I called the customer care of the mentioned company to buy a suitable policy for the purpose of ITR. The company send a agent named Aditya Raghav. Then I discussed my requirements with him that I wanted a policy of higher premium with maximum benefits and returns to show the deductions in respective of tax. This agent doesn't listen to me instead recommended me more than 1 policies of different companies of higher premium more than my expectations. He recommended term plan of Rs. 10 cr. He said his company is not profitable. Also he insulted his company. He praised other insurance companies instead namely Bharti Axa, LIC etc. He lied to me that his company's other business ventures are going to be sold to other companies like Max Hospital has been sold to Bharti Axa company(Aditya Raghav Statement). Also, he affected my other policies in maxlife which are going into loss because of him and on the basis of these policies he trapped me and said your policy will go into loss until you doesn't take any policy of higher premiums. He misguided me about the policies that 1 policy of higher premium is not sufficient you have to take 6 policies of higher premium. He sold me 2 policies of maxlife, 2 of bharti axa, 2 of LIC of higher premiums. After selling policies he disappeared never visited my house even once. He is not even picking up my phone. He is cutting my phone call and talking to other customers to trap them and misguide them. He also made false commitments before selling policies he said I will make sure you get higher returns. He trapped me and misguided me due to which I have to take 6 policies from him. He does that for earning higher commission from policies. On the basis of this he get promotion and increment. After 10-12 calls when he pick up my phone he talk very rudely and arrogantly. Also, he doesn't reply to my messages on whatsapp. Before selling policies he was very very active. After selling policy he is treating me like his slave not a client. He also abused me many times. Because of him I have lost around Rs 50 cr. Because of my other business ventures I have recovered my some amount of money.
When I asked him he lied to me that my area is extended. He lied that his cousin is expired. He lied his cousin father is expired. He lied he is blessed with a baby boy. I find out from the customer care that statements he made were false and baseless to avoid my calls. But misguidance and lies are not tolerated. He doesn't know how to treat a client and how to behave with them. He has a habit of shooting in the dark. He is capable of nothing. He used to misguide clients for his own benefits. He is completely hollow and has no heart feelings. He gas done fraud with me. I don't know why company is not taking action against this false agent? PFA to know how this cheater agent is behaving with clients. It is requested to take action against agent Aditya Raghav as earlier as possible.

    My name is Monalisa, D/o Mr. Liaqat Sheikh who has taken Insurance from Max Life Insurance (Policy No.[protected].

    1. He has taken the policy[protected] on July 2013 and it will get matured on July 2023.
    At the time policy taken, it was said by Insurance agent Ms. Praveen Yasmin & Insurance Officer- Mr. Patnayak that if he pays total 3Lac, in return he will get 6Lac along Bonus amount at the time of maturity.
    Now, he has visited the NFC, New Delhi Office (1st Floor, 52-53, Ishwar Nagar, Main Mathura Road) on 16.6.2023 and Max Insurance person said they are not sure about the maturity amount as at the time of policy he was 63 years old which too old for this policy. It is tough to get 3lac in return now.

    Once Mr. Anshul Kumar (whose sitting at NFC, Delhi Office, contact no. [protected]) explain the policy no.[protected] to my father where in 2023 he will get INR 4.60 Lac and in 2024 INR 1.25 Lac in his own handwriting with signature. (Attachment for reference).

    ·         Why at the time of maturity of policy, no one is not sure about what would be the matured money? Please share the maturity amount details?
    ·         Why his age being questionable NOW? If he was not fit for the policy then why it is given to him.
    ·         Why false commitment is given to Insurance holder about maturity amount?Â

    2. In the year 2022 March your Max Insurance agent Mr. Anshul Kumar CON my father just to complete his regular targets.
    He asked my Father to share of INR 8500 cheque, he said, it is as per the policy rule and same amount being will be return to him as it is just a formality.
    But later we found out, he forged us, and enrolled my father in new policy without any information. Where Anshul Kumar himself added “6” in the figure in the cheque on INR 8500 and make it as INR 68500 cheque without informing my father. Now, every year INR 68500 amount being deducted from my father account. Deduction being done twice of INR 68500 on 31.3.2022 and INR 68500 on 31.3.2023 without my father knowledge. Now he is not taking our calls nor meeting at office. It is clearly a fraudulence case.
    In addition, till now we do not have any clarity on our new policy[protected] taken on 23.03.2022.

    ·         Please provide policy documents & maturity amount and other details
    ·         What are the premium terms & conditions- as we are not capable to make every year premium of INR 68500.

    3. My father is a middle class 73 years old man, he is 4th standard qualified. He is trying to save his single penny. But at the age of 73, renowned company ‘Max Life Insurance” CON my father.
    He kept visited the NFC, New Delhi office multiple times from all the way to Faridabad but did not get any concrete answer. Every new person said something new things to him. No support found till date. After complaining about Anshul at your office, no one has taken action against him, he is still working there and must be looted other innocent people money.
    It is a complete torture, fraudulence and cheating done by Max Life Insurance Company to my Father.

    It’s a request to take legal action against Mr. Anshul Kumar and terminate his service from Max as immediate effect as -
    ·         he CON my father
    ·   giving false information and return amount of the policy
    ·         making manipulation in our Cheque
    ·   without knowledge enroll my father in new policy

    We are waiting for your answers along what are the action being taken for Mr. Anshul Kumar.
    I have been following up last 20 days at service.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com email id but no communication received yet.
    At last, taking assistance from here.

        Am getting calls to remove agent code deactivation process from my max life insurance policy to stop sending bonus and commission to agent. Asked me to fill application and forward other relevant documents. The caller asked me to pay 31, 000 and said will remove agent code from my policy. The caller said his name was Monica and his phone [protected].In the above is for your information and provide me necessary guidance in this regards.

                    Due to some family concerns couldn't continue it. Now i got noc from that previous company but still my pan number is not terminated in the irdai portal... I kindly request you to do the needful as soon as possible }
                    Because of my name still showing in irda pan look up... Which shows not yet terminated properly... I am getting trouble in issuance of my new agency code.
                    So, i am requesting you to please terminate the previous agency code by removing my pan number from irda portal so i can get new agency code . Hope you will accept my request and short out as soon as possible.

                          Policy issued without consent from customer

                          Policy no.[protected] I instructed the agent to cancel my application 3 times (29 Apr, 01 May and 02 May). The agent did not cancel and went ahead with the policy with incorrect information and without my consent. The policy got issued on 03 May.
                          I logged into the customer portal and raised a free look period cancellation request and received an email stating that I will be contacted within 24 hours. I did not receive any call, only...
