This complain is regarding my father's (Mr. Mahavir Singh) treatment who is Pensioner of Delhi Vidyut Board (DVB). On 20th October 2021, he was admitted in emergency in Saket max smart super speciality hospital (max id:SKCT:42312) due to acute pancreatitis attack. Hospital refused to take admission due to non-availability of bed and referred him to another hospital urgently for further treatment because of his critical situation. Finally I admitted him in Fortis Vasant Kunj for his treatment. After about one month of treatment, he got discharge from the hospital. After that, I consulted again in Saket Max for further treatment under Dr. B. P. Singh (Gastroenterology). He prescribed medicine and suggested some tests and CT for abdomen. Further on the basis of CT scan and blood tests, he immediately referred us to meet Dr. Atul NC Peter (Gastro Surgeon) at Max Smart for surgery. Then we met him and he said now surgery is not needed we will see later on. But suddenly on 20th Dec, 2021, my father was again admitted due to high fever, vomiting, lose motion and stomach ache at Saket Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital. At that time, Gastro team doctors visited and suggested some medicine to stop all these problems. Then after 6-7 days, they discharged and suggested for review again in OPD. When I asked for endoscopy procedure or surgery as Dr. B. P. Singh suggested on an urgent basis due to new symptom came as nacrosis inflammation of pancreas. But his team doctors refused again. In 6 days of admission in hospital, Dr. Peter never visited to patient and only few a times his team doctors visited. Then after asking so many times for Dr. Peter then he visited but only one time and without any discussion with me about my father he left. Then, they discharged my father but the problem still persists. Again after some time we came to the hospital with same problem and they again suggested for some tests but they didn't agree to treat the patient in spite of facing so much pain and fever. We discussed the matter with Dr. B.P.Singh he said only surgery team can do the needful and then we went to Dr. Peter then after reviewing the scans and reports he simply refused to treat and said I can't touch him and operate due to major problem in his pancreas and gave so many excuses. Also, he referred us back to Gastroentrologist Dr. B. P. Singh. This way we were simply dozing between the Gastro team and the Gastro Surgery team nothing else. Then we start consulting other hospitals and as discussed by other hospitals, many doctor said endoscopy is required at this stage i.e. after one or one and half month of pancreatitis attack. In this ongoing process, we met doctors from other hospitals and they were surprised that why they are not operating as the patient is getting critical day by day. We again discussed and requested with Dr. Peter that these doctor told us that you need to operate according to the patient condition. Then again he suggested some tests and again gave excuses that now some fluid has entered in his chest so first go to concern doctor and it is not possible to operate the patient. We requested him to operate because his heath is deteriorating day by day but he didn't listen us and suggested to meet urologist and pulmonary department. We financially, mentally, physically tortured by dozing from one department to other. The major problem is Dr. Peter is never available in spite of the appointment taken. Also, he is not ready to listen to us and always throw the ball in the other's court. Because of him, my father's condition became worst. On 5th Jan 2022, we again came to hospital due to the same problems, again bed was not available and they referred us in another panel hospital after on site doctor discussion with Dr. Peter. We requested many a times but all was meaningless for them. So, we were helpless and father was not in condition to sit on chair and fall down. Immediately we admitted him in emergency at Saket max super speciality hospital (NON-PANEL hospital) where doctors team handled the case systematically and procedure was done well. We have spent a huge amount approx. 8 Lacks. My all saving has finished and now I am not in condition to pay any amount for further treatment. If all procedure was taken care by Dr. Peter team then this situation might not come as that hospital is in panel. I know Dr. Peter keep on refusing because he is a panel patient. and might be hospital will not be benefited by him.
Now, I would like to file a complain against Dr. Atul NC Peter who ruined my father's case and health. We would like to meet all the board members or Director where I can put this case so that he/she can resolve this problem on urgent basis. Since these both hospital are associated with Max then how it is possible that the doctors under panel hospital branch are unable to treat and another which comes under non-panel can operate easily. They have all the solutions and procedures too. It indicate that there is a huge corruption going on in the same hospital having different teams of doctors. I request immediate action against Dr. Peter. Due to him, patient (my father at the age of 72) suffered a lot and came in critical condition. Playing with patient is highly objectionable and strict action is needed against him. Doctors take the pledge to save the patient by giving their best before joining their duties but in case of Dr. Peter it is absolutely meaningless. It's a request to the board member to take necessary action against him with immediate effect and reimburse the whole amount which I have paid in Saket Max super specialty hospital for the treatment. Now I am in a very bad shape financially too. Kindly look into the matter and hoping for your positive response.

    Patient Data Confidentiality Breach

    To bring to your notice the unprofessional and unethical behavior of one of your staff members that we were subjected to. We had a collection agent visit our residence in Indirapuram, to collect my mother's blood sample, for the tests that were prescribed to her after a video consultation with Dr. Ajay Kumar Gupta, on 10th Jan
    . We got a call from Max labs from your analyst Satendra on 11th Jan afternoon to book the tests for a home...

    I m attendant of pateint Mrs. Azra khan admitted in max Healthcare saket. She is the liver donor. Mr. Evan, coordinator of liver transplant, he is very rude, arrogant. He didnt have manner to talk with the girl, he literally make me cry.i am concerned about my pateint discomfort and ask him to resolve and he told me that u r ordering me, idont know what we want, he want me to beg or what... and after that he stop receiving my phone . After that one of the dr. Helped me out...

      I, Mamta Rani Ahuja, has taken vaccination dose1 from Max Superspeciality Shalimar bagh hospital. I have paid the amount of Rs. 780/- and get the Vaccination Certificate Dose 1 printout from the Nurse. However, on govt site it was still showing as “Not Vaccinated”. Kindly resolve this issue.

        The director of the endocrinology department, sk mathur, has no bed side manner, is ignorant on the subject matter and most annoyingly, does not have a solution oriented approach towards patients.

        I was admitted in the hospital for a week, where he charged for consultation daily but I only ever saw him once. Even in that one meeting he refused to address my concerns, rolled his eyes and dismissed my questions as unimportant.

        He is the kind of doctor that will most likely make your condition worse, rather than improve it.

          My father Mr. Shrey gairola is suffering from cancer advance stage and having immunotherapy around 6 months n issue is this that we have been given date of 5 Jan for chemo n immunotherapy at day care we came at 5 dec due to not availability of the bed the slot wasn't given totally understandable, but we have been called at 8.30 am for the admission formalities so that we can have bed availability so we came today 6 dec around 8.30 am to fill up all the nessarary formalities for the admission, we took the admission ve came up at 3 floor chemotherapy day ward at waited for the staff totally understandable but after all the staff came doctor came they told us that we dont have the availabililty immunotherapy medicine at 11 am after 1 day and next day after 2 hours, as a cancer family everyone knows how difficult it is to handle the patient, there is no overall management, they have given us a date for something that has been doing for soo long period with soo many doctors involved in dehradun max and Delhi Max, patient with advance stage cancer come to the hospital with lot of pain for the medicine and after all the procedure they told us after 24 hrs from the date they have given for the immunotherapy and next day after the admission 2 hrs later they informed us that they don't have availability now it will come on 10 th time is money wasted around 24 hrs without informing us.

            Hello,
            I need to complaint about your Max hospital smart saket press enclave hospital. From last 3 times (almost 1.5 month)my appointment has been cancelled due to doctor on leave. If doctor is on leave then why Max book my appointment and then on the day of appointment they just leave a message that your appointment has been cancelled. And then we need to book appointment again which will be available after 10 days.
            Is this the way Max treat their patients?
            I need to complaint about my doctor Dr. Bela makhija too, she most of the time is on leave, she never even look up at reports or listen to patients, she sits with an assistant and that assistant give us consultation. Do we pay rs 1200/- consultancy fees to some inexperienced trainee???
            She refuses to see cghs patients and talks very rudely to cghs patients.
            Please as a regular patient of Max hospital, it will be appreciated if you will take needful action.

              Worst behaviour done by max hospital. I went hospital my son is suffering from panceras pain. I went their with medical card. They force me to deposit money i was alone with my son hospital warden did worst behavior with me. And they didnot talk to me and solve my problem. Within 30min of admitted they charges 1 lakh rupees. I have even medical policy. I was with all my documents after this they charge me. During incidence my son suffered pain and i want discharged they take my gold jewellery in place of money.
              Please help me regarding this
              really they did worst behaviour beacuse of them my son suffered a lot.

                The patient(my mother) got discharged on 24/12/2021 at around 6.30 pm in the evening. On enquiry with the insurer I found out that the bills for medical consumables amounting to 21, 483 was sent by hospital to the insurer late and hence it got approved few minutes after the discharge.
                I paid 21, 483 in cash(10, 000 on 18 December during admission and remaining during discharge on 24 December 2021).
                On the next day after discharge, I called the TPA desk to ask for the refund since the whole bill had been approved by the insurer, but they said refund won't be given for the cash paid by us amounting to 21, 843.
                Please look into the matter and issue the refund ASAP.

                The insurer(Care Health Insurance) had approved the complete bill of 2, 48, 810 and we have also paid 21, 483 for the consumables which is already receivable to the hospital from Care health insurance.
                So for the non payables amounting to 21, 843 the hospital should be refunding the cash collected from us.
                Max ID of patient is MAX.403853.

                Please help us in getting the refund as we are already suffering

                  We have informed by Max hospital that Dr Niti Aggarwal is not attending to patients under CGHS panel.
                  When I booked the appointment via Max hospital website, no confirmation is received for the booking.
                  However, Dr is available to attend patient that are ready to pay a premium.

                  PATIENTS are being discriminated based on what they are paying to the hospital.

                    I, sonam getting treatment of spinal cord since may 2018, today i was sent for MRI Brain with contrast without any reason only for bill generation, when i complained why was MRI not done for spinal cord, they are saying that next month we will do that MRI dor Spinal cord, again i will have to pay the price, it is completely a cheating and wrong practice, also doctors are not listening my problem

                        I had rushed my daughter to the emergency services in Max Gurgaon on the night of 12th December as she was in terrible pain due to acute stomach cramps. The doctor on duty, Dr. Vishant Sharma was extremely nice and brought her pain down and then suggested she go on for a full abdomen ultrasound to rule out any further problems. Upon going to radiology which was empty and there was not a single patient at that time of the night, my daughter was attended by a Dr. Sarika Gupta, who went into the room with her and came out within five minutes and glared at me and stormed off into her room banging the door behind. I found her behaviour to be strange but ignored it but when my daughter came out she said that the doctor was very rude and asked her to inhale while bloating her stomach out. When my daughter asked her to kindly repeat as she didn't understand well what the doctor wanted, the doctor snapped at her and in a raised voice said - "why can’t you do it? Everyone can." And then told her to come in a n hour as her bladder is not full. Despite the fact that she was given a drip before that, I told her to not worry and drink some more water and in the next 15-20 minutes made her have two litres of water along with the drip the hospital had given. By this stage, my daughter had so much pressure to urinate that she could not even walk. I requested the attendant there to please ask the doctor to look at her. The attendant made my daughter lie down in the room and went to call the doctor. As the doctor reached the room as I was not allowed inside, I could hear her shout at my daughter at the top of her voice. I ran in and asked her – “ma'am why are you shouting at my daughter?” She yelled at me - and said don't you understand when I told you one hour come in one hour. Upon requesting her that she really needs to pee and the pressure is too much she shouted back saying that go and piss then and start all over again. I was so shocked at her behaviour as I have never ever seen a doctor behave like that with a patient without any provocation. I told her that this is not a behaviour suited to a doctor and I will make a complaint against her to which she shouted back saying do whatever you want.

                        We left the radiology department and came to the front desk, asking for the duty manager and were informed that there is no duty manager on Sundays. Upon asking the doctor's name nobody was willing to give us her name and kept stalling us by saying that they don't know her name. I asked them how is it possible that no member of the staff on duty knows the doctor's name and if they are willing to say it on video. Upon hearing this the security in charge sent someone to find out the doctor's name and I was told it is Dr. Sarika Gupta.

                        We then returned to emergency and asked for a discharge where they made excuses for the doctor's behaviour. It is appalling that this doctor was so obnoxious to a patient that too a young girl who was seeking emergency services.

                        I would make this complaint to the ministry of health as such doctors do not deserve to be in service of patients. A written public apology and being debarred from her license is what will be an acceptable solution to me. Not even normal people talk so rudely, on top of that a reputed hospital like MAX cannot possibly have such doctors on their roll.

                        I will escalate this complaint to the highest of authorities.

                          I have done 50000 payment in max health care dehradun, money has been debited from my account but hospital claim that amount not credited. When I complain google pay they said money has credited. Then I have asked hospital to give me the statement in written so that I can do further procedure they have tortured me mentally. I visited hospital many times but they are not ready to help me out regarding this matter.

                              I put up a complaint regarding misbehaved by security personnel Suman and accompanied by a male security @ east wing they not only misbehaved me both the above mentioned personnel misbehaved my sister and how can a male person misbehave a lady.Till date no action has been taken and I have also put up an written complaint and the copy of the complaint is with me..If no action I will give press conference and that will be black mark on hospital’s reputation.

                                My father is admitted at Max hospital and diagnosed with liver cancer. He is a patient of Dr.Singla and doctors called me and my sister to his chamber so we requested the lady named Suman who was a security guard in the east wing but the lady accompanied by a male security guard misbehaved me and my sister and the incident happened yesterday that is27/11/2021 as we know Max super speciality hospital is one of the reputed hospitals in India and we don’t expect such type of behaviour from the staff and I immediately put up an written complaint but no action has been taken and it is not acceptable so I need immediate investigation and written apology by the person above mentioned and I have the copy of the complaint. If no action taken I have to other measures.Need action immediately.

                                  I want Dr. L Tomar should apologize for his rude and unprofessional behavior. My mother (Sheela) is his patient. He asked us to come with a x ray report, when we came back with x-ray report to visit as per his Scduled days, he didn't touch the x-ray and not ask for last prescription, just write new medicine and say OK, also mentioned for physio therapy session, when my mother asked him to write.
                                  He just wasted my presciois time and hard earned money.

                                    I had gone to the Max hospital in patparganj area.I had gone there to have checkup of skin related issues.I was having CGHS referred slip.But the hospital staff and doctors in the hospital they have charged me the fees.They said whatever the skin issues checkup has to be done, they will charge me for that.They also didn't consider the CGHS referred slip.The behaviour of the doctor was also not appreciable at all.Kindly take some necessary steps.
