My baby's delivery was done on[protected] at Max, Mohali, Punjab. Following are my complaints:

1. Mother's blood group in papers were mentioned as B +ve whereas actual is A +ve. Had there been any complication during delivery and blood needed what adverse consequences would have been. When this was later on brought to the notice at pre/post labour room the nurse there just strike out B+ve mentioned therein and written A+ve as told without confirming. Is this the right way? No checking, confirming and accountability at all.

2. There was a OAE Screening test of the child on the second day. Charges for the same added to the final bill but no report for the same provided. I have been chasing for the same till now. At reception I was told this service has been out source so we cant help you have to contact the concerned person directly. I called the concerned person twice but every time i was told to come on a certain date and so on.

3. I was told Birth details of the child will be sent in couple of days. I went to Birth Registration office after 15 days but they said we have not received the details yet which were supposed to be sent in couple of days.

Medical profession is a noble one so please ensure this too besides only making it a money making business.

Hoping my complaints and grievances will be looked upon seriously and desired action will be taken.

    I am dhermander garg attandant to patient my brother naresh kumar garg at bed no 4 onco surgical icu. Today morning 11 am when i visited the icu i come to know that my brother will be shifted to room and request for room has already been sended to bed manager.

    12 noon i confirmed at admission counter mr gaurav replied that yes they have the request for room but room will be available at 3 pm.

    After 3 pm i contacted at admission counter they give the extn no 2043 for bed manager.

    I contacted to 2043 talked with ruchika. See told that they have the room but they donot have clearance from team of dr sunil chaoudhary. & communicated the same to icu.

    I contacted to duty manager to clear whether bed are not available or clearance from doctor is not there. Duty manager ms ekta jain contacted to icu and replied that no clearance from from team of dr sunil chaudhary.

    I meet to team of dr sunil chaoudhary, dr rohit replied that they have already given clearance today morning.

    I again come to duty manager ms ekta jain and requested them to clear the situation and talk to dr rohit.

    Her behaviour was very bad. Clearly refused to contact. Refused to reply. Abused me that i have syco problems. Thertened me that this way i can not get room or can not get shifted my patient.

    Being a duty manager of a big highly repuated health service provider these abuse and responds are not acceptable at all.

    Please clear me when my patient will get bed. And take corrective action to responding staff.

      My Father has been admitted to this hospital on 8th Sep. 2016 due to blood cloths in his brain. He has made all his effort to convince my sister to agree for operations but she denied. Next day i reached to the hospital and i found positive improvement. But next morning he call me and said he is not well and need urgent operation. I am really shocked because they are all most ready to take him OT just they took my sign on paper.

      Operation took place but again in next i come to know that his has to operate beacusepatient has removed Pipe which is is being put it on his head. I could not understand how does it happened because they had put boxer cover on his hand. It is not possible at all as he is not in even this position to move. So they had again took him on OT. It is not the end this happen again in and operted 3rd times. More of it next day dr told me that your father got infection.

      It is totally a case of negligence & i had decided to log a complain against hospitals but after few days on 16th my father has left us. On that time again i think for log a FIR but they suggested if you go for this we will not provide the body because it will go for postmortem. So i am help less totally because i am very new for this town.

      This time i request hospitals has to be punished along with the Dr A K Singh as well along with his team.

        I m 9 months pregnant and urgently required iron infusion yesterday but in emergency section, staff delayed so much to attend us nd moreover they are saying "there are some more serious patients than u". Pathetic experience it was! They are defending themselves by saying they are in lack of staff. Total waste of money and time in this hospital. Try to improve ur service

          My(arpan samanta) wife was admittted in max hospital gurgaon on 30th Jan for CS child birth on 1/2/17. My wife name Samapti Paul samanta. Max reg no SHGN.[protected]. onsultant was Mrs Meenakshi sauhta, On the 1/2/17from 3 am, my wife went into labour pain, doctor present was Ms Pushpalata M :- inspite of my pleading she kept on giving pain killer to subdue labor pain, Meenakshi didnot come, when pain didnot subside, she tried PV exam and the membrane ruptured - water came out, then the checked the heart beat of the baby and took to emergency, baby was dead by then. has they taken her to enmergency earlier, my baby could have been saved. please take action against these murderers.

            Hello everyone this is want to inform you that your staff is not capable to look after the patient they only look after the gulf patient why it is so, one more thing my mother she is not well right now she in emergency but from last 6 hours my father is standing there is stool is kept when I ask for my father they told they can't give why it so, is this your five star hospital services even I am also from hospitality background so I no how to treat the customer.please revert me back as soon as possible it's in Max hospital Saket emergency ward.

              My mother Mrs. Veerbala was admitted at Max super speciality hospital Dehradun on 18th January 2017.
              She takes some medicines daily, when the patient is admitted the hospital staff asks us to NOT give any medicines from our side and they give those medicines to her.

              On the night of 18th January 2017, she was not given those medicines by the hospital staff and the staff did not instruct the attendant (my father who is 60+) to give them from his side.

              My mother, a cancer patient was very uncomfortable the entire night and could not sleep. Some of the medicines are given by a neurologist. she has been taking them for more than an year.

              I lost my dad because of their negligence. Nurse forgot to mention extra TLC injections added for next two days as it was a holiday for us for chemo. (Every 3rd day they were calling for chemo).
              on the 2nd day he got fever and TLC became very low that then he got serious. Doctor said it is a mistake of a family as well as they should have check the file.
              BUT everyday in daycare during the release time nurses explains the medicines for next 2 days as patient was suppose to come after 2 days. How come we will know that nurse forgotten & there is something doctor added in the file?
              If someone is not educated then how will he read the medical terms even we do not get it correctly?

              Whose mistake is here? It is only a regret now that he would have taken the TLC's injection & he might have survived.

              His treatment started in February 2017 and was admitted there for a month then they discharged and calling 4 days in a week in a daycare. Treatment was good just that in a daycare sometimes nurses are too buzy though some are good. I don't know who was she but that one mistake become a lifetime sorrow for us.

                Hi, my mother is getting her heamo dialysis done from max Saket New Delhi since one year now.
                The dialysis was not supposed to be started at 3.2 creatinine level but they started it.
                Anyhow she gets her dialysis done twice a week from there, begging them to give her an appointment to get her dialysis done on time which never happens. Every time we ask for a morning or afternoon slot then they always say it is full because we come under CGHS Dept. My mother is an ACP and still they act like this, forget about that, they have no respect for humans only.
                They have been giving us a slot after 9pm which ends around 3am in the night since two months now. I always take my mother for dialysis and I feel very unsafe that I have to drive back at this hour in the night, after all we are only two women. We have been requesting them to give us a slot before evening time so we both can reach home before 11pm. But they never listen and finally I have to write this complaint. The experience at max hospital is very bad.
                It is the most commercial hospital. If you give money then only they attend you else they don't care for the government authorised officers for which the government itself is paying a huge amount.
                They take us lightly. It is time to fight against this hospital and make them cut down on their quota per month so that they attend the patient properly. Please help us sort this issue asap.

                  My brother was admitted in max hospital on saturday 10th dec for treatment. Today on thursday 15th dec, we found a spider in the mix vegetables served to him in his lunch meal.. Which is just totally unacceptable. A patient is more likely to get more sick rather than recover with such poisonous food. We complained to the hospital but all they had to say was sorry. The same food was served to most patients in the hospital which is very dangerous for their health. It also shows how unhygienic their kitchen where all the food is cooked must be.

                    Sir i namely amit singh rana am a cghs card holder. I visited max smart hospital on 14/12/2016. Sir actually my right lower molar was treated outside but there was severe infection. The molar tooth has to be extracted. But dr. Aanchal agrawal told me that the procedure is under cghs rate list. But she told me that this procedure not under panel but as per her cghs department is not giving any money to them and this procedure will cost much to us so we will not perform this procedure under cghs rate lists. But i had checked with the cghs office that the procedure (Whichever surgical extraction or normal extraction) is listed in rate list issued by cghs department. She also wrote the prescription in just a single page without attesting it in a file/folder.
                    Therefore, this is clearly disrespect of cghs department and consumer rights. I shall be highly thankful to you for this act of kindness.

                      Hi I am hira choudhary before few months my left hand would be damaged in accident and I was admitted in city hospital saket new Delhi which was converted in max hospital. In accident only bones was damaged but after surgery my bones is in right condition and my two fingers is not responding its totally useless so I just want to solutions because my life is in more problem just because of wrong surgery done by hospital.

                        Hi, i've taken a medicine of worth 700 rs and the chemist from max noida has charged me 2279 rs. And i got to know after 14 days that too when i went to buy these medicines from market then i realised and checked my bill.This is a grave mistake that has been done on the part of patient and trust has been broken. This incident of highly costly medicine has given a mental stress that for no big issue taking a medicine just of 15 days for 2279 rs. which causes more harm than desease.
                        This is an act of cheating...no one has called from max to say that the amount has been charged to you was wrong. you have been charged extra come and take your balance or we r transferring balance to your account.

                          My grandmother suffered from heart attack on 3rd nov., 2016 and we took her to emergency ward of max balaji hospital, patparganj. The doctor over there misguided us so much. Doctor said that heart had ruptured and told us to take decision within 5min for surgery. He even said that survival chances are nill and only 1% survival chance is there after surgery.
                          Doctor even didn't let us meet my grandmother, he shouted at us that take decision first and then meet the patient. Is this the way a doctor treats the patient's family in emergency ward in max hospital?
                          We then consulted the reports with other known doctors at other hospital and to our shock, we came to know that heart rupture is not mentioned in the report. Doctor at max just said this to pressurize us. How inhuman this behaviour is.

                          After that we decided to shift my grandmother to escorts fortis. As we reached there, doctor performed the test and confirmed us that heart is not ruptured and even the survival chances are 75%. We then agreed for surgery and now my grand mother is fine in escorts fortis.

                          Survival chances from 1% at max balaji to 75% at escorts fortis is a big difference.

                          My experience with max balaji hospital, patparganj, east delhi is insanely very bad. I request these money making doctors at max balaji hospital to kindly look after the patient first and give correct report to patient's family. Please stop making max balaji life saving hospital, a money making business center.

                            I preferred Max over numerous government hospitals considering the reputation of this hospital but you people have failed miserably.

                            I was admitted to Max due to Dengu on sunday 9th October 2016, the platelet count was 40, 000.The next day it got reduced to 18, 000 and I was asked to arrange for blood donors of the group A+ since my blood group was A+. I told Doctor Neeraj Kumar Singh that I will arrange the platelets from IMA. I have never seen a doctor as arrogant, ill-mannered and rude as him. It was as if, he was doing me a favour by treating me. He was making fun o[censored]s for arranging the platelets from IMA. It is none of his business where I arrange the platelets from even more when he is of least help in arranging the same.

                            On top of that, he will enter the room and scream at the top of his voice to threaten the patients and act like a goon, I could have screamed louder than him but I have the decency of maintaining decorum in a hospital which unfortunately your Doctors do not have.

                            On arranging the blood donors, the blood bank took blood from two of my donors - Mr Yogember singh Rana and Mr Basera and they gave us 2 frozen platelets. Is it justified that you will force us to arrange same blood group donors and then give us random frozen blood platelets. Where has that blood gone? Why were we not given fresh platelets and if you were going to give us random blood group platelets why did your staff insist on same blood group donor?

                            I am not from medical industry and i do not understand whether different blood group platelets can be injected for Dengu treatment. I have A+ blood group and I was injected B+ platelets, on seeing the B+ symbol on platelet packet, I and my family panicked and asked the nurses why it was done so. Your so called qualified nurses did not even have an idea whether random platelets can be injected or not. We were in a state of shock till Doctor Madhumita came and informed us that it is normal.I swear if something would have happened during those 15-20 minutes to any of my family member due to shock, I would have sued you people badly.

                            The platelets were administered to me in the absence of any Doctor, on 11th Oct, 2016, no doctor visited me since 8:30am in the morning, I complained about the same to management and then Doctor Neeraj barged in the room screaming that is he not allowed any holidays or what. Am i running the hospital that I will allow holidays to Doctors and arrange replacements.This is the work of management.

                            There are numerous other things- blankets are taken for replacement but replaced after hours, hot drinking water is not present.Medicines are not available - are you serious, medicines are not available in a hospital of the stature of MAX, what are you people running - a local dispensary or what.

                            I hope you understand the impact of patients' review of a hospital because the way things are running, it seems like people who are running Max Dehradun center do not live up to its' reputation.

                              My 2 years daughter had a cut on her forehead. We generally go to Max Saket for any kind of treatment. Same way, we rushed to Max Saket emergency to treat my daughter. Doctor at emergency mentioned that they have to do plastic surgery and refused to stitch the cut. Cost of plastic surgery they mentioned was around 50000 and requires admission. They just did not want to take this case and wanted to go for plastic surgery. When I insisted that I am not ready for plastic surgery then they raised their hand and asked me to go somewhere else. This is the way they have treated their permanent customer. I went to other hospital where they have done stitches.

                                Sir/madam,
                                i yogesh rana my id 77532 gave blood sample on[protected] for CBC test,
                                i received my test report threw mail on[protected] at 11.05 am i which my platelet count was 58000. again in evening same report was downloaded in that platelet count was 120000.how it is possible.
                                i am kidney transplant patient, this was a great tension for me & my family members.

                                  My wife som prabha agrawal was admitted for heart problem in max hospital, vaishali (patient id vsli 6851) on 6-10-16 and released on 8-10-16. i am retired from sail which has obtained a mediclaim policy for retired employee and spouse from iffco - tokyo whose third party administrator (tpa) is raksha tpa.
                                  The scheme provides cashless treatment is selected hospitals. max hospital is one of them.
                                  The hospital made a bill of rs 46, 526.10. but tpa cleared payment of only rs. 14, 085 stating that hospital has provided services worth only this amount. hence i had to pay balance amount of rs 32, 441/-
                                  The hospital may investigate and if has over charged may refund to me the amount paid by me.

                                    Since last couple of months, we were observing/facing an unprofessional gesture from the doctors holding opd's at max hospitals (here i am not coating any particular hospital) at Delhi. Empanelment of hospitals under various panels say CGHS, DGHS etc are own choice of hospital. They are doing so to gain any kind of their own advantages say getting land at nominal cost from govt., getting max no. of patients during their earlier days of establishment etc.

                                    However, it was observed that one of the max hospital in Delhi was providing good services to all of their patients. But soon after counts of patients increased, they specially doctors started discrimination between private patients and panel patients which is totally unethical and illegal too. Though the website or schedule appointment page of website of hospital did not provide any kind of differentiation between the two appointment (private and panel) but when it comes to visit doctor, the doctors call the private patients first (preference to private patients) irrespective of schedule of appointment. And when you raise this to doctor, they just say that "we have private patients, we have to take them first". Moreover, against the availability of doctor, doctor used to restrict the visit of panel patients. One of the doctor categorically say that though i am available 5 hours with 6 days in a week, but i consult panel patients only for 1 hour with two days in a week. For eg. if the doctor is available from 900 hours to 1500 hours from Monday to Saturday, the doctor restrict the consultation of pane patients from 1200 to 1300 hours on Tuesday and Thursday only. Is this correct.
                                    Through this, i wish to just alarm the management of hospital to take some cognizance in the matter and should remember that panel patients are not fool, they know the rules and regulations better than your private patients when it comes to approach any authority and also remember that they are not doing any social service for panel patients. IT IS HOSPITALS OWN CHOICE.

                                      This is about Max Super Speciality Hospital Vaishali, Gzb. I think this is an highly unprofessional hospital as far as their finance/billing department is concerned. They will just not listen to you, a highly unprofessional attitude.

                                      I suffered a cardiac problem on 2nd Sept'16 and admitted to Max SS Hospital, Vaishali, Gzb. I deposited an advance of Rs. 95000/- toward a cardiac procedure. A cheque for 1.847 lacs was also given by my office. The total billing was for rs. 2.32 lacs. A refund of around 47000 was due. I was discharged on 6th Sept 16 with a a promise of refund of excess amount will be done through RTGS in couple of days, they also taken my bank account details.

                                      But even after one week they did not returned money. I visited hospital again and met Mr Vicky, he said we will get the cheque prepared in couple of days and inform you. (he taken my no. three times but never called).

                                      Again a week passed no call came. I visited again and returned with promise of another couple of days. I visited again, but the entire billing staff including their so called finance was in utter confusion, opening and closing draws to show that they are searching for something but found nothing.

                                      Again a false assurance of Monday (i.e. 26sept 16) came. But this date also gone and nothing came out.

                                      Now these pathetic Max Hospital staff, deaf and dumb, good for nothing, putting unnecessary weight on earth, showing worst form of professionalism, still not able to figure out what to do.

                                      I hope some senior pupil from Max Hospital Vaishali, Gzb will listen and pay heed to it. Kindly refund my money.. I am already running out of funds.
