Max Life Smart Wealth - Long Term Plan -freelook period denied

Hi Team,

During the policy Max Life Smart Wealth - Long Term Plan application form processing, I have paid policy premium an amount of 300, 000/- on 11th July but the policy application was not yet completed but on the same day I have requested them to cancel the policy after they received the payment and refund the amount due to personal commitments. Data Leak

I received a call a few days back from Max Life customer center regarding review of my policy and they asked me if someone is giving you an update on your policy and all that stuff. I said no and requested a call back from my executive so that I can get the update of my policy.
Then someone called again from maxlife customer center and said you have paid this much amount and this is the fund value which is very less then the original...

Policy termination without any information

I m policy holder of your company my policy number[protected]. First payment pay to you on 26 apr 2021 as per policy amount of rs.1536.83 deduct from my credit card (auto) which is done every month. Today i received one LETTER from your company with attached one cheque of amount 3073.66 and above on the letter it is mentioned that due to non-disclosure as per terms and conditions. disclosure what is mean by as i am paying my policy amount...

Call regarding fraud by insurance agent

I received a call regarding max life insurance policies. The caller said, that the agent who sold me the insurance is claiming to be my relative and claiming benefits from the insurance policy worth 30% of policy cost. However i could only get the refund if i buy another policy from them....

Provident fund withdrawal

Sir, I V.Bala Johar worked in Max Life company from 03.12.2013 to 25.08.2015 with UAN:[protected]. After resignation I did not claim my PF benefits. Now I want to withdraw my PF benefits. In this process I sent my claim Form-19 alongwith required documents for final settlement to Max Life Insurance in August-2021. No settlement was done till date. No response from HR even though several mails sent....

Another call was received from Ms. Priyanka Malhotara (employee Code : 389297 call from Delhi)today ie. 05/10/21.Her contact number was [protected] (mail id was [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com)
She introduced herself as Service Manager.She sits in Delhi.

She said that 30% commission & bonus has been claimed by your policy agent(she has file pending with her) & if I don't want to transfer the said sum to agents account then...

Term plan issue as regards policy no-339188393

Policy no[protected]I have been paying my premiums for SA of 50 lacs with ADB of equivalent SA, but since July my policy has been lapsed by the company and they are asking me to pay 18000 INR for revival of my policy with SA of 75 lacs..

I had earlier applied for 75 lacs SA but later on through mail have requested them to reduce the SA to 50 lacs..They did so accordingly and also sent me a confirmation letter for the same..But...

Dear Team,

There is an urgent request to stop the ECS ( auto debit facility) for the below mentioned policy with immediate effect. I do not want to continue with policy any longer.

Regarding Bonus payment to Agent
