Regarding PF withdrawal application

I have worked in max life insurance 17 month from November 2013 to March 2015.i have tried to process of my pf withdrawal from Chandigarh branch but failed.kindly tell me how I can submit online/offline application for the same.

PF Number not showing

Dear Sir/Madam,

With regards I want to say that My name is Jaidev.R and I was Ex- employee of Max life Insurance Co.Ltd with emp code CLT0211 for the period of FEB 2016 to Oct 2016, I was not able to withdraw my Pf amount because pf no allotted to me does not show in epfo services..I want to know the pf amount for my pf no.

Received call from some anonymous person

Today I have received a call from Rashmi Tyagi (manager in max life )...
She is telling that max life is providing amount to the customers to save taxation. our max policy has selected for that claim.
In order to get that amount she told me to remove the agent code and make it as direct to company(D2C). And she will be creating customer ID and dummy max life account which is valid for 4-5 months and then I need to pay some...

Freelook cancellation of Policy 633335567

Address:00966509302446

I have sent freelook cancellation by email, through maxlife system on 22-07-21. Until now only one automatic reply "our customer service executive will reply within 3 working days". Nothing else. No action has been taken. Till now system shows my policy is active. Iam an NRI and no one contacting either by email or by phone calls. Very worst customer service I have ever seen. No response for calls.

Need to taken immediate action....

Complaint about Auto-Debit premium

Maxlife customer service collapse they are only call for new policy not for existing customer . I called and logged a ticket for disable auto-debit as my policy got yet to renewal. A maxlife called me back and said we acknowledge your request it will reflect 3-5 days . But after 7 days my premium got auto debited from my credit which I was supposed to closing.Now no one can answering the speed dial number as well as customer care . I am chasing...

Receiving calls to inactivate agent code and agent

Please provide valid assistance.My policy no is[protected] I received various calls from max life insurance head office, one from Rahul Mahajan today. They said that I have some bonus which haven’t been claimed by my side. To remove my inactive agent from my policy I have to deposit some money . In order to obtain unclaimed bonus, what should I do? Online term plan

I am axis bank staff and as all know max life insurance have a tie up with axis bank I have taken online term plan for me and my husband 3 year back for my husband on 18 Feb 2018, on 22 May 2021 I lost my husband due to covid I have a daughter of 7 months, I am in need of this money I have already submitted all the required documents from my side on 21 June 2021 at axis bank kharadi Branch and its being 1 month I am only taking follow up...

Dear Sir/Madam,

Deactivation of Auto-Debit (yearly premium) from Axis bank account

My policy no. is[protected] of max life insurance. I am a reputed customer of your company. My yearly premium of Rs. 24, 795 /- is being auto debited (activation) from my Axis bank without any information. I want to pay my premium by using other payment options like net banking, cash, cheque.

I received a phone call from Max life insurance- Mr.Pratik (Dehradun) and discussed policy details and I accepted and purchased a policy from Mr.Vinit Shrivastava (Max life, Haridwar).

Free look cancellation of policy

The policy I bought was not exactly what was explained to me, so I bought a more suitable policy. For two weeks I have been trying to cancel the policy, no.[protected]. Maxlife helpdesk repeatedly sends mails asking us to cancel on their website. I fill all details on the website and then am informed that a glitch has occurred. This has happened al least a dozen times, but they continue to tell me to cancel the policy on their website....

I am Preethi from Madurai. I took Policy last year. Now I want to cancel my policy.
