort of manufacturing defect and has not compensated me for the vehicle which caught fire on its own (Most probably due to some short-circuit) and has denied that it could be some defect from their end. As per their statement they are unable to identify why the car caught fire so they are saying it might be due to any external factor. I'm unable to understand how can a car catch fire on its own in a parked condition.
                                It was just the car which was on fire and the reports submitted by the police and fire dept. State the same. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company as they clearly don't care about their customers and their safety. Its obnoxious that maruti suzuki is spending a lot of money in their so called "safety" marketing campaigns and are asking people to wear seatbelts (Which is any which ways mandatory) but are unable to compensate me for my loss. I am attaching some of the images of the incident and the email string with this post so that everyone can see what happened and the delayed and vexatious responses i received from maruti suzukis end. I would still request maruti suzuki to help me in this dire situation and compensate me for my loss.

                                  My vehicle swift vdi kl-23-l-6688 is under warranty. Yesterday my vehicle is breakdown in the road. Then i contact maruti road assistant and technician came and detect the problem. Problem is fuel pressure pumb complaint and then vehicle is take and go to service center abt maruti trichy he tell no warranty get in the dealer and change the pumb it is payable. Only 1.5 years old vehicle. No resposnsibility for this dealer and maruti. So urgently issued my problem. Under warranty period maruti is responsible for this complaint complaint id 11095278

                                    Send my car (Maruti wagon r) for servicing, change of switch of power window of both right & left front window, wheel allignment, rectification of high engine sound, chcking of a. C system etc. On 29.01.2018 and they have told me to deliver the car to me on next day, but failed to delivered car on stipulated day.
                                    They delivered the car to me on 31.01.2018 and i am not at all satisfied with their serviing work this time. I purchased my car from dewars garage in 2009 and since then i used to go for servicing to this service centre. But this centre gradually become worst day by day.
                                    Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Sir vipul motors sector 63 noida. On 23/09/2017. I had complaint about the scratches. On my car baleno delta model but salesman who had deliver the car but he said in the 1st service it will removed but it was there. Still there is scratches on my car. I had been many times but scratches are there. Kindly help me. To remove the scratches. I will be oblige.
