Had given my maruti alto registration number hr26bx 0746 for repairs on 13dec2017. After repeated requests the vehicle was delivered to me on 11jan2018. I was called by the manager thrice to the workshop for the delivery but the vehicle was never ready. The way customers are treated by the staff is absolutely humiliating. They donot maintain any record of the vehicle repairs or interactions with the customer. Only money making by telling lles and clever talks. Zero commitment and absolutely un truthful staff and management. My vehicle was repaired under insurance and i ve not received the basic bill till now, ie even after one month of vehicle delivery. My original driving license, rc and pan cards were sought by the supervisor which have not been returned by them even after repeated requests. Poor floor management and zero monitoring of activities. Work gets executed in crisis management mode which is so unfortunate. Maruti suzuki needs to close this servicing station forthwith or else your reputation is certainly at stake. Kindly read the reviews on the website of the bagga links vasant kunj branch and you will realise the real worth of the staff and their outputs.

I had also given a tele complaint on 02jan2018 but yet to receive a reply. My complaint reference is [protected]. It is shocking that there is no feedback system and everything is left for itself to happen on its own. The response time of tele complaints is pathetic and i am sure there is no monitoring of the same. The tele executives speak to the customer (... Only after a long wait!) so arrogantly that one wonders who is the service provider?

    Bought it on 29th sep 2017, right after two days problems started details of which are as give below...
    1) entire dashboard was changed because it was all full of scartch.
    2) clutch set was changed two times & retainer was polished three times for which gear box was opened five times in two months period.
    3) steering column along with complete controls, air bag module and steering wheel were changed at different point of time to resolve noise issue in column which has now worsened than before.
    4) ecm and throttle body was replaced two weeks back as the engine idling rpm got stuck between[protected] which resulted into poor mileage.
    So even after having taken all those measures, the grave noise problem in steering still remains there and even worsened now and the problem related to engine rpm still remains unresolved upon turning on ac switch.
    And apart from everything else, i have been continuously investing my important time for their wrong deeds and still struggling a lot set my car to normal condition.

      I am very disappointed after servicing my car swift vdi, dl6cn 5143 in maruti suzuki authorised service station, mr motor, farrukh nagar, pin no.-, 123506, i requested to clean the injectors and decarconisation of engine, after doing this a lot of black smoke is emitting while start the car after 8-10 hrs. Same problem was again entertained by the concerned service station but problem is same. They also suggest me after running[protected] problem will be resolved and due to winter season. But problem is same. Kindly intervene and close the issue. With regards umesh kaushik. (Employee of msilm), cont no. [protected]

        I am very disappointed from maruti suzuki company as they harassed me when i was stuck in trouble my car is damaged and asked the dealer details and asking for lodged a complaint for prompt response but their customers care executive ms bhawna not writing my complaint and after that your dealer rohan motors wondering me here and there.
        Further of above mr mukesh rohan motors threating me and misbehave me. Rather
        Than above no body is asking me for this concern.

          I purchased dezire 2017 diesel amt in july 2017. From day one i was complaining about break noise issue but no it wasn't addressed. Later on after escalation one of representative from maruti called up and fixed meeting with me. Unfortunately break noise issue is not 100% of time so i couldn't show actual problem to representative. Later on i informed them issue is still there and then agreed to change some break part. Even after that issue is not resolved.

          Now today that is 2/2/2018 after having discussion with them i have sent my car to fix that problem. I got info that its because of break pads needs to be change on chargeable basis. I mean why?

          Everytime they are giving something or the other silly excuses.

          They don't want to solve my issue??? Do i have any other option to take it further i am frustrated by this. Very poor quality.

            Hi team,

            I have given a vehicle, ciaz - vxi - ts07 ew 6321 for servicing on 1st feb 2018 at 8:35am at varun motors, wipro junction, gachibowli. It was given for general service (4th service) and i have told them about the concerns with regards to vehicle. They have taken photos and also we have given details of where there were dents. At evening, the relationship officer bought the vehicle and we have noticed a big dent. When questioned, they are saying this is from morning it self. Our question is, if it was from morning apart from the dent location the other parts should have been clean (As the car has just come out of wash), but the whole section seems muddy as if it was dented immediately after wash.

            We are sure the dent was not there in the morning. Request the team to share before & after photos to show the difference. We would need the photos taken in the same angle. Initially the store manager agreed it was their fault (After checking photos and discussions), but after our leaving the service station they had sent an sms that it was there from morning. They are trying to convince me and protect themselves i. E., workman officer - murali and relationship officer, vinay. This is a serious flaw and never expected this kind of stale and pathetic / negligent answers and persuasion to cover up a fault which has been done by maruthi end. We could clearly see the sorry face on vinay when he had checked the dent, which meant something happened while driving the car back to the customer delivery location.

            Stringent action to be taken against such kind of resourcers who are complacent about their job.

            We are raising a consumer compliant against this and will ensure this is sorted out in the higher level.

                Hi,
                I had purchased a maruti suzuki ciaz in may 2016. Unfortunately, the said vehicle caught fire while parked (Ignition off) on its own on 13 january 2018. Luckily no one was in the car and hence did not get hurt but the overall experience was traumatising. We immediately called the fire brigade and the cops to extinguish the fire and defuse the situation. We had also reported the same to the maruti suzuki headquarters. The day after we submitted all the required documents i. E. The images of the incident, the screenshots of the call made to the fire station and police station, the fire report (Available on the internet, uploaded by the fire dept. Headquarters) and the police report (Collected from the area police station) to maruti suzuki. I had also shown the incident site to the investigator appointed by maruti suzuki and co-operated completely. The car was parked at a residential parking right outside a building. The gas pipeline of the colony was also near by (We're glad that didn't burst up). The vehicle which caught fire was under warranty and we had also purchased the extended warranty separately which is valid uptil april 2020. I'm really sad to say that maruti suzuki has denied to own up the responsibility for any sort of manufacturing defect and has not compensated me for the vehicle which caught fire on its own (Most probably due to some short-circuit) and has denied that it could be some defect from their end. As per their statement they are unable to identify why the car caught fire so they are saying it might be due to any external factor. I'm unable to understand how can a car catch fire on its own in a parked condition.
                It was just the car which was on fire and the reports submitted by the police and fire dept. State the same. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company as they clearly don't care about their customers and their safety. Its obnoxious that maruti suzuki is spending a lot of money in their so called "safety" marketing campaigns and are asking people to wear seatbelts (Which is any which ways mandatory) but are unable to compensate me for my loss. I am attaching some of the images of the incident and the email string with this post so that everyone can see what happened and the delayed and vexatious responses i received from maruti suzukis end. I would still request maruti suzuki to help me in this dire situation and compensate me for my loss.

                  My vehicle swift vdi kl-23-l-6688 is under warranty. Yesterday my vehicle is breakdown in the road. Then i contact maruti road assistant and technician came and detect the problem. Problem is fuel pressure pumb complaint and then vehicle is take and go to service center abt maruti trichy he tell no warranty get in the dealer and change the pumb it is payable. Only 1.5 years old vehicle. No resposnsibility for this dealer and maruti. So urgently issued my problem. Under warranty period maruti is responsible for this complaint complaint id 11095278

                    Send my car (Maruti wagon r) for servicing, change of switch of power window of both right & left front window, wheel allignment, rectification of high engine sound, chcking of a. C system etc. On 29.01.2018 and they have told me to deliver the car to me on next day, but failed to delivered car on stipulated day.
                    They delivered the car to me on 31.01.2018 and i am not at all satisfied with their serviing work this time. I purchased my car from dewars garage in 2009 and since then i used to go for servicing to this service centre. But this centre gradually become worst day by day.

                      Sir vipul motors sector 63 noida. On 23/09/2017. I had complaint about the scratches. On my car baleno delta model but salesman who had deliver the car but he said in the 1st service it will removed but it was there. Still there is scratches on my car. I had been many times but scratches are there. Kindly help me. To remove the scratches. I will be oblige.

                        My maruti celerio kl31l-3330, was an accident on december 20th.
                        The same day "indus motors - mavelikara" pick the vehicle and collected all documents.
                        But i didn't receive the vehicle yet. Many times i contacted the service person.
                        Always they are telling "all our work finished, but airbag not delivered yet".
                        I think, this is not a genuine reason to return back my vehicle, why 40 days need to receive for a vehicle part from maruti company..?
                        If they done all other work, why didn't return back my car.
                        Whenever the airbag delivered, they can inform me. I will give them my car.
                        Kindly take action urgently.

                          I am using a maruti ertiga zdi from last few years and currently the car milage is 80 k and between this time first car synchronizers got damaged and i was replaced it with13 k, now the diesel high pressure pump got damaged and its cost is around 27 k. All the services are doing under maruti but the this is the result which i was getting. Maruti made very poor product and cheating its customers.

                          I want maruti to look in to this issue and resolve my complaints as soon as impossible.

                            After several services the same problem still persists and whenever i go to service centre the charge me with some gasket charges and every time the bill is around 500. I don't get it if they can't fix the problem 1st time then why should i pay for it. Most of all everytime i go they charge me with new problems. What should i do if i go there again then the same charges i have to play. It seems like a loop.

                            Zeus bike is given to GEEPEE Suzuki, Vettu road, Kazhakuttam, kerala, India (job card no 1853 on 02.05.18).Compliant registered was engine missing. So far not returned the vehicle, Due to non availability of spares.

                              I have purchased the celerio vxi model on dec.2014 from m/s carlo motor, boring road, patna and my engine is not in condition when a. C is on. After three service no fault has been repaired. On 28.1.2018 when my car regd. No. Br01cj3190 had made repaired, the rpm has been adjusted very high in the carlo service centre, bata more, digha road, patna and the condition of my car becomes worsen. Before repairing the car was in running condition, after repairing the car becomes worsen. Please advice me where my car may please be made repaired so that i could be satisfied. No mechanic in carlo is good.

                                Subject:- regarding the problem in new model swift dezire

                                Dear sir,

                                With due respects, maruti had launched a new model swift dezire vdi recently. I had purchased it having engine no. 3148816, model 2017 on dtd 05/10/2017 from stan autos pvt. Ltd, ludhiana (Dealer code no. 6203)

                                But its engine gives me a trouble.

                                Engine overhauled just after 3000 km/ within 100 days of purchase. What happens @10k or 20k?

                                My car is in authorised service station (M/s stan autos pvt. Ltd., pakhowal road ludhiana since 19thjanuary 2018. You recommended me to change piston, piston rings under warranty as 4th piston had a play. I want that you should have to replace whole engine as a part instead of that damaged part. It is also clearly mentioned in the warranty policy of maruti as per ur website. If engines are unavaliable, change my car, as i do not want to suffer.

                                As per mr malik, area manager maruti pressurises me to change defective part in the engine. What is my fault as i have purchased new car. No one cares customer feelings, time as well as money. If you have given full power to local techicians to bind or unbind the engines, why customer wants to purchase new cars.

                                As per feedbacks from site, piston costs just ₹15000 and half engine assembly costs ₹85000. And car costs ₹850000. Msil always fulfils cost effective routes. Then why i spent ₹850000 and should have to buy old car.

                                Plz command your area manager to dispatch the engine of the car to factory and find out the actual root cause of the failure so that no other customers suffer instead of pressuring customer for approvals.

                                As per warranty policy, the damaged parts due to manufacturing defect like high pressure pumps, engine, ecm, turbocharger assembly etc are to replace under warranty provided that there should not be any violation in warranty. Now i fail to understand why the maruti fails to replace defective engine. I had already talked/communicated to maruti area manager mr. Malik (M) [protected] as well maruti chandigarh office but all in vain. They just want to replace a defective part from the engine not a defective engine as a whole part. Maruti dealer" stan autos pvt. Ltd. Is going r & d on my new car engine. As i know in factory, engines are assembled by machines, robots with the guidance of qualified engineers but in my case, new car engine badly, mishandled by local technicains without the presence of maruti engineers.

                                If that replacements enforced to me, who will buy my car. I am failed to understand why your piston, piston rings got failed just after 3000 km inspite of fact on 500km (Ist service), i had done complete checkup.

                                Due to that tensions created by maruti as well as maruti dealers, i am suffering lot and have a sleepless nights and also admitted in hospital.

                                I had also already compliant to maruti under crm:[protected].

                                Please do the needful and change my car without further delay.

                                I donot want to weaken the name of maruti as it is car of common people. Also donot to weaken name and fame of maruti. Also donot want to go courts.

                                It is a humble request that plz change my defective car. As i am very common man and purchase this car on loan.

                                I have booked dzire vxi model from bandson amravati Maharashtra with proposed price rs.7.44 lakh on dated 15 th December 2017.
                                Now they told me that price of dzire rises to 7.55 lakh.
                                As i booked with old price then why should i pay more than that.

                                    I have buyed a vehicle swift from trivandrum kowdiar on 18 august 2017... I have cleared all the amount on march itself.. But the dealer showed that i have delivered the vehicle on february itself and in my insurance the 1 year date of expiry is showing on feb 2018... I delivered the vehicle on 18 august 2017.. We informed them several times that the date of insurance is wrong, but every time they say they will clear and talk to the authority respectively.. I have the receipt and i am attaching with this email. At that time the sales executive was mr nitheesh mohan. He created lots of fake words. Without informing us he create the t. P. When we got the vehicle in august 2017 and when we get through the rto office the authority told us that the dealer had taken the t. P on february itself and now it's out of date.. They created so many issues without informing us.. And that guy has resigned from there. After that when we told to the showroom about this they saying that nitheesh has resigned. So they cant do anything.. Actually the delivery date was in august so we get the insurance date till august 2018.. But they created till february 2018.. A call was come from the insurance office we informed them also but they says that the showroom told us that u delivered the vehicle in march itself.. So pls help us.. Sir we need a clear sentence regarding this. I m attached the file along with this email.. Pls clear it and resolve this issue as soon as.

                                      Ported from vodafone to airtel (My cell no [[protected]]) after porting. Incoming calls ans sms not recd
                                      Now the present status is outgoing calls can be made (Ok) sms send /recd is (Not ok) incomming calls also not recd. Calling party is getting response that
                                      Number does not exsist
                                      I am very disappointed... Even after porting request approved by vodafone.
                                      If airtel not ready then why accept my porting request

                                        I have purchase a suzuki gixxer bike from dwarka suzuki tilak nagar. They person are charged us registration charges an amount of rs. 7879. They also charge us edc charges 3% today i have received a msg from dz-vaahan this msg have show registration charges is rs. 6940.
