We are here for my mother in law's check up and arrived at before 10 a.m. and its4:30 p.m. and still we are far away from the queue to meet the doctor.. experience here is getting worse day by day.. doctor use to come around 11:30 and then frequently getting absent again..most of patients are from distant rural areas and sit for whole long day to get attended by the doctor..staff number is also inadequate and it causes more chaos ..for a serious diabetic its hard to wait for a whole long day and still not able to pay a visit to the doctor..many who come later get attended earlier due to their knowns in hospital or with staff..the experience is so worse here.. please pay attention to patients complaints

    My father (Vijay Gupta) had a kidney malfunctioning and extreme low BP problem owing to which I approached the Max Hospital, Bathinda on 24-May-2022 at around 11 PM (IP no. 67167). Patient was admitted to ICU in an emergency.
    I have 2 major concerns in a treatment of less than 2 days which are given below:

    1. As per the management rules, there is a very short span of time in which we were allowed to meet the patient. We were assured that my father will get the best care that is what Max is famous for. But unfortunately, carelessness from your hospital staff lead us to such a mental and financial torture that we had to ask for LAMA.
    In one visit, my father was sleeping without oxygen cylinder. It got detached while sleeping and nobody noticed that for significant amount of time. In subsequent visits, my father asked me for water and told me that he is asking from last 1 hour but nobody gave water to them. Even I had to ask for that twice. Also, the food served in the evening time was not fresh or hot. (Probably the morning food was supplied in the evening). There were few more such events.

    2. We were told in the beginning that that an ultra sound needs to be done in order to check the cause of the disease. But it was not done till morning of 26 May. But the charges o[censored]ltra sound were added in the final bill. Also, I did not find any ultra sound report in Patient's file. So the question arises (i) why and how did they do the ultra sound in just 1 hour which was pending from last 30 hours. (ii) It was really done? or only the charges were added in the bill?

    At last, I would like to say we all had suffer so much harassment in all this that we won’t be able to trust Max Hospital services.

    Now it’s up to you that How will you ensure that this won’t be repeated again and what about all the torture we had gone through?

      My wife Jyoti hot cataract surgery at Max Hospital Vaishali on dated[protected]. Total bill amount was Rs. 71250/- out of which Rs.30, 000/- was paid by Insurance company and balance amount of Rs.41, 250/- was paid by insured in order to discharge of patient. Further approval of Rs.30, 000/- given by Insurance company and paid excess amount of Rs.30, 000/- on dated[protected]. Good health TPA sent mail alongwith settlement Letter many times to Shailesh Pathak employee of Max Hospital. I also sent him settlement Letter. But he doesn't reply through email and pick mobile phone. This type of employee is spoiling reputation of Max Hospital. Pls do the necessary action to refund money..

        I got booked my full body test for May 1, 2022 in the morning and all the required samples were collected in the morning. There were 4 booking in my family. We were promised reports on the same day evening. We received only 3/4 reports. I have not received the report for Saumya Gupta UHID: ML01960101, order ID: B2B1878250.

        I have tried reaching out to the company multiple times but have not received any status update on my report. I believe my samples are lost and even if they are able to provide my reports, it may be manipulated by now as it wasn't received in due time.

        I will have to get my tests done again and hence request a full refund from this company. Worst service ever.

          Hi Team, this is to inform you that the coordinator named ( Garima ) in day care 2 doesn’t coup rates with the patient and attendant. I was having Problem in approval from TPA, but I had called Garima so many times but she was least bothered to pick my call. My kid is of 5 years and getting chemotherapy. I had to wait for 5 hrs to get approval. I haven’t got any assistance or support from Garima. If a customer/ patient has to tackle all the problem by themselves than what is the role of coordinator. I believe in that case hospital should not waste there money on coordinators. Very dissatisfied with the service, seems I was in government hospital.

            You should improve your billing arrangements some people come without queue and your receptionist treat them even if they are with line why this happened other people are fool those who are in queue for a long time. This is pathetic service that you guys should take care. And do your duty/jobs properly.

            Secondly, appointment arrangements if patients given an appointment that means doctors also be so punctual to their appointments too. If they have on doctor should treat a patient on that time if other person is late they should look after other person not like that you should be wating for half an hour. And doctor's assistant replies patient rudely " ap khud doctor se puchlo" what is this for this behavior we coming to your hospital very ridiculous, pathetic response.
            Kindly look after these factors.

              Dear Team Max Mohali,

              We are highly disappointed with the administration of Max Mohali. My mothers (Smt. Kamlesh Gulati) surgery was scheduled on April 6, 2022 @ 08:00 and was asked to remain fasting ever since 2200 hrs (a night prior). Upon arrival they were suddenly instructed for covid test at 09:30 and the surgery was postponed due to this reason. Nobody recommended us for this test when my mother visited a day prior for all the pre investigation and meeting with Anesthesist. Now my mother who is a senior citizen and is in pain is just waiting and she has been kept in day care . Despite all the approvals and money received, they are not allotted a room to comfort. Upon asking i have been told that we cannot explain to you and the room will be allotted after the surgery.

              please explain is this fair. Full money you have taken in advance and harassing the PATIENT.

                Max Vaishali, Hospital made different counter for panel holders...nd created 3 counters...where there is no one in one counter since an hour...
                Firstly, panel holder are obviously entitled for facility as they earned it... We may paying less in hospital but hospital is getting its complete share from panel company or if not they must be tied up wth panel for business benefit.
                Thn wi so differentiate...if its just to avoid crowd...wi facility is not prompt as its supposed to be???
                By the time billing will done, one or other gonna miss something imp or bearing pain.
                Pls look into the matter🙏

                  My daughter Anishka was admit in max hospital gurgaon from 27th Feb to 4th March, on the day of discharge full amount has been approved.
                  Amt of Rs. 178351 Approved by HDFC. for ANISHKA ID: 105256 on 04-Mar-22. ( Subject to Pol T.C.) From, Max Hospital, Gurgaon

                  Still hospital was saying that how non payable can be approved then for confirmation they mailed to HDFC Ergo about non payable and on reply they again get approval of same amount after two days and message as mentioned below

                  Still max hospital is not refunded my amount. Please help in this regard.

                    I had to wait for medical certificate for hours. And after the doctor came, person sitting on report collection said that he has no book foe the medical certificate and i have to wait.
                    I requested him to do it as soon as possible but he gave a very cold response.
                    I had only 5 minute work for which i have been wating since 11 in the morning.
                    Is this what i deserve because i am helpless.
                    Long wating for no reason.
                    This functionality is very unacceptable.
                    I am still in hospital and wating for medical certificate book to reach the counter.
                    It's a very frustrating thing to visit such a reputed hospital and face trouble for thiese things.

                      I thought max hospital is reputed and good hospital with a facility and good code of conduct. The doctor first lesson should be everyone is equal even if they are not rich or high class people. Worst experience from the ews department. My Father took a treatment from max hospital emergency he has been diagnosed with kidney infection he has fever from last 10-12 days. The condition of my father is he need bed in hospital but we do have a BPL card which is provided by government for the economic weaker section to take a benefit of good reputed hospital. But the doctor denied us to see or consult because my mother is also taken a treatment from max because of BPL card. The doctor RITIKA MA'AM. Said to my mother these words ( kya tumhare upar taras kaah liya toh kya ab pure ghar waalo ko leke aajaoge tum yaha pe mein nhi krongi signature kissi or hospital mein lejao waha dikhao ) is this a behaviour or well reputed hospital toward us BPL card holder!!! .
                      Pata nhi hamare jaise or kitne honge jo treatment nhi le paa rahe honge because of behaviour for doctor !! WHO APPOINTED HER A SENIOR DOCTOR AT THIS GOOD HOSPITAL SHE DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PATEINT HOW TO OVERCOME THE PROBLEM OF PATEINT. REPLY ASAP

                          We take appointment of Dr. Anusha Sharma dentist and when we reach
                          then another junior doctor consult. and when we say that our appointment book of Dr Anusaya Sharma then Dr Anusaya was not consulting proper
                          was telling you have thinking problem, she was not listening our problem and telling rubbish things and tell only one tooth caping price Rs. 22, 000.

                            The billing staff lefts no stone unturned to discourage CGHS patients. They need referral every visit reasons and rules best known to them. I was referred by CGHS specialist on recently. The doctor treated and asked to come next week for follow-up. The next week doctor again prescribed the same treatment and asked to complete billing formalities. But shockingly billing staff again asked for referral when I was already going continuing treatment with same doctor. Despite showing them the valid referral, they did not allow the CGHS rate and took lastly the market rate was paid. They are strictly unprofessional and rude. They specifically said that they do not want cghs patients. The staff also adopts malpractice by changing the names of treatment. They prescribe other while gives treatment other way, just to make money. Highly money oriented.

                                This complain is regarding my father's (Mr. Mahavir Singh) treatment who is Pensioner of Delhi Vidyut Board (DVB). On 20th October 2021, he was admitted in emergency in Saket max smart super speciality hospital (max id:SKCT:42312) due to acute pancreatitis attack. Hospital refused to take admission due to non-availability of bed and referred him to another hospital urgently for further treatment because of his critical situation. Finally I admitted him in Fortis Vasant Kunj for his treatment. After about one month of treatment, he got discharge from the hospital. After that, I consulted again in Saket Max for further treatment under Dr. B. P. Singh (Gastroenterology). He prescribed medicine and suggested some tests and CT for abdomen. Further on the basis of CT scan and blood tests, he immediately referred us to meet Dr. Atul NC Peter (Gastro Surgeon) at Max Smart for surgery. Then we met him and he said now surgery is not needed we will see later on. But suddenly on 20th Dec, 2021, my father was again admitted due to high fever, vomiting, lose motion and stomach ache at Saket Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital. At that time, Gastro team doctors visited and suggested some medicine to stop all these problems. Then after 6-7 days, they discharged and suggested for review again in OPD. When I asked for endoscopy procedure or surgery as Dr. B. P. Singh suggested on an urgent basis due to new symptom came as nacrosis inflammation of pancreas. But his team doctors refused again. In 6 days of admission in hospital, Dr. Peter never visited to patient and only few a times his team doctors visited. Then after asking so many times for Dr. Peter then he visited but only one time and without any discussion with me about my father he left. Then, they discharged my father but the problem still persists. Again after some time we came to the hospital with same problem and they again suggested for some tests but they didn't agree to treat the patient in spite of facing so much pain and fever. We discussed the matter with Dr. B.P.Singh he said only surgery team can do the needful and then we went to Dr. Peter then after reviewing the scans and reports he simply refused to treat and said I can't touch him and operate due to major problem in his pancreas and gave so many excuses. Also, he referred us back to Gastroentrologist Dr. B. P. Singh. This way we were simply dozing between the Gastro team and the Gastro Surgery team nothing else. Then we start consulting other hospitals and as discussed by other hospitals, many doctor said endoscopy is required at this stage i.e. after one or one and half month of pancreatitis attack. In this ongoing process, we met doctors from other hospitals and they were surprised that why they are not operating as the patient is getting critical day by day. We again discussed and requested with Dr. Peter that these doctor told us that you need to operate according to the patient condition. Then again he suggested some tests and again gave excuses that now some fluid has entered in his chest so first go to concern doctor and it is not possible to operate the patient. We requested him to operate because his heath is deteriorating day by day but he didn't listen us and suggested to meet urologist and pulmonary department. We financially, mentally, physically tortured by dozing from one department to other. The major problem is Dr. Peter is never available in spite of the appointment taken. Also, he is not ready to listen to us and always throw the ball in the other's court. Because of him, my father's condition became worst. On 5th Jan 2022, we again came to hospital due to the same problems, again bed was not available and they referred us in another panel hospital after on site doctor discussion with Dr. Peter. We requested many a times but all was meaningless for them. So, we were helpless and father was not in condition to sit on chair and fall down. Immediately we admitted him in emergency at Saket max super speciality hospital (NON-PANEL hospital) where doctors team handled the case systematically and procedure was done well. We have spent a huge amount approx. 8 Lacks. My all saving has finished and now I am not in condition to pay any amount for further treatment. If all procedure was taken care by Dr. Peter team then this situation might not come as that hospital is in panel. I know Dr. Peter keep on refusing because he is a panel patient. and might be hospital will not be benefited by him.
                                Now, I would like to file a complain against Dr. Atul NC Peter who ruined my father's case and health. We would like to meet all the board members or Director where I can put this case so that he/she can resolve this problem on urgent basis. Since these both hospital are associated with Max then how it is possible that the doctors under panel hospital branch are unable to treat and another which comes under non-panel can operate easily. They have all the solutions and procedures too. It indicate that there is a huge corruption going on in the same hospital having different teams of doctors. I request immediate action against Dr. Peter. Due to him, patient (my father at the age of 72) suffered a lot and came in critical condition. Playing with patient is highly objectionable and strict action is needed against him. Doctors take the pledge to save the patient by giving their best before joining their duties but in case of Dr. Peter it is absolutely meaningless. It's a request to the board member to take necessary action against him with immediate effect and reimburse the whole amount which I have paid in Saket Max super specialty hospital for the treatment. Now I am in a very bad shape financially too. Kindly look into the matter and hoping for your positive response.

                                  I m attendant of pateint Mrs. Azra khan admitted in max Healthcare saket. She is the liver donor. Mr. Evan, coordinator of liver transplant, he is very rude, arrogant. He didnt have manner to talk with the girl, he literally make me cry.i am concerned about my pateint discomfort and ask him to resolve and he told me that u r ordering me, idont know what we want, he want me to beg or what... and after that he stop receiving my phone . After that one of the dr. Helped me out...

                                    I, Mamta Rani Ahuja, has taken vaccination dose1 from Max Superspeciality Shalimar bagh hospital. I have paid the amount of Rs. 780/- and get the Vaccination Certificate Dose 1 printout from the Nurse. However, on govt site it was still showing as “Not Vaccinated”. Kindly resolve this issue.

                                      The director of the endocrinology department, sk mathur, has no bed side manner, is ignorant on the subject matter and most annoyingly, does not have a solution oriented approach towards patients.

                                      I was admitted in the hospital for a week, where he charged for consultation daily but I only ever saw him once. Even in that one meeting he refused to address my concerns, rolled his eyes and dismissed my questions as unimportant.

                                      He is the kind of doctor that will most likely make your condition worse, rather than improve it.

                                        My father Mr. Shrey gairola is suffering from cancer advance stage and having immunotherapy around 6 months n issue is this that we have been given date of 5 Jan for chemo n immunotherapy at day care we came at 5 dec due to not availability of the bed the slot wasn't given totally understandable, but we have been called at 8.30 am for the admission formalities so that we can have bed availability so we came today 6 dec around 8.30 am to fill up all the nessarary formalities for the admission, we took the admission ve came up at 3 floor chemotherapy day ward at waited for the staff totally understandable but after all the staff came doctor came they told us that we dont have the availabililty immunotherapy medicine at 11 am after 1 day and next day after 2 hours, as a cancer family everyone knows how difficult it is to handle the patient, there is no overall management, they have given us a date for something that has been doing for soo long period with soo many doctors involved in dehradun max and Delhi Max, patient with advance stage cancer come to the hospital with lot of pain for the medicine and after all the procedure they told us after 24 hrs from the date they have given for the immunotherapy and next day after the admission 2 hrs later they informed us that they don't have availability now it will come on 10 th time is money wasted around 24 hrs without informing us.
