I have been sold a policy for 15 years and policy term is 25 years and after paying premium of 15 years I will get cash back after reading policy documents but the agent told me to pay premium for 3 years and after that I can get cash back but this was totally misselling kindly help me to refund my premium of Rs 100000 paid for 2 years as I am in urgent need of funds

I apologise for the complaint at the time of buying the policy I was ADM with the same company so how can the policy be misselled as I have sold my mobile so the above mentioned complaint is done by some other person.

      Fake Call and Disclosure of Policy and Personal Details

      Respected Sir/Ma'am,

      I got phone call from person name Disha Sharma to enquire about my policy premiums and removal of agent code. As part of agent deactivation process from my max life insurance policy to stop sending bonus and commission to agent, they verified my policy number and date of birth details along with premium details.       Call Regarding Remove agent code from maxlife policy

      I am getting calls to remove agent code deactivation process from my max life insurance policy to stop sending bonus and commission to agent.       I am a client of Max New Life.
      I surrendered my policy but did not get my money back. Every time, send them an email, a new ticket is opened. No resolution yet.
      Too much paperwork to submit a claim and surrender policy.
      Folks stay away from FRAUD COMPANY MAX NEW LIFE

            after few days my request was denied due to a succesion certificate

                    I am a Maxlife policy holder and I have completed 1 year with the policy on 2 September 2021. Due to some financial reason I planned to surrender the policy.

                    At the time of opting for the policy I was informed by Maxlife Agent that in any case I would be able to surrender the policy and get the surrender value amount after one year of completion with the policy. Same thing is mentioned in Policy book's Benefit illustration Chart at page 32(attached photo).

                    It's been almost 2 months I have been requesting for the Surrender value amount with Maxlife insurance company, However they are denying for surrender value and misdirecting me towards baseless scenarios. They are frustrating me lot. I complained to IRDA and even Ombudsman portal one month before but there also no progress.

                          When IRDA has said no company can deny any customer a claim if he I she has paid the premiums for last 8 years in my case I have paid for medical insurance policies since 2008 and maxbupa also says last 4 years if any existing disease s so how can a disease if its 5 yrs back and not related to this insurance company be denied I wnt all to know maxbupa is cheating everyone

                              Hi Team,

                              During the policy Max Life Smart Wealth - Long Term Plan application form processing, I have paid policy premium an amount of 300, 000/- on 11th July but the policy application was not yet completed but on the same day I have requested them to cancel the policy after they received the payment and refund the amount due to personal commitments. They said money should be in a sundry account until the policy number gets generated.
                              I was contacted agent Laxmi (code 791097 ) from one of the Sai maha parayan group and she said that for the policy cancellation, once application is fully completed and generates the policy number[protected] then only cancel the policy and hide the many crucial free look period terms from me.

                              When I called for the cancellation, she misbehaved with me rudely on whatsapp. After generating the policy, I again reminded them to cancel the policy and refund the payment on 3rd Aug. Max life agent Laxmi has not yet informed about the free look period and when we asked them about the cancellation, they said on 3rd august, refund is in process and try to settle as soon as possible.
                              We kept chasing agent's line manager Ketan about this on 7th August but he didn't respond. On 11th Aug, Ketan's line manager Mahesh Chaudhary called me on whatsapp and had a discussion about the cancellation policy, he also hid the free look period terms from me. He requested to confirm the policy within two days time whether keeping or cancelling. After a couple of hours, I sent him a message on whatsapp to cancel the policy and refund the amount. He did not inform us about the free look period terms and conditions to us as well.
                              They informed us we can't cancel the policy because of the free look period over which we were not aware when the free look period ended.

                              But during the free look period, keep on asking three of them for the cancellation and I have proof on whatsapp chat. On 11th august we informed Laxmi's 2nd level manager Mahesh for the cancellation but they didn't take any action for the cancellation.
                              I think it is very very unfair and I am putting it here as my final resort and hope to get my hard earned money back. For 3 months they keep on postponing and prolonging the matter. None of the max life staff members were didn't informed about the free look period for the cancellation.
                              Covid and many things severely affected my finances.
                              From day one I keep asking for the cancellation and refund the payment. Without any of our written confirmation they have forwarded data to head office.

                              Now they are saying I have two options whether to continue the policy and pay for the next 10 year or pay for the next two years and cancel after the 3rd year payment which is not affordable for me in this current situation.

                              Please look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. I have attached screen shots from the agent/manager communication via whatsapp.

                                I received a call a few days back from Max Life customer center regarding review of my policy and they asked me if someone is giving you an update on your policy and all that stuff. I said no and requested a call back from my executive so that I can get the update of my policy.
                                Then someone called again from maxlife customer center and said you have paid this much amount and this is the fund value which is very less then the original and said I asked why is it so so she said because this is agent specific policy and all the profit is going into agent account instead of coming back to you.
                                And as per a normal human being i said ok now how can i remove the agent she said i will raise the complaint to IRDA and they will help you out with this.
                                So I received this call from someone called NITIN AGGARAWAL [protected] from GBIC.
                                Now the question is how does this person know every detail about me and my policy?
                                And if you guys know about these calls why you are not doing anything about it as i can see there are a lot of people who are receiving such calls.

                                How can they get my every details from premium paid to fund balance policy no. and everything else if there is some data leak why there is no notification from your side if not then there are people in your firm doing this?
