Remove Agent Code by 2 policies

Hi Max Life Insurance,

I have been getting calls from Rahul Bansal, Pooja Sharma and Ravi Joshi to remove agent code and get commission of 2 lakh by doing 2 policies. They had my Confidential details related to my Max Life policy, hence I trusted them and got duped.
I have lost faith in you. Such inefficiency and lack of data security. I will cancel my policy straight away!

Fraudulent call regarding agent getting the bonuses

I got a call yesterday from a lady stating that she is from Max life insurance and she stated my policy details along with other things which were correct. She said my policies are having bonuses which are being credited to the agents. To stop doing so I need to link the policy with my customer code for which I need to purchase another policy so that i will get a customer code. I sent the documents that she asked and I got a OTP for the new...

Having difficult for surrendering my policy

Hi Sir,

I had 2 policys saving plans both. which i wish to surrender berfore maturity. as i finish my lockin period of 5 yrs. i had already sent request for surrender, and i got call from relationship manager. they asking me to opt for other plans after i surrender these policies. or else they say i wont get full amnt or processing will take time. its a type of blackmail these guys doing. i request you to pls help me to get...

Regarding surrender

Dear sir,
I had 2 policys savings plan, which i finish the lockin period of 5yrs. now i want to surrender my policy and get the amnt. but maxlife relationship manager is after me to purchase other plan. and giving me silly excuses that surrender process will be slow and i wont get full amnt. i request for you help....

Insurance policy

I have been sold a policy with false statements and words by a max life insurance company employee Mr. Abhisek Singh of Puraniya branch Lucknow .
I have been on my toes complaining everywhere possible to cancel the policy but in vain.

I have been sold the policy saying it’s an investment not an insurance policy secondly I will start getting the money back from second year thirdly...

Complaint for receiving too many calls from company

I received too many calls regarding the premium from Max Life Company. I have told the reason for non payment of premium more than 10 times but they are still calling and ask the same thing. I am a working woman and got disturbed again and again due to their calls. I have attached the screenshot of the calls received from the company in a single day.

Relieving letter

Good morning team.

My emp id is TRI0214.

My last working day was[protected].

It's been 55 days from my last working day. Still i didn't receive my relieving letter.

Many times I wrote mail to HR 4 u team. But no response from them.

They repeatedly update the status of my F& F settlement. But they doesn't update or share my relieving letter.

Fraud call and OTPs shared

I received a call from max life insurance from lady from Max life insurance Security division. She mentioned correct numbers of my Max policy and said that the agent was claiming a bonus on my behalf but she can lodge a complaint if i want to claim the bonus myself. Max Life Insurance Call Regarding Remove agent code

Team, Today I received a call from Max life asking to get remove the agent code from my policy . He said like your every year bonus amount is getting credited to agent .For that they said to pay some amount . What should I do . Is that true that my bonus amount is credited to the agent ? I started on 2014 and it time for 8 years term. I never get the yearly bonus till now. What should I do
