    Hi,
    I am a Maxlife policy holder and I have switched from my annual payment plan to monthly payment plan.
    This month I have done my monthly amount of 4601/- through online payment and I have received the message for the amount deduction confirmation.
    Again the same week Maxlife has deducted 46523/- from my account even after my monthly payment.

    This is not at all acceptable.So please refund my cash 46523/-.
    I have already switched to monthly payment and done all the formalities for that from Maxlife office.
    Please do some respect to your customer's plans and their cash.

        I have been sold a policy for 15 years and policy term is 25 years and after paying premium of 15 years I will get cash back after reading policy documents but the agent told me to pay premium for 3 years and after that I can get cash back but this was totally misselling kindly help me to refund my premium of Rs 100000 paid for 2 years as I am in urgent need of funds

        I apologise for the complaint at the time of buying the policy I was ADM with the same company so how can the policy be misselled as I have sold my mobile so the above mentioned complaint is done by some other person.

            Fake Call and Disclosure of Policy and Personal Details

            Respected Sir/Ma'am,

            I got phone call from person name Disha Sharma to enquire about my policy premiums and removal of agent code. As part of agent deactivation process from my max life insurance policy to stop sending bonus and commission to agent, they verified my policy number and date of birth details along with premium details.             Call Regarding Remove agent code from maxlife policy

            I am getting calls to remove agent code deactivation process from my max life insurance policy to stop sending bonus and commission to agent. Asked me to fill application and forward other relevant documents. The caller asked me to pay 43, 500 and said will remove agent code from my policy.             I am a client of Max New Life.
            I surrendered my policy but did not get my money back. Every time, send them an email, a new ticket is opened. No resolution yet.
            Too much paperwork to submit a claim and surrender policy.
            Folks stay away from FRAUD COMPANY MAX NEW LIFE

                  my father was expired on 18/9/21
                  after few days i go to the offiice to change ownership
                  after few days my request was denied due to a succesion certificate
                  i go to the court to make that certificate
                  iwhen i reached court i came to know that it cost me 50000 and a time period of 6 month
                  i am working on a pharmacy and my salary was 12000
                  i told max life company many times that i am not able to make taht certificate
                  they was denied
                  my request to you is plz complaint for max life
                  very bad company

                  i have also apolicy in max life
                  its have been 60 days they was not replying

                    Maine last year06/07/2020 max life policy buy kiya tha ulip palin. Jiski amount thi 35000 per year. To tab apke agent ne bina mujhe puche auto Debit lga diya. Es year family problm ki vja se main 35000 nhi de ska to auto debit vja se mujhe bounce charges pad ne lge to maine apke agent se bat ki onu ne bola ki ap 6000 fill krdo apka auto debit band ho jye ga. To maine 16 sep 2021 to 6000 fill kr dya tab bhi auto debit nhi band hyua to fr se maine bat ki apkr agent se to sir app 2700rups or pay kro fr band hoga total 8700 dena ho ga aggr auto debit band krna hai to. Fr bank main gya to uska senior bol tha ki total 11000 rupa fill kro fr band ho jye ga auto debit. Sir mere pass 6000 the vo maine enko de diye ab mere pass or paise nhi aa dene o. abhi main daily chkr lga rha hu apki branch me to koi sunwayi nhi hai or ab Rajinder name ka agent hai meri call bhi nhi pick krta or har month mere ko 700 charg kiya jata hai. 2 bar mere 700 rups cut chuke hai. Sir maine to apke pass invest kiya hai koi loan nhi liya tab bhi mere ko hi charg kiya ja rha hai. Sir pls help me🙏🏻😔

                          I am a Maxlife policy holder and I have completed 1 year with the policy on 2 September 2021. Due to some financial reason I planned to surrender the policy.

                          At the time of opting for the policy I was informed by Maxlife Agent that in any case I would be able to surrender the policy and get the surrender value amount after one year of completion with the policy. Same thing is mentioned in Policy book's Benefit illustration Chart at page 32(attached photo).

                          It's been almost 2 months I have been requesting for the Surrender value amount with Maxlife insurance company, However they are denying for surrender value and misdirecting me towards baseless scenarios. They are frustrating me lot. I complained to IRDA and even Ombudsman portal one month before but there also no progress.

                          Its about 15 days and Maxlife has not replied on my Issue. They do not have any answer for their wrongful way to misguiding customers and making them stuck with their money.

                            I am an existing customer of Max life insurance and brought an endowment plan for 5 years and recently got a call stating I have successfully completed 5 years of payment and gave a option to continue for 10 years
                            Mistakenly agreed to the new extension, but now I want to shift back to original contract and for which the company denies.

                              Myself Sathish Kumar.R . Worked as a consultant only for 6months in Max . Mu previous company pf amount is transferred to max pf account. Due to medical emergency, I wanted to withdraw my pf . I have submitted all the documents from my side on AUG27TH 2021. After that I am trying to reach them over the mails and in-person. No response. I am sending reminder and request mails every week . No one is ready to respond. My emp I'd IMC3050.

                                When IRDA has said no company can deny any customer a claim if he I she has paid the premiums for last 8 years in my case I have paid for medical insurance policies since 2008 and maxbupa also says last 4 years if any existing disease s so how can a disease if its 5 yrs back and not related to this insurance company be denied I wnt all to know maxbupa is cheating everyone
